Description

一种扩展设备的紧锁固定机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种紧锁固定机构,尤其涉及一种在已有设备上扩展安装新设备时的紧锁固定机构。
背景技术
现有各种具有机柜的设备,如仪表柜、自助售卖机等,都会随着使用环境或使用者需求的变化,产生扩展新功能的需求。为了节省成本,通常会在所述机柜上扩展安装各种所需的功能模块。
设备维护方在为机柜扩展功能时,通常会在已有设备上开孔,使用螺丝螺母把具有所需扩展功能的设备固定在被扩展的机柜上。但这种传统的扩展方式需要在被扩展机柜上和具有扩展功能的设备上安装固定件。在新加装固定件的过程中,由于被扩展机柜仍在使用中,可供施工维护人员利用的空间有限,因此产生了安装扩展设备难度大、工期长且固定件匹配精度低的问题。极端情况下,甚至会导致被扩展机柜的柜体发生损坏,导致被扩展机柜报废的情况出现。
同时,如果采用螺丝螺母方式进行固定,当螺丝螺母发生锈蚀后,在更换扩展设备时,也会产生不易拆卸的弊端。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出了一种扩展设备的紧锁固定机构,具体方案如下:
一种扩展设备的紧锁固定机构,包括压紧条,固定片、连接装置和压紧件,其特征在于:压紧件安装于固定片上,与压紧条接触,用于在需要压紧时,向压紧条施加压紧力;压紧条具有弹性,与被扩展设备接触,用于在需要压紧时,向扩展设备施加压紧力,使得扩展设备贴合于被扩展设备上的扩展口上;连接装置用于连接固定片、压紧件、压紧条和扩展设备,使得所述固定片、压紧件、压紧条和扩展设备成为一体。
进一步的,所述压紧条大致为弓形,设有第一弯曲部和第二弯曲部:所述第一弯曲部将压紧条由径向弯曲至轴向,使得压紧条延轴向延伸;所述第二弯曲部将压紧条由轴向弯曲至径向,使得压紧条的末端具有在径向方向上延伸。
进一步的,所述压紧件为一个设置有坡度轨迹面的旋转手柄。
进一步的,所述旋转手柄的坡度轨迹面上设置有第一定位装置,在所述压紧条上设有第二定位装置,第一定位装置与第二定位装置相互配合,用于阻止旋转手柄的转动。
进一步的,所述第一定位装置为一个凹陷部,所述第二定位装置为一个凸起部。
进一步的,所述坡度轨迹面以点对称形式设置有两个。
进一步的,所述固定片为双耳带孔的金属片。
进一步的,所述固定片上设有中心孔,通过中心孔与压紧件卡扣固定。
进一步的,所述连接装置为两条螺丝。
使用上述扩展设备紧锁固定机构,可免除在被扩展设备上安装固定设备的步骤,简化了扩展施工的工艺流程,且提高了紧锁扩展设备的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式进行具体说明。
以现有的自动售卖机为例。早期的自动售卖机上仅设置有识别硬币的装置,消费者购买物品只能通过硬币支付。因此,只能识别硬币的自动售卖机市场认可度较差。随着技术的进步,出现了具有扫码支付的功能模块。因此,具有扫码支付功能的自动售卖机市场认可度明显超过仅能识别硬币的自动售卖机。但基于成本考虑,用具有扫码支付功能的全新自动售卖机替换已经部署的早期自动售卖机明显不是一个最优的选择。
为了使早期自动售卖机具有扫码支付功能,可以在自动售卖机的机柜上开孔安装扫码支付模块。在安装过程中,使用本实用新型记载的紧锁固定机构在内部对扫码支付模块加以固定,以实现简便、快速紧锁固定扩展模块的目的。
如图1所示,在待安装的扫码支付模块的底壳(1)上,具有一圈外凸部分。安装扫码支付模块时,先在早期自动售卖机机柜上的适当为止开设一个与扫码支付模块底壳大小匹配的方孔。由于外凸部分的截面面积大于底壳截面面积,因此借助所述外凸部分,能够使得扫码支付模块底壳卡合在早期自动售卖机的机柜表面。
如图2所示,本实施例中,压紧条(2)为一片带有弹性的金属条,所述压紧条上对称设置有第一弯曲部(21)和第二弯曲部(22)。所述第一弯曲部(21)弯折后,使得压紧条(2)延轴向延伸,使得压紧条(2)向自动售卖机机柜方向延伸一个适当的的长度。所述第二弯曲部接近压紧条的两个末端,并且由轴向延径向弯曲,使得压紧条的末端适当延径向向扫码支付模块底壳的外侧延伸。
如图3所示,本实施例中,压紧件为一个带有坡度轨迹面的旋转手柄。所述手柄上设置了有坡度轨迹面(31)和作为第一定位装置的一个三角形凹陷部(32),在旋转手柄的中心点上设置有压紧件卡扣(33)。
如图4所示,本实施例中,固定片为一个双耳上均有穿孔的金属片,在金属片的重心处,设置了一个固定孔(42),所述固定孔(42)与图3的压紧件中心上带有的卡扣(33)相互配合,使得压紧件(3)能够固定在固定片(4)上,且压紧件(3)能够自由旋转。
当需要固定扫码支付模块时,首先将压紧件(3)上的卡扣(33)穿过固定片上的固定孔(42),使得压紧件(3)被固定在固定片(4)上,且能够自由旋转。然后用两条螺丝(5)作为连接装置,分别穿过固定片耳孔(41)和压紧条上的过孔(图中未标出),拧入扫码支付模块底壳(1)上的螺丝孔(图中未标出)内,使得如图2所示的紧锁固定机构固定在扫码支付模块上。
固定完毕后,从自动售卖机机柜外侧,将带有紧锁固定机构的扫码支付模块送入自动售卖机机柜内,直至扫码支付模块底壳(1)上的外凸部分完全贴合在自动售卖机的机柜平面上。由于压紧条(2)为弹性金属材料制成,且在压紧条(2)上具有第二弯曲部(22),因此在扫码支付模块底壳送入自动售卖机的过程中,压紧条(2)可以产生延径向收缩的弹性形变,不会阻碍压紧条的末端通过自动售卖机上的开孔。当压紧条(2)的末端通过开孔后,由于限制弹性形变的外力消失,压紧条(2)的末端自然恢复至开孔边沿外,从而限制了扫码支付模块被拉出自动售卖机机柜,与扫码支付模块底壳(1)上的外凸部分相互配合,将扫码支付模块限制在一个相对较小的轴向长度内。
在完成设备线路连接,并调试完毕,需要将扫码支付模块紧锁在自动售卖机机柜上时, 旋转压紧件(3),使得压紧件(3)上有坡度的轨迹面(31)通过旋转,在轴向上产生推力,将压紧条(2)末端延轴向推向自动售卖机机柜。如前所述,压紧条(2)末端与扫码支付模块底壳(1)上的外凸部分已经把扫码支付模块为止限制在一个相对较小的轴向长度内。当压紧条(2)末端继续延轴向向自动售卖机移动后,挤压扫码支付模块,使得扫码支付模块被贴合固定在自动售卖机的机柜上。
当压紧件(3)被旋转到一定位置时,设置在压紧件(3)上有坡度的轨迹面(31)上的作为第一定位装置的三角凹槽(32)容纳了压紧条上作为第二定位装置的突出部(图中未示出)。由于容纳了突出部的三角凹槽(32)在压紧条的弹性力作用下产生了阻力,难以继续旋转,因此实现了阻止压紧件(3)在无人值守的锁紧状态旋转位移的目的。至此,扫码支付模块已被牢固紧锁在自动售卖机的机柜上。
当需要更换或拆除使用本紧锁固定机构被紧锁固定在自动售卖机上的扫码支付模块时,首先要消除扫码支付的紧锁状态。在消除紧锁状态时,无需使用任何工具,仅需从自动售卖机机柜内部,按照与紧锁相反的方向旋转压紧件(3),使得压紧件(3)上的三角凹槽(32)与压紧条(2)上的突出部分离,除去压紧条施加在自动售卖机机柜上的挤压力,则可解除扫码支付模块的紧锁状态。
随后,延径向收缩的方向按压压紧条(2),使得压紧条(2)的末端发生弹性形变,能够进入自动售卖机机柜开口边沿的内部,从而不会阻碍扫码支付模块经自动售卖机开口被推出。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,为了加强紧锁效果,使用了两个紧锁固定机构,对扫码支付模块进行固定,两个紧锁固定机构的操作方式完全相同。

  1. 一种扩展设备的紧锁固定机构,包括压紧条,固定片、连接装置和压紧件,其特征在于:
    压紧件安装于固定片上,与压紧条接触,用于在需要压紧时,向压紧条施加压紧力;
    压紧条具有弹性,与被扩展设备接触,用于在需要压紧时,向扩展设备施加压紧力,使得扩展设备贴合于被扩展设备上的扩展口上;
    连接装置用于连接固定片、压紧件、压紧条和扩展设备,使得所述固定片、压紧件、压紧条和扩展设备成为一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扩展设备的紧锁固定机构,其特征在于,所述压紧条大致为弓形,设有第一弯曲部和第二弯曲部:
    所述第一弯曲部将压紧条由径向弯曲至轴向,使得压紧条延轴向延伸;
    所述第二弯曲部将压紧条由轴向弯曲至径向,使得压紧条的末端具有在径向方向上延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扩展设备的紧锁固定机构,其特征在于,所述压紧件为一个设置有坡度轨迹面的旋转手柄。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扩展设备的紧锁固定机构,其特征在于,所述旋转手柄的坡度轨迹面上设置有第一定位装置,在所述压紧条上设有第二定位装置,第一定位装置与第二定位装置相互配合,用于阻止旋转手柄的转动。
