Abstract

一種鉚合裝置,用以將一鎖固件鉚合於一電路板上,所述鎖固件包括有用以固定於所述電路板上之固定部,且於所述固定部內設有卡槽,所述鉚合裝置包括有外殼及滑動件,所述滑動件包括有滑動部和鉚合部,所述滑動部滑動固定於所述外殼中,所述鉚合部用於插設於卡槽中,所述鉚合部於所述外殼受力時強迫伸入所述卡槽而迫使所述固定部向外翻動而鉚合於所述電路板上。

Description

鉚合裝置
本發明涉及一種鉚合裝置,特別是指一種用於鉚合手轉螺絲之鉚合裝置。
通常於將手轉螺絲鉚合於一電路板上時,是於手轉螺絲上設置齒狀結構,並藉由該齒狀結構壓入電路板開設之開孔中。然而,該齒狀結構會造成電路板上之開孔之局部變形,使開孔周邊較近區域不可以有訊號線,必須保證較大之訊號線讓位區域。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種防止電路板開孔變形之鉚合裝置。
一種鉚合裝置,用以將一鎖固件鉚合於一電路板上,所述鎖固件包括有用以固定於所述電路板上之固定部,且於所述固定部內設有卡槽,所述鉚合裝置包括有外殼及滑動件,所述滑動件包括有滑動部和鉚合部,所述滑動部滑動固定於所述外殼中,所述鉚合部用於插設於卡槽中,所述鉚合部於所述外殼受力時強迫伸入所述卡槽而迫使所述固定部向外翻動而鉚合於所述電路板上。
相較於習知技術,於上述鉚合裝置中,只需敲打外殼,插設於卡槽中之鉚合部就會強迫伸入所述卡槽,所述固定部就會被迫使向外翻動而鉚合於所述電路板上。因此,這樣之鉚合方式,不會破壞電路板之開孔。

請參考圖1,本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一鉚合裝置用以將一鎖固件100鉚合於一電路板200上。所述鉚合裝置包括一外殼10、一彈性件20、一滑動件30及一定位柱50。
所述鎖固件100包括一彈性安裝部101、一固定部102及一驅動部103。所述彈性安裝部101被彈性壓縮於所述固定部102中。轉動所述驅動部103可以驅使所述彈性安裝部101被彈出而固定於一開孔(圖未示)中。所述固定部102與所述彈性安裝部101之間設有一卡槽105。所述卡槽105為環形槽,且環繞所述彈性安裝部101。於一實施方式中,所述鎖固件100為一手轉螺絲。
所述電路板200開設一通孔201。
請同時參閱圖3及圖4,所述外殼10開設一固定槽11及一階梯槽12。所述階梯槽12包括一收容槽121及一限位槽123。所述限位槽123貫穿所述外殼10之底部。於一實施方式中,所述收容槽121與所述限位槽123均為圓形槽。所述收容槽121之直徑小於所述限位槽123之直徑,從而於所述階梯槽12中形成一止位面125。所述階梯槽12之延伸方向大致垂直所述固定槽11之延伸方向。
所述彈性件20為一壓縮彈簧,且用以收容於所述收容槽121中。
所述滑動件30包括一滑動部31及一設於所述滑動部31底部之鉚合部32。於一實施方式中,所述滑動部31為圓柱形。所述滑動部31之直徑略小於所述限位槽123之直徑,且大於所述收容槽121之直徑。所述滑動部31開設一滑槽311。所述滑槽311貫穿所述滑動部31兩側。所述鉚合部32呈楔形,且包括有一尖端321。所述鉚合部32具有一弧形之外表面323。
請參閱圖2-4,安裝時,將所述彈性件20放入所述階梯槽12中,所述彈性件20收容於所述收容槽121中,且部分延伸至所述限位槽123。將所述滑動件30放入所述階梯槽12中,且上方抵靠所述彈性件20。對齊所述滑槽311與所述固定槽11,將所述定位柱50穿過所述滑槽311,且固定於所述固定槽11中。所述定位柱50藉由過盈配合之方式固定於所述固定槽11中。所述鉚合裝置安裝結束。此時,所述滑動件30位於所述止位面125下方,所述定位柱50抵靠所述滑槽311之上邊緣,所述彈性件20處於初始狀態,且所述滑動件30處於一常態。所述滑動件30能夠相對所述外殼10滑動。所述定位柱50能夠相對所述滑動件30於所述滑槽311中滑動。
使用時,將所述鎖固件100之固定部102和所述彈性安裝部101自所述電路板200之下方伸出所述通孔201。將所述鉚合裝置移動至所述電路板200上方,且所述鉚合部32之尖端321收容於所述卡槽105中,且所述鉚合部32之外表面323抵靠於所述固定部102之邊緣。向下按壓所述外殼10,驅使所述彈性件20彈性形變,直到所述止位面125抵靠於所述滑動件30之上表面,所述定位柱50抵靠所述滑槽311之下邊緣。此時,所述滑動件30位於一使用狀態。用力打擊所述外殼10之上表面,迫使所述滑動件30向下移動。所述鉚合部32強迫進入所述卡槽105中,而迫使所述固定部102向外翻動而卡於所述電路板200之上表面。所述鉚合裝置就將所述鎖固件100鉚合於所述電路板上。釋放所述外殼10,所述彈性件20彈性回復,驅使所述滑動件向上滑動,而回到常態。
於敲打所述外殼10之過程中,由於所述止位面125抵靠於所述滑動件30上。能保證滑動件30受力均勻,於鉚合所述鎖固件100之過程中不會產生鉚合不良之情況。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種鉚合裝置,用以將一鎖固件鉚合於一電路板上,所述鎖固件包括有用以固定於所述電路板上之固定部,且於所述固定部內設有卡槽,所述鉚合裝置包括有外殼及滑動件,所述滑動件包括有滑動部和鉚合部,所述滑動部滑動固定於所述外殼中,所述鉚合部用於插設於卡槽中,所述鉚合部於所述外殼受力時強迫伸入所述卡槽而迫使所述固定部向外翻動而鉚合於所述電路板上。
  2. 如請求項1所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述鉚合裝置還包括有彈性件,所述彈性件一端抵靠所述外殼,另一端抵靠所述滑動件,所述彈性件用在於所述滑動件將所述鎖固件鉚合於所述電路板後將所述滑動件復位。
  3. 如請求項2所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述外殼設有階梯槽,所述階梯槽設有收容槽及與所述收容槽連通之限位槽,所述彈性件收容於所述收容槽中,所述滑動部滑動收容於所述限位槽中,所述限位槽之寬度大於所述收容槽之寬度,從而於所述階梯槽中設有止位面,所述止位面用以抵靠所述滑動件。
  4. 如請求項3項所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述鉚合裝置還包括有定位柱,所述滑動部設有滑槽,所述外殼設有固定槽,所述定位柱穿過所述滑槽,且固定於所述固定槽中,所述定位柱能夠相對所述滑動件於所述滑槽中滑動。
  5. 如請求項4所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述固定槽之延伸方向與所述滑槽之延伸方向大致垂直。
  6. 如請求項4項所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述滑動件能夠相對所述外殼於一常態和一使用狀態之間滑動,當所述滑動件位於所述常態時,所述定位柱抵靠所述滑槽之上邊緣,所述滑動件位於所述止位面下方,當所述滑動件位於所述使用狀態時,所述定位柱抵靠所述滑槽之下邊緣,所述滑動件抵靠所述止位面。
  7. 如請求項6所述之鉚合裝置,其中當所述滑動件位於所述使用狀態時,所述鉚合部能夠於所述外殼受到敲打時強迫進入所述卡槽而迫使所述固定部向外翻動而鉚合於所述電路板上。
  8. 如請求項7所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述止位面抵靠於所述滑動件上,用以於所述外殼受到外力敲打時,將力均勻施加到所述滑動件上。
  9. 如請求項1所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述鉚合部大致呈楔形。
  10. 如請求項1所述之鉚合裝置,其中所述鉚合部具有弧形之外表面。
