随着计算机技术的快速发展和用户需求的日益增多,通常用户需要将邮件分享给其他用户,以便该用户和其他用户可以基于邮件信息进行交流讨论。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种信息展示方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,以有利于用户间交互效率的提升,提升用户体验。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息展示方法,包括:
获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,所述目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,所述目标邮件是所述第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是所述第二用户分享给所述第一用户的邮件;
基于所述目标消息的状态信息,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种信息展示装置,包括:
状态信息检测模块,用于获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,所述目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,所述目标邮件是所述第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是所述第二用户分享给所述第一用户的邮件;

本公开申请人在实施本公开的过程中发现,用户将邮件分享给其他用户后,各个用户可以在即时通讯IM(Instant Messaging)会话中针对分享邮件进行交流讨论,使得用户的客户端中的IM会话可以接收到其他用户发送的会话消息。为了及时获知其他用户发送的会话消息,该用户需要一直打开IM会话,即IM会话始终处于展示状态,等待查看其他用户在IM会话中发送的会话消息。针对于此,本公开的一些实施方式,可以基于状态信息,在第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息,使 得用户可以在邮箱客户端获知其所属的IM会话中是否存在目标消息,有利于用户间交互效率的提升。
实施例一
图1为本公开实施例一提供的一种信息展示方法的流程示意图,本实施例可适用于在分享者的邮箱客户端界面上或者被分享者的邮箱客户端界面上展示消息状态的情况。该方法可以由信息展示装置来执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件的方式来实现,集成于第一用户的邮箱客户端中。其中,邮箱客户端可以集成于PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)端或者移动终端中。如图1所示,该方法具体包括以下步骤:
S110、获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,目标邮件是第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是第二用户分享给第一用户的邮件。
其中,IM会话可以是指包含第一用户和第二用户,并且分享有目标邮件信息的会话,以便第一用户和第二用户可以在IM会话中针对目标邮件发送会话消息,进行沟通讨论。若分享者将目标邮件分享至IM用户群中,则IM会话可以是指该IM用户群对应的群会话。若分享者将目标邮件分享至单个IM用户,则该IM会话可以是指单个IM用户与分享者所组成的单独会话。IM会话可以是指位于IM客户端中的IM会话,也可以是指嵌入邮箱客户端中的IM会话。位于IM客户端中的IM会话与嵌入邮箱客户端中的IM会话可以是指不同的IM会话,也可以是指同一IM会话,以便通过同步显示使得用户既可以在IM客户端中发送并查看会话消息,也可以在邮箱客户端中发送并查看会话消息。未读消息可以是指在IM会话中第二用户针对目标邮件发送的,第一用户还未读取的会话消息。其中,第二用户针对目标邮件发送的会话消息可以是指在IM会话中分享目标邮件信息后第二用户发送的任一消息,比如,第二用户可以是发送与具体的目标邮件信息相关的会话消息,也可以是发送不涉及目标邮件信息的会话消息,比如对其他用户发送的会话消息的回复消息,如:“哦”、“嗯”等。
目标邮件可以是指第一用户和第二用户共享的邮件,即第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者第二用户分享给第一用户的邮件。第一用户可以是指共享目标邮件的任一用户。第二用户可以是指在共享目标邮件的所有用户中,除第一用户之外的其他用户。第一用户可以是指目标邮件的分享者,也可以是指目标邮件的被分享者。例如,分享者的邮箱客户端若基于分享者触发的邮件分享操作,根据被分享者IM信息,将目标邮件分享至包含有分享者和被分享者的IM会话中,则可以将目标邮件的分享者作为第一用户;并相应地,可以将目标邮件的被分享者作为第二用户。
在这里,目标消息的状态信息可以是任何能够表征IM会话中的该目标消息的状态的消息。例如,目标消息的状态信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一者:用于指示目标消息是否被信息接收方阅读的状态信息,用于指示IM会话中的目标消息是否被设置预设标记的状态信息等。
例如,若目标消息的状态信息用于指示目标消息是否被信息接收方阅读,在第一用户的邮箱客户端将目标邮件分享给第二用户,或者第一用户的邮箱客户端获得第二用户所分 享的目标邮件的场景中,第二用户可以在IM会话中向第一用户发送会话消息,从而第一用户的邮箱客户端可以实时检测IM会话中是否存在第二用户发送的未读消息,以便可以及时获知第二用户发送的未读消息。示例性地,若第一用户未及时读取第二用户发送的会话消息,即IM会话中存在第二用户发送的未读消息,则IM服务器可以将未读消息信息添加至消息队列中,分享者的邮箱客户端可以通过订阅该消息队列的方式,在存在第二用户发送的未读消息时,可以实时获取未读消息信息,并基于该未读消息信息可以确定出当前存在第二用户发送的未读消息,从而第一用户的邮箱客户端可以通过实时监测该消息队列的方式确定第一用户的IM会话中是否存在第二用户发送的未读消息。
需要说明的是,分享者通过邮件分享操作分享出去的目标邮件可以受控于分享者。具体地,被分享者对由分享者分享而获得的对目标邮件的操作权限是一种临时权限,该被分享者对目标邮件的该临时权限受限于分享者触发的操作。例如,若分享者触发了分享结束操作,则目标邮件在被分享端不再可见。并且,若目标邮件为分享者邮箱中的已收邮件或者已发邮件,则分享者对该目标邮件执行的分享操作,不对该目标邮件的邮件内容进行修改。也即是说,无论分享者为被分享者赋予何种临时权限,被分享端所呈现的目标邮件均为基于该临时权限所确定的目标邮件的至少一部分。此外,分享者可以针对不同的被分享者设置不同的邮件处理权限。与转发邮件的操作相比,通过邮件转发操作转发的邮件是被转发者真正接收到的邮件,不会受控于转发者,并且邮箱中待转发邮件的邮件内容是可以修改的,而且不同的被转发者具有相同的邮件处理权限,从而使得邮件分享操作不同于现有的邮件转发操作。
S120、基于目标消息的状态信息,在第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出状态信息。
具体地,可以仅在消息接收方的邮箱客户端界面上展示出目标消息的状态信息,以提示消息接收方(即接收目标消息的用户)当前接收到的目标消息的状态信息;也可以仅在消息发送方(即发送目标消息的用户)的邮箱客户端界面上展示出目标消息的状态信息,以提示消息发送方当前发送出去的目标消息的状态信息;还可以在消息接收方和消息发送方的邮箱客户端界面上均展示出目标消息的状态信息,以使得所有用户均可以在自身的邮箱客户端中获知目标消息的状态信息,不必要一直打开IM会话,使得IM会话始终处于展示状态,从而有利于用户间交互效率的提升。
示例性地,若状态信息是用于表征目标信息是否被接收方阅读的未读消息的信息,则在本步骤120中,可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息。
其中,未读消息的信息可以包括但不限于未读消息提示图标和/或未读消息数量。未读消息提示图标可以利用特殊符号或者图形等方式进行表征,比如会话框图标、五角星图标等。
具体地,第一用户的邮箱客户端在检测到IM会话中存在未读消息时,可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息,比如在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息提示图标和/或未读消息数量,从而可以直接在邮箱客户端中向第一用户提示当 前存在第二用户发送的未读消息,无需第一用户始终打开IM会话等待第二用户发送消息。第一用户可以基于展示出的未读消息的信息及时打开IM会话查看第二用户发送的未读消息,从而保证了未读消息的及时获知,以避免因一直打开IM会话来保证及时获知未读消息而导致的无法在等待时间内做其他事情的情况,本公开通过及时展示未读消息的信息,使得用户可以及时获知未读消息,并且IM会话无需始终处于展示状态,不影响第一用户在等待时间内做其他事情,从而提高了用户体验。第一用户的邮箱客户端基于订阅获得的未读消息信息中可以包括:第二用户发送的未读消息数量,从而可以基于获得的未读消息信息,获取第二用户发送的未读消息数量。通过第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示未读消息数量,可以使得第一用户快速获知当前未读的未读消息数量,进一步提升了用户体验。
此外,可以理解的是,若上述步骤110中,基于即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息是否被进行预设标记,获取目标消息的被标记信息,相应地,在上述步骤120中,可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出目标消息的被标记信息。
例如,在一些应用场景中,IM会话中可以对消息进行标记处理,被标记的消息与其它未被标记的消息存在一定的差异(例如,被标记的消息具有高于其它未被标记的消息的优先级;或者,被标记的消息可以包含该消息发送方期望被特定的接收方关注的接收方身份信息),比如可以利用艾特@标识进行消息标记。相应地,在这些应用场景中,可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出目标消息的被标记信息,从而使得该消息被IM会话中各方的邮件端得以呈现。
本公开实施例的技术方案,通过在第一用户将目标邮件分享给第二用户,或者第二用户将目标邮件分享给第一用户后,获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,基于状态信息,在第一用户的邮箱客户端或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出状态信息,使得用户可以在邮箱客户端获知其所属的IM会话中是否存在目标消息,有利于用户间交互效率的提升。
在上述技术方案的基础上,在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息数量,可以包括:若第一用户的IM客户端中存在至少两个第二用户针对预先分享的目标邮件发送未读消息,则获取每个第二用户发送的未读消息数量;根据第二用户发送的未读消息数量,确定未读消息总数量,并在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息总数量。
具体地,在将目标邮件分享至IM用户群中或者多个单个IM用户时,即多个用户共享目标邮件时,第一用户的邮箱客户端基于订阅获得的未读消息信息中可以包括:发送未读消息的第二用户标识以及每个第二用户发送的未读消息数量,使得第一用户的邮箱客户端可以通过监测消息队列的方式,确定出发送有未读消息的第二用户以及第二用户发送的未读消息数量。当存在至少两个第二用户均发送未读消息时,可以获取每个第二用户发送的未读消息数量,并进行相加,获得未读消息总数量,并在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息总数量,以使第一用户可以清楚地了解到当前未读消息的总数量,进一步提高用户体验。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,S120中在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息,可以包括:于第一用户的邮箱客户端中,包含目标邮件的邮件列表中的目标单元 格的预设位置处展示出未读消息的信息,其中目标单元格用于展示目标邮件的缩略信息;和/或,于第一用户的邮箱客户端中,目标邮件的邮件显示界面上的预设位置处展示出未读消息的信息。
其中,目标邮件的缩略信息可以包括但不限于:目标邮件的收件人、发件人、主题信息和正文摘要信息中的至少一个。邮件列表中的每个单元格可以用于存储邮件的缩略信息。例如,若邮箱中以单封邮件的形式对邮件进行单独存储,则邮件列表为各个单封邮件所组成的列表,即邮件列表中的每个单元格可以用于存储一封邮件的缩略信息。若邮箱中以邮件组的形式对邮件进行分类存储,如图2所示,邮件列表为各个邮件组所组成的列表,即邮件列表中的每个单元格可以用于存储一个邮件组的缩略信息。其中,邮箱中的每个邮件组可以用于存储相匹配的各封邮件,以便实现邮件的分类存储。例如,可以将主题信息和收件人信息均相同的各封邮件存储到同一个邮件组中;也可以将主题信息相同且具体引用关系的各封邮件存储到同一个邮件组中。目标单元格的预设位置可以是指目标单元格中的任一空白区域,比如目标单元格中所显示的收件人(张三、李四)的左侧空白区域,如图2所示。
其中,目标邮件的邮件显示界面可以是指展示目标邮件的邮件详细信息的界面,比如邮件列表的右侧显示区域。示例性地,若邮箱中以单封邮件的形式对邮件进行单独存储,则目标邮件的邮件显示界面仅用于展示出一封目标邮件的邮件详细信息。若邮箱中以邮件组的形式对邮件进行分类存储,且目标邮件为邮件组中的各个邮件,则目标邮件的邮件显示界面可以用于展示该邮件组中的各个目标邮件的邮件信息,如图2所示。目标邮件的邮件显示界面上的预设位置可以是指邮件显示界面中的任一空白位置,比如邮件显示界面中的顶端空白位置。
具体地,若检测到存在未读消息,则可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端中,包含目标邮件的邮件列表中的目标单元格的预设位置和/或目标邮件的邮件显示界面上的预设位置处展示出未读消息的信息,如图2中展示出的五角星图标,从而可以在每封邮件的固定位置处展示未读消息的信息,以提示第一用户当前在目标邮件对应的IM会话中存在第二用户发送的未读消息,使得第一用户可以及时打开IM会话查看未读消息。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,S120中在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息,可以包括:基于预设动态展示方式,在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示未读消息的信息。
其中,预设动态展示方式可以是基于业务需求预先设置的动态展示方式。例如,预设动态展示方式可以是从右到左的顺序进行展示,其可以类似于弹幕展示;也可以顺时针或者逆时针进行循环展示等。
具体地,若检测到存在未读消息,则可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端的目标邮件的邮件显示界面上,以预设动态展示方式展示出未读消息的信息,以提示出是基于该目标邮件的未读消息;也可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端的整个展示界面上,以预设动态展示方式展示出未读消息的信息,或者展示出包含未读消息的信息和目标邮件标识的提示信息,以使第一用户可以直接获知未读消息所针对的目标邮件,提高了信息展示的多样性和趣味性。
示例性地,在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示未读消息的信息,可以包括:在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示出第二用户发送的未读消息。具体地,第一用户的邮箱客户端基于订阅获得的未读消息信息中可以包括:第二用户发送的具体的未读消息,从而可以基于获得的未读消息信息,获取第二用户发送的未读消息,并在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上,可以以预设动态展示方式展示出各条未读消息,从而实现了未读消息的动态展示,进一步提高了信息展示的多样性和趣味性。
实施例二
图3为本公开实施例二提供的一种信息展示方法的流程示意图,本实施例可以与上述各实施例结合,并在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出状态信息之后,增加了步骤“响应于检测到第一用户针对目标消息的状态信息触发的消息查看操作,展示出IM会话对应的IM会话界面,其中,IM会话界面中包含第二用户发送的目标消息”。其中与上述实施例相同或相应的术语的解释在此不再赘述。
参见图3,本实施例提供的信息展示方法具体包括以下步骤:
S210、获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,目标邮件是第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是第二用户分享给第一用户的邮件。
S220、基于目标消息的状态信息,在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出状态信息。
S230、响应于检测到第一用户针对目标消息的状态信息触发的消息查看操作,展示出IM会话对应的IM会话界面,其中,IM会话界面中包含第二用户发送的目标消息。
具体地,第一用户可以通过对展示的目标消息的状态信息进行点击操作,触发消息查看操作。若第一用户的邮箱客户端检测到消息触发操作,则可以自动展示出所触发的目标消息的状态信息对应的IM会话界面,以便用户可以从IM会话界面中及时查看到第二用户发送的目标消息,无需第一用户手动查找,从而进一步提高了查看效率。
示例性地,S230中的展示出IM会话对应的IM会话界面,可以包括:跳转至第一用户的IM客户端,并于第一用户的IM客户端界面上展示出IM会话对应的IM会话界面;或者,获取第二用户发送的目标消息,并于第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出包含目标消息的IM会话界面。
具体地,第一用户的邮箱客户端若检测到消息查看操作,则可以自动跳转至第一用户的IM客户端,并在第一用户的IM客户端界面上展示出包含第二用户发送的目标消息的IM会话界面,从而实现目标消息的自动展示。或者,第一用户的邮箱客户端可以获取第二用户发送的目标消息,例如,邮箱服务器可以通过监测消息队列的方式获取第二用户发送的目标消息,并将获取的目标消息发送至第一用户的邮箱客户端中,以使第一用户的邮箱客户端可以实时获取到第二用户的目标消息。第一用户的邮箱客户端可以将获取的目标消息添加至嵌入邮箱客户端中的IM会话中,从而可以在第一用户的邮箱客户端中直接展示出包括目标消息的IM会话界面,比如,可以在目标邮件的邮件显示界面的右侧展示出包括目标消息的IM会话界面,以使第一用户可以在邮箱客户端中同时查看目标邮件和目标消 息,从而进一步提高了用户体验。
本公开实施例的技术方案,通过第一用户的邮箱客户端响应于检测到第一用户针对目标消息的状态信息触发的消息查看操作,可以自动展示出包含第二用户发送的目标消息的IM会话界面,使得第一用户更加便捷地看到目标消息,无需第一用户手动查找,进一步提高了查看效率。
在上述技术方案的基础上,该方法还包括:响应于检测到第一用户针对目标消息的状态信息触发的消息查看操作,将在第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出的状态信息进行删除。
具体地,若第一用户的邮箱客户端检测到消息查看操作,则表明第一用户已获知目标消息的状态信息,从而可以将展示的状态信息进行及时删除,以便保证状态信息提示的准确性。

图4为本公开实施例三提供的一种信息展示装置的结构示意图,本实施例可适用于在分享的目标邮件上展示出被分享者信息的情况,该装置具体包括:状态信息检测模块310和展示模块320。
其中,状态信息检测模块310,用于获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,目标邮件是第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是第二用户分享给第一用户的邮件;展示模块320,用于基于目标消息的状态信息,在第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出状态信息。
本公开实施例的技术方案,通过在第一用户将目标邮件分享给第二用户,或者第二用户将目标邮件分享给第一用户后,获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,基于状态信息,在第一用户的邮箱客户端或第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出状态信息,使得用户可以在邮箱客户端获知其所属的IM会话中是否存在目标消息,有利于用户间交互效率的提升。

值得注意的是,上述信息展示装置的实施例中,所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本公开的保护范围。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例十三】提供了一种信息展示装置,该装置包括:
状态信息检测模块,用于获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,所述目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,所述目标邮件是所述第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是所述第二用户分享给所述第一用户的邮件;
展示模块,用于基于所述目标消息的状态信息,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种信息展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,所述目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,所述目标邮件是所述第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是所述第二用户分享给所述第一用户的邮件;
    基于所述目标消息的状态信息,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,包括:
    基于即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息是否被信息接收方阅读,获取未读消息的信息;
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息,包括:
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述未读消息的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述未读消息的信息,包括:
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息提示图标和/或未读消息数量。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息数量,包括:
    若第一用户的IM客户端中存在至少两个第二用户针对预先分享的目标邮件发送未读消息,则获取所述第二用户发送的未读消息数量;
    根据所述第二用户发送的未读消息数量,确定未读消息总数量,并在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述未读消息总数量。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息,包括:
    于所述第一用户的邮箱客户端中,包含目标邮件的邮件列表中的目标单元格的预设位置处展示出未读消息的信息,其中所述目标单元格用于展示所述目标邮件的缩略信息;和/或
    于所述第一用户的邮箱客户端中,在所述目标邮件的邮件显示界面上的预设位置处展示出未读消息的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息,包括:
    基于预设动态展示方式,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示未读消息的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于预设动态展示方式,在 所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示未读消息的信息,包括:
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端的所述目标邮件的邮件显示界面上动态展示未读消息的信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示未读消息的信息,包括:
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示出所述第二用户发送的未读消息。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出未读消息的信息,包括:
    基于预设动态展示方式,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上动态展示包含未读消息的信息和所述目标邮件的标识的提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述动态展示包括以下至少一项:弹幕展示、循环展示。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息之后,还包括:
    响应于检测到所述第一用户针对所述目标消息的状态信息触发的消息查看操作,展示出所述IM会话对应的IM会话界面,其中,所述IM会话界面中包含所述第二用户发送的所述目标消息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,展示出所述IM会话对应的IM会话界面,包括:
    跳转至所述第一用户的IM客户端,并于所述第一用户的IM客户端界面上展示出所述IM会话对应的IM会话界面;或者,
    获取所述第二用户发送的目标消息,并于所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出包含所述目标消息的IM会话界面。
  13. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息之后,还包括:
    响应于检测到所述第一用户针对所述目标消息的状态信息触发的消息查看操作,将在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出的状态信息进行删除。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,包括:
    基于即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息是否被进行预设标记,获取目标消息的被标记信息;
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息,包括:
    在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述目标消息的被标记信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述被标记信息包括所述目标消息期望被特定的接收方关注的所述接收方的身份信息,和/或所述目标消息的优先级 信息。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,包括以下至少一项:
    在基于所述目标邮件建立的讨论群中接收的消息;
    在即时通讯IM会话中基于所述目标邮件回复的消息。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息包括在所述IM会话中分享所述目标邮件后发送的消息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息包括与所述目标邮件相关的消息。
  19. 一种信息展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    状态信息检测模块,用于获取即时通讯IM会话中的目标消息的状态信息,其中,所述目标消息包括第一用户和/或第二用户针对目标邮件发送的消息,所述目标邮件是所述第一用户分享给第二用户的邮件,或者是所述第二用户分享给所述第一用户的邮件;
    展示模块,用于基于所述目标消息的状态信息,在所述第一用户的邮箱客户端和/或所述第二用户的邮箱客户端界面上展示出所述状态信息。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-18中任一所述的信息展示方法。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-18中任一所述的信息展示方法。
