与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明在使用时,将咖啡粉及水加入内盒中,保持滴漏口关闭,然后静止或对内盒中的内容物进行搅拌,一定时间后,通过气泵向萃取腔中通入空气,同时将滴漏口打开,气泵泵入萃取腔中的空气使萃取腔内压力增大,从而将萃取腔中的咖啡液经过滤孔压入酿造盒中,该方法不破坏咖啡味道也不过度萃取咖啡因,从而改善了咖啡口感、缩短了制作时间,且有利于提高咖啡浓度的稳定性;并且能够在不产生负面味道的情况下获得高的萃取率,因此同样浓度的咖啡,可以用更少的咖啡粉量制得,可节约咖啡粉。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~6所示,本实施例的咖啡酿造机构包括酿造盒1、端盖2、开关组件3、内盒4、气泵5、搅拌件6及驱动件7,酿造盒1内部中空且具有顶部敞口11,酿造盒1的底壁上开 有滴漏口12。
如图2所示,上述端盖2螺纹连接在酿造盒1的顶部敞口11处。开关组件3设于酿造盒1的底部且用于控制滴漏口12的开关。内盒4设于酿造盒1中且与端盖2之间共同构成能盛放咖啡粉的萃取腔41,内盒4的底壁上开有能在向内盒4中施加压力状态下将萃取液压入酿造盒1中的过滤孔42,为了实现压力过滤的效果,该过滤孔42为致密的过滤孔。酿造盒1顶部敞口11的内边缘处设置有沿周向布置的托台13,内盒4顶部边缘的外周设置有能架置在该托台13上的托圈43,端盖2盖置在酿造盒1的顶部敞口11上后,端盖2下壁面与内盒4上壁面之间通过密封圈8压紧。端盖2上开有进气口21,气泵5的出气口通过导气管51与进气口21相连接,用于向萃取腔41中通入空气。
如图2、3所示,上述搅拌件6设于内盒4中,该搅拌件6包括位于中心的轴61及在该轴61的外周沿径向延伸的三片搅拌叶62。驱动件7用于驱动搅拌件6转动,驱动件7设于端盖2顶部,包括电机71及连接在电机71输出轴上的减速机构72,减速机构72的输出端通过耦合器73与轴61上端相连接,轴61及搅拌叶62的下端贴近内盒4内底壁布置。
本实施例的开关组件3包括导柱31、密封垫32及弹性件33,导柱31能上下移动地穿过滴漏口12布置,且导柱31外周与滴漏口12内壁之间形成有供萃取液流过的流道,弹性件33设于导柱31下端并使导柱31始终保持向下移动的趋势,密封垫32设于导柱31上端并能随导柱31上移而将滴漏口12打开、随导柱31下移而将滴漏口12封闭。该结构便于将滴漏口12封闭,在需要将滴漏口12打开时,可通过位于酿造盒1外、导柱31下方的顶杆将导柱31向上顶从而将滴漏口12打开,当然,也可以通过电磁结构等控制导柱31向上移动,由于该类结构为常规结构,在此不做赘述。
具体的,如图4所示,导柱31下端设置有开口朝上的碗状底座310,导柱31下端与该碗状底座310的中央部位相连接,且碗状底座310的上开有供萃取液落下的开口312。上述碗状底座310的结构可起到防滴漏作用。导柱31的外周壁上开有多个沿轴向延伸的槽311,该槽311构成上述流道,底座310具有多个沿周向间隔布置的扇形片体313,该扇形片体313的内端与槽311的下端相连接,相邻两扇形片体313之间的空隙构成上述开口312。该结构既便于将咖啡液输出,也能对漏出的少量咖啡起到防滴漏作用。弹性件33为直线弹簧,该直线弹簧套置在导柱31下部的外周且上端与酿造盒1的底壁相抵、下端与碗状底座310的内壁相抵。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,酿造盒1的底壁自边缘向中央部位逐渐向下倾斜形成导流面14,滴漏口12开设于酿造盒1底壁的中央部位。导流面14上设置有沿径向延伸的导流筋141,该导流筋141为四条,将导流面14分为四个在周向上间隔布置的区域,以进一步提高导流效果。该结构可避免咖啡液在酿造盒1底壁的边缘部位滞留,便于清洗。酿造盒1底壁的中央部位脱卸式设置有能将滴漏口12覆盖的过滤网9,该过滤网9成形为向上拱起的半球状结构。本实施例中的咖啡液被萃取腔41中的正压压出,可能会存在少量 残渣,上述过滤网9可对咖啡液进行二次过滤,提高咖啡口感的细腻度,且该过滤网9为半球状,不仅可增大过滤面积,而且便于清洗。
本实施例酿造盒1底壁的中央部位形成有上端大、下端小的棱台状集液槽15,滴漏口12开设于该集液槽15底部的中央部位,集液槽15的外周设置有沿周向布置的卡槽16,过滤网9的下边缘脱卸式卡置在该卡槽16中。上述集液槽15便于将二次过滤后的咖啡液向滴漏口12引导,且上述结构便于对过滤网9进行安装及拆卸。
本实施例中应用上述咖啡酿造机构制作咖啡的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将端盖2自酿造盒1顶部取下,将咖啡粉及水加入内盒4中,盖上端盖2,开关组件3保持将滴漏口12关闭的状态;
(2)驱动件7驱动搅拌件6转动,对内盒4中的内容物进行搅拌,使内容物充分混合、接触,经过搅拌件6轻柔的搅动而使咖啡充分萃取至水中;
(3)通过气泵5向萃取腔41中通入空气,同时,开关组件3将滴漏口12打开,气泵5泵入萃取腔41中的空气使萃取腔41内压力增大,从而将内盒4中的萃取咖啡液经底部过滤孔42压入其下方的酿造盒1中,并进一步经过滤网9过滤后从滴漏口12输出。
本实施例的咖啡酿造机构及制作咖啡的方法既可以用于制作冷咖啡也可以用于制作热咖啡,当其用于制作冷咖啡时,能更加突出其优势。当用于制作冷咖啡时,加入的水温度为0℃~25℃,既不破坏咖啡味道也不过度萃取咖啡因,且改善了咖啡口感、缩短了制作时间,制作时间最快可在2分钟内完成,有利于提高咖啡浓度的稳定性。
当用于制作热咖啡时,则只要往内盒中加入热水即可。当然也可以在本咖啡机的基础上对其进行再延伸,如增设一套可对储存于水箱内的水进行加热的装置,来进行制作冷、热咖啡,这样可以满足不同场合的使用需求。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
如图7所述,本实施例中酿造盒与内盒的装配关系与实施例1不同。本实施例中酿造盒1’做的内腔高度较小,而内盒4’的内腔高度不受影响,在装配时,内盒4’仅底部插置在酿造盒1’中并与酿造盒1’螺纹连接。端盖2’盖置在内盒4’的顶部,与内盒4’螺纹连接。
图7、8所示,本实施例中的开关组件3’与实施例1结构不同。本实施例中导柱31’的底部不设置碗状底座,而是设置一独立的底托34,该底托34具有圆筒状且底部封闭的防漏腔341,底托34的中央部位开有出液口342,防漏腔341中设置有围绕出液口342布置的十字状支撑部343,该十字状支撑部343与导柱31’的下端相抵,弹性件33’弹性压缩在酿造盒1’底壁与导柱31’底部外缘之间,使导柱31’保持向下移动的趋势。底托34下方设置有与出液口342相连接的电磁阀35,以控制出液与否。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:包括
    酿造盒,内部中空且具有顶部敞口,所述酿造盒的底壁上开有滴漏口;
    内盒,具有上端口,所述内盒的至少底部设于酿造盒中,且所述内盒的底壁上开有能在向内盒中施加压力状态下将萃取液压入酿造盒中的过滤孔;
    端盖,脱卸式连接在内盒的上端口处且与内盒的内壁共同围合成萃取腔;
    开关组件,设于所述酿造盒的底部且用于控制滴漏口的开关;以及
    气泵,该气泵的出气口与所述萃取腔相连接,用于向萃取腔中通入空气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述开关组件包括导柱、密封垫及弹性件,所述导柱能上下移动地穿过滴漏口布置,且所述导柱外周与滴漏口内壁之间形成有供萃取液流过的流道,所述弹性件使导柱始终保持向下移动的趋势,所述密封垫设于导柱上端并能随导柱上移而将滴漏口打开、随导柱下移而将滴漏口封闭。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述导柱下端设置有开口朝上的碗状底座,所述导柱下端与该碗状底座的中央部位相连接,且所述碗状底座的上开有供萃取液落下的开口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述导柱的外周壁上开有多个沿轴向延伸的槽,该槽构成所述的流道,所述底座具有多个沿周向间隔布置的扇形片体,该扇形片体的内端与所述槽的下端相连接,相邻两扇形片体之间的空隙构成所述的开口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述开关组件还包括设于酿造盒底部且对应导柱布置的底托,所述底托具有圆筒状且底部封闭的防漏腔,所述底托的中央部位开有出液口,所述防漏腔中设置有围绕出液口布置的十字状支撑部,该十字状支撑部与导柱的下端相抵,所述出液口下方设置有能控制出液与否的电磁阀。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任一权利要求所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述酿造盒的底壁自边缘向中央部位逐渐向下倾斜形成导流面,所述滴漏口开设于酿造盒底壁的中央部位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述酿造盒底壁的中央部位脱卸式设置有能将滴漏口覆盖的过滤网,该过滤网成形为向上拱起的半球状结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述酿造盒底壁的中央部位形成有上端大、下端小的棱台状集液槽,所述滴漏口开设于该集液槽底部的中央部位,所述集液槽的外周设置有沿周向布置的卡槽,所述过滤网的下边缘脱卸式卡置在该卡槽中;
    所述导流面上设置有沿径向延伸的导流筋。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5中任一权利要求所述的咖啡酿造机构,其特征在于:所述内 盒中还设置有能转动的搅拌件,所述酿造盒外设置有能驱动该搅拌件转动的驱动件。
  10. 一种应用权利要求1~9中任一权利要求所述咖啡酿造机构制作咖啡的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)打开端盖,将咖啡粉及水加入内盒中,盖上端盖,开关组件保持将滴漏口关闭状态;
    (2)静止或对内盒中的内容物进行搅拌;
    (3)通过气泵向萃取腔中通入空气,同时,开关组件将滴漏口打开,气泵泵入萃取腔中的空气使萃取腔内压力增大,从而将内盒中的萃取液经底部过滤孔压入其下方的酿造盒中,并进一步经滴漏口输出。
