- 一种可完全紧扣杯体的纸塑成型杯盖,其中,杯体的上缘形成一薄片卷曲而成的外箍环,其特征在于:该杯盖设有一中央封闭面,于中央封闭面的外缘向下延伸出一环状侧壁,该环状侧壁的末端向水平面方向扩设有一环状扩增垣,该环状扩增垣再经圆弧转折并延伸形成有一垂直向下的环状下侧壁,该杯盖的环状扩增垣及环状下侧壁之间的圆弧转折处内侧面具有一C型环纳槽,于C型环纳槽两端头各凸设有一凸弧壁,杯盖可完全紧固结合杯体的外箍环并达到密封效果。
- 如权利要求1所述的可完全紧扣杯体的纸塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,该杯盖利用纸浆纤维材质以纸塑成型技术而一体成型。
- 如权利要求1所述的可完全紧扣杯体的纸塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,所述凸弧壁分别为第一凸弧壁及第二凸弧壁,该靠近于环状侧壁的C型环纳槽一端头于环状扩增垣内侧面凸设有前述第一凸弧壁,而C型环纳槽的另一端头于环状下侧壁内侧面凸设有前述第二凸弧壁,借由该C型环纳槽及于C型环纳槽两端头的第一凸弧壁及第二凸弧壁可完全紧扣并密封住所述杯体的上缘。
- 如权利要求3所述的可完全紧扣杯体的纸塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,前述C型环纳槽的中央点C并依Z轴方向延伸出一纵垂线V,而C型环纳槽的中央点C并依X轴方向延伸出一水平线E,该第一凸弧壁于最外顶点处为顶点P,该第二凸弧壁于最外顶点处为顶点Q,该第一凸弧壁的顶点P与C型环纳槽的中央点C相连线为连线L,该第二凸弧壁的顶点Q与C型环纳槽的中央点C相连线为连线K,以C型环纳槽的中央点C为基准,该连线L与连线K所形成的夹角角度θ小于180度,而形成犄角形态将所述外箍环完全紧扣于C型环纳槽内。
- 如权利要求3所述的可完全紧扣杯体的纸塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,前述杯盖的中央封闭面于中心处设有一中央轴线U,于中央封闭面的最高顶点外表面并依X轴方向延伸出一水平线G,前述第一凸弧壁于最外顶点处为顶点P,前述第二凸弧壁于最外顶点处为顶点Q,该中央封闭面的最高顶点外表面延伸的水平线G与该第一凸弧壁的最外顶点P的纵向距离为距离A,该中央封闭面的最高顶点外表面延伸的水平线G与第二凸弧壁的最外顶点Q的纵向距离为距离B,该纵向距离A小于纵向距离B,而中央封闭面的中央轴线U与第一凸弧壁的最外顶点P的水平距离为距离M,该中央封闭面的中央轴线U则与第二凸弧壁的最外顶点Q的水平距离为距离N,该水平距离M小于水平距离N。
- 如权利要求5所述的可完全紧扣杯体的纸塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,将杯盖结合于杯体时,杯体的外箍环与杯盖的C型环纳槽结合后,前述第二凸弧壁位于杯体的外箍环的外侧面往内侧呈缩小口径并对杯体的外箍环的外侧面于抵触时施有第一外力,而第一凸弧壁位于杯体的外箍环内侧面于抵触时则施有第二外力,即第一凸弧壁与第二凸弧壁存有距离上的落差,而造成第一凸弧壁与第二凸弧壁可同时对杯体的外箍环内侧面及外侧面施以作用力。
