Abstract

一种模块化厂房,包括多个模块组件(10),模块组件(10)包括支撑框架(11)、风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,支撑框架(11)上设置有设备安装区用于安装工艺设备(13)和/或公用工程设备(14),风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均设置在支撑框架(11)上,且风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均与工艺设备(13)和/或公用工程设备(14)连接。上述的模块化厂房能够提高厂房建造施工效率、缩短厂房建造施工周期,且能够节约厂房建造施工成本。

Description

模块化厂房 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,尤其涉及一种模块化厂房。
背景技术
一般地,传统厂房等建筑物普遍采用钢筋混凝土框架式建造方式构建。然而,厂房内需要设置风管系统、水管系统、设备安装区及电气功能区等多种功能区域,功能分区复杂,采用钢筋混凝土施工方式施工费时费力,存在施工效率低、施工周期长的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种模块化厂房,能够提高厂房建造施工效率、缩短厂房建造施工周期。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种模块化厂房,包括多个模块组件,所述模块组件包括支撑框架、风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,所述支撑框架上设置有设备安装区用于安装工艺设备和/或公用工程设备,所述风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均设置在支撑框架上,且所述风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均与所述工艺设备和/或所述公用工程设备连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述模块化厂房还包括顶板和侧板,所述顶板设置在所述支撑框架顶部,所述侧板安装在所述支撑框架侧面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述模块化厂房还包括连接件,相邻的两个所述模块组件的支撑框架之间通过所述连接件连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接件包括连接板和紧固件,所述连接板设置 在相邻的两个所述支撑框架之间,所述连接板分别与两个所述支撑框架通过所述紧固件连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述紧固件为螺栓。
在其中一个实施例中,所述模块组件还包括方形风管连接件,相邻的两个所述模块组件的所述风管系统中的方形风管通过所述方形风管连接件连通,所述方形风管连接件包括方形连接管和风管连接法兰,所述方形连接管分别通过所述风管连接法兰与对应的所述方形风管连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述模块组件还包括圆形风管连接件,相邻的两个所述模块组件的所述风管系统中的圆形风管通过所述圆形风管连接件连通,所述圆形风管连接件包括圆形连接管,所述圆形连接管分别与对应的所述圆形风管承插连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述圆形风管连接件还包括卡箍,所述卡箍与所述圆形连接管连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述模块组件还包括水管连接法兰,相邻的两个所述模块组件的所述水管系统中的水管通过所述水管连接法兰连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述模块组件还包括电缆桥架连接件,相邻的两个所述模块组件的所述电缆桥架系统的电缆桥架通过所述电缆桥架连接件连接,所述电缆桥架连接件包括桥架连接片和锁紧件,所述桥架连接片通过所述锁紧件分别与对应的所述电缆桥架连接。
上述的模块化厂房包括多个模块组件,模块组件内集成风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,并在支撑框架上设置设备安装区用于安装工艺设备和/或公用工程设备。其中,风管系统、水管系统、电缆桥架系统(即电气功能区)及设备安装区的集成都可以在制造车间内完成,现场施工时只需将多个模块组件 进行拼装即可,施工操作简单方便,施工效率高,能够有效缩短施工周期。并且,模块组件的集成过程可以与现场基础配套工程的建造同步进行,可以进一步节省整个工程的建造周期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请同时参阅图1至图4,一实施例的模块化厂房包括多个模块组件10。模块组件10包括支撑框架11、风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,支撑框架 11上设置有设备安装区用于安装工艺设备13和/或公用工程设备14,风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均设置在支撑框架11上,且风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均与工艺设备13和/或公用工程设备14连接。
具体地,支撑框架11采用钢框架,设备安装区设置在支撑框架11底部,设备安装区可以是设置在支撑框架11上的钢板或钢梁,也可以是钢板和钢梁的组合结构,甚至还可以是钢筋混凝土楼板结构,本实施例并不具体限定。支撑框架11的上部区域安装风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,其中,电缆桥架系统布置于支撑框架11上梁的梁下300mm~600mm的空间内,风管系统布置于电缆桥架系统上方。进一步地,设备安装区上可以安装工艺设备13,还可以安装公用工程设备14,公用工程设备14包括供电设备、通风装置、制冷设备、消防成套设备等。如图1所示,本实施例的两个模块组件10中,一个模块组件10的设备安装区上安装工艺设备13,该模块组件10上的水管系统与工艺设备13连接,另一个模块组件10的设备安装区上安装公用工程设备14,该模块组件10上的风管系统和电缆桥架系统分别与公用工程设备连接。在其它实施例中,也可以在一个模块组件10上同时安装工艺设备13和公用工程设备14,本实施例并不做具体限定。
上述的模块化厂房包括多个模块组件10,模块组件10内集成风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,并在支撑框架11上设置工艺设备13和/或公用工程设备14。其中,风管系统、水管系统、电缆桥架系统(即电气功能区)及设备安装区的集成都可以在制造车间内完成,现场施工时只需将多个模块组件10进行拼装,完成模块组件10之间的现场拼装工作即可,施工操作简单方便,施工效率高,能够有效缩短施工周期。并且,模块组件10的集成过程可以与现场基础配套工程的建造同步进行,可以进一步节省整个工程的建造周期。
在一个实施例中,模块化厂房还包括顶板和侧板(均未示出),顶板设置在支撑框架11的顶部,侧板安装在支撑框架11的侧面。具体地,侧板的数量和侧板在支撑框架11上的安装位置根据模块组件10在组装过程中所处的安装位置设置。本实施例中,在支撑框架11上安装顶板和侧板,一方面,顶板和侧板能够保护支撑框架11内部的设备和管路;另一方面,顶板和侧板能够在模块组件10拼装完成后形成密封,使模块化厂房能够同时满足室内、室外的使用需求。
具体地,模块化厂房应用于不同场所顶板和侧板采用不同类型板材。例如,模块化厂房应用于机械区外墙,侧板包括依次设置的0.5mm厚度压型钢板、防水隔汽层、保温层、轻钢龙骨和水泥板,其中,水泥板作为临时防雨外墙,压型钢板为装饰层。若模块化厂房应用于机械区防火墙,则侧板包括依次设置的丙烯酸涂料层、双层防火石膏板、轻钢龙骨、双层防火石膏板和丙烯酸涂料层,其中,双层石膏板能够避免运输途中墙板开裂。
进一步地,如果模块化厂房应用于洁净室内隔墙,侧板可以包括依次设置的环氧涂料层、双层防潮防霉石膏板、轻钢龙骨、双层防潮防霉石膏板和环氧涂料层,其中,环氧涂料层适用于洁净室内墙。模块化厂房应用于洁净室内隔墙时,侧板还可以包括依次设置的CPVC洁净室墙板、双层防潮防霉石膏板、轻钢龙骨、双层防潮防霉石膏板和CPVC洁净室墙板,其中,CPVC墙板适用于洁净室内墙。更进一步地,模块化厂房应用于洁净室内隔墙时,侧板也可以包括依次设置的1mm烤漆洁净钢板、12.5mm石膏板、轻钢龙骨、12.5mm石膏板和1mm烤漆洁净钢板。
在一个实施例中,模块化厂房还包括连接件20,相邻的两个模块组件10的支撑框架11之间通过连接件20连接。具体地,在一个实施例中,连接件20包 括连接板21和紧固件22,连接板21设置在相邻的两个支撑框架11之间,连接板21分别与两个支撑框架11通过紧固件22连接,紧固件22可以但不局限为螺栓。在一个实施例中,考虑模块组件10的制造精度,连接板21加工时采用负工差,连接板21插入相邻的支撑框架11之间的缝隙内分别与两个支撑框架11连接。本实施例中,在两个支撑框架11之间设置连接板21能够对加工误差进行补偿,提高支撑框架11连接的稳定性。
具体地,不同的模块组件10之间可以沿垂直方向和水平方向进行连接扩展,不同的模块组件10之间可以按照不同的使用要求灵活组合,拼接出所需的厂房面积。
在一个实施例中,模块组件10还包括方形风管连接件30,相邻的两个模块组件的风管系统中的方形风管15通过方形风管连接件30连通,方形风管连接件30包括方形连接管31和风管连接法兰32,方形连接管31分别通过风管连接法兰32与对应的方形风管15连接。具体地,为确保现场安装的准确性,方形连接管31的长度根据现场测量进行加工,但是,对于安装距离小于方形连接管31的长度的安装工况,可以根据需要连接的两个方形风管15之间的距离对方形连接管31进行裁切,从而可以满足不同位置的模块组件10之间的安装需求,方便模块组件10组装操作,方形连接管31通过风管连接法兰32与对应的方形风管15连接能够确保密封性。
在一个实施例中,模块组件还包括圆形风管连接件40,相邻的两个模块组件10的风管系统中的圆形风管16通过圆形风管连接件40连通,圆形风管连接件40包括圆形连接管41,圆形连接管41分别与对应的圆形风管16承插连接。具体地,为确保圆形连接管41与圆形风管16承插稳定可靠,圆形连接管41的 长度比实际安装需要的长度长,实际安装中可以根据需要连接的两个圆形风管16之间的距离调整圆形连接管41的插入深度,如果现场安装需求长度较长,则圆形连接管41的插入深度浅一些,如果现场安装需求长度较短,则圆形连接管41的插入深度深一些即可,通过调整圆形连接管41的插入深度即可以满足不同位置的模块组件10之间的安装需求,方便模块组件10组装操作。进一步地,在一个实施例中,圆形风管连接件40还包括卡箍42,卡箍42与圆形连接管41连接,如果需要连接的两个圆形风管16之间的距离大于圆形风管连接件40的长度,采用两根或两根以上圆形连接管41进行连接,两根或两根以上圆形连接管41之间通过卡箍42连接。更进一步地,在一个实施例中,对于小尺寸的圆形风管16,圆形连接管41插入对应的小尺寸的圆形风管16中的插入深度不小于50mm。
在一个实施例中,模块组件还包括水管连接法兰50,相邻的两个模块组件10的水管系统中的水管17通过水管连接法兰50连接,需要连接的两个模块组件10中的水管17之间通过水管连接法兰50连接能够确保密封性能。进一步地,如果两个模块组件10之间的距离较大,也可以在需要连接的两个水管17之间设置水管连接管程,水管连接管程分别通过水管连接法兰50或焊接的方式与对应的水管17连接。
在一个实施例中,模块组件还包括电缆桥架连接件60,相邻的两个模块组件10的电缆桥架系统的电缆桥架18通过电缆桥架连接件60连接,电缆桥架连接件60包括桥架连接片61和锁紧件(未示出),桥架连接片61通过锁紧件分别与对应的电缆桥架18连接。桥架连接片61的长度可以根据需要连接的两个电缆桥架18之间的距离进行裁切,可以满足不同位置的模块组件10之间的安装需求,方便模块组件10组装操作,桥架连接片61与对应的电缆桥架18通 过锁紧件连接,连接稳定可靠。具体地,锁紧件可以但不局限为螺栓或螺钉。
上述的模块化厂房能够提高厂房建造施工效率、缩短厂房建造施工周期,且能够节约厂房建造施工成本。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块化厂房,其特征在于,包括多个模块组件(10),所述模块组件(10)包括支撑框架(11)、风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统,所述支撑框架(11)上设置有设备安装区用于安装工艺设备(13)和/或公用工程设备(14),所述风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均设置在支撑框架(11)上,且所述风管系统、水管系统和电缆桥架系统均与所述工艺设备(13)和/或所述公用工程设备(14)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述模块化厂房还包括顶板和侧板,所述顶板设置在所述支撑框架顶部,所述侧板安装在所述支撑框架侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述模块化厂房还包括连接件(20),相邻的两个所述模块组件(10)的支撑框架(11)之间通过所述连接件(20)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述连接件(20)包括连接板(21)和紧固件(22),所述连接板(21)设置在相邻的两个所述支撑框架(11)之间,所述连接板(21)分别与两个所述支撑框架(11)通过所述紧固件(22)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述紧固件(22)为螺栓。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述模块组件(10)还包括方形风管连接件(30),相邻的两个所述模块组件(10)的所述风管系统中的方形风管(15)通过所述方形风管连接件(30)连通,所述方形风管连接件(30)包括方形连接管(31)和风管连接法兰(32),所述方形连接管(31)分别通过所述风管连接法兰(32)与对应的所述方形风管(15)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述模块组件(10)还包括圆形风管连接件(40),相邻的两个所述模块组件(10)的所述风管系统中的圆形风管(16)通过所述圆形风管连接件(40)连通,所述圆形风管连接件(40)包括圆形连接管(41),所述圆形连接管(41)分别与对应的所述圆形风管(16)承插连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述圆形风管连接件(40)还包括卡箍(42),所述卡箍(42)与所述圆形连接管(41)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述模块组件(10)还包括水管连接法兰(50),相邻的两个所述模块组件(10)的所述水管系统中的水管(17)通过所述水管连接法兰(50)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化厂房,其特征在于,所述模块组件(10)还包括电缆桥架连接件(60),相邻的两个所述模块组件(10)的所述电缆桥架系统的电缆桥架(18)通过所述电缆桥架连接件(60)连接,所述电缆桥架连接件(60)包括桥架连接片(61)和锁紧件,所述桥架连接片(61)通过所述锁紧件分别与对应的所述电缆桥架(18)连接。
