现有技术中,当分享者需要基于一封邮件进行多方讨论沟通时,采用的方式通常是先将该邮件转发给每个被分享方,然后一一与各被分享方沟通或者召开线下面对面会议的方式进行讨论,效率低下。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种信息交互方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现提高多方协同沟通的信息交互效率。

具体的,分享者可在其使用的客户端中邮件端界面上,发起针对目标邮件的邮件分享请求,以对目标邮件进行分享。其中,分享者使用的客户端具体可以包括电脑客户端或手机客户端。分享方发起邮件分享请求的方式包括但不限于,分享者在目标邮件的显示界面中点击具有分享功能的按钮,从而触发生成 针对目标邮件的邮件分享请求。
示例性的,如图1b所示的邮件端界面上,如果待分享的目标邮件为图中收件箱内张三回复的邮件,则分享者可通过点击该邮件下邮件内容展示窗口右上角所显示的分享按钮11,发起对目标邮件的分享,并成为该目标邮件的分享方,同时,生成邮件分享请求。此时,服务器可接收到分享方基于张三回复的邮件,所发送的邮件分享请求。在一个具体例子中,分享者在本客户端触发分享按钮后,可弹出候选被分享方的展示窗口,在该展示窗口中展示各候选被分享方的身份信息,例如头像等,分享者可从展示窗口中选中需要进行邮件分享的被分享方的头像,并点击确认按钮,即可在客户端上触发生成邮件分享请求,并发送给服务器。
S120、根据邮件分享请求,在即时通信IM端创建包括分享方和被分享方的IM群,在邮件端显示与IM群对应的讨论界面,并将目标邮件分享给被分享方,以供分享方和被分享方基于目标邮件,在IM群和/或讨论界面中进行信息交互。
本实施例中,服务器在接收到分享方发送的邮件分享请求后,可基于目标邮件在IM端创建包括分享方和至少一个被分享方的IM群,也即创建一个与目标邮件关联的IM群,并将分享方和被分享方添加至该IM群中,作为该IM群的群成员。其中,将目标邮件分享给被分享方的方式包括但不限于基于创建的IM群关联展示该目标邮件,以使分享方和被分享方能够基于该目标邮件,在IM群中进行信息交互。具体的,IM群创建后,作为该IM群群成员的分享方和被分享方,可基于展示的目标邮件,在IM群中进行线上多方协同的信息交互,其中,信息交互方式包括但不限于文字交互、语音交互、视频交互和协同编辑等。
另外,根据邮件分享请求,在IM端创建包括分享方和被分享方的IM群之后,还可在邮件端显示与IM群对应的讨论界面。其中,讨论界面可以是用于实时显示IM群中群消息的交互界面。具体的,分享方和被分享方既可在IM端的IM群中进行信息交互,也可在邮件端的讨论界面中进行信息交互。在邮件端显示与IM群对应的讨论界面的好处在于,即使当前显示界面在邮件端,用户也可在群中进行沟通讨论,进而可以提高信息交互效率,提升用户体验。
这里需要强调的是,本实施例中的邮件分享是指分享方将目标邮件通过建群的方式分享给被分享方,使被分享方可以看见和/或编辑该目标邮件,但被分享方实际并不能真正拥有该目标邮件,也即被分享方被分享得到的目标邮件会随着分享结束而自动删除。
可选地,在将目标邮件分享给被分享方之后,还包括:向被分享方展示通知消息,该通知消息可以用于提示被分享方目标邮件已被分享。这样,被分享方在看到通知消息之后,可以得知该目标邮件已被分享,进而从收件箱或其他位置查找目标邮件。
可选的,在将目标邮件分享给被分享方之后,还包括:向分享方和/或被分享方展示目标邮件。
示例性的,可基于创建的IM群向分享方和/或被分享方展示目标邮件。具体的,可建立目标邮件与IM群之间的关联关系,根据该关联关系,在IM群内或从IM端的显示界面跳转至邮件端的显示界面,向分享方和/或被分享方展示目标邮件。
可选的,展示目标邮件,包括:以邮件卡片的形式展示目标邮件的邮件信息;和/或,在邮件端显示邮件内容展示窗口,并在邮件内容展示窗口中展开展示目标邮件的邮件内容。
本实施例中,邮件卡片中可显示有目标邮件的邮件信息,其也可以是用于打开显示邮件内容展示窗口的链接的一种展示形式。其中,目标邮件的邮件信息可以包括邮件名称、发件人信息、收件人信息以及邮件内容的部分信息中的至少一项。可选地,所述邮件卡片可以在IM端的IM群中展示。
在一个具体例子中,可在如图1c所示的IM群中,以邮件卡片12的形式展示目标邮件的邮件信息;也可以在如图1d所示的邮件端显示界面中,显示邮件内容展示窗口14,以在邮件内容展示窗口14中展开展示目标邮件的邮件内容。
可选的,该方法还可以包括:接收分享者或被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,在邮件端构建邮件内容展示窗口。即,邮件内容展示窗口可以是基于邮件显示操作构建的,客户端或服务器可以基于邮件显示操作构建邮件内容展示窗口,从而在该邮件内容展示窗口内展示目标邮件的邮件内容。
可选地,该方法还可以包括:接收分享者或被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,从IM端跳转至邮件端,并在邮件端显示所述目标邮件对应的邮件内容展示窗口。
示例性的,邮件内容展示窗口可能在邮件端中被构建。在触发邮件显示操作之前,被分享者或分享者可能在浏览目标邮件对应的IM端。那么在被分享者或分享者触发邮件显示操作之后,客户端可以从IM端跳转到邮件端,从而在邮件端中构建邮件内容展示窗口。
可选地,该方法还可以包括:接收所述分享者或所述被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,从所述IM端跳转至所述邮件端,并在所述邮件端显示所述目标邮件对应的邮件内容展示窗口。
示例性的,一种触发邮件显示操作方式可以是,用户在IM端显示界面中点击IM群中展示的邮件卡片,来触发从当前IM端的显示界面,跳转至邮件端的显示界面。另一种触发邮件显示操作方式可以是,用户在IM端的IM群中点击单独设置的邮件跳转控件,来触发从当前IM端的显示界面,跳转至邮件端的显示界面,以显示讨论界面和邮件内容展示窗口,方便用户查看目标邮件的详细内容。其中,用户包括分享者和被分享者。
在一个具体例子中,用户可在如图1c所示的IM群中,通过点击邮件卡片12或在该IM群的侧边状态栏上单独设置的邮件跳转控件13,实现从IM端显示界面至邮件端显示界面的跳转,例如从如图1c所示的IM端显示界面,跳转至如图1d所示的邮件端显示界面。
可选的,IM群禁止由仅群成员可见转换为所有人可见。
由于IM群是基于邮件分享而创建的群,因此,相较于IM端的普通群来说,基于邮件分享而创建的IM群对安全性要求更高。本实施例中,IM群可以是禁止由仅群成员可见转换为所有人可见的IM群,也即IM群的群属性禁止由私密群转换为公开群。其中,私密群例如可以是仅群成员可见的群,也即非群成员不能通过搜索等方式获取到,公开群例如可以是非群成员可通过搜索等方式获取到的群。这样设置的好处在于,可以提高基于邮件分享而创建的IM群的保密性和安全性。
本实施例的技术方案,通过接收分享方基于目标邮件发送的邮件分享请 求,根据该邮件分享请求,在即时通信IM端创建包括分享方和被分享方的IM群,在邮件端显示与该IM群对应的讨论界面,并将目标邮件分享给被分享方,以供分享方和被分享方基于目标邮件,在IM群和/或讨论界面中进行信息交互。利用基于分享的邮件在IM端建群并同时在邮件端提供该IM群的交互界面的优点,解决了现有技术中由于只能先将邮件转发给每个被分享方,然后一一与各被分享方沟通或者召开线下面对面会议的方式进行讨论,而导致的信息交互效率低下的问题,提高了多方协同沟通的信息交互效率。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,该方法还可以包括:接收分享方或被分享方发送的邮件再分享请求;根据邮件再分享请求,将邮件再分享请求所指示的新增被分享方添加到IM群中。
示例性的,在对目标邮件进行首次分享之后,还可进行二次分享。具体的,分享方或被分享方可基于已分享的目标邮件发起二次分享,服务器在接收到分享方或被分享方基于目标邮件的邮件再分享请求后,可将目标邮件分享给新增被分享方。其中,发起二次分享的方式包括但不限于,邀请新增被分享方进入IM群。
具体的,以邮件端显示界面中显示的讨论界面为例,可通过在邮件端的讨论界面对应的状态栏中设置群成员添加标识,当群成员添加标识被触发时,可弹出候选窗口,显示候选被分享者的身份信息,分享者或拥有分享权限的被分享者,可通过选中候选被分享者,发起再分享请求。例如如图1d所示,用户可通过触发讨论界面15状态栏150中显示的群成员添加标识151,发起邮件再分享请求。
示例性的,服务器在接收到邮件再分享请求后,可将邮件再分享请求所指示的新增被分享方添加至IM群中。具体的,邮件再分享请求中可包含有发起该请求的分享方或被分享方所选中的新增被分享方的身份标识,服务器可根据该新增被分享方的身份标识,将该新增被分享方添加至IM群中。
可选的,该方法还可以包括:如果确定IM群为仅限分享方再分享状态,则拒绝接收被分享方发送的邮件再分享请求。
为了约束IM群中各被分享方的群成员添加权限,分享方可通过将IM群设置为仅限分享方再分享状态,例如选中IM群中仅限群主再分享的选项,即 可禁止被分享方拉人进群,从而可以提高IM群以及目标邮件的安全性。
可选的,该方法还可以包括:接收分享方针对IM群发出的入群验证开启指令;在分享方显示的IM群中提供群验证接口,以供分享方在IM端对群验证消息进行处理。
示例性的,分享方可针对IM群开启入群验证,以使群成员无法自行添加新成员入群,新成员也无法随意入群,需通过分享方验证后才可进入该IM群。具体的,分享者可在客户端上设置开启群验证功能,例如选中群验证功能的选项,进而触发生成入群验证开启指令,并将该入群验证开启指令发送至服务器,服务器接收到该入群验证开启指令后,可根据该指令在分享方显示的IM群中开启相应的群验证功能,也即提供群验证接口,当有新成员入群时,会在分享方显示提示信息,以便分享者对新成员入群进行群验证处理。
设置群验证功能的好处在于,可以便于分享方对群进行管理,提高群组信息及目标邮件的安全性。
实施例二
图2为本公开实施例二提供的一种信息交互方法的流程示意图。本实施例以上述实施例中各个可选方案为基础进行具体化,提供了可选的信息交互方法,具体是在即时通信IM端创建包括所述分享方和被分享方的IM群,在所述邮件端显示与所述IM群对应的讨论界面之后,还包括:获取所述IM群的群状态更新消息,并根据所述群状态更新消息更新所述讨论界面的显示状态,以使所述讨论界面中的显示状态与所述IM群的状态同步。具体包括如下步骤:
S210、接收分享方基于目标邮件发送的邮件分享请求。
S220、根据邮件分享请求,在即时通信IM端创建包括分享方和被分享方的IM群,在邮件端显示与IM群对应的讨论界面。

本实施例中,由于在IM端创建包括分享方和被分享方的IM群的同时,还在邮件端显示有与IM群对应的讨论界面,因此,需要保证IM群的群状态与邮件端讨论界面的显示状态一致。具体而言,例如,当用户在IM端的IM 群中输入并发送新信息时,需要在邮件端的讨论界面上进行同步显示,以保证IM群与讨论界面在信息显示方面的一致性,如此,用户根据实际情况任意选择在IM群中进行操作,或是在讨论界面中进行操作,提高了信息交互的灵活性,提升了用户体验。
示例性的,可根据IM群的群状态来实时更新邮件端讨论界面的显示状态。具体的,可首先获取IM群的群状态更新消息,其中,群状态更新消息可以是IM群发生群状态更新时所生成的消息。服务器在获取到群状态更新消息后,可利用该群状态更新消息对讨论界面的显示状态进行更新,以使IM群的群状态与邮件端讨论界面的显示状态保持同步。
可选的,获取IM群的群状态更新消息,包括:获取分享方或被分享方针对IM群触发的第一状态更新操作;根据第一状态更新操作对IM群的状态进行更新,并获取IM群更新后对应的群状态更新消息。
其中,第一状态更新操作可以是分享方或被分享方针对IM群执行的操作,例如,用户在IM群中输入一段文字并点击发送,又如,用户在IM群中发起添加新成员入群等操作。
示例性的,当服务器获取到第一状态更新操作时,可首先对IM群的状态进行相应的更新,例如,如果第一状态更新操作为用户在IM群中输入一段文字并点击发送的操作,则对应的群状态更新可以是更新IM群中讨论信息的显示,又如,如果第一状态更新操作为用户在IM群中发起添加新成员入群,则更新IM群中的群成员信息。然后,服务器可获取IM群更新后对应的群状态更新消息,以对讨论界面的显示状态进行更新,例如获取更新后IM群中针对讨论信息的显示信息,又如,获取更新后IM群中针对群成员信息的显示信息。
可选的,获取IM群的群状态更新消息,包括:获取分享方或被分享方针对讨论界面触发的第二状态更新操作;根据第二状态更新操作对IM群的状态进行更新,并获取IM群更新后对应的群状态更新消息。
其中,第二状态更新操作可以是分享方或被分享方针对讨论界面所发送的消息,例如,用户在邮件端的讨论界面中输入一段文字并点击发送,又如,用户在邮件端的讨论界面中发起添加新成员入群等。
示例性的,当服务器获取到用户触发的第二状态更新操作时,可首先对IM 群的状态进行相应的更新,例如,如果第二状态更新操作为用户在邮件端的讨论界面中输入一段文字并点击发送,则对应的群状态更新可以是更新IM群中讨论信息的显示,又如,如果第二状态更新操作为用户在邮件端的讨论界面中发起添加新成员入群,则更新IM群中的群成员信息。然后,服务器可获取IM群更新后对应的群状态更新消息,以对讨论界面的显示状态进行更新,例如获取更新后IM群中针对讨论信息的显示信息,又如,获取更新后IM群中针对群成员信息的显示信息。
需要说明的是,通过第二状态更新操作对IM群的状态进行更新的具体方式,包括但不限于在邮件端调用IM群的信息接口,进而将用户从邮件端进行操作的信息传输至IM端,实现对IM群的更新。
可选的,根据群状态更新消息更新讨论界面的显示状态,包括:将群状态更新消息加入至对应的群消息队列;根据群消息队列中加入的群状态更新消息更新讨论界面的显示状态。
本实施例中,可通过在服务器中设置与IM群对应的群消息队列,来辅助实现对讨论界面的显示状态的更新。示例性的,每次IM群的群状态发生更新,即可将对应的群状态更新消息加入至与该IM群对应的群消息队列中,其他任意端(例如邮件端)可通过订阅该群消息队列,依次调用群消息队列中加入的群状态更新消息,并根据该群状态更新消息更新该端与IM群对应的显示界面的显示状态。
在上述各可选实施方式的基础上,可选的,群状态更新消息可包括用于指示已有群成员的退出的消息、用于指示新群成员的加入的消息、用于指示群的解散的消息、用于指示群中更新讨论信息和用于指示群的更新讨论信息被读的消息中的至少一项。

图3为本公开实施例三提供的一种信息交互方法的流程示意图。本实施例以上述实施例中各个可选方案为基础进行具体化,提供了可选的信息交互方法,具体是所述邮件分享请求包括所述分享方对所述被分享方发出的操作权限分配指令;在接收邮件端的分享方发送的邮件分享请求之后,还包括:根据所述操作权限分配指令,为所述被分享方分配邮件操作权限。具体包括如下步骤:

设置邮件操作权限的有益效果在于,可以根据分享方的需要为每一个被分享方分配可以拥有的权限,以使被分享方在自己所拥有的权限范围内对目标邮件进行操作,从而便于对目标邮件的协同管理。
可选的,邮件操作权限包括:编辑权限、阅读权限和分享权限中的至少一项。其中,编辑权限可以是对目标邮件的内容进行编辑的权限,例如,对邮件内容进行撰写、修改、评论等;阅读权限可以是对目标邮件的内容进行阅读查看的权限,例如,打开目标邮件,查看邮件详细内容等;分享权限可以是对目 标邮件进行二次分享的权限,例如,将目标邮件分享给其他用户,邀请其他用户进群等。
可选的,该方法还可以包括:接收分享方或被分享方针对IM群发出的群操作指令,并根据群操作指令取消或部分取消被分享方的邮件操作权限。
本实施例中,在分享方对目标邮件进行分享后,还可根据分享方或被分享方针对IM群发出的群操作指令,取消或部分取消对目标邮件的分享,也即收回分享方为所有被分享方分配的邮件操作权限,或者收回分享方为部分被分享方分配的邮件操作权限。其中,群操作指令包括但不限于退群、解散群、取消分享等指令。
需要说明的是,被取消邮件操作权限的被分享方,则不再拥有对目标邮件的操作权限,例如无法再对目标邮件进行编辑、阅读、分享等操作,以达到取消或部分取消对目标邮件的分享的目的。另外,针对IM群发出的群操作指令包括但不限于,分享者或被分享者在IM端的IM群中进行操作所产生的指令,以及分享者或被分享者在邮件端的讨论界面中进行操作所产生的指令。

在一个具体例子中,分享者可通过点击IM端或邮件端设置的取消分享按钮,触发生成邮件分享取消指令,以便分享方主动收回对目标邮件的分享,服务器在接收到分享方发送的邮件分享取消指令后,可查询IM群中所有对该目标邮件拥有邮件操作权限的被分享方,并取消该所有被分享方针对目标邮件的邮件操作权限,以使被分享者无法再对目标邮件进行操作。
在另一个具体例子中,分享者可通过点击IM端的IM群显示界面,或邮件端的讨论界面上显示的退群按钮,触发生成第一退群操作指令,以使分享方退出IM群并收回对目标邮件的分享,服务器在接收到分享方发送的第一退群操作指令后,将分享方移出IM群,关闭分享方邮件端的讨论界面,同时,查询IM群中所有对该目标邮件拥有邮件操作权限的被分享方,并取消该所有被分享方针对目标邮件的邮件操作权限,以使被分享者无法再对目标邮件进行操作。
在又一个具体例子中,分享者可通过点击IM端的IM群显示界面,或邮件端的讨论界面上显示的群解散按钮,触发生成解散群操作指令,以解散IM群并收回对目标邮件的分享,服务器在接收到分享方发送的解散群操作指令后,解散该IM群,关闭分享方和所有被分享方邮件端的讨论界面,同时,查询IM群中所有对该目标邮件拥有邮件操作权限的被分享方,并取消该所有被分享方针对目标邮件的邮件操作权限,以使被分享者无法再对目标邮件进行操作。
在又一个具体例子中,目标被分享者可通过点击IM端的IM群显示界面,或邮件端的讨论界面上显示的退群按钮,触发生成第二退群操作指令,以使目标被分享方退出IM群并收回对该目标分享者分享的目标邮件,服务器在接收到目标被分享方发送的第二退群操作指令后,将该目标被分享方移出IM群, 关闭该目标被分享方邮件端的讨论界面,同时,取消该目标被分享方针对目标邮件的邮件操作权限,以使该目标被分享者无法再对目标邮件进行操作。

可选的,状态同步模块具体还可以包括:
群队列添加子模块,用于将所述群状态更新消息加入至对应的群消息队列;
显示状态更新子模块,用于根据所述群消息队列中加入的所述群状态更新消息更新所述讨论界面的显示状态。
可选的,所述群状态更新消息包括用于指示已有群成员的退出的消息、用于指示新群成员的加入的消息、用于指示群的解散的消息、群中更新讨论信息和用于指示群的更新讨论信息被读的消息中的至少一项。
可选的,该群组创建模块还可以包括:
通知消息展示模块,用于向所述被分享方展示通知消息,所述通知消息用于提示所述被分享方所述目标邮件已被分享。
可选的,该装置还可以包括:
邮件展示模块,用于在将所述目标邮件分享给所述被分享方之后,向所述分享方和/或所述被分享方展示所述目标邮件。
可选的,邮件展示模块具体可以包括:
卡片展示子模块,用于以邮件卡片的形式展示所述目标邮件的邮件信息; 和/或,
内容展示子模块,用于在所述邮件端显示邮件内容展示窗口,并在所述邮件内容展示窗口中展开展示所述目标邮件的邮件内容。
可选的,邮件展示模块具体还可以包括:
窗口构建子模块,用于接收所述分享者或所述被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,在所述邮件端构建所述邮件内容展示窗口。
可选的,邮件展示模块具体还可以包括:
界面跳转子模块,用于接收所述分享者或所述被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,从所述IM端跳转至所述邮件端,并在所述邮件端显示所述目标邮件对应的邮件内容展示窗口。
可选的,邮件展示模块具体还可以包括:
控件显示子模块,用于基于所述IM端的IM群的显示位置,构建并显示邮件跳转控件,所述邮件跳转控件用于触发所述邮件显示操作。
可选地,所述邮件展示模块还用于:接收所述分享者或所述被分享者在所述讨论界面触发的邮件显示操作,在所述邮件端显示所述目标邮件对应的邮件内容展示窗口。
可选的,所述邮件分享请求包括所述分享方对所述被分享方发出的操作权限分配指令;
可选的,该装置还可以包括:
权限分配模块,用于在接收邮件端的分享方发送的邮件分享请求之后,根据所述操作权限分配指令,为所述被分享方分配邮件操作权限。
可选的,该装置还可以包括:
权限取消模块,用于接收所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述IM群触发的群操作指令,并根据所述群操作指令取消或部分取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
可选的,权限取消模块具体可以用于:
接收所述分享方针对所述IM群触发的邮件分享取消指令;
根据所述邮件分享取消指令取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
可选的,权限取消模块具体还可以用于:
接收所述分享方针对所述IM群发出的第一退群操作指令;
根据所述第一退群操作指令,将所述分享方移出所述IM群,关闭所述分享方的讨论界面,并取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
可选的,权限取消模块具体还可以用于:
接收所述分享方针对所述IM群发出的解散群操作指令;
根据所述解散群操作指令,解散所述IM群,关闭所述讨论界面,并取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
可选的,权限取消模块具体还可以用于:
接收目标被分享方针对所述IM群发出的第二退群操作指令;
根据所述第二退群操作指令,将所述目标被分享方移出所述IM群,关闭所述目标被分享方的讨论界面,并取消所述目标被分享方的邮件操作权限。
可选的,所述邮件操作权限包括:编辑权限、阅读权限和分享权限中的至少一项。
可选的,所述IM群禁止由仅群成员可见转换为所有人可见。
可选的,该装置还可以包括:
添加请求接收模块,用于接收所述分享方或所述被分享方发送的邮件再分享请求;
成员添加模块,用于根据所述邮件再分享请求,将所述邮件再分享请求所指示的新增被分享方添加到所述IM群中。
可选的,该装置还可以包括:
请求禁止模块,用于如果确定所述IM群为仅限分享方再分享状态,则拒绝接收所述被分享方发送的邮件再分享请求。
可选的,该装置还可以包括:
开启指令接收模块,用于接收所述分享方针对所述IM群发出的入群验证开启指令;
接口提供模块,用于在所述分享方显示的IM群中提供群验证接口,以供所述分享方在所述IM端对群验证消息进行处理。
上述产品可执行本公开任意实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
实施例五
下面参考图5,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备500的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备旨在表示各种形式的数字计算机,诸如,膝上型计算机、台式计算机、工作台、个人数字助理、服务器、刀片式服务器、大型计算机、和其它适合的计算机等。图5示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,电子设备500可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)501,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)502中的程序或者从存储装置508加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)503中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 503中,还存储有电子设备500操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置501、ROM 502以及RAM 503通过总线504彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口505也连接至总线504。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口505:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置506;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置507;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置508;以及通信装置509。通信装置509可以允许电子设备500与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图5示出了具有各种装置的电子设备500,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置509从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置508被安装,或者从ROM 502被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置501执行时,执行本公开实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。

上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:获取至少两个网际协议地址;向节点评价设备发送包括所述至少两个网际协议地址的节点评价请求,其中,所述节点评价设备从所述至少两个网际协议地址中,选取网际协议地址并返回;接收所述节点评价设备返回的网际协议地址;其中,所获取的网际协议地址指示内容分发网络中的边缘节点。
或者,上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:接收包括至少两个网际协议地址的节点评价请求;从所述至少两个网际协议地址中,选取网际协议地址;返回选取出的网际协议地址;其中,接收到的网际协议地址指示内容分发网络中的边缘节点。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如 Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收分享方基于目标邮件发送的邮件分享请求;
    根据所述邮件分享请求,在即时通信IM端创建包括所述分享方和被分享方的IM群,在邮件端显示与所述IM群对应的讨论界面,并将所述目标邮件分享给所述被分享方,以供所述分享方和所述被分享方基于所述目标邮件,在所述IM群和/或所述讨论界面中进行信息交互。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在即时通信IM端创建包括所述分享方和被分享方的IM群,在所述邮件端显示与所述IM群对应的讨论界面之后,还包括:
    获取所述IM群的群状态更新消息,并根据所述群状态更新消息更新所述讨论界面的显示状态,以使所述讨论界面中的显示状态与所述IM群的状态同步。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述IM群的群状态更新消息,包括:
    获取所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述IM群触发的第一状态更新操作;
    根据所述第一状态更新操作对所述IM群的状态进行更新,并获取所述IM群更新后对应的群状态更新消息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述IM群的群状态更新消息,包括:
    获取所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述讨论界面触发的第二状态更新操作;
    根据所述第二状态更新操作对所述IM群的状态进行更新,并获取所述IM群更新后对应的群状态更新消息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述群状态更新消息更新所述讨论界面的显示状态,包括:
    将所述群状态更新消息加入至对应的群消息队列;
    根据所述群消息队列中加入的所述群状态更新消息更新所述讨论界面的 显示状态。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述群状态更新消息包括用于指示已有群成员的退出的消息、用于指示新群成员的加入的消息、用于指示群的解散的消息、群中更新讨论信息和用于指示群的更新讨论信息被读的消息中的至少一项。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述目标邮件分享给所述被分享方包括:
    向所述被分享方展示通知消息,所述通知消息用于提示所述被分享方所述目标邮件已被分享。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述目标邮件分享给所述被分享方之后,还包括:
    向所述分享方和/或所述被分享方展示所述目标邮件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展示所述目标邮件的邮件信息包括:
    以邮件卡片的形式展示所述目标邮件的邮件信息
    ;和/或,
    在所述邮件端构建邮件内容展示窗口,并在所述邮件内容展示窗口中展开展示所述目标邮件的邮件内容。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述邮件端构建邮件内容展示窗口包括:
    接收所述分享者或所述被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,在所述邮件端构建所述邮件内容展示窗口。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述邮件端构建邮件内容展示窗口包括:
    接收所述分享者或所述被分享者触发的邮件显示操作,从所述IM端跳转至所述邮件端,并在所述邮件端显示所述目标邮件对应的邮件内容展示窗口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收所述分享者或所述被分享者触发的邮件显示操作之前,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述IM端的IM群的显示位置,构建并显示邮件跳转控件,所述邮 件跳转控件用于触发所述邮件显示操作。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述分享者或所述被分享者在所述讨论界面触发的邮件显示操作,在所述邮件端显示所述目标邮件对应的邮件内容展示窗口。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件分享请求包括所述分享方对所述被分享方发出的操作权限分配指令;
    在接收邮件端的分享方发送的邮件分享请求之后,还包括:
    根据所述操作权限分配指令,为所述被分享方分配邮件操作权限。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述IM群触发的群操作指令,并根据所述群操作指令取消或部分取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,接收所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述IM群发出的群操作指令,并根据所述群操作指令取消或部分取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限,包括:
    接收所述分享方针对所述IM群触发的邮件分享取消指令;
    根据所述邮件分享取消指令取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,接收所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述IM群的群操作指令,并根据所述群操作指令取消或部分取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限,包括:
    接收所述分享方针对所述IM群发出的第一退群操作指令;
    根据所述第一退群操作指令,将所述分享方移出所述IM群,关闭所述分享方的讨论界面,并取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,接收所述分享方或所述被分享方针对所述IM群的群操作指令,并根据所述群操作指令取消或部分取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限,包括:
    接收所述分享方针对所述IM群发出的解散群操作指令;
    根据所述解散群操作指令,解散所述IM群,关闭所述讨论界面,并取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,接收所述分享方或所述 被分享方针对所述IM群的群操作指令,并根据所述群操作指令取消或部分取消所述被分享方的邮件操作权限,包括:
    接收目标被分享方针对所述IM群发出的第二退群操作指令;
    根据所述第二退群操作指令,将所述目标被分享方移出所述IM群,关闭所述目标被分享方的讨论界面,并取消所述目标被分享方的邮件操作权限。
  20. 根据权利要求14-19任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件操作权限包括:编辑权限、阅读权限和分享权限中的至少一项。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述IM群禁止由仅群成员可见转换为所有人可见。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述分享方或所述被分享方发送的邮件再分享请求;
    根据所述邮件再分享请求,将所述邮件再分享请求所指示的新增被分享方添加到所述IM群中。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果确定所述IM群为仅限分享方再分享状态,则拒绝接收所述被分享方发送的邮件再分享请求。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述分享方针对所述IM群发出的入群验证开启指令;
    在所述分享方显示的IM群中提供群验证接口,以供所述分享方在所述IM端对群验证消息进行处理。
  25. 一种信息交互装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收分享方基于目标邮件发送的邮件分享请求;
    群组创建模块,用于根据所述邮件分享请求,在即时通信IM端创建包括所述分享方和被分享方的IM群,在邮件端显示与所述IM群对应的讨论界面,并将所述目标邮件分享给所述被分享方,以供所述分享方和所述被分享方基于所述目标邮件,在所述IM群和/或所述讨论界面中进行信息交互。
  26. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:
    一个或多个处理装置;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理装置执行,使得所述一个或多个处理装置实现如权利要求1-24中任一所述的信息交互方法。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理装置执行时实现如权利要求1-24中任一所述的信息交互方法。
