Abstract

一种具有香薰功能的空调器以及环境调节方法。该环境调节方法包括:获取空调器的工作环境空间的图像帧序列;基于图像帧序列识别工作环境空间所属的场景类别;根据场景类别确定空调器释放的香薰类型;控制空调器释放与香薰类型相对应的精油干雾。无需用户执行任何操作即可释放出与场景类别相适配的精油干雾,使得香薰气味得到有效控制,在避免浪费的同时,提高了智能化水平。

本申请基于申请号为202011104013.5、申请日为2020年10月15日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及智能空调(智慧空调)技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有香薰功能的空调器以及基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法。
背景技术
目前,空调器的香薰功能主要通过在进风口处安装香薰精油挥发模块来实现,其主要依赖于香薰精油模块的挥发进行气味输送。由于香薰精油模块挥发为气味分子,散发性较强,因而采用这种香薰方式进行香薰时,无法有效控制香薰气味的挥发范围,且极易增加香薰精油的浪费。特别是针对不同人群对香薰气味有不同要求的情况,例如,在空调器应用于家庭环境时,每个家庭成员对香薰气味的要求可能不同,如果使用上述香薰方式,仅能满足家庭环境中的某类人群的香薰需求,不能满足该家庭环境中的其他人群的香薰需求,而且在满足某类人群的香薰需求时,容易影响该家庭环境中的其它人群,降低了用户的使用体验。
综合考虑,在设计上亟需提供一种可有效控制香薰气味以满足场景中特定人群的香薰需求的具有香薰功能的空调器以及环境调节方法。
发明内容
本发明第一方面的一个目的是要克服现有技术中的至少一个技术缺陷,提供一种可有效控制香薰气味以满足特定场景中人群的香薰需求的基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法。
本发明第一方面的另一个进一步的目的是要精准地控制精油干雾的释放量,以为用户带来高舒适度的使用体验。
本发明第二方面的一个目的是要提供一种具有香薰功能的空调器。
依据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法,其包括:
获取空调器的工作环境空间的图像帧序列;
基于图像帧序列识别工作环境空间所属的场景类别;
根据场景类别确定空调器释放的香薰类型;
控制空调器释放与香薰类型相对应的精油干雾。
可选地,控制空调器释放与香薰类型相对应的精油干雾的步骤包括:
若场景类别为第一设定场景,基于图像帧序列获取工作环境空间中的人体特征信息的变化频率;
在变化频率低于预设变化频率阈值时,控制空调器通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾。

可选地,精油干雾模块包括:
第一精油干雾盒,其上设置有第一窗口,第一窗口用于控制第一精油干雾盒的精油释放量;以及
第二精油干雾盒,其上设置有第二窗口,第二窗口用于控制第二精油干雾盒的精油释放量。
本发明可基于图像帧序列识别出空调器的工作环境空间所属的场景类别,并根据场景类别确定空调器的释放的香薰类型,进而控制空调器释放出与该香薰类型相对应的精油干雾,以对特定场景中的用户进行香薰气味输送,满足了不同场景中的用户的香薰需求,提升了用户使用体验。相对于智能家庭(智慧家庭)、智能家居(智慧家居)、智能家电(智慧家电)、智能空调(智慧空调)等领域中的现有技术,本发明的方案无需用户执行任何操作即可释放出与场景类别相适配的精油干雾,使得香薰气味得到有效控制,在避免浪费的同时,提高了智能化水平。
进一步地,本发明能够更加精准地控制精油干雾释放量,有助于控制精油成本,进一步提高了空调器的智能化。
更进一步地,本发明能够对空调器的送风方式以及送风风速进行智能调整,实现对香薰气味的定向输送,在集中解决某类人群的特定需求时,又能够做到不影响其他人员,进一步提升了用户使用体验。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的具有香薰功能的空调器100的示意性结构图。参见图1,本发明的空调器100可包括图像采集装置110、精油干雾模块120、处理器130以及存储器140。这里的空调器100可以为柜式空调器或挂式空调器等。
图像采集装置110可安装于空调器100的外部,并可采集并输出空调器100的工作环境空间的图像帧序列。图像采集装置110可以为摄像头、摄像机、相机、扫描仪、图像采 集卡等具有摄像功能的设备。
精油干雾模块120可用于释放精油干雾。精油干雾模块120可包括多个精油干雾盒。每一个精油干雾盒可用于释放不同香味的精油干雾,使得空调器能够释放出多种香味的精油干雾,以便更好地满足用户需求。精油干雾模块120可拆卸地安装于空调器100的出风口,由此可方便更换精油干雾模块120。
在一些实施例中,精油干雾模块120可包括第一精油干雾盒121以及第二精油干雾盒122。第一精油干雾盒121上可设置有第一窗口。第一窗口可用于控制第一精油干雾盒121的精油释放量。第二精油干雾盒122上可设置有第二窗口。第二窗口可用于控制第二精油干雾盒122的精油释放量。在具体应用中,可将精油释放量配置成多个档位,例如,窗口全开、窗口半开以及窗口全闭等,以简便控制逻辑。
在一些进一步的实施例中,第一精油干雾盒121可配置为释放第一香味精油干雾,第二精油干雾盒122可配置为释放第二香味精油干雾。第一香味精油干雾可用于对用户进行提神醒脑,可设置为薄荷香味。第二香味精油干雾可用于对用户进行舒缓凝神,可设置为薰衣草香味。
存储器140可存储有计算机程序141。计算机程序141可被处理器130执行时用于实现本发明任一实施例的基于具有香薰功能的空调器100的环境调节方法。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的基于具有香薰功能的空调器100的环境调节方法的示意性流程图。参见图2,本实施例的基于具有香薰功能的空调器100的环境调节方法可包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,获取空调器的工作环境空间的图像帧序列。
在该步骤中,可通过图像采集装置获取图像帧序列。图像采集装置可以为摄像头、摄像机、相机、扫描仪、图像采集卡等具有摄像功能的设备。
步骤S204,基于图像帧序列识别空调器的工作环境空间所属的场景类别。以人作为主体来说,场景类别包括但不限于工作场景、学习场景、瑜伽场景、睡眠场景、聚会场景。在该步骤中,可利用场景分类算法来识别空调器的工作环境空间的场景类别。具体的场景分类算法可参考相关技术领域内现有场景分类算法,本发明对此不再赘述。
步骤S206,根据场景类别确定空调器释放的香薰类型。香薰类型即为香薰气味,比如可用于提神醒脑的薄荷味的香薰气味或者可用于凝神舒缓的薰衣草味的香薰气味。
步骤S208,控制空调器释放与香薰类型相对应的精油干雾。精油干雾为精油的干燥颗粒。精油干雾可预先存储在精油干雾盒内(比如,第一精油干雾盒或者第二精油干雾盒)。
本发明实施例通过获取空调器的工作环境空间的图像帧序列,并识别出空调器的工作环境空间所属的场景类别,进而根据场景类别确定空调器释放的香薰类型,并控制空调器释放与香薰类型相对应的精油干雾,以对特定场景中的用户进行香薰气味输送,满足了不同场景中的用户的香薰需求,提升了用户使用体验。相对于智能家庭(智慧家庭)、智能家居(智慧家居)、智能家电(智慧家电)、智能空调(智慧空调)等领域中的现有技术, 本发明的方案无需用户执行任何操作即可释放出与场景类别相适配的精油干雾,使得香薰气味得到有效控制,在避免浪费的同时,提高了智能化水平。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S208之后,基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法还可以包括:获取并记录空调器的原始设定参数;获取空调器的工作环境空间中的人体状态信息;根据人体状态信息判断人体状态是否发生改变,并在确定人体状态发生改变时,控制空调器按照原始设定参数运行。人体状态可以为学习状态、工作状态、瑜伽状态、犯困状态等。其中,原始设定参数可包括香薰参数以及送风参数。香薰参数可以为香薰类型以及精油干雾释放量。送风参数可以为送风方式以及送风风速。采用本发明实施例的方案可以在满足用户的香薰需求之后,及时关闭香薰功能,并使空调器恢复至原始的设定参数运行。
在一些进一步的实施例中,当确定出人体状态发生改变之后,还可获取人体状态发生改变的时间,进而在人体状态发生改变的时间超过预设时间段时,控制空调器按照原始设定参数运行,从而能够使环境调节方式更加合理,提升了用户舒适度。
在一些实施例中,步骤S208可包括如下步骤:
若场景类别为第一设定场景,首先可基于图像帧序列获取空调器的工作环境空间中的人体特征信息的变化频率。第一设定场景可以是学习或工作等需要对用户进行提神唤醒的场景。人体特征信息可包括头部特征信息以及眼部特征信息。人体特征信息的变化频率可以为眨眼频率,也可以为低头频率。
其次,在变化频率低于预设变化频率阈值时,可控制空调器通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾。第一香味精油干雾可设置为薄荷香味,以对用户进行提神唤醒。预设变化频率阈值可根据实际应用的需求进行设置。例如,当设置人体特征信息的变化频率为眨眼频率时,由于用户在正常清醒状态下眼皮抬起/闭合一次所用的时间一般为0.1s左右,当开始犯困时,眼皮抬起/闭合一次所用的时间会延长至2s左右,因而,可根据用户在清醒状态下的眨眼频率以及用户开始犯困时的眨眼频率设置预设变化频率阈值。
本实施例通过人体特征信息的变化频率与预设变化频率阈值的对比结果,可准确地确定第一香味精油干雾的释放时机,有助于提升精油干雾释放的准确性,给用户较佳的使用体验。
在一些进一步的实施例中,在控制空调器通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾时,可根据变化频率调整第一香味精油干雾释放量。本实施例通过人体特征信息的变化频率来调整第一香味精油干雾的释放量,可精准地控制精油干雾的释放量,以便有效控制香薰气味的散发,能够在满足用户香薰需求的同时避免产生浪费。
此外,在通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾过程中,可使第一香味精油干雾释放量随变化频率的减小而增大,以提升香薰效果。
为了进一步地提升香薰效果,在一些实施例,基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法还可以包括如下步骤:
在人体特征信息的变化频率低于预设变化频率阈值时,可控制空调器按照风吹人的定向送风方式送风。由此,通过定向送风能够对空调器的工作环境空间中有香薰需求的用户进行集中味道输送,以更好地满足该用户需求,并且不会影响到空调器的工作环境空间中的其它用户。进一步地,在进行定向送风过程中,送风风速可设置为随人体特征信息的变化频率的减小而增大,以便提升香薰效果。送风风速可配置为高风、中高风、中低风以及低风等多个风挡。
为了提高空调的智能化水平,以更好地服务于用户,在本发明一实施例中,还可获取并记录空调器的原始设定参数,进而在控制空调器通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾之后,检测空调器的工作环境空间中的人体特征信息的变化频率是否超过预设变化频率阈值。若此时检测到人体特征信息的变化频率超过预设变化频率阈值,则可判定人体状态发生改变,进而可控制空调器按照原始设定参数运行。使用本实施例的方案有助于节省精油干雾,提升了用户使用体验。
在另一些实施例中,步骤S208还可包括如下步骤:
若场景类别为第二设定场景,首先可获取空调器的工作环境空间中的人体位置信息以及设定物体位置信息。具体地,可通过传感器获取人体位置信息以及设定物体位置信息。第二设定场景可以是瑜伽或睡眠等需要对用户进行舒缓凝神的场景。设定物体可以根据实际应用需求进行设置。例如,在瑜伽场景中,可设置瑜伽垫为设定物体,而在睡眠场景中,则可设置床为设定物体。
其次,可根据人体位置信息和设定物体位置信息计算人体与设定物体之间的距离。
最后,在人体与设定物体之间的距离低于预设距离阈值时,可控制空调器通过第二精油干雾盒释放第二香味精油干雾。第二香味精油干雾可设置为薰衣草香味,以对用户进行舒缓凝神。预设距离阈值不应设置较大,避免出现误判,导致空调器在人体与设定物体之间的距离较远时就开始释放第二香味精油干雾,从而产生极大浪费。
本实施例通过人体与设定物体之间的距离与预设距离阈值的对比结果,可更简单、准确地控制第二香味精油干雾的释放时机,有助于提升精油干雾释放的准确性,给用户较佳的使用体验。
在一些进一步的实施例中,在控制空调器通过第二精油干雾盒释放第二香味精油干雾时,还可根据人体与设定物体之间的距离调整第二香味精油干雾释放量。通过人体与设定物体之间的距离来调整第二香味精油干雾的释放量,可有效控制香薰气味的散发,有助于提升精油干雾释放量控制的准确性,能够在满足用户香薰需求的同时避免产生浪费。在通过第二精油干雾盒释放第二香味精油干雾的过程中,可使第二香味精油干雾释放量随人体和设定物体之间的距离的减小而减小,并在第二香味精油干雾释放量减小至第二设定场景下的第一设定释放阈值时,停止减少,以提升香薰效果。
在一些实施例中,基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法还可包括如下步骤:在人体和设定物体之间的距离低于预设距离阈值时,可控制空调器按照风吹人的定向送风方 式送风。通过定向送风可对空调器的工作环境空间中有香薰需求的用户进行集中味道输送,以更好地满足该用户香薰需求,并且不会影响到空调器的工作环境空间中的其它用户。进一步地,在进行定向送风过程中,送风风速可设置为随人体和设定物体之间的距离的减小而减小,并在送风风速减小至第二设定场景下的第一设定风速阈值时,停止减小,以避免送风风速减小至零,影响香薰效果。送风风速可配置为高风、中高风、中低风以及低风等多个风挡。
为了提高空调的智能化水平,以更好地服务于用户,在本发明一实施例中,还可获取并记录空调器的原始设定参数,进而在控制空调器通过第二精油干雾盒释放第二香味精油干雾之后,确定此时的人体与设定物体之间的距离是否超过预设距离阈值。若此时确定出人体与设定物体之间的距离超过预设距离阈值,则可控制空调器按照原始设定参数运行。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法的示意性详细流程图。参见图3,本发明的基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法可包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,获取并记录空调器的原始设定参数。
步骤S304,获取空调器的工作环境空间的图像帧序列。在该步骤中,可通过图像采集装置获取图像帧序列。
步骤S306,基于图像帧序列识别空调器的工作环境空间所属的场景类别。
步骤S308,判断空调器的工作环境空间所属的场景类别是否为第一设定场景以及第二设定场景中的任一种。若是,执行步骤S310;若否,执行步骤S326。
步骤S310,根据场景类别确定空调器释放的香薰类型,并记录。
步骤S312,获取工作环境空间中的人体特征信息的变化频率。
步骤S314,判断人体特征信息的变化频率是否低于预设变化频率阈值。若是,运行步骤S322;若否,返回步骤S304。
步骤S316,获取工作环境空间中的人体位置信息以及设定物体位置信息。
步骤S318,根据人体位置信息和设定物体位置信息计算人体与设定物体之间的距离。
步骤S320,判断人体与设定物体之间的距离是否低于预设距离阈值。若是,运行步骤S322;若否,返回步骤S304。
步骤S322,按照风吹人的定向送风方式送风。
步骤S324,控制空调器释放与记录的香薰类型相对应的精油干雾。
步骤S326,按照原始设定参数控制空调器运行。返回步骤S304。
本发明实施例可基于图像帧序列识别出空调器的工作环境空间所属的场景类别,并根据场景类别确定空调器的释放的香薰类型,进而控制空调器释放出与该香薰类型相对应的精油干雾,以对特定场景中的用户进行香薰气味输送,满足了不同场景中的用户的香薰需求,提升了用户使用体验。相对于智能家庭(智慧家庭)、智能家居(智慧家居)、智能家电(智慧家电)、智能空调(智慧空调)等领域中的现有技术,本发明的方案无需用户 执行任何操作即可释放出与场景类别相适配的精油干雾,使得香薰气味得到有效控制,在避免浪费的同时,提高了智能化水平。
进一步地,本发明实施例能够更加精准地控制精油干雾释放量,有助于控制精油成本,进一步提高了空调器的智能化。

    获取所述空调器的工作环境空间的图像帧序列;
    基于所述图像帧序列识别所述工作环境空间所属的场景类别;
    根据所述场景类别确定所述空调器释放的香薰类型;
    控制所述空调器释放与所述香薰类型相对应的精油干雾。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环境调节方法,其中,所述控制所述空调器释放与所述香薰类型相对应的精油干雾的步骤包括:
    若所述场景类别为第一设定场景,基于所述图像帧序列获取所述工作环境空间中的人体特征信息的变化频率;
    在所述变化频率低于预设变化频率阈值时,控制所述空调器通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的环境调节方法,其中,所述控制所述空调器通过第一精油干雾盒释放第一香味精油干雾的步骤包括:
    根据所述变化频率调整所述第一香味精油干雾释放量,并使所述第一香味精油干雾释放量随所述变化频率的减小而增大。

    在所述距离低于预设距离阈值时,控制所述空调器通过第二精油干雾盒释放第二香味精油干雾。

    获取并记录所述空调器的原始设定参数;
    获取所述工作环境空间中的人体状态信息;

    若是,控制所述空调器按照所述原始设定参数运行。
  9. 一种具有香薰功能的空调器,包括:
    图像采集装置,用于采集并输出图像帧序列;
    精油干雾模块,用于释放精油干雾;
    处理器;以及
    存储器,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时用于实现根据权利要求1-8中任一所述的基于具有香薰功能的空调器的环境调节方法。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其中,所述精油干雾模块包括:
    第一精油干雾盒,其上设置有第一窗口,所述第一窗口用于控制所述第一精油干雾盒的精油释放量;以及
