Abstract
一种尾气后处理封装的隔热支架(100),其包括用以焊接于尾气后处理封装的壳体上的固定部(1)、连接在固定部(1)上的连接部(2)以及用以安装线束接头的支架部(3),其中固定部(1)包括用以焊接到壳体上的焊接部(11)以及与焊接部(11)一体延伸的支撑部(12),支撑部(12)使支架部(3)与壳体间隔一定的距离;连接部(2)包括位于支架部(3)的一侧的第一延伸部(21)以及位于支架部(3)的另一侧的第二延伸部(22)。
Description
本申请要求了申请日为2020年05月12日、申请号为202010395719.5、发明名称为“尾气后处理封装的隔热支架”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及一种尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,属于发动机尾气后处理技术领域。
随着排放法规的不断升级,用以与柴油发动机相配套的尾气后处理封装通常包括涂覆有催化剂涂层的若干载体,例如柴油氧化催化器、柴油颗粒捕集器以及选择性催化还原剂等。其中载体的进气端和出气端一般会设置用以测量尾气中相关物质的浓度和/或背压的各种传感器。这些传感器需要通过与之相连的线束与控制器进行连接。然而,由于尾气后处理封装中的尾气温度较高,导致尾气后处理封装的壳体温度也比较高,如何对尾气后处理封装的壳体附近的线束和/或其它电子元器件进行隔热,以降低高温对其产生不利影响,是所属技术领域的技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其具有较好的隔热效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其包括用以焊接于尾气后处理封装的壳体上的固定部、连接在所述固定部上的连接部以及用以安装线束接头的支架部,其中所述固定部包括用以焊接到所述壳体上的焊接部以及与所述焊接部一体延伸的支撑部,所述支撑部使所 述支架部与所述壳体间隔一定的距离;所述连接部包括位于所述支架部的一侧的第一延伸部以及位于所述支架部的另一侧的第二延伸部。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述焊接部设有焊接于所述壳体的圆弧面,所述连接部可拆卸地连接在所述固定部上。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述固定部包括位于所述支撑部的顶端的安装板,所述安装板垂直于所述支撑部,所述安装板设有若干第一安装孔;所述第一延伸部和/或所述第二延伸部设有与所述第一安装孔对齐的第二安装孔;所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架包括与所述第一安装孔与所述第二安装孔相配合的固定元件。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述固定元件包括穿过所述第一安装孔与所述第二安装孔的螺栓以及与所述螺栓相配合的螺母。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述安装板上涂覆有防辐射材料,用以降低高温物体对低温物体的热辐射量。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架还包括安装在所述安装板与所述第一延伸部以及所述第二延伸部之间的隔热板或者隔热棉。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一延伸部与所述第二延伸部平齐,所述支架部垂直于所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部,所述支架部与所述第一延伸部一体设置,所述支架部设有用以安装线束接头的安装孔以及位于所述安装孔的下部的隔热槽,所述隔热槽的宽度大于所述安装孔的宽度。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述支架部与所述支撑部一体设置,所述支撑部设有若干第一安装孔;所述连接部包括与所述第一延伸部相连的第一安装部以及与所述第二延伸部相连的第二安装部,所述第一安装部与所述第二安装部均设有与所述第一安装孔相对齐的第二穿孔;所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架包括与所述第一安装孔以及所述第二安装孔相配合的固定元件。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一延伸部与所述第二延伸部呈圆弧状且开口方向远离所述壳体。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一延伸部和/或所述第二延伸部上涂覆有防辐射材料,用以降低高温物体对低温物体的热辐射量。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过设置支撑部,使所述支架部与所述壳体间隔一定的距离,从而提高了隔热效果。另外,通过设置第一延伸部和第二延伸部可以增加隔热支架的散热面积,降低隔热支架的温度,同时可以阻挡所述壳体的热辐射,降低线束接头和线束表面的温度。

请参图1至图5所示,本发明揭示了一种尾气后处理封装的隔热支架100,其包括用以焊接于尾气后处理封装的壳体(未图示)上的固定部1、连接在所 述固定部1上的连接部2以及用以安装线束接头的支架部3。所述固定部1包括用以焊接到所述壳体上的焊接部11以及与所述焊接部11一体延伸的支撑部12,所述支撑部12使所述支架部3与所述壳体间隔一定的距离g。所述连接部2包括位于所述支架部3的一侧的第一延伸部21以及位于所述支架部3的另一侧的第二延伸部22。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述尾气后处理封装的壳体大致呈圆柱状。所述焊接部11设有焊接于所述壳体的圆弧面111,且确保所述圆弧面111与所述壳体的外表面相匹配,以便于焊接。在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述连接部2可拆卸地连接在所述固定部1上。当然,在其它实施方式中,所述连接部2与所述固定部1也可以焊接固定在一起。
请参照图1至图5所示,在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述固定部1包括位于所述支撑部12的顶端的安装板13,所述安装板13垂直于所述支撑部12,所述安装板13设有若干第一安装孔131。所述支撑部12大致沿竖直方向延伸,所述安装板13大致沿水平方向延伸。所述安装板13与所述支撑部12的顶端焊接在一起。所述安装板13的两端分别位于所述支撑部12的两侧。所述安装板13能够起到一定的隔热作用。优选地,所述安装板13上涂覆有防辐射材料,用以降低高温物体对低温物体的热辐射量。
所述第一延伸部21和/或所述第二延伸部22设有与所述第一安装孔131对齐的第二安装孔23。所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架100包括与所述第一安装孔131与所述第二安装孔23相配合的固定元件4。所述固定元件4包括穿过所述第一安装孔131与所述第二安装孔23的螺栓41以及与所述螺栓41相配合的螺母42。所述螺栓41抵压在第一延伸部21与第二延伸部22的上面,所述螺母42抵压在安装板13的底面。
具体地,在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述第一延伸部21与所述第二延伸部22均水平设置且相互平齐。所述支架部3垂直于所述第一延伸部21和所述第二延伸部22。所述第一延伸部21与支架部3一体设置且大致呈L形。
所述连接部2还包括与所述第二延伸部22一体弯折且大致垂直于所述第二 延伸部22的抵接部221,其中所述抵接部221用以焊接固定于所述支架部3的下半部分。
所述支架部3设有用以安装线束接头的安装孔31。优选地,所述支架部3还设有位于所述安装孔31的下部的隔热槽32,所述隔热槽32的宽度大于所述安装孔31的宽度,以尽量降低热传递的面积。
优选地,所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架100还包括安装在所述安装板13与所述第一延伸部21以及所述第二延伸部22之间的隔热板或者隔热棉5。所述隔热板或者隔热棉5设有若干开孔51。
请参照图6至图10所示,在本发明的另一种实施方式中,所述支架部3与所述支撑部12一体设置。所述支撑部12设有若干第一安装孔131。所述连接部2包括与所述第一延伸部21相连的第一安装部24以及与所述第二延伸部22相连的第二安装部25。所述第一安装部24与所述第二安装部25位于所述支撑部12的两侧。所述第一安装部24与所述第二安装部25均设有与所述第一安装孔131相对齐的第二穿孔23。
所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架100还包括与所述第一安装孔131以及所述第二安装孔23相配合的固定元件4。所述固定元件4包括穿过所述第一安装孔131与所述第二安装孔23的螺栓41以及与所述螺栓41相配合的螺母42。所述螺栓41抵压在所述第一安装部24的一侧,所述螺母42抵压在所述第二安装部25的另一侧。当然,在其它实施方式中,所述螺栓41与所述螺母42的位置也可以互换。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第一延伸部21与所述第二延伸部22呈圆弧状且开口方向远离所述尾气后处理封装的壳体。优选地,所述第一延伸部21和/或所述第二延伸部22上涂覆有防辐射材料,用以降低高温物体对低温物体的热辐射量。
所述支架部3设有用以安装线束接头的安装孔31。优选地,所述支架部3还设有位于所述安装孔31的下部的隔热槽32,所述隔热槽32的宽度大于所述安装孔31的宽度,以尽量降低热传递的面积。本发明通过设置第一延伸部21和第二延伸部22,可以增加隔热支架100的散热面积,降低隔热支架100的温 度,同时可以阻挡所述壳体的热辐射,降低线束接头和线束表面的温度。

- 一种尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其特征在于:包括用以焊接于尾气后处理封装的壳体上的固定部、连接在所述固定部上的连接部以及用以安装线束接头的支架部,其中所述固定部包括用以焊接到所述壳体上的焊接部以及与所述焊接部一体延伸的支撑部,所述支撑部使所述支架部与所述壳体间隔一定的距离;所述连接部包括位于所述支架部的一侧的第一延伸部以及位于所述支架部的另一侧的第二延伸部。
- 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其特征在于:所述焊接部设有焊接于所述壳体的圆弧面,所述连接部可拆卸地连接在所述固定部上。
- 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其特征在于:所述固定部包括位于所述支撑部的顶端的安装板,所述安装板垂直于所述支撑部,所述安装板设有若干第一安装孔;所述第一延伸部和/或所述第二延伸部设有与所述第一安装孔对齐的第二安装孔;所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架包括与所述第一安装孔与所述第二安装孔相配合的固定元件。

- 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其特征在于:所述支架部与所述支撑部一体设置,所述支撑部设有若干第一安装孔;所述连接部包括与所述第一延伸部相连的第一安装部以及与所述第二延伸部相连的第二安装部,所述第一安装部与所述第二安装部均设有与所述第一安装孔相对齐的第二穿孔;所述尾气后处理封装的隔热支架包括与所述第一安装孔以及所述第二安装孔相配合的固定元件。
- 如权利要求8所述的尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其特征在于:所述第一延伸部与所述第二延伸部呈圆弧状且开口方向远离所述壳体。
- 如权利要求8所述的尾气后处理封装的隔热支架,其特征在于:所述第一延伸部和/或所述第二延伸部上涂覆有防辐射材料,用以降低高温物体对低温物体的热辐射量。
