Abstract
本发明涉及一种连接节点,具体为一种装配式柱脚连接节点的安装方法。包括底部钢柱和二个C型檩条,所述的底部钢柱的两侧壁分别设有檩条连接板,二个檩条连接板形成90度夹角分布,所述的檩条连接板的上部固定连接有一对呈对称分布的C型抱箍,所述的檩条连接板的外壁与镀锌C型檩条固定,二个镀锌C型檩条的端部形成90度夹角分布,所述的镀锌C型檩条的上部固定有U型槽口,二个C型抱箍中插接有上部钢柱,所述的U型槽口中插接有向上延伸的墙面板,二个墙面板的端部形成90度夹角分布。安装更加的便捷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接节点,具体为一种装配式柱脚连接节点的安装方法,能在环境简陋、水电未通的特殊情况下,能简单的由普通家庭自主安装的装配式节点,属于装配式建筑领域。
背景技术
随着现代工业技术的发展,建造房屋可以像生产那样,成批成套地制造。只要把预制好的房屋构件运到现场装配起来就成了。
由于装配式建筑一般运用于大型建筑中,且对工地现场要求较高。需要有起重机、电源、及大量的工人、工具,并对工人的操作技能要求也较高,安装复杂。无法广泛运用于贫穷或环境恶劣的地方,如救灾、临时性建筑。
该新型节点为解决某些位于特殊环境下的区域,如无法提供电源、工人的情况下,以方便家庭自主手工安装而产生的新型装配式节点。然而由于适应该特殊环境下工程较少,研发制作很少涉及,特别是柱脚位置节点相对匮乏。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种节点通过双抱C型箍有效的将地板上钢柱与地板下钢柱分离开来,与一体式钢柱相比减轻了重量,也缩短了长度便于运输及安装,并避免了现场焊接,只需要普通工具便能解决安装问题,柱脚采用的C型檩条和U型槽口,室内地板可以直接搁置于C型檩条上,墙板直接插入U型槽口,安装简单方便的一种装配式柱脚连接节点及其安装方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种装配式柱脚连接节点,
包括底部钢柱和二个镀锌C型檩条,所述的底部钢柱的两侧壁分别设有檩条连接板,二个檩条连接板形成90度夹角分布,所述的檩条连接板的上部固定连接有一对呈对称分布的C型抱箍,所述的檩条连接板的外壁与镀锌C型檩条固定,二个镀锌C型檩条的端部形成90度夹角分布,所述的镀锌C型檩条的上部固定有U型槽口,二个C型抱箍中插接有上部钢柱,所述的U型槽口中插接有向上延伸的墙面板,二个墙面板的端部形成90度夹角分布。
作为优选,所述的C型檩条与底部钢柱相贴合,所述的墙面板与上部钢柱相贴合。
一种装配式柱脚连接节点的安装方法,按以下步骤进行:
a、C型抱箍与檩条连接板的固定:
首先是将C型抱箍(a1)及檩条连接板(a2)在车间采用焊接方式固定;
b、镀锌C型檩条的固定:
再将镀锌C型檩条(a3)通过车间预开孔,在现场用螺栓与底部钢柱的檩条连接板(a2)连接,用于放置墙板及室内地板;
c、U型槽口的安装:
U型槽口(a4)采用彩钢板按照墙板大小车间制作成型,运输至现场采用自攻螺钉固定于C型檩条上侧(a3),用于墙面板的安装;
d、上部钢柱的安装:
上部方钢柱(a5)插入双C型抱箍(a1)内,采用螺杆固定。
发明的效果和优点:
1.有效解决了钢柱长度过长无法运输的问题,并清晰划分了地上系统及地下系统,并能反复拆卸安装,能多次使用。
2.避免了现场焊接,安装方便,采用转换柱的错位既满足墙板的固定又满足了室内地板的铺设。
3. 采用了U型折边槽口,方便了墙板的安装及拆卸。

实施例:如图所示,一种装配式柱脚连接节点:
包括底部钢柱和二个镀锌C型檩条,所述的底部钢柱的两侧壁分别设有檩条连接板,二个檩条连接板形成90度夹角分布,所述的檩条连接板的上部固定连接有一对呈对称分布的C型抱箍,所述的檩条连接板的外壁与镀锌C型檩条固定,二个镀锌C型檩条的端部形成90度夹角分布,所述的镀锌C型檩条的上部固定有U型槽口,二个C型抱箍中插接有上部钢柱,所述的U型槽口中插接有向上延伸的墙面板,二个墙面板的端部形成90度夹角分布。
所述的镀锌C型檩条与底部钢柱相贴合,所述的墙面板与上部钢柱相贴合。
一种装配式柱脚连接节点的安装方法,按以下步骤进行:

1.一种装配式柱脚连接节点的安装方法,其特征在于:连接节点结构包括底部钢柱(1)和二个镀锌C型檩条(a3),所述的底部钢柱(1)的两侧壁分别设有檩条连接板(a2),二个檩条连接板(a2)形成90度夹角分布,所述的檩条连接板(a2)的上部固定连接有一对呈对称分布的C型抱箍(a1),所述的檩条连接板(a2)的外壁与镀锌C型檩条(a3)固定,二个镀锌C型檩条(a3)的端部形成90度夹角分布,所述的镀锌C型檩条(a3)的上部固定有U型槽口(a4),二个C型抱箍(a1)中插接有上部钢柱(3),所述的U型槽口(a4)中插接有向上延伸的墙面板(2),二个墙面板(2)的端部形成90度夹角分布,所述的镀锌C型檩条(a3)与底部钢柱(1)相贴合,所述的墙面板(2)与上部钢柱(3)相贴合;
安装方法按以下步骤进行:
