本申请要求于2020年5月11日提交中国专利局,申请号为2020207642490,申请名称为“一种智能窗帘和一种智能窗帘的导轨”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能窗帘技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能窗帘和一种智能窗帘的导轨。
背景技术
这里的陈述仅提供与本申请有关的背景信息,而不必然地构成现有技术。
随着科学技术的飞速发展,人们的生活观念也在渐渐的发生转变。各种家电也在发生着变化。由于单片机技术和计算机技术的不断成熟,家电越来越智能化;窗帘也不例外,在欧美等发达国家,智能窗帘已广泛应用。智能窗帘在国内算是高端前沿产业,市场广阔,有推广和应用的意义。
竖式窗帘是智能窗帘中的一种,俗称梦幻帘,属于新型窗帘。其运作原理与其他的电动窗帘不同,窗帘的导轨即承担窗帘的开合,而且还实现窗帘的角度调节,从而实现光的调节,达到既可以调节开合又可以实现角度调节,因此,如何使得导轨既可以实现开合又可以实现调节窗帘叶片的角度,成为智能窗帘的技术领域的主要方向。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种智能窗帘和一种智能窗帘的导轨,以实现窗帘开合,以及帘叶角度调节。
本申请公开了一种智能窗帘,包括导轨、主传动箱、副传动箱、同步带和调光杆,导轨用于悬挂帘叶;主传动箱与所述导轨的一端连接,所述主传动箱包括齿轮组和电机;副传动箱固定在所述导轨的另一端;同步带一端与所述主传动箱连接,另一端与所述副传动箱连接;调光杆用于调节所述帘叶的角度;电机通过齿轮组,带动所述同步带运动,实现窗帘开合;所述电机还通过齿轮组带动所述调光杆旋转以实现所述帘叶的角度调节;
其中,所述导轨包括第一空间部和第二空间部,所述第一空间部内设有第一轨道,所述同步带设置在所述第一轨道内;所述第二空间部底部设有帘叶开口,所述帘叶开口处悬挂所述帘叶;所述第一空间部设置在所述第二空间部上,所述调光杆设置在所述第二空间部,所述调光杆的一端连接于所述主传动箱,另一端连接于所述副传动箱。

本申请的导轨内第一空间部和第二空间部,通过电机以及齿轮组件实现第一空间部内的同步带的传动,从而实现窗帘开合,通过设置调光杆与第二空间部的配合,实现帘叶的角度调节,从而使得角度调节更敏感,且第一空间部设置在第二空间部上,使得窗帘的开合更顺畅。

如图1至6所示,作为本申请的一实施例,公开了一种智能窗帘600,包括:导轨100、主传动箱200、副传动箱300、同步带400和调光杆500;导轨100用于悬挂帘叶;主传动箱200与所述导轨100的一端连接,所述主传动箱200包括齿轮组和电机210;副传动箱300固定在所述导轨100的另一端;同步带400一端与所述主传动箱200连接,另一端与所述副传动箱300连接;调光杆500用于调节所述帘叶的角度;电机210通过齿轮组,带动所述同步带400运动,实现窗帘开合;所述电机210还通过齿轮组带动所述调光杆500旋转以实现所述帘叶的角度调节;
其中,所述导轨100包括第一空间部110和第二空间部150,所述第一空间部110内设有第一轨道120,所述同步带400设置在所述第一轨道120内;所述第二空间部150底部设有帘叶开口,所述帘叶开口处悬挂所述帘叶;所述第一空间部110设置在所述第二空间部150上,所述调光杆500设置在所述第二空间部150,所述调光杆500的一端连接于所述主传动箱200,另一端连接于所述副传动箱300;当然,所述调光杆500的剖面形状可以为十字形,也可为多边形。
本申请电机210通过齿轮组,带动第一空间部110内所述同步带400运动,实现窗帘开合;所述电机210还通过齿轮组带动第二空间部150的所述调光杆500旋转以实现所述帘叶的角度调节,导轨100的第一空间部110和第二空间部150使得调节更方便,且第一空间部110设置在第二空间部150上,带动窗帘开合的皮带设置在上方,使得窗帘开合更顺畅,省力。
具体的,所述第一空间部110包括顶板111、第一侧板112和第二侧板113;所述第一侧板112和第二侧板113相对设置,所述顶板111设置在所述第一侧板112和第二侧板113上侧,所述第一侧板112、第二侧板113和顶板111呈门字型结构;所述第一轨道120包括第一左轨道121和第一右轨道122,所述同步带400传动设置在所述第一左轨道121和第一 右轨道122内;所述第一左轨道121包括第一轨壁123和第二轨壁124,所述第一右轨道122包括第三轨壁125和第四轨壁126;所述第一轨壁123的一端与所述第一侧板112连接,所述第二轨壁124与所述顶板111连接,所述第一轨壁123和第二轨壁124配合形成第一同步带开口127;所述第三轨壁125的一端与所述第二侧板113连接,所述第四轨壁126与所述顶板111连接,所述第三轨壁125和第四轨壁126配合形成第二同步带开口128;所述智能窗帘还包括多个小车129,所述小车129的一侧设置有悬臂,所述悬臂通过所述第一同步带开口127或第二同步带开口128与所述同步带400连接,当所述同步带400运动时,所述同步带400带动所述小车129运动,所述小车129带动所述帘叶开合。
第一轨道120的多个小车129通过悬臂与皮带连接,皮带在第一左轨道121和第一右轨道122内传动,带动窗帘开合,且第一轨壁123、第二轨壁124、第三轨壁125、第四轨壁126与顶板111、侧板形成轨道空间,用于限位同步带400,防止同步带400在传动是脱轨,窗帘不能开合或者卡顿,同时也避免同步带400松弛,与其他部件隔离开来,减少第一空间部110与第二空间部150的结构件相互之间的影响。
进一步的,所述第一轨壁123包括第一子轨壁130和第二子轨壁131;所述第三轨壁125包括第三子轨壁132和第四子轨壁133,所述第一子轨壁130和所述第二子轨壁131垂直设置;所述第三子轨壁132和第四子轨壁133垂直设置,所述第一子轨壁130和所述第二子轨壁131以及所述第三子轨壁132和第四子轨壁133垂直设置分别呈直角结构,直角结构直接将同步带与第二空间部150隔离开,同步带400连接小车129,传动时底部的磨损更大,因此,直角结构对于同步带400底部的限位效果更佳,同时防磨损的程度高,具体的,所述顶板111的厚度为1.5cm,所述第一同步带开口127或第二同步带开口128的宽度为4cm。
进一步的,所述第一侧板112的下方设置有第三侧板114,所述第二侧板113的下方设置有第四侧板115,所述第三侧板114和第二侧板113形成所述第二空间;所述第三侧板和第四侧板115的侧壁上分别设置有凸条134;
所述智能窗帘包括:多个吊轮135,所述吊轮135下端悬挂有所述帘叶,所述吊轮135包括蜗轮蜗杆和滑轮;所述吊轮135通过所述滑轮在所述凸条134上滑动;所述调光杆500设置穿过多个所述吊轮135上,当所述调光杆500旋转时,所述调光杆500通过所述蜗轮蜗杆控制旋转所述帘叶的角度;所述小车129设置有两个,分别对侧设置在所述第一左轨道121和第一右轨道122内,所述吊轮135中有两个分别与两个所述小车129连接;当所述小车129在所述同步带的驱动下运动时,所述小车129通过所述吊轮135带动所述帘叶开合。
由于吊轮135左右两侧的车轮与凸条134配合,沿凸条134来回转动,减少小车129在推吊轮135时的摩擦力,使得窗帘在开合时更顺畅,省力,同时也减少同步带以及齿轮组件 220的阻力,减少对同步带400的损坏,使得使用周期更长,通过调整调光杆500,带动蜗轮蜗杆使得吊轮135改变形状。
具体的,所述第三侧板114和所述第四侧板115的间距逐渐从第一空间向第二空间的方向上逐渐减小,所述第三侧板114和所述第四侧板115的端部形成第二空间开口,开口方便安装帘叶。
具体的,所述副传动箱300内设有两个固定件310,两个所述固定件310分别设置在所述副传动箱300内两侧,所述固定件310与所述副传动箱300的顶部形成限位槽320;所述顶板111超过所述第一侧板112和第二侧板113的形成第一延伸部118,对应卡接在所述限位槽320内,所述限位槽320的长度等于所述第一延伸部118的长度;所述第二空间包括第一横板116与所述第二横板117,所述第一横板116与所述第二横板117的一端分别对应与所述第一侧板112和第二侧板113连接,所述第一横板116与所述第二横板117的另一端分别对应与所述第三侧板114和第四侧板115的一端垂直连接,且所述第三侧板114和第四侧板115的端部超过所述第一横板116与所述第二横板117的端部形成第二延伸部119;所述第二延伸部119与所述第一侧板112和第二侧板113形成凹槽330,对应的所述固定件310卡接在所述凹槽330内,限位槽320与导轨100上的第一延伸部118嵌入配合,限位固定,且导轨100上的凹槽330与固定件310嵌入配合,双重嵌入配合,双重固定以及限位,使得导轨100与副传动箱300固定稳固。
进一步的,所述第三侧板114和第四侧板115上分别对应设有滑条轨道,所述滑条轨道包括第一滑条轨道136和第二滑条轨道137,所述第一滑条轨道136包括第一滑壁138和第二滑壁139;所述第二滑条轨道137包括第三滑壁140和第四滑壁141,所述第一滑壁138的一端连接第三侧板114,所述第二滑壁139的一端与第三侧板114连接;第一滑壁138和第二滑壁139的另一端形成第一滑口142,所述第二滑壁139为弧壁;第三滑壁140的一端连接第四侧板115,所述第四滑壁141一端连接第四侧板115,所述第一横条的一端连接所述第三侧板114或第四侧板115;第二横条的一端连接所述第三侧板114或第四侧板115,所述第一横条的另一端与所述第二横条的另一端形成第二滑口143,所述第四滑壁141为弧壁;所述智能窗帘包括滑条144,所述滑条144套设在所述滑条轨道内;限位带柜内的滑条144,滑条轨道支撑吊轮135以及限位滑条144,导轨100内部部件紧凑,限位效果强,不会因为松动而造成窗帘开合失效,且使得整个导轨100一体化更强,在使用过程中使用周期更长。

  1. 一种智能窗帘,包括:
    导轨,用于悬挂帘叶;
    主传动箱,与所述导轨的一端连接,所述主传动箱包括齿轮组和电机;
    副传动箱,固定在所述导轨的另一端;
    同步带,一端与所述主传动箱连接,另一端与所述副传动箱连接;
    调光杆,用于调节所述帘叶的角度;
    电机通过齿轮组,带动所述同步带运动,实现窗帘开合;所述电机还通过齿轮组带动所述调光杆旋转以实现所述帘叶的角度调节;
    其中,所述导轨包括第一空间部和第二空间部,所述第一空间部内设有第一轨道,所述同步带设置在所述第一轨道内;
    所述第二空间部底部设有帘叶开口,所述帘叶开口处悬挂所述帘叶;
    所述第一空间部设置在所述第二空间部上,所述调光杆设置在所述第二空间部内,所述调光杆的一端连接于所述主传动箱,另一端连接于所述副传动箱。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第一空间部包括顶板、第一侧板和第二侧板;所述第一侧板和第二侧板相对设置,所述顶板设置在所述第一侧板和第二侧板上侧,所述第一侧板、第二侧板和顶板呈门字型结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第一轨道包括第一左轨道和第一右轨道,所述同步带设置在所述第一左轨道和第一右轨道内;所述第一左轨道包括第一轨壁和第二轨壁,所述第一右轨道包括第三轨壁和第四轨壁;
    所述第一轨壁的一端与所述第一侧板连接,所述第二轨壁与所述顶板连接,所述第一轨壁和第二轨壁配合形成第一同步带开口;所述第三轨壁的一端与所述第二侧板连接,所述第四轨壁与所述顶板连接,所述第三轨壁和第四轨壁配合形成第二同步带开口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述智能窗帘还包括多个小车,所述小车的一侧设置有悬臂,所述悬臂通过所述第一同步带开口或所述第二同步带开口与所述同步带连接,当所述同步带运动时,所述同步带带动所述小车运动,所述小车带动所述帘叶开合。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第一轨壁包括第一子轨壁和第二子轨壁;所述第三轨壁包括第三子轨壁和第四子轨壁,所述第一子轨壁和所述第二子轨壁垂直设置;所述第三子轨壁和第四子轨壁垂直设置,所述第一子轨壁和所述第二子轨壁以及所述第三子轨壁和第四子轨壁垂直设置分别呈直角结构。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述顶板的厚度为1.5cm,所述第一同 步带开口或第二同步带开口的宽度为4cm。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第一侧板的下方设置有第三侧板,所述第二侧板的下方设置有第四侧板,所述第三侧板和第二侧板形成所述第二空间部;所述第三侧板和第四侧板的侧壁上分别设置有凸条;
    所述智能窗帘包括:
    多个吊轮,所述吊轮下端悬挂有所述帘叶,所述吊轮包括蜗轮蜗杆和滑轮;所述吊轮通过所述滑轮在所述凸条上滑动;
    所述调光杆设置穿过多个所述吊轮上,当所述调光杆旋转时,所述调光杆通过所述蜗轮蜗杆控制旋转所述帘叶的角度。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述小车设置有两个,分别对侧设置在所述第一左轨道和第一右轨道内,所述吊轮中有两个分别与两个所述小车连接;当所述小车在所述同步带的驱动下运动时,所述小车通过所述吊轮带动所述帘叶开合。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述副传动箱内设有两个固定件,两个所述固定件分别设置在所述副传动箱内两侧,所述固定件与所述副传动箱的顶部形成限位槽;
    所述顶板超过所述第一侧板和第二侧板的形成第一延伸部,对应卡接在所述限位槽内,所述限位槽的长度等于所述第一延伸部的长度;
    所述第二空间部包括第一横板与第二横板,所述第一横板与所述第二横板的一端分别对应与所述第一侧板和第二侧板连接,所述第一横板与所述第二横板的另一端分别对应与第三侧板和第四侧板的一端垂直连接;
    且所述第三侧板和第四侧板的端部超过所述第一横板与所述第二横板的端部形成第二延伸部;所述第二延伸部与所述第一侧板和第二侧板形成凹槽,对应的所述固定件卡接在所述凹槽内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第三侧板和第四侧板上分别对应设有滑条轨道,所述滑条轨道包括第一滑条轨道和第二滑条轨道,所述第一滑条轨道包括第一滑壁和第二滑壁;所述第二滑条轨道包括第三滑壁和第四滑壁,所述第一滑壁的一端连接第三侧板,所述第二滑壁的一端与第三侧板连接;第一滑壁和第二滑壁的另一端形成第一滑口,所述第二滑壁为弧壁;
    所述第三滑壁的一端连接第四侧板,所述第四滑壁一端连接第四侧板,第一横条的一端连接所述第三侧板或第四侧板;第二横条的一端连接所述第三侧板或第四侧板,所述第一横条的另一端与所述第二横条的另一端形成第二滑口,所述第四滑壁为弧壁;
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述智能窗帘包括滑条,所述滑条套 设在所述滑条轨道内。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第三侧板和第四侧板上分别对应设置有棱筋,所述棱筋包括第一棱筋和第二棱筋,所述第二滑壁和第四滑壁分别设有凸起,所述凸起包括第一凸起和第二凸起;
    所述第一棱筋一端连接第三侧板,所述第一凸起的一端连接第二滑壁;所述第一棱筋的另一端与所述第一凸起的另一端形成第一螺丝孔开口,所述第一棱筋与所述第一凸起形成圆形结构;
    所述第二棱筋一端连接第四侧板,所述第二凸起的一端连接第四滑壁,所述第二棱筋的另一端与所述第二凸起的另一端形成第二螺丝孔开口,所述第二棱筋与所述第二凸起形成圆形结构;
    所述副传动箱对应设有螺丝孔,通过螺钉穿过所述副传动箱的螺丝孔,固定在所述圆形结构内。
  13. 如权利要求7所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板的间距从第一空间部向第二空间部的方向上逐渐减小,所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板的端部形成第二空间开口。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的一种智能窗帘,其中,所述调光杆500的剖面形状为十字形。
  15. 一种智能窗帘的导轨,所述导轨包括第一空间部和第二空间部,所述第一空间部内设有第一轨道;所述第二空间部底部设有帘叶开口,所述帘叶开口处悬挂所述智能窗帘中的帘叶,所述第一空间部设置在所述第二空间部上;
    所述第一空间部包括顶板、第一侧板和第二侧板;所述第一侧板和第二侧板相对设置,所述顶板设置在所述第一侧板和第二侧板上侧,所述第一侧板、第二侧板和顶板呈门字型结构;
    所述第一轨道包括第一左轨道和第一右轨道,所述智能窗帘中的同步带设置在所述第一左轨道和第一右轨道内;所述第一左轨道包括第一轨壁和第二轨壁,所述第一右轨道包括第三轨壁和第四轨壁;
    所述第一轨壁的一端与所述第一侧板连接,所述第二轨壁与所述顶板连接,所述第一轨壁和第二轨壁配合形成第一同步带开口;所述第三轨壁的一端与所述第二侧板连接,所述第四轨壁与所述顶板连接,所述第三轨壁和第四轨壁配合形成第二同步带开口;
    所述第一轨壁包括第一子轨壁和第二子轨壁;所述第三轨壁包括第三子轨壁和第四子轨壁,所述第一子轨壁和所述第二子轨壁垂直设置;所述第三子轨壁和第四子轨壁垂直设置,所述第一子轨壁和所述第二子轨壁以及所述第三子轨壁和第四子轨壁垂直设置分别呈直角结构;
    所述第一侧板的下方设置有第三侧板,所述第二侧板的下方设置有第四侧板,所述第三侧板和第二侧板形成所述第二空间部;所述第三侧板和第四侧板的侧壁上分别设置有凸条;
    所述顶板超过所述第一侧板和第二侧板的部分形成第一延伸部;
    所述第二空间部包括第一横板与第二横板,所述第一横板与所述第二横板的一端分别对应与所述第一侧板和第二侧板连接,所述第一横板与所述第二横板的另一端分别对应与所述第三侧板和第四侧板的一端垂直连接,且所述第三侧板和第四侧板的端部超过所述第一横板与所述第二横板的端部形成第二延伸部;
    所述第三侧板和第四侧板上分别对应设有滑条轨道,所述滑条轨道包括第一滑条轨道和第二滑条轨道,所述第一滑条轨道包括第一滑壁和第二滑壁;所述第二滑条轨道包括第三滑壁和第四滑壁,所述第一滑壁的一端连接第三侧板,所述第二滑壁的一端与第三侧板连接;第一滑壁和第二滑壁的另一端形成第一滑口,所述第二滑壁为弧壁;第三滑壁的一端连接第四侧板,所述第四滑壁一端连接第四侧板;
    第一横条的一端连接所述第三侧板或第四侧板;第二横条的一端连接所述第三侧板或第四侧板,所述第一横条的另一端与所述第二横条的另一端形成第二滑口,所述第四滑壁为弧壁;
    所述第三侧板和第四侧板上分别对应设置有棱筋,所述棱筋包括第一棱筋和第二棱筋,所述第二滑壁和第四滑壁分别设有凸起,所述凸起包括第一凸起和第二凸起;
    所述第一棱筋一端连接第三侧板,所述第一凸起的一端连接第二滑壁;所述第一棱筋的另一端与所述第一凸起的另一端形成第一螺丝孔开口,所述第一棱筋与所述第一凸起形成圆形结构;
    所述第二棱筋一端连接第四侧板,所述第二凸起的一端连接第四滑壁,所述第二棱筋的另一端与所述第二凸起的另一端形成第二螺丝孔开口,所述第二棱筋与所述第二凸起形成圆形结构。
