技术领域
本公开实施例涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种邮件处理方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。
背景技术
目前,电子邮件是日常办公中常用的软件。
现有技术中,用户在对邮件进行阅读或者回复时,经常需要与他人讨论邮件内容,此时则需要将邮件转发给相关人员,然后借助其他沟通工具或当面进行讨论,整个过程太过繁琐,沟通效率低。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种邮件处理方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,以实现在阅读邮件时,可以在邮件中的对应区域处对邮件内容编辑以及讨论,提高了对邮件内容的处理效率以及用户体验。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种邮件处理方法,该方法包括:
响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户;
将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于所述目标链接阅读所述目标邮件和/或基于所述目标链接对所述目标邮件进行编辑;
其中,所述目标邮件包括所述目标邮件的内容和/或用于回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种邮件处理装置,该装置包括:
协作用户确定模块,用于响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户;
邮件分享模块,用于将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于所述目标链接阅读所述目标邮件和/或基于所述目标链接对所述目标邮件进行编辑;
其中,所述目标邮件包括所述目标邮件的内容和/或用于回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容。

实施例一
图1为本公开实施例一所提供的一种邮件处理方法流程示意图,本公开实施例适用于至少两个用户针对同一封电子邮件的内容进行讨论的情形,该方法可以由邮件处理装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的形式实现,可选的,通过电子设备来实现,该电子设备可以是移动终端以及PC端等。
如图1,本实施例的方法包括:
S110、响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户。
其中,若至少两个用户需要针对邮件内容进行讨论,则可以将该邮件转发至参与讨论的用户,以使参与讨论的用户在该邮件的基础上进行讨论。可以将该邮件作为目标邮件,参与讨论的用户作为协作用户。即,在目标用户将当前邮件分享至其它用户时,可以将接收到目标邮件的其它用户作为协作用户;或者可以将与邮件内容相关的人员作为协作用户进行分享;或者将IM群组或组织中的人员作为整体的分享对象,相应的,该IM群组或组织中的人员可以作为协作用户。预设操作可以是添加至少一个协作用户的操作。
具体的,在检测到目标用户触发添加至少一个协作用户的控件时,可以调用用户列表获取程序以获取用户列表,可选的,在目标邮件所属页面上弹出用户列表,以便用户从用户列表中选择用户,和/或在目标邮件的预设位置处弹出输入用户名称的输入控件,以便目标用户在输入控件中添加用户的姓名、工号或邮件地址等信息。
示例性的,参见图2,触发预设操可以是触发预设控件1,预设控件为添加协作用户的控件。在目标用户点击右上角的添加协作用户的预设控件1时,与该邮件相对应的服务端可以检测到用户的触发操作,并基于该触发操作调取用户列表以及弹出添加用户的对话框,以便目标用户从用户列表中选择协作用户或者在对话框中输入用户的工号、姓名或者邮箱地址等表征协作用户身份的信息。添加的协作用户可以显示在目标邮件所属页面的预设位置,如图2中的用户1…用户N为目标用户添加的协作用户。
S120、将与目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于目标链接阅读目标邮件和/或基于目标链接对目标邮件进行编辑。
其中,将目标链接分享至协作用户可以通过触发分享控件来实现。分享控件为将目标邮件分享至协作用户的控件。目标邮件中包括目标邮件的内容,和/或用于回复目标邮件的草稿内容。
具体的,在协作用户选择完毕后,可以点击分享控件。基于目标用户的触发操作,可以生成与目标邮件相对应的目标链接,并将目标链接发送至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于目标链接跳转至目标邮件所属的页面,以实现多个协作用户同时在线阅读目标邮件和/或编辑目标邮件中的内容,并可以将便捷的内容同步至与多个协作用户相对应的终端。
需要说明的是,多个协作用户可以基于目标链接跳转至目标邮件,并可以同时阅读该邮件。在多个协作用户处理目标邮件时,可以将多个目标用户的头像或者工号等显示在目标邮件的预设位置处,即在目标邮件中可以显示当前阅读邮件的协作用户。当部分用户在草稿控件中编辑草稿时,其他正在预览目标邮件的协作用户也可以看到当前正在编辑的草稿内容以及用户。
示例性的,如图2所示,当目标用户点击分享(share)控件2,可以将目标邮件对应的目标链接发送至各个协作用户。各个协作用户可以基于目标链接阅读和/或编辑邮件中的内容。
本公开实施例的技术方案,响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户;将与目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于目标链接阅读目标邮件和/或基于目标链接对目标邮件进行编辑;其中,目标邮件包括目标邮件的内容和/或用于回复目标邮件的草稿内容,解决了现有技术中在用户与其他人讨论邮件内容时,需要将邮件转发至相关用户,然后借助其他沟通工具或者当面进行讨论,存在整个过程比较繁琐复杂、以及沟通效率较低的技术问题,实现了在将邮件分享至用户后,用户可以在目标邮件的相应区域内进行讨论,提高了对邮件内容的处理效率以及操作的便捷性,进而提高了用户体验的技术效果。
在上述技术方案的基础上,在将与目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户后,将目标邮件的邮件类型标记为分享邮件。
其中,邮件类型可以包括私密邮件、共享邮件等。
具体的,在将与目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户后,可以将分享的邮件类型标记为分享邮件。如图3所示,在将目标邮件分享至协作用户后,可以将目标邮件标记为shared,即标记3所对应的shared。
实施例二
在上述技术方案的基础上,为了确定与各个协作用户对应的权限,可以在确定协作用户后,确定与各个协作用户相对应的操作权限。图4为本发明实施例二所提供的一种邮件处理方法另一流程示意图。如图4所示,所述方法包括:
S410、响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户。
S420、响应于检测到触发编辑权限的控件,显示与编辑权限相对应的至少一个子控件,并基于检测到的对至少一个子控件的触发操作,确定与各个协作用户相对应的邮件权限。
其中,邮件权限可以理解为用户对邮件的处理权限,可选的,邮件权限为对邮件的编辑权限和/或阅读权限。编辑权限为用户具有编辑邮件、阅读邮件以及可以将邮件转发至其它用户的权限。阅读权限为用户仅具有阅读邮件的权限,不可执行其它的操作。子控件的数量与邮件权限种类的数量相关,例如,邮件权限包括两种类型,那么子控件的数量为两个。
在本实施例中,目标用户可以具有添加或删除协作用户、发送邮件、编辑草稿的权限。具有阅读权限的用户可以浏览并参与目标邮件中的讨论内容,但无法浏览草稿控件中的具 体内容、无法回复和转发邮件。具有编辑权限的用户不仅可以在目标邮件中浏览讨论信息,还可以在目标邮件的草稿控件中编辑邮件内容,但是无法创建草稿,以及将目标邮件分享至其它用户。
为了预先确定各个协作用户处理邮件的权限,可以在确定协作用户后,编辑协作用户的邮件权限。
具体的,在确定协作用户后,可以触发与每个协作用户相对应的权限编辑控件,以基于权限编辑的控件确定与各个协作用户相对应的邮件权限。继续参见图2,如触发与A用户相对应的权限编辑控件后,显示界面可以弹出至少两个子控件,分别为阅读权限和编辑权限,若目标用户触发了阅读权限,则与用户A对应的权限为阅读权限,若目标用户触发了编辑权限,则与用户A对应的权限为编辑权限。
需要说明的是,响应于未检测到触发编辑权限的控件,可以将至少一个协作用户的邮件权限设置为默认权限,即默认为阅读邮件的权限,也就是说,仅可以阅读目标邮件,但无法编辑邮件内容。
S430、将与目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于目标链接阅读目标邮件和/或基于目标链接对目标邮件进行编辑。
具体的,在确定协作用户,以及与各个协作用户对应的邮件权限后,目标用户可以触发分享控件。响应于服务端检测到目标用户的触发操作,可以生成与目标邮件相对应的目标链接,并将与目标邮件相对应的目标链接发送至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于目标链接在线阅读目标邮件,以及具有编辑权限的用户在目标邮件的草稿控件中编辑内容。
在本实施例中,具有编辑权限的用户在目标邮件的草稿控件中编辑内容可以是在草稿控件中编辑内容,此时编辑的内容所有在线用户均可以预览。
S440、在基于至少一个协作用户对目标链接的点击操作,跳转到目标邮件所属的目标页面时,在目标页面上显示当前访问目标邮件的各个协作用户的用户信息。
具体的,在目标用户触发分享控件后,各个协作用户可以接收到与目标邮件相对应的目标链接。在协作用户触发目标链接时,可以基于目标链接跳转到目标邮件所属的目标页面,在目标页面上可以显示当前正在阅读目标邮件的用户头像,也就是说,目标页面上显示当前基于目标链接读取目标邮件的各个用户的头像,以便各个用户确定当前哪些用户已进入目标邮件所属的页面。
在本实施例中,具有编辑权限的用户可以在目标邮件的草稿控件中编辑内容,同时当在草稿控件中编辑内容时,可以显示当前正在编辑内容的用户头像。
需要说明的是,每封目标邮件只能包括一封草稿。具有编辑权限的协作用户和目标用户可以在目标邮件中的草稿控件中编辑内容,编辑的内容可以供在线的多个用户共同预览。在用户A编辑草稿时,光标显示当前编辑草稿的用户为用户A,好处在于,可以实时确定当前正在编辑草稿的用户。
现有技术中,在协作用户讨论邮件内容时,需要通过其他软件来实现,存在软件切换的情形,导致邮件使用不便,工作效率较低的问题。为了解决此问题,在目标邮件中设置的讨论控件,即协作用户可以看到邮件,并在邮件中讨论邮件内容。也就是说,目标邮件 所属界面上存在discussion icon,在目标用户触发discussion icon时,可以弹出讨论对话框,所有具有权限的用户可以在讨论对话框中讨论邮件内容,不需要在借助第三方软件。可选的,当具有编辑权限的用户触发讨论控件时,在目标邮件所属的目标页面上弹出讨论对话框,以便各个协作用户在讨论对话框中讨论信息。
也就是说,在将与目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户之后,该方法还包括:基于至少一个协作用户对目标链接的反馈,生成沟通控件;在沟通控件上显示协作用户发送的消息数量。
其中,对目标链接的反馈可以是协作用户发起沟通的请求,基于沟通请求可以生成沟通控件。
具体的,各个具有邮件编辑权限的用户可以基于目标链接打开目标邮件,并可以对目标邮件中内容进行反馈。响应于检测到协作用户触发编辑内容的操作,可以生成沟通控件,在沟通控件上可以显示协作用户发送的消息数量。
可选的,在基于至少一个协作用户对目标链接的反馈,生成沟通控件之后,还包括:接收对沟通控件的触发操作,在所述目标邮件的页面中生成沟通区域,在沟通区域内显示协作用户发送的消息。
也就是说,当接收到协作用户触发沟通控件后,可以生成一个沟通区域,在该沟通区域内可以显示协作用户编辑的内容。
示例性的,如图5所示,响应于具有编辑权限的用户触发讨论控件,可以在显示界面上弹出讨论对话框,如标记4,以便具有编辑权限的用户可以在讨论对话框中讨论邮件内容。
在本实施例中,当回复目标邮件的草稿内容编辑完成后,可以点击确认控件,以将草稿内容发送至其他协作用户。

实施例三
图6为本公开实施例三提供的一种邮件处理装置结构示意图,如图6所示,所述装置包括:协作用户确定模块610、以及邮件分享模块620。
其中,协作用户确定模块610,用于响应于检测到触发预设控件,获取至少一个待发送用户;邮件分享模块620,用于在检测到触发分享控件时,将与目标邮件相对应的目标链接分享至各个待发送用户,以便各个待发送用户基于所述目标链接在线阅读所述目标邮件,以及所述待发送用户在草稿控件中编辑内容;其中,所述目标邮件包括所述目标邮件 的内容、以及与所述目标邮件对应的草稿控件。

在上述技术方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:沟通控件生成模块,用于基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的反馈,生成沟通控件;消息数量显示模块,用于在所述沟通控件上显示所述协作用户发送的消息数量。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述沟通控件生成模块包括沟通区域生成单元,以及消息显示单元;所述沟通区域生成单元,用于接收对所述沟通控件的触发操作,在所述目标邮件的页面中生成沟通区域;消息显示单元在所述沟通区域中显示所述协作用户发送的消息。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,所述协作用户确定模块,还用于:
响应于检测到触发编辑权限的控件,显示与编辑权限相对应的至少一个子控件,并基于检测到的对所述至少一个子控件的触发操作,确定与各个待发送用户相对应的邮件权限;响应于未检测到触发编辑权限的控件,将所述至少一个待发送用户的权限设置为默认权限;其中,所述邮件权限包括:对目标邮件的编辑权限和阅读权限;所述默认权限为对目标邮件的阅读权限。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:邮件标记模块,用于在将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户后,将所述目标邮件的邮件类型标记为分享邮件。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:用户信息显示模块,用于响应于检测到具有编辑权限的各个协作用户在回复所述目标邮件的草稿中编辑内容,在当前编辑位置显示所述协作用户的用户信息;其中,所述用户信息中包括:用户的姓名和/或头像。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:当回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容编辑完成后,向收件人发送所述草稿内容;其中,所述协作用户与所述收件人为不同用户,或者所述协作用户为所述收件人之一。
本公开实施例所提供的邮件处理装置可执行本公开任意实施例所提供的邮件处理方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
值得注意的是,上述装置所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本公开实施例的保护范围。
实施例四
下面参考图7,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如图7中的终端设备或服务器)700的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图7示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置706加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)703中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM703中,还存储有电子设备700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口705:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置706;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置707;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置706;以及通信装置709。通信装置709可以允许电子设备700与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有各种装置的电子设备700,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

本公开实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现上述实施例所提供的邮件处理方法。

可选的,在基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的反馈,生成沟通控件之后,还包括:
接收对所述沟通控件的触发操作,在所述目标邮件的页面中生成沟通区域;
在所述沟通区域中显示所述协作用户发送的消息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例五】提供了一种邮件处理方法,还包括:
可选的,在所述获取至少一个待发送用户之后,还包括:
响应于检测到触发编辑权限的控件,显示与编辑权限相对应的至少一个子控件,并基于检测到的对所述至少一个子控件的触发操作,确定与各个待发送用户相对应的邮件权限;
响应于未检测到触发编辑权限的控件,将所述至少一个待发送用户的邮件权限设置为默认权限;
其中,所述邮件权限包括:对目标邮件的编辑权限和阅读权限;所述默认权限为对目标邮件的阅读权限。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例六】提供了一种邮件处理方法,还包括:
可选的,在将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户后,将所述目标邮件的邮件类型标记为分享邮件。根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例七】提供了一种邮件处理方法,还包括:
可选的,响应于检测到具有编辑权限的各个协作用户在回复所述目标邮件的草稿中编辑内容,在当前编辑位置显示所述协作用户的用户信息;
其中,所述用户信息中包括:用户的姓名和/或头像。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例八】提供了一种邮件处理方法,还包括:
当回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容编辑完成后,向收件人发送所述草稿内容;
其中,所述协作用户与所述收件人为不同用户,或者所述协作用户为所述收件人之一。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例九】提供了一种邮件处理装置,该装置包括:
待发送用户确定模块,用于响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户;
邮件分享模块,用于将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于所述目标链接阅读所述目标邮件和/或基于所述目标链接对所述目标邮件进行编辑;
其中,所述目标邮件包括所述目标邮件的内容和/或用于回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种邮件处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户;
    将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于所述目标链接阅读所述目标邮件和/或基于所述目标链接对所述目标邮件进行编辑;
    其中,所述目标邮件包括所述目标邮件的内容和/或用于回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户之后,还包括:
    基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的反馈,在所述目标邮件的页面上显示访问所述目标邮件的各个所述协作用户的用户信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的反馈,在所述目标邮件的页面上显示访问所述目标邮件的各个所述协作用户的用户信息,包括:
    在基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的点击操作,跳转到所述目标邮件所属的目标页面;
    在所述目标页面显示访问所述目标邮件的各个所述协作用户的用户信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的反馈,生成沟通控件;
    在所述沟通控件上显示所述协作用户发送的消息数量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在基于所述至少一个协作用户对所述目标链接的反馈,生成沟通控件之后,还包括:
    接收对所述沟通控件的触发操作,生成沟通区域;
    在所述沟通区域中显示所述协作用户发送的消息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收对所述沟通控件的触发操作,生成沟通区域,包括:
    接收对所述沟通控件的触发操作,在所述目标邮件的页面中生成沟通区域。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取至少一个协作用户之后,还包括:
    响应于检测到触发编辑权限的控件,显示与编辑权限相对应的至少一个子控件,并基于检测到的对所述至少一个子控件的触发操作,确定与各个待发送用户相对应的邮件权限;
    响应于未检测到触发编辑权限的控件,将所述至少一个待发送用户的邮件权限设置为默认权限。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件权限包括:对目标邮件的编辑权限和阅读权限;所述默认权限为对目标邮件的阅读权限。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户后,将所述目标邮件的邮件类型标记为分享邮件。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于检测到具有编辑权限的各个协作用户在回复所述目标邮件的草稿中编辑内容,在当前编辑位置显示所述协作用户的用户信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容编辑完成后,向收件人发送所述草稿内容;
    其中,所述协作用户与所述收件人为不同用户,或者所述协作用户为所述收件人之一。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设操作包括添加至少一个协作用户的操作。
  13. 一种邮件处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    协作用户确定模块,用于响应于检测到基于目标邮件触发预设操作,获取至少一个协作用户;
    邮件分享模块,用于将与所述目标邮件对应的目标链接分享至各个协作用户,以便各个协作用户基于所述目标链接阅读所述目标邮件和/或基于所述目标链接对所述目标邮件进行编辑;
    其中,所述目标邮件包括所述目标邮件的内容和/或用于回复所述目标邮件的草稿内容。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的邮件处理方法。
  15. 一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行如权利要求1-12中任一所述的邮件处理方法。
