Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法,包括以下步骤:将该螺母与塑胶件上的通孔相对;对螺母施加一作用力,将螺母直接压合入该塑胶件的通孔内;将装配件放置于塑胶件上,螺钉穿过装配件后螺合于已压合入塑胶件内的螺母上,该施加于螺母的作用力的方向与螺钉进入该压合入塑胶件的螺母的方向相反。因为,螺母压入通孔内的方向与螺钉进入螺母的方向相反,所以,不会影响塑胶件上与装配件接触的表面的平面度,从而可保证该塑胶件与其他装配件之间的正常配合关系。本发明还涉及一种具有塑胶件的装置。

Description

具有塑胶件的装置及该具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有塑胶件的装置,还涉及一种该具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法。
背景技术
采用螺钉将装配件固定在塑胶件上是一种具有塑胶件的装置常采用的装配件固定方法。该具有塑胶件的设备包括塑胶件、装配件和螺钉,该塑胶件和该装配件上各开设有一通孔。对螺钉施加一作用力,螺钉会穿过装配件的通孔后通过自攻螺纹的方式锁入到塑胶件上的通孔内,从而将装配件固定在塑胶件上。然而,因塑胶件的硬度比螺钉的硬度低,所以,一旦施加于螺钉的力过大,或者螺钉锁入孔内时其轴心线与孔的中心线不重合,从而会使得锁固不牢,或者不能锁固。
业界人士设计了一种在塑胶件内埋入螺母的方法来解决上述存在的问题。首先,在塑胶件上开设有通孔,且通孔的直径小于欲置入通孔内的螺母的直径;然后,对螺母加热;再对加热后的螺母施加一作用力,使螺母进入通孔内,该加热后的螺母会使得与螺母接触的塑胶件壁面发生塑性变形,从而使得螺母可容置于直径小于螺母的直径的通孔内。使用时,螺钉可以螺合入该螺母内,从而通过螺钉将装配件固定在塑胶件上。
由于,该方法是通过对螺母加热,使塑胶件上围成通孔的壁面与螺母接触后发生塑性变形,才能将直径大于通孔的螺母容置于通孔内。然而,因螺母压入到塑胶件内时,该塑胶件的塑性变形会影响该塑胶件与其他装配件之间配合的表面的平面度,从而影响后续装配件与该塑胶件之间的配合关系,影响该具有塑胶件的设备内部元件之间的稳定性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可保证塑胶件上平面度的具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法。
还有必要提供一种具有力良好平面度的塑胶件的装置。
一种具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法,包括以下步骤:将该螺母与塑胶件上的通孔相对;对螺母施加一作用力,将螺母直接压合入该塑胶件的通孔内;将装配件放置于塑胶件上,螺钉穿过装配件后螺合于已压合入塑胶件内的螺母上,该施加于螺母的作用力的方向与螺钉进入该压合入塑胶件的螺母的方向相反。
一种具有塑胶件的装置,包括塑胶件、螺母以及螺钉,该塑胶件上设置有一通孔,该通孔包括第一孔部和第二孔部,所述的第一孔部和第二孔部相连且分别开口于所述塑胶件的两侧,其中第一孔部的直径大于第二孔部,该螺母通过第一孔部的开口设置于该第一孔部内,该螺钉通过第二孔部的开口并穿过该第二孔部后螺合入该螺母内。
一种具有塑胶件的装置,包括塑胶件、螺母以及螺钉,该塑胶件上设置有一通孔,该通孔内设有螺母,该螺钉与该设于通孔内的螺母螺合,该螺母压入该塑胶件的方向与该螺钉进入螺母的方向相反。
因为,螺母压入通孔内的方向与螺钉进入螺母的方向相反,故,螺母是从塑胶件上与装配件配合的表面相背的另一表面进入塑胶件的,而不是从塑胶件上与装配件配合的表面进入塑胶件的。所以,不会影响塑胶件上与装配件接触的表面的平面度,从而可保证该塑胶件与其他装配件之间的正常配合关系。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为一较佳实施方式具有塑胶件的装置内塑胶件10的剖面图。该具有塑胶件的装置包括塑胶件10、装配件40、可压合入塑胶件10内的螺母20、以及可将装配件固定在塑胶件10上并与螺母20螺合的螺钉30。
塑胶件10包括底板11和设置在底板11上的凸柱13。底板11具有相背的第一表面111和第二表面112,凸柱13从底板11的第一表面111垂直延伸而出。凸柱13包括自由端131和连接于自由端131和底板11之间的固定端133。塑胶件10上还设有通孔15,通孔15垂直贯穿于底板11和凸柱13,并且通孔15的中心与凸柱13的轴心线OO1重合。通孔15具有一拔模方向Z1,拔模方向Z1与凸柱13的延伸方向相反。通孔15包括第一孔部151和与第一孔部151相连的第二孔部152,第一孔部151和第二孔部152同轴心设置,且分别开口于塑胶件10的两侧。其中,第一孔部151贯穿于凸柱13的固定部133和底板11,第二孔部152贯穿于凸柱13的自由端131,并且第二孔部152的直径小于第一孔部151的直径。
图2示出了将螺母20压入塑胶件10的第一孔部151内的方法。首先将螺母20置于塑胶件10的第二表面112一侧,并使螺母20与通孔15的第一孔部151相对;其次,沿Z2方向对螺母20施加一作用力F1,使得螺母20沿顺着Z2方向通过第一孔部151的开口压入第一孔部151内。该方向Z2与方向Z1相反。
因为,螺母20是从底板11上与凸柱13所在的第一表面111相背的第二表面112压入第一孔部151中的,而不是从凸柱13上远离底板11的顶端端面135压合入塑胶件10中的,故不会影响塑胶件10上装配件40接触的表面的平面度,即凸柱13的顶端端面135的平面度,从而可保证该塑胶件10与其他装配件40之间的正常配合关系,不会影响该具有塑胶件的装置上各元件之间的稳定性。另外,因为采用直接将螺母20压入塑胶件10内,即压入之前无需对螺母20进行加热,采用冷压方式,相较于热压还可以节省使用的能源。
如图3和4所示,装配时:首先将另一个需要与塑胶件10组装在一起的装配件40放置在凸柱13的顶端端面135上;其次,沿Z1的方向对螺钉30施加一作用力F,使螺钉30沿方向Z1穿过装配件40的穿孔41后,再通过第二孔部152的开口并穿过塑胶件10上的第二孔部152,最后螺合入已压合入第一孔部151的螺母20内。
因为,螺钉30锁合入螺母20的方向为Z1,而螺母20压合入塑胶件10内的方向为Z2,并且Z1和Z2的方向相反,所以,当沿Z2方向对锁合入螺母20的螺钉30施加一拉拔力时,由于通孔15存在一拔模斜度,从而可有效地防止螺母20会在该拉拔力的作用下与塑胶件10分离。而且,第一孔部151的直径大于第二孔部152的直径,因此,凸柱13的自由端131亦可进一步防止螺母20受拉拔力时从通孔15内脱出,亦可保证该具有塑胶件的装置内部上各元件之间的稳定性。

  1. 【权利要求1】一种具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法,包括以下步骤:将该螺母与塑胶件上的通孔相对;对螺母施加一作用力,将螺母直接压合入该塑胶件的通孔内;将装配件放置于塑胶件上,螺钉穿过装配件后螺合于已压合入塑胶件内的螺母上,其特征在于:该施加于螺母的作用力的方向与螺钉进入该压合入塑胶件的螺母的方向相反。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法,其特征在于:该施加于螺母的作用力的方向与该通孔的拔模方向相反。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的具有塑胶件的装置的装配方法,其特征在于:该塑胶件包括底板和凸柱,该通孔贯穿于该底板和凸柱。
  4. 【权利要求4】一种具有塑胶件的装置,包括塑胶件、螺母以及螺钉,该塑胶件上设置有一通孔,其特征在于:该通孔包括第一孔部和第二孔部,所述的第一孔部和第二孔部相连且分别开口于所述塑胶件的两侧,其中第一孔部的直径大于第二孔部,该螺母通过第一孔部的开口设置于该第一孔部内,该螺钉通过第二孔部的开口并穿过该第二孔部后螺合入该螺母内。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求4所述的具有塑胶件的装置,其特征在于:该塑胶件包括底板和凸柱,该通孔贯穿于该底板和凸柱。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的具有塑胶件的装置,其特征在于:该凸柱包括自由端和连接于自由端和底板之间的固定端,该第一通孔贯穿于该底板和固定端,该第二通孔贯穿于该自由端。
  7. 【权利要求7】一种具有塑胶件的装置,包括塑胶件、螺母以及螺钉,该塑胶件上设置有一通孔,该通孔内设有螺母,该螺钉与该设于通孔内的螺母螺合,其特征在于:该螺母压入该塑胶件的方向与该螺钉进入螺母的方向相反。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求7所述的具有塑胶件的装置,其特征在于:该塑胶件包括底板和凸柱,该通孔贯穿于该底板和凸柱,该通孔包括第一孔部和第二孔部,其中,第一孔部的直径大于第二孔部,该螺母设于该第一孔部内。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求7所述的具有塑胶件的装置,其特征在于:该凸柱包括自由端和连接于自由端和底板之间的固定端,该第一通孔贯穿于该底板和固定端,该第二通孔贯穿于该自由端。
