其中,上述技术方案中所述推转机构5包括底座51、转动座52和驱动件53,所述底座51和转动座52均为直条形并沿左右方向水平设置,所述底座51的右端沿前后方向竖向设有连接板511,所述连接板511上端具有水平设置腰圆孔512,且两根所述安装杆1的另一端分别设有与其可拆卸连接第一限位件2,所述连接板511用以在所述安装盘之后经所述腰圆孔套在两根所述安装杆上,并由两个所述第一限位件限位在两根安装杆上,所述转动座52位于所述底座51的上方,并位于所述连接板的左侧,且所述转动座的右端与所述底座右端竖向转动连接,所述驱动件53置于所述底座51和转动座52之间并安装在所述底座51上端,其驱动端与所述转动座52下端传动连接,所述转动座用以搁放所述立杆,所述驱动件53用以驱动所述转动座52竖向转动至竖直以同步推动所述路灯杆4绕两根所述安装杆1拐角处转动至竖直或反向转动至复位。其结构简单,将底座通过连接板与两个安装杆连接,如此对推转机构进行配重,避免推转机构在推转时发生位移,从而提高其安全性能。
上述技术方案中所述第一限位件2为螺母,可详见图3,此时所述安装杆1的另一端设有与所述螺母螺纹配合的外螺纹,或所述第一限位件2为螺栓,可详见图2,此时所述安装杆1的另一端端部凹设有与所述螺栓相配合的第二螺纹孔,其中,优选的,所述螺栓为法兰螺栓, 如此可使得其能更好的将安装盘限位在安装杆上。
上述技术方案中所述推转机构5还包括第二限位件54,所述第二限位件54安装在所述转动座52的上端中部,其用以对所述立杆4进行周向限位,设置第二限位件以提高整个推转机构的安全性,避免立杆从转动座上滑落导致安全事故发生。
如图4所示,上述技术方案中所述第二限位件54为n形箍541和锁紧件542,所述n形箍541竖向置于所述转动座52上端中部,且所述立杆4穿过所述n形箍541的槽内,所述n形箍541一端与所述转动座52的一侧转动连接,其另一端向外弯折至与所述转动座52上端齐平,所述n形箍541和所述转动座52的另一侧均设有相互对齐的通孔,所述锁紧件542用以经两个所述通孔以将所述n形箍541设有所述通孔的一端锁紧在所述转动座52上或将其松开,其结构简单,所述锁紧件可以采用挂锁。
上述技术方案中所述转动座的上端还设有滚动轴,所述滚动轴的两端与所述转动座的两侧转动连接,所述立杆搁在所述滚动轴上并限位在所述n形箍与转动座围合形成的孔内,如此使得推移机构在工作时,立杆与转动座之间的滑动摩擦转化为与滚动轴之间的滚动摩擦,从而减小摩擦力。
上述技术方案中所述驱动件为伸缩件,所述伸缩件转动安装在所述底座上端,其伸缩端与所述转动座下端转动连接,其结构简单,且使得整个推转机构的体积更加小巧。
上述技术方案中所述伸缩件为伸缩气缸或伸缩电缸或液压缸或千斤 顶,其推力大,且使用方便,自动化程度高。
其中,优选的,如图6所示,所述腰圆孔的两端延伸至靠近所述连接板的两侧,如此使得其能适应不同规格的地脚笼(不同规格的地脚笼上相邻两个地脚螺栓之间的间隔距离不同)。
其中,优选的,如图5所示,所述滚动轴长度方向对应的中部进行直径小于转轴两端的直径,且滚动轴的直径由中部向两端逐渐增大,以使得滚动轴中部形成环形槽从而使得立杆限位在环形槽内,避免立杆左右摆动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种立杆安装装置,其特征在于,包括两根L形的安装杆(1),两根所述安装杆(1)的同一端端部分别凹设有与地脚笼(3)上的地脚螺栓(31)螺纹配合的第一螺纹孔(11),两个所述安装杆(1)分别用以与所述地脚笼(3)上左侧两个所述地脚螺栓(31)螺纹连接,并使得两根所述安装杆(1)相互平行且其另一端均朝左,立杆(4)的安装盘(41)上相邻且与两个安装杆相对应的两个安装孔(411)分别套在两根所述安装杆(1)的另一端,所述立杆(4)在外力作用下竖向转动至竖直并将四个安装孔(411)与四个所述地脚螺栓(31)套合。
  2. 根据权利要求1立杆安装装置,其特征在于,还包括推转机构(5),所述推转机构(5)置于两个所述安装杆(1)的左侧,且所述立杆(4)卧置于所述推转机构(5)的上方,所述推转机构(5)用以推动所述立杆(4)绕绕两根所述安装杆(1)的拐角处转动至竖直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述推转机构(5)包括底座(51)、转动座(52)和驱动件(53),所述底座(51)和转动座(52)均为直条形并沿左右方向水平设置,所述底座(51)的右端沿前后方向竖向设有连接板(511),所述连接板(511)上端具有水平设置腰圆孔(512),且两根所述安装杆(1)的另一端分别设有与其可拆卸连接第一限位件(2),所述连接板(511)用以在所述安装盘之后经所述腰圆孔套在两根所述安装杆上,并由两个所述第一限位件限位在两根安装杆上,所述转动座(52)位于所述底座(51)的上方,并位于所述连接板的左侧,且所述转动座的右端与所述底座右端竖向转动连接,所述驱动件(53)置于所述底座(51)和转动座(52)之间并安装在所述底座(51)上端,其驱动端与所述转动座(52)下端传动连接,所述转动座用以搁放所述立杆,所述驱动件(53)用以驱动所述转动座(52)竖向转动至竖直以同步推动所述路灯杆(4)绕两根所述安装杆(1)拐角处转动至竖直或反向转动至复位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位件(2)为螺母,所述安装杆(1)的另一端设有与所述螺母螺纹配合的外螺纹,或所述第一限位件(2)为螺栓,所述安装杆(1)的另一端端部凹设有与所述螺栓相配合的第二螺纹孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述螺栓为法兰螺栓。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述推转机构(5)还包括第二限位件(54),所述第二限位件(54)安装在所述转动座(52)的上端中部,其用以对所述立杆(4)进行周向限位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述第二限位件(54)为n形箍(541)和锁紧件(542),所述n形箍(541)竖向置于所述转动座(52)上端中部,且所述立杆(4)穿过所述n形箍(541)的槽内,所述n形箍(541)一端与所述转动座(52)的一侧转动连接,其另一端向外弯折至与所述转动座(52)上端齐平,所述n形箍(541)和所述转动座(52)的另一侧均设有相互对齐的通孔,所述锁紧件(542)用以经两个所述通孔以将所述n形箍(541)设有所述通孔的一端锁紧在所述转动座(52)上或将其松开。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7任一项所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述转动座(52)的上端还设有滚动轴(521),所述滚动轴(521)的两端与所述转动座(52)的两侧转动连接,所述立杆(4)搁在所述滚动轴(521)上并限位在所述n形箍(541)与转动座(52)围合形成的孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件(53)为伸缩件,所述伸缩件转动安装在所述底座(51)上端,其伸缩端与所述转动座(52)下端转动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的立杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩件为伸缩气缸或伸缩电缸或液压缸或千斤顶。
