[2] The present invention relates to an extractor for green tea, in specific, an extractor to extract certain substances of green tea leaves from green tea dried by compulsion. [3] Generally, coarse tea is made by drying and extorting leaves of plants with good odor. Extorting or extracting certain substances out of the leaves is achieved by leaving in water for a certain amount of time. [4] The most world popularized coarse tea world wide is green tea. Caffeine, a substance contained in green tea, clears the head of the drinker, and as it is active caffeine, it is not addictive when excreted from the body. [5] Green tea contains of many vitamins and minerals which has effects of speeding up the metabolism, such as overcoming fatigue, diuretic effects, overcoming the aftereffects of previous drinking, recovering taste, and promoting digestion or excretion. [6] Green tea contains of many sulfate nutrients such as tannin, vitamin C and vitamin P, which prevents acidification of cells or organs of body. It helps preventing cancer or geriatric diseases, and helps anti-aging. [I I] But, as green tea is made from tea leaves, which need to be extorted in water for a certain amount of time, it is difficult for green tea to be mass produced like other tea made from fruits, such as coffee.
[12] To help the understanding of extractor for green tea, a description of an extractor for coffee is stated below.
[13] A water tank, heating system and extracting housing is formed inside the device.
When heated water from the water tank is supplied in a certain pressure to the powdered coffee placed in the extracting housing, liquefied coffee containing
substances and odor of coffee is extracted through the fine holes of the housing. [14] But, different properties of powdered green tea made it impossible to extract liquefied green tea even when heated water of certain pressure was supplied to the powdered green tea in the extracting housing. For these reasons, an extractor for green tea capable of commercial use could not be exploited previously. [15]
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem [16] It is an object of the present invention to overcome the problems stated above, and to efficiently extract the peculiar substances and odor of green tea in the least amount of time. [17]
Advantageous Effects
[18] As described above, previously water was extruded right after passing the housing containing green tea powder. The present invention comprises of a pressure -holding device which closes the outlet until it reaches a certain value of pressure, to keep uniform pressure among the green tea powder, allowing extraction of more substances and odor contained in green tea powder. Also, in opposite to the pressure -holding system, an air-indraft device is installed to control the pressure within the housing after extraction of green tea, which equalizes the interior pressure with the exterior pressure without having to disassemble the pressure-holding device.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[27] To achieve the aims described above, the present invention, extractor for green tea, comprises of a housing formed on the side of an outlet and installed in the extruding outlet of the extractor; a connecting pipe connected to the outlet above; a closing pipe
connected to the connecting pipe above; a supporting device with a hole formed inside the closing pipe above; a closing valve inserted into the supporting device, blocking the passage of the outlet; and a spring elastically supporting the closing valve away from the supporting device.
[28] Also, it is to provide an extractor for green tea comprising of a housing with an outlet formed on the side installed on the extruding outlet of the extractor; an air-hole formed on the housing above; a small connecting pipe connected to the air hole above; a small closing valve joined to the small connecting pipe above; a small closing valve composed of a head-part and a stem-part which is installed in the air passage of the closing pip above; and a small spring elastically supporting the small closing valve away from the supporting device.
[29] A detailed description in regard to the attached drawings is as follows.
[30] A housing (110) is installed to the extractor for green tea. A protruding outlet (120) is formed in the center of lower part of housing (110), and a handle (112) is formed on the side. And an air hole (210) is formed in the lower part of the housing (110), in a certain distance to the outlet (120).
[31] A filter (130) with fine holes (132) is installed in the upper part of the housing (110) so that it safely sit on the housing (110), a packing (140) is formed in between the housing (110) and the exterior of the filter (130), to keep it watertight. And a limited space is formed in between the lower part of the supporting device (130) and the floor of the housing (110).
[32] A connecting pipe (150) is connected to the outlet (120), and the air passage of the connecting pipe (150) is in a conical-shape where the upper part is narrow and the lower part is wide. On the exterior of the connecting pipe, a joining section made of a screw thread is formed.
[33] A closing pipe (160) is joined to the connecting section of the connecting pipe (150), and a supporting device (170) is formed in the lower part of the closing pipe. A hole (172) is formed in the center of the supporting device (170), and a number of small holes (174) are formed around the circumference of the hole (172).
[34] A closing valve (180); composed of a head-part (182) and a stem-part (184); is inserted into the hole (172) of the supporting device (170). The stem-part (184) fits into the hole (172) as the diameter of the stem-part (184) is smaller than the hole (172), but the head-part (182) is caught by the hole (172) as the diameter of the head-part (182) is larger than the hole (172).
[35] A spring (190) is inserted into the stem-part (184), and the spring (190) is positioned in between the supporting device (170) and the head-part (182), elastically supporting the closing valve (180) to the upper direction. The head part (182) of the closing valve (180) in is formed in a conical-shape opposing the conical form of the air passage in
the connecting pipe (150), and the head-part (182) is pushed by the elasticity of the spring (190) in a certain pressure to block the air passage.
[36] The leading pipe (200), which leads the liquid to a certain direction, is joined to the closing pipe (160).
[37] An air-indraft device is installed to the air hole (210). The air-indraft device is joined with the small connecting pipe (230) which is joined to the air hole (210), and a small closing pipe (230) is installed to the small connecting pipe (220).
[38] A small closing valve (240); composed of a small head part (242) and a small stem- part (244); is installed in the air passage of the small closing pipe (230), and a small spring is inserted into the small stem-part (244) to support the small closing valve (240) to the upper direction. And a packing ring (260) is inserted in between the small spring (250) and the small head-part (242). The air passage is in open state when the small closing valve (240) is pushed to an upper position.
[39] The operation state of the present invention described above is as follows.
[40] Fill up the filter (130) of the housing (110) with green tea powder, and equip the housing (110) onto the extruding outlet (T). The extruding outlet (T) of the green tea extractor is capable of extruding heated water of a certain pressure to the housing (110), same as a general extruding outlet of a coffee extractor.
[41] By operating the button of the extractor, heated water is extruded by a certain pressure into the housing (110), and the withdrawn water passes through the green tea powder (G) and flows through the fine holes (132) of the filter (130) into the space between the filter (130) and the housing (110). During this process, if the pressure within the housing (110) is not kept above a certain level; lack of pressure will cause water to pass through green tea powder (G) without extorting enough substances and odor of green tea.
[42] But, as the pressure of fluid acts the same within a closed space, if outlet (120) is kept closed even after water is flown into the filter (130), the pressure within the housing (110) increases.
[43] The outlet (120) is closed by a closing valve (180), and the closing valve (180) is supported by a spring (190). Therefore, the pressure within the housing (110) keeps increasing, until the pressure becomes larger than the elasticity of the spring (190).
[44] When the pressure within the housing (110) becomes larger that the elasticity of the spring (190), the closing valve (180) moves to the lower position, opening the outlet (120). Then water in the housing (110) flows through the outlet (120) and the closing pipe (160), and finally extruded through the leading pipe (200).
[45] The pressure within the housing (110) can be controlled among the intention of the user by controlling the bearing power of the spring (190).
[46] The air-indraft device is the opposite concept of the pressure-holding device. The
packing ring (260) blocks the air passage of the closing pipe (230) when the closing valve (240) is pushed down by the pressured water from the housing (110). When water is continuously flown in, the small closing valve (240) keeps the air-passage blocked as the pressure is continuously applied to the small closing valve (240). But when the inflow of the water is stopped, the air passage is opened as the pressure becomes lower than the elasticity of the small spring (250), and the small closing valve (240) is moved upwards. Claims
[1] An extractor for green tea with equipped a pressure-holding device comprising of a housing formed on the side of an outlet and installed in the extruding outlet of the extractor; a connecting pipe connected to the outlet above; a closing pipe connected to the connecting pipe above; a supporting device with a hole formed inside the closing pipe above; a closing valve inserted into the supporting device, blocking the passage of the outlet; and a spring elastically supporting the closing valve away from the supporting device.
[2] The device of claim 1 with a leading pipe joined to a closing pipe
[3] An extractor for green tea with equipped an air-indraft device comprising of a housing with an outlet formed on the side installed on the extruding outlet of the extractor; an air-hole formed on the housing above; a small connecting pipe connected to the air hole above; a small closing valve joined to the small connecting pipe above; a small closing valve composed of a head-part and a stem-part which is installed in the air passage of the closing pip above; and a small spring elastically supporting the small closing valve away from the supporting device.
[4] The device of claim 3 with a packing ring installed in between the spring and the head-part of the small closing valve.
