技术领域
本公开涉及电池领域,具体涉及一种电池包及电动车。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的不断普及,对新能源汽车中动力电池的使用要求变得越来越高。传统的电池包采用的是将电池模组安装到电池包箱体内,形成电池包结构。其中,电池模组包括多个依次排列的单体电池构成的电池组、设置于电池组两侧的侧板和设置于电池组两端的端板。侧板与端板通过螺栓或者拉杆或者焊接的方式连接,以实现对电池组的固定。电池模组在组装完成后再通过螺栓等紧固件安装于电池包箱体内。这种先将电池组装成电池模组,再将电池模组安装在电池包箱体内的组装方式存在组装过程繁琐、组装工序复杂的问题,导致人力、物力等成本的增加。电池模组本身的结构部件也会导致电池包重量大,降低了电池包内部空间利用率。此外,电池包内的水汽等物质也会影响电池包内的各零部件的使用寿命。
发明内容
在本公开实施例的第一个方面,提供一种电池包,所述电池包包括密封的箱体以及位于所述箱体内的至少一个结构梁、多个相互电连接的极芯串;
所述箱体包括箱本体,所述箱本体包括沿第一方向相对设置的顶板和底板,所述第一方向为所述箱体的高度方向,所述结构梁位于所述顶板与所述底板之间,至少一个所述结构梁将所述箱体内部分隔为多个容纳腔,至少一个所述结构梁连接于所述顶板和所述底板,至少一个所述容纳腔内设有至少一个所述极芯串;所述容纳腔的气压低于所述箱体外的气压;
所述箱体上设有安装部,所述安装部用于与外部负载连接固定;
所述极芯串包括多个沿第二方向依次排布且串联的极芯组;所述极芯组封装于封装膜内;所述极芯串的长度方向沿第二方向延伸;所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向或者所 述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向。
本公开实施例第一方面的有益效果:本公开采用的极芯串,其省略了现有技术中的电池外壳和电池模组的固定结构,从而可提高电池包的空间利用率,减轻电池包的重量,提高电池包的能量密度,而且本公开的电池包结构简单,组装效率高,有利于降低生产成本;再者,本公开实施例的电池包的箱体,结构梁位于顶板与底板之间,且结构梁连接于顶板和底板,如此设计使得结构梁、顶板及底板三者构成“工”字型结构,这种结构具有较高的强度和刚度,从而可满足电池包的箱体的承重、抗撞击以及抗挤压等性能的要求。并且,本公开实施例的电池包的箱体的结构比较简单、制作成本较低,而且空间利用率较高。另外,结构梁将箱体分隔为多个容纳腔,当其中某个容纳腔内电芯组件或单体电池发生热失控时,不会影响其他容纳腔,这样可提高电池包工作的安全性。此外,当将这种电池包安装到整车上时,该电池包的结构强度可以作为整车结构强度的一部分,从而可提升整车的结构强度,有利于实现电动汽车整车轻量化的设计要求,同时也降低整车的设计和制造成本;此外,将电池包箱体内的容纳腔内部进行抽真空处理,避免水汽、氧气对箱体中极芯组及各零部件的长时间老化作用,提高箱体内部极芯组或者各零部件的使用寿命。
在本公开实施例的第二个方面,提供一种电动车,包括车体和上面所述的电池包,所述电池包固定于所述车体。

请参阅图1至图3,本公开第一实施例提供一种电池包10,所述电池包10包括密封的箱体以及位于所述箱体内的至少一个结构梁200(如图2所示)、多个相互电连接的极芯串401。所述箱体包括箱本体100,所述箱本体100包括包括沿第一方向相对设置的顶板120和底板130,所述第一方向为所述箱体100的高度方向,所述结构梁200位于所述顶板120与所述底板130之间,至少一个所述结构梁200将所述箱体内部分隔为多个容纳腔300,至少一个所述结构梁200连接于所述顶板120和所述底板130,至少一个所述容纳腔300内设有至少一个所述极芯串401;所述容纳腔300的气压低于所述箱体外的气压;所述箱体上设有安装部110,所述安装部110用于与外部负载连接固定。所述极芯串401包括多个沿第二方向依次排布且串联的极芯组400;所述极芯组400封装于封装膜500内(如图12或图13所示);所述极芯串401的长度方向沿第二方向延伸;所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向或者所述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向。其中,第一方向为图中X方向,第二方向为图中Z方向。
而本公开实施例省略了电池外壳和电池模组的固定结构,从而可提高电池包10的空间利用率,减轻电池包10的重量,提高电池包10的能量密度,而且本公开的电池包10结构简单,组装效率高,有利于降低生产成本;再者,本公开的电池包10的箱体,结构梁200位于顶板120与底板130之间,且结构梁200连接于顶板120和底板130,如此设计使得结构梁200、顶板120及底板130三者构成“工”字型结构,这种结构具有较高的强度和刚度,从而可满足电池包10的箱体的承重、抗撞击以及抗挤压等性能的要求。并且,本公开的电池包10的箱体的结构比较简单、制作成本较低,而且空间利用率较高。另外,结构梁200将箱体分隔为多个容纳腔300,当其中某个容纳腔300内电芯组件或单体电池发生热失控时,不会影响其他容纳腔300,这样可提高电池包10工作的安全性。此外,当将这种电池包10安装到整车上时,该电池包10的结构强度可以作为整车结构强度的一部分,从而可提升整车的结构强度,有利于实现电动汽车整车轻量化的设计要求,同时也降低整车的设计和制造成本。
此外,在本公开实施例中,容纳腔300的气压低于箱体外的气压。可通过对容纳腔300内部进行抽真空处理,而使容纳腔300的气压低于箱体外的气压,容纳腔300抽真空后,可降低箱体中水汽、氧气等物质的存量,避免水汽、氧气对箱体中极芯组及各零部件的长时间老化作用,有利于提高箱体内部极芯组或者各零部件的使用寿命。
在本公开实施例中,极芯组400包括至少一个极芯。当极芯组400包括两个及以上的极芯时,极芯间并联连接。
在本公开实施例中所提到的极芯,为动力电池领域常用的极芯,极芯以及极芯组400属于电池的组成部分,而不能被理解为电池本身;另外,极芯可以是卷绕形成的极芯,也可以是叠片的方式制成的极芯;一般情况下,极芯至少包括正极片、隔膜和负极片。
另外,结构梁200连接于顶板120和底板130,可以理解为,结构梁200与顶板120及底板130一体成型;或者,结构梁200、顶板120和底板130分别单独制成,然后再通过直接或者间接的连接方式进行连接,对此,本公开实施例不作具体限定。直接连接可以为结构梁200的一端与底板130连接,结构梁200相对的另一端与顶板120连接,例如,可将结构梁200的一端先与底板130焊接,然后再将结构梁200相对的另一端与顶板120焊接。间接连接可以为结构梁200的一端通过中间板与底板130连接,结构梁200相对的另一端与通过中间板与顶板120连接。
在一些实施例中,至少一个结构梁200接合于顶板120和底板130。可以理解为,顶板120、底板130及结构梁200三者一体成型;或者,顶板120和底板130中的一个与结构梁200一体成型,另一个再与结构梁200焊接;或者,结构梁200的一端与底板130焊接,结构梁200相对的另一端与顶板120焊接。
需要说明的是,多个极芯串401相互电连接,可以是相邻两个容纳腔300内的极芯串401串联或并联;也可以是,相间隔的两个容纳腔300内的极芯串401串联或并联;也可以是三个或三个以上的容纳腔300内的极芯串401串联或并联。
另外,每个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的数量、每个极芯串401包含的极芯组400的数量可根据不同的电量需求进行设计。并且,每个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的数量可以相同也可不同。当容纳腔300内设有多个极芯串401时,极芯串401间可以串联、并联或混联。
此外,本公开实施例的电池包10的箱体上设有安装部110,电池包10的箱体通过设置在其上的安装部与外部负载实现可拆卸或不可拆卸的连接固定。通常而言,电池包10的箱体需要与外部负载连接固定,因此对其抗撞击、抗挤压等性能都有特殊的要求,故不能简单将其等同于电池模组或单体电池的外壳。一般地,电池包10还包括电池管理系统(BMS)、电池连接器、电池采样器和电池热管理系统中的至少之一。
在一实施例中,所述容纳腔内的压力为-40KPa至-70KPa。如此设置,可保证降低箱体中水汽、氧气等物质的存量,避免水汽、氧气对箱体中极芯组及各零部件的长时间老化作用,有利于提高箱体内部极芯组或者各零部件的使用寿命。同时该压力值还可保证极芯组的离子良好传导,以利于提高循环使用寿命。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述结构梁200设有多个,多个所述结构梁200沿第三方向间隔分布,所述结构梁200的长度沿第二方向延伸,所述第三方向与所述第一方向、第二方向不同,每个所述结构梁200连接于所述顶板120和所述底板130。
可以理解的,当每个结构梁200连接于顶板120和底板130,每个结构梁200、顶板120及底板130构成“工”字型结构这种结构具有较高的强度和刚度,从而可满足箱体的承重、抗撞击以及抗挤压等性能的要求。当将这种电池包10安装到整车上时,该电池包10的结构强度可以作为整车结构强度的一部分,从而可提升整车的结构强度,有利于实现电动汽车整车轻量化的设计要求,同时也降低整车的设计和制造成本。
在本公开实施例中,第一方向为箱体100的高度,第二方向为箱体100的宽度方向,第三方向为箱体100的长度方向;或者,第二方向为箱体100的长度方向,第三方向为箱体100的宽度方向。其中第一方向为图中X方向,第二方向为图中Z方向,第三方向为图中Y方向。
然而,在其他实施例中,第一方向、第二方向和第三方向中的任意两者也可呈其他夹角设置,例如80°或者85°,对此,本公开实施例不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,结构梁200连接于顶板120和底板130,可以理解为,结构梁200与顶板120及底板130一体成型;或者,结构梁200、顶板120和底板130分别单独制成,然 后再通过直接或者间接的连接方式进行连接,对此,本公开实施例不作具体限定。
在一实施例中,箱本体与结构梁一体成型。如此设置,不仅加工工艺简单,有利于降低生产成本,而且还可保证箱体具有足够的结构强度和刚度,以满足箱体的承重、抗撞击以及抗挤压等性能的要求。
具体的,顶板、底板和结构梁一体成型制成。在另一实施例中,底板与结构梁一体成型,然后顶板再与结构梁焊接。或者,顶板与结构梁一体成型,然后底板再与结构梁焊接。
在一实施例中,所述容纳腔300沿第二方向的长度大于500mm,进一步地,所述容纳腔300沿第二方向的长度为500mm-2500mm。如此设计,可使得设置在容纳腔300内的极芯串401的长度更长,也即可容纳更多的极芯组400,以使电池包10满足较大的容量和较高的空间利用率的要求。
进一步地,所述容纳腔300沿第二方向的长度为1000mm-2000mm。
进一步地,所述容纳腔300沿第二方向的长度为1300mm-2200mm。
在一实施例中,如图1及图2所示,所述箱本体100还包括沿第三方向分布于箱本体100两侧的第一边框140和第二边框150,所述第二方向为所述箱体100的长度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体100的宽度方向;或者,所述第二方向为所述箱体100的宽度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体100的长度方向。
具体地,箱本体100包括沿第一方向相对设置的顶板120和底板130、以及沿第三方向相对设置的第一边框140和第二边框150,顶板120、第一边框140、底板130及第二边框150相连。
需要说明的是,顶板120、第一边框140、底板130及第二边框150相连,可以是通过直接或者间接的连接方式进行连接。其中,直接连接可以理解为,顶板120、第一边框140、底板130及第二边框150共同围成容纳空间,结构梁200位于该容纳空间内。优选地,顶板120、第一边框140、底板130和第二边框150一体成型,如此设置,可保证箱体具有较高的结构强度,同时加工相对简单,有利于降低生产成本。当然,顶板120、第一边框140、底板130及第二边框150也可分别单独制成,然后再进行连接。至于间接连接的方式,例如,可以是通过连接板进行连接,对此,本公开实施例不作具体限定。
在一实施例中,顶板120、第一边框140、底板130、第二边框150和结构梁200一体成型,例如,采用一体式铝型材挤压成型。这样不仅可以保证电池包10的箱体具有较高的结构强度,而且还可简化其制作工艺、降低加工成本。
在进一步的实施例中,第一边框140和第二边框150至少之一具有空腔,空腔内设有加强板141,加强板141将空腔分隔成多个子腔。如此设置,可保证第一边框140和第二边框150具有一定的强度,有利于提高电池包10的抗撞击和抗挤压的强度。
在进一步的实施例中,所述第一边框140和所述第二边框150上设有安装部110,所述安装部110用于与外部负载连接固定。
当然,在其他实施例中,安装部110也可设置顶板120或底板130上。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,安装部110为设置在第一边框140和第二边框150上的安装孔111。安装孔111用于供紧固件(例如螺栓或铆钉)穿设,以将电池包10连接固定于外部负载上。
具体地,设置在第一边框140上的安装孔111沿第一方向贯穿第一边框140,设置在第二边框150上的安装孔111沿第一方向贯穿第二边框150。然而,安装孔111的轴向与第一方向也可呈夹角设置,例如5°或10°。
进一步地,安装孔111设有多个,设置在第一边框140上的安装孔111沿第一边框140的长度方向依次排布。其中,第一边框140的长度方向与第二方向平行。
同样,设置在第二边框150上的安装孔111沿第二边框150的长度方向依次排布。其中,第二边框150的长度方向与第二方向平行。
当然,在另一实施例中,安装部110为设置在第一边框140和第二边框150上的吊环。吊环与车体固定连接,以将电池包10连接固定于外部负载上。
然而,在另一实施例中,安装部110为设置在第一边框140和第二边框150上的安装块,安装块可通过焊接的方式固定于车体上。当然,安装块也可通过胶粘或卡接固定于外部负载上。
在一实施例中,如图1及图2所示,所述箱本体100沿第二方向的端部设有第一开口180;所述箱体还包括封闭所述第一开口180的端板112。可以理解的,极芯串401可通过该第一开口180安装于容纳腔300内,这种安装方式比较便于操作,同时可保证箱体100具有较高的结构强度。
进一步地,所述箱本体100沿第二方向的两端均设有第一开口180;所述端板112包括第三边框160和第四边框170,所述第三边框160和所述第四边框170与所述箱本体100密封连接以封闭对应的所述第一开口180。也即,第三边框160和第四边框170沿第二方向分布于箱本体100的两端,第三边框160与箱本体100密封连接以封闭邻近第三边框160设置的第一开口180,第四边框170与箱本体100密封连接以封闭邻近第四边框170设置的第一开口180。可以理解的,当箱本体100沿第二方向的两端均设有第一开口180时,位于容纳腔300内极芯串401的第一电极和第二电极(也即正电极和负电极)可分别从两个第一开口180处引出。
进一步地,所述箱本体100、所述第三边框160、所述第四边框170为金属件,并通过焊接密封连接。
然而,在其他实施例中,箱本体100、第三边框160及第四边框170也可采用塑料制作。并且,第三边框160和第四边框170均与箱本体100也可通过胶粘或卡接等方式密封连接。
进一步地,第三边框160和第四边框170内部为中空结构,第三边框160和第四边框170内设有加强板,加强板将第三边框160和第四边框170的内部空间分隔成多个子腔。如此设置,可保证第三边框160和第四边框170具有一定的强度,有利于提高电池包10的箱体100抗撞击和抗挤压的强度。
在一实施例中,所述电池包10还包括密封板,所述容纳腔300沿第二方向的端部设有第二开口,所述密封板位于所述端板的内侧,所述密封板与结构梁200及箱本体10连接,以封堵第二开口邻近所述底板130的一部分。也即,通过密封板实现半封堵第二开口,这样可避免当封装膜500由于意外破裂时,电解液从一个容纳腔300内流到另一容纳腔300内而造成内部短路,进而提高电池包10使用的安全性。
其中,多个容纳腔300中位于两端的容纳腔300的第二开口的半封堵,可以是密封板与第一边框140、底板130及结构梁200连接,或者,密封板与第二边框150、底板130及结构梁200连接,以封堵容纳腔300的第二开口邻近底板130的一部分。
多个容纳腔300中其余容纳腔300的第二开口的半封堵,可以是密封板与底板130及相邻两个结构梁200连接,以封堵容纳腔300的第二开口邻近底板130的一部分。
在一实施例中,如图所示,所述电池包10还包括密封板,所述容纳腔沿第二方向的端部设有第二开口,所述密封板位于所述端板的内侧,所述密封板与结构梁200及箱本体100连接,以完全封堵容纳腔300的第二开口。也即,通过密封板实现完全封堵容纳腔300的第二开口,以进一步提高电池包10使用的安全性。
其中,多个容纳腔300中位于两端的容纳腔300的第二开口的完全封堵,可以是密封板与第一边框140、结构梁200、顶板120及底板130连接,或者,密封板与第二边框150、结构梁200、顶板120及底板130连接,以完全封堵容纳腔300的第二开口。
多个容纳腔300中其余容纳腔300的第二开口的完全封堵,可以是密封板与底板130、顶板120及相邻两个结构梁200连接,以完全封堵容纳腔300的第二开口。
在一实施例中,如图2及图3所示,所述极芯串401的长度大于400mm,进一步地,所述极芯串401的长度为400mm-2500mm。进一步地,极芯串401的长度为1000mm-2000mm。进一步地,极芯串401的长度为1300mm-2200mm。可以理解的,在容纳腔300内设置多个极芯组400串联成极芯串401,与现有的只设置一个与极芯串401相同长度的极芯组400相比,可以减小内阻。因为,一旦极芯组400越长,用作集流体的铜铝箔的长度即会相应增加,大大提高了内部的电阻,无法满足当前越来越高的功率及快充的要求,而采用本公开实施例的多个极芯组400串联的方式可避免产生上述问题。
请参阅图4a和图4b,在进一步的实施例中,所述极芯组400包括用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420,所述第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420沿第二方向分布于极芯组400的相对两侧,相邻两个极芯组400中的一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420电连接,以使相邻两个极芯组400串联。也即,多个极芯组400采用“头尾相连”的排布方式,此排布方式可以较为方便地实现极芯组400之间的两两串联,连接结构简单。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述容纳腔300内设有多个所述极芯串401,多个极芯串401沿极芯组400的厚度方向依次排布且电连接,所述极芯组400的厚度方向与第三方向平行。这样,可使得容纳腔300内设置较多的极芯串401,以满足实际使用的需求。
下面具体介绍同一容纳腔300内的多个极芯串401电连接的几种情形,需要说明的是以下只是举例介绍,本公开实施例的实施方式并不局限于此:
请参阅图5和图6,在进一步的实施例中,同一所述容纳腔300内的多个所述极芯串401串联连接。
相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400与另一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400电连接。或者,相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400与另一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400电连接。如图5和图6所示,两个极芯串401中最左边的为第一个极芯组400,最右边的为最后一个极芯组400。
进一步地,相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420位于同一侧(如图5所示)。或者,相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420与另一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410位于同一侧(如图6所示)。
在同一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401之间采用上述连接方式串联连接可以节约连接线的布线空间。在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他串联连接方式。
请参阅图7,在进一步的实施例中,同一所述容纳腔300内的多个极芯串401并联连接。
相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400与另一极芯串401的第一个极芯组400电连接,且相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400与另一极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400电连接。如图7所示,两个极芯串401中最左边的为第一个极芯组400,最右边的为最后一个极芯组400。
具体的,相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的第一极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一个极芯串401的第一极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410位于同一侧,且相邻两个极芯串401中的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420 与另一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420位于同一侧。
在同一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401之间采用上述连接方式并联连接,可以节约连接线的布线空间。在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他并联连接方式。
进一步地,下面具体介绍一下相邻两个容纳腔300的极芯串401电连接的几种情形,需要说明的是以下只是举例介绍,本公开实施例的实施方式并不局限于此:

在进一步的实施例中,相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300内的其中一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一个容纳腔300内的其中一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420位于同一侧;
或者,相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300内的其中一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一个容纳腔300内的其中一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420位于同一侧。
在相邻两个容纳腔300内的极芯串401之间采用上述连接方式串联连接可以节约连接线的布线空间。在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他串联连接方式。
在一些优选地的实施例中,相邻两个容纳腔300分别定义为第一容纳腔300和第二容纳腔300,第一容纳腔300内邻近第二容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401与第二容纳腔300内邻近第一容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401串联连接。
具体地,第一容纳腔300内邻近第二容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400与第二容纳腔300内邻近第一容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400电连接。
或者,第一容纳腔300内邻近第二容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400与第二容纳腔300内邻近第一容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400电连接。
可以理解的,采用上述的连接方式可以节约连接线的布线空间。

优选地,相邻两个容纳腔300分别定义为第一容纳腔300和第二容纳腔300,第一容纳腔300内邻近第二容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401与第二容纳腔300内邻近第一容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401并联连接。
具体地,第一容纳腔300内邻近第二容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400与第二容纳腔300内邻近第一容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的第一个极芯组400电连接,且第一容纳腔300内邻近第二容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400与第二容纳腔300内邻近第一容纳腔300设置的一个极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400电连接。可以理解的,采用上述的连接方式可以节约连接线的布线空间。
至于每个容纳腔300内设有一个极芯串401,相邻两个容纳腔300的极芯串401电连接的方式与上述方式类似,以下只做简单介绍:
在一些实施方式中,如图10所示,容纳腔300内只设有一个极芯串401,此时相邻两个容纳腔300内的极芯组400串联连接的方式为:相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的第一个极芯组400与另一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的第一个极芯组 400电连接;或者,相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400与另一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400电连接。在图10中,极芯串401的第一极芯组400为最左边的极芯组400,极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400为最右边的极芯组400。或者,极芯串401的第一极芯组400为最右边的极芯组400,极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400为最左边的极芯组400。
在一些实施方式中,如图11所示,容纳腔300内只设有一个极芯串401,此时相邻两个容纳腔300内的极芯组400并联连接的方式为:相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的第一个极芯组400与另一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的第一个极芯组400电连接,且相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400与另一个容纳腔300内的极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400电连接。在图11中,极芯串401的第一极芯组400为最左边的极芯组400,极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400为最右边的极芯组400。或者,极芯串401的第一极芯组400为最右边的极芯组400,极芯串401的最后一个极芯组400为最左边的极芯组400。
请再次参阅图4a和图4b,在进一步的实施例中,所述极芯组400包括极芯组主体430和用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件410及第二电极引出部件420,所述第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420沿第二方向分布于所述极芯组主体430的相对两侧,相邻两个极芯组400中的其中一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410和另一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420之间通过第一导电件440电连接;
相邻两个极芯组400的极芯组主体430之间设有固定隔圈450,所述第一导电件440固定于所述固定隔圈450内;相邻两个极芯组400的极芯组主体430与所述固定隔圈450之间填充有结构胶,这样通过结构胶可将多个极芯组400连接成一个整体,从而可提高极芯串401的结构强度,以便于将极芯串401安装于容纳腔300内。
所述固定隔圈450包括沿第三方向相对设置的第一隔圈453和第二隔圈454,所述第一导电件440位于所述第一隔圈453和第二隔圈454之间,所述第一隔圈453与第二隔圈454连接以夹持固定所述第一导电件440,以避免极芯组400间的窜动。
在本实施例中,第一隔圈453和第二隔圈454的其中一个朝向第一导电件440的表面上设有插销451,第一隔圈453和第二隔圈454的另一个上设有插孔452,第一隔圈453和第二隔圈454通过插销451插入插孔452以固定连接,并将第一导电件440夹设在两者之间。
请参阅图12,在进一步的实施例中,组成极芯串401的所述多个极芯组400封装于一个封装膜500内;所述极芯组400包括极芯组主体430以及用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420,串联连接的两个极芯组400中的其中一个极芯组400 的第一电极引出部件410和另外一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420的连接处位于所述封装膜500内;所述封装膜500与所述第一电极引出部件410和/或所述第二电极引出部件420相对位置形成有封装部以将相邻两极芯组主体430隔离。
通过封装部510将多个极芯组400之间隔离,避免多个极芯组400间的电解液互相流通,多个极芯组400之间不会相互影响,且多个极芯组400中的电解液不会因电位差过大而分解,保证电池的安全性和使用寿命。
封装部510可以多种实施方式,例如可以采用扎带将封装膜500扎紧形成封装部510,也可以直接将封装膜500热熔融连接形成封装部510。封装部510的具体方式不作特殊限定。
在本公开实施例中,封装膜500采用的密封材质为PET和PP复合膜或铝塑膜。而采用极芯组400分容化成后会膨胀,在本公开实施例中,将封装膜500内部的腔体抽负压对极芯组400进行约束,因此对封装膜500内的容纳腔300有气密性要求。
请参阅图13,在另一些的实施例中,每个极芯组400分别封装于一个封装膜500内以形成极芯组400件,所述极芯组400件间串联。
换句话说,封装膜500的数量与极芯组400的数量一一对应,每个极芯组400单独封装在一个封装膜500,该种实施方式,在多个极芯组400制备完成后,可在每个极芯组400外单独套一个封装膜500,然后极芯组400件再串联。
请参阅图14,在进一步的实施例中,所述结构梁200内设有散热通道210。这样,极芯组400产生的热量可进入散热通道210内后经由顶板120和底板130传递至箱体外,与采用实心结构设计的结构梁200相比,本公开的这种结构设计增大了箱体内的散热空间,从而有利于提高冷却散热的效果。
进一步的,所述极芯组400的长度沿第二方向延伸,所述极芯组400的厚度沿第三方向延伸;所述极芯组400沿第三方向的表面朝向所述结构梁200,所述散热通道210的延伸方向与第二方向相同。也就是说,极芯组400沿厚度方向所对应的面积最大的表面与结构梁200相贴近,进而可以加大结构梁200中的散热通道210对极芯组400的散热效率。
在进一步的实施例中,所述结构梁200包括沿第三方向间隔设置的第一侧板220和第二侧板230,所述第一侧板220、第二侧板230、顶板120以及底板130共同围成所述散热通道210。换言之,第一侧板220、第二侧板230、顶板120以及底板130共同围成的空间即为散热通道210。也就是说散热通道210是由箱体的组件和结构梁200构成的,而无需额外设置散热管形成散热通道210120,节约材料,并且散热通道210形成在电池包10中,不会影响整个电池包10的结构稳定性。
在一实施例中,所述结构梁200还包括与所述第一侧板220及第二侧板230连接的隔 板240,所述隔板240将所述散热通道210分隔成多个子通道。其中隔板240的数量不限,当隔板240具有多个时,优选的,将隔板240对称设置在第一侧板220和第二侧板230之间,对称结构可提高结构梁200的稳定性。
在一实施例中,箱体上设有连通容纳腔300的注胶孔1010(如图1所示),每个容纳腔至少对应一个注胶孔1010,注胶孔1010用于向对应的容纳腔300内填充胶,以将极芯组400以及箱体固定连接。其中图1中示出了部分注胶孔1010。可使用空心玻璃微珠填充胶或结构胶通过灌封的形式把极芯组400、箱体以及结构梁200之间固定连接在一起,进一步提高电池包10的结构强度。
在进一步的实施例中,组成极芯串401的相邻两个极芯组400之间通过第一导电件440电连接,注胶孔1010与第一导电件440对应设置。如此设置,可保证极芯组400间具有较高的连接强度。
在进一步的实施例中,电池包10还包括采样组件(图未示出),采样组件用于采集极芯组400的信息,以便于了解极芯组400当前的工作状况。所述极芯组400的信息包括极芯组400的电压、电流或者温度信息,还可包括容纳腔300内的气压信息。
请参阅图15至图17,在进一步的实施例中,容纳腔沿第二方向的端部设有第二开口,相邻两个容纳腔300的位于同一侧且邻近第二开口处的两极芯组400通过第二导电件460电连接。也即,相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300的第一个极芯组400与另一容纳腔300的第一个极芯组400通过第二导电件460电连接,或者,相邻两个容纳腔300中的一个容纳腔300的最后一个极芯组400与另一容纳腔300的最后一个极芯组400通过第二导电件460电连接。
在进一步的实施例中,第二开口处设有绝缘固定件600第二导电件460固定于绝缘固定件600上,绝缘固定件600可对第二导电件460起到固定支撑及绝缘的作用。
在一实施例中,容纳腔300沿第二方向的两端均设有第二开口,绝缘固定件600设有两个,且设于对应的第二开口处。
在进一步的实施例中,所述第二导电件460设于所述绝缘固定件600远离所述极芯组400的一侧,所述极芯组400包括用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420,所述第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420沿第二方向分布于极芯组400的相对两侧,相邻两个容纳腔300内的位于同一侧且邻近所述第二开口处的两极芯组400中一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410贯穿所述绝缘固定件600并通过所述第二导电件460电连接,以实现相邻两容纳腔300的极芯组400的并联连接,并且该连接方式的连接路径相对较短,有利于减小内阻。
在另一实施例中,相邻两个容纳腔300内的位于同一侧且邻近所述容纳腔300第二开 口处的两极芯组400中一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420与另一极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420贯穿所述绝缘固定件600并通过所述第二导电件460电连接,以实现相邻两容纳腔300的极芯组400的并联连接,并且该连接方式的连接路径相对较短,有利于减小内阻。
在另一实施例中,相邻两个容纳腔300内的位于同一侧且邻近所述容纳腔300第二开口处的两极芯组400中一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410与另一极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420贯穿所述绝缘固定件600并通过所述第二导电件460电连接,以实现相邻两容纳腔300的极芯组400的串联连接,并且该连接方式的连接路径相对较短,有利于减小内阻。
在进一步的实施例中,第二导电件460上设有固定孔,绝缘固定件600远离极芯组的一侧设有固定部,固定部固定于固定孔内,以实现第二导电件460固定于绝缘固定件600上。当然,在其他实施例中,第二导电件460也可通过胶粘固定于绝缘固定件600远离极芯组400的一侧。
在进一步的实施例中,所述绝缘固定件600沿所述第一方向的两侧设有卡接部620(如图16所示),所述绝缘固定件600通过所述卡接部620与所述结构梁200卡合固定,进而使绝缘固定件600与箱体连接固定。
具体地,卡接部620沿第一方向相对设置,卡接部620设有多个,多个卡接部620沿第三方向排布,卡接部620的排布方向与结构梁200的排布方向相同,均沿第三方向排布。
在进一步的实施例中,所述结构梁200的端部设有沿所述第一方向相对设置的延伸部260,所述结构梁200与所述延伸部260围成凹部250,所述绝缘固定件600通过所述卡接部620与所述延伸部260卡合以固定在所述凹部250中。
在进一步的实施例中,卡接部620上设有凹槽621,延伸部260为卡块,卡块620卡接于凹槽261内。在本实施例中,由于结构梁200包括沿第三方向间隔设置的第一侧板220和第二侧板230,因此延伸部260对应有两个相对设置的侧板延伸部,而卡接部620上设有两个凹槽621,两个相对设置的侧板延伸部分别对应卡接于两个凹槽621中。在其他一些实施例中,延伸部260内设有凹槽,卡接部620为卡块,卡块卡620接于凹槽261内。
在进一步的实施例中,所述电池包10还包括保护盖700(如图15所示),所述保护盖700设置于所述绝缘固定件600远离所述极芯组400的一侧。保护盖700保护绝缘固定件600以及位于容纳腔300内的极芯组400等部件。如图1及图15所示,保护盖700位于端板112的内侧,也即位于端板112的靠近极芯组400的一侧。
在一实施例中,保护盖700设有两个,两个保护盖700沿第二方向分布于箱本体100的两侧,一个保护盖700位于第三边框160的内侧,另一个位于第四边框170的内侧。
在进一步的实施例中,所述保护盖700沿所述第一方向的两侧设有朝向所述容纳腔300延伸的翻边部710(如图15和图17所示),所述绝缘固定件600远离所述容纳腔300的一侧设有连接部630,所述连接部630沿所述第一方向设于所述第二导电件460的相对两侧,所述翻边部710与所述连接部630卡接配合以固定连接所述保护盖700与所述绝缘固定件600。
在进一步的实施例中,连接部630远离第二导电件460的一侧设有卡钩631,翻边部710上设有卡槽711,卡钩631卡接于卡槽711内,以使保护盖700与绝缘固定件600固定连接。在一些实施例中,连接部630上设有卡槽,翻边部710靠近容纳腔300的一侧设有卡钩,卡钩卡接于卡槽内,以使保护盖700与绝缘固定件600固定连接。
请参阅图18,在进一步的实施例中,容纳腔300内设有绝缘隔热件800。
在一实施例中,绝缘隔热件800为绝缘隔热板,绝缘隔热板与极芯组400厚度方向的表面贴合,极芯组400的厚度方向为第三方向,也就是说极芯组400沿厚度方向所对应的面积最大的表面与绝缘隔热板相贴合,进而可以提高绝缘隔热效果。
在另一实施例中,绝缘隔热件800为设置在容纳腔300的内壁上的绝缘隔热涂层。
请参阅图19,在进一步的实施例中,所述电池包10还包括用于引出电流的第一总电极410a和第二总电极420a,所述第一总电极410a和第二总电极420a位于所述箱体沿所述第二方向的同一侧。进一步地,第一总电极410a和第二总电极420a可从第三边框160或第四边框170引出。

多个容纳腔300沿第三方向排列,多个容纳腔300中沿第三方向排列的第一个容纳腔300中的第一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410和最后一个容纳腔300中的第一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420位于箱体的同一侧;其中第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420中的一个为第一总电极410a,另一个为第二总电极420a。并且,第一总电极410a和第二总电极420a的其中一个为正极、另一个为负极,这样电池包10整体的正负极电流的引出方向在同一侧,以便于与外部设备连接,例如与车辆的电子器件连接。
在另一些实施例中,多个容纳腔300中沿第三方向排列的第一个容纳腔300中的最后一个极芯组400的第二电极引出部件420和最后一个容纳腔300中的最后一个极芯组400的第一电极引出部件410位于箱体的同一侧。其中第一电极引出部件410和第二电极引出部件420中的一个为第一总电极410a,另一个为第二总电极420a。并且,第一总电极410a和第二总电极420a的其中一个为正极、另一个为负极,这样电池包10整体的正负极电流 的引出方向在同一侧,以便于与外部设备连接,例如与车辆的电子器件连接。
在进一步的实施例中,箱体上设有抽气孔190(如图2所示)。其中抽气孔190个数可以为一个,也可以为多个,可设置在顶板120或者底板130对应容纳腔300的位置上,或者设置在第三边框160和第四边框170上。
请参阅图20,在进一步的实施例中,箱体上设有多个抽气孔190,多个抽气孔190分别与多个容纳腔300对应连通。也就是说每个容纳腔300可通过对应的抽气孔190对其抽气。例如当容纳腔为14个时,所述抽气孔190也为14个。
在一些实施例中,多个容纳腔300相互连通,箱体上设有至少一个与容纳腔300连通的抽气孔。也就是说箱体上可以设置1个或者多个。例如,当抽气孔190为1个时,由于多个容纳腔300相互连通,因此只对该抽气孔190抽气时,可以将整个箱体内的容纳腔300都抽真空。在图21中示出了在最侧边的一个容纳腔300对应的顶板120设有一个抽气孔190。在其他实施例中,所述一个抽气孔190还可设置在箱体的其他位置。
当抽气孔为多个时,例如抽气孔为3个时,可将3个抽气孔190均匀的设置在箱体上,对3个抽气孔190同时抽气,可加快抽真空的速度。在其他实施例中,抽气孔的个数可根据实际需要来设置。
在进一步的实施例中,结构梁200上开设有通孔以使相邻两个容纳腔300相连通。或者,在一些实施例中,结构梁200沿第二方向的端部设有背离第三边框160或者第四边框170凹陷的凹部250(如图16所示),相邻两个容纳腔300通过凹部250相连通。
请再次参阅图20,在一实施例中,箱本体100包括沿第一方向相对设置的顶板120和底板130,以及沿第三方向分布于顶板120两侧和底板130两侧的第一边框140和第二边框150;抽气孔190设置在顶板120和/或底板130上。在本实施例中,抽气孔190设置在顶板120上,且为了避免抽气孔190之间的距离较近而影响顶板120的结构强度,可将抽气孔190均匀的分布在顶板120上,在图20中的虚线为了清楚的显示每个容纳腔300的位置,每个容纳腔300对应的顶板120上对应设置一个抽气孔190。在其他实施例中,还可以在相间隔的容纳腔300对应的顶板120上设置一个抽气孔190,在剩余的相间隔的容纳腔300对应的底板130上设置一个抽气孔190。
请参阅图22,在一些实施例中,箱体还包括沿箱本体100第二方向分布于箱本体100两端的的第三边框160和第四边框170,箱本体100沿第二方向的两端设有第一开口180,第三边框160和第四边框170与箱本体100密封连接以封闭对应的第一开口180;第二方向与结构梁200的延伸方向平行;抽气孔190为一个,抽气孔190设置第三边框160或者第四边框170上。在本实施例中,抽气孔190设置第三边框160上。
本公开实施例还提供一种电动车1,如图23所示,包括车体20和上述的电池包,所述 电池包10通过安装部固定于车体20。本公开实施例提供的电动车1,当将这种电池包10安装到整车上时,该电池包10的结构强度可以作为整车结构强度的一部分,从而可提升整车的结构强度,有利于实现电动汽车整车。轻量化的设计要求,同时也降低整车的设计和制造成本。另外,本公开实施例的电池包的高度相对较低,这样不会过多占用车辆高度的空间。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本公开的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本公开专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本公开的保护范围。因此,本公开专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (44)

  1. 一种电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包包括密封的箱体以及位于所述箱体内的至少一个结构梁、多个相互电连接的极芯串;
    所述箱体包括箱本体,所述箱本体包括沿第一方向相对设置的顶板和底板,所述第一方向为所述箱体的高度方向,所述结构梁位于所述顶板与所述底板之间,至少一个所述结构梁将所述箱体内部分隔为多个容纳腔,至少一个所述结构梁连接于所述顶板和所述底板,至少一个所述容纳腔内设有至少一个所述极芯串;所述容纳腔的气压低于所述箱体外的气压;
    所述箱体上设有安装部,所述安装部用于与外部负载连接固定;
    所述极芯串包括多个沿第二方向依次排布且串联的极芯组;所述极芯组封装于封装膜内;所述极芯串的长度方向沿第二方向延伸;所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向或者所述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有抽气孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有多个抽气孔,所述多个抽气孔分别与所述多个容纳腔对应连通。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述多个容纳腔相互连通,所述箱体上设有至少一个与所述容纳腔连通的抽气孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述结构梁上开设有通孔以使相邻两个容纳腔相连通。
  6. 如权利要求3或4所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体还包括沿第三方向分布于箱本体两侧的第一边框和第二边框;所述抽气孔设置在所述顶板和所述底板的至少一个上,所述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的宽度方向;或者,所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的长度方向。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体沿第二方向的端部设有第一开口;所述箱体还包括封闭所述第一开口的端板。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体沿第二方向的两端均设有第一开口;所述端板包括第三边框和第四边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框与所述箱本体密封连接以封闭对应的所述第一开口;所述第三边框或者所述第四边框上设有抽气孔。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体沿第二方向的两端均设有第一开口;所述端板包括第三边框和第四边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框与所述箱本体密封连接以封闭对应的所述第一开口;所述结构梁沿第二方向的端部设有背离所述第 三边框或者第四边框凹陷的凹部,相邻两个所述容纳腔通过所述凹部相连通。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括密封板,所述容纳腔沿第二方向的端部设有第二开口,所述密封板位于所述端板的内侧,所述密封板封堵所述第二开口邻近所述底板的一部分。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括密封板,所述容纳腔沿第二方向的端部设有第二开口,所述密封板位于所述端板的内侧,所述密封板完全封堵所述第二开口。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体、所述第三边框、所述第四边框为金属件,并通过焊接密封连接。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述容纳腔内的压力为-40KPa至-70KPa。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体与所述结构梁一体成型。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述结构梁为多个,多个所述结构梁沿第三方向间隔分布,所述结构梁的长度沿第二方向延伸,所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的长度方向;或者,所述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的宽度方向;所述容纳腔的长度大于500mm;所述极芯串的长度大于400mm。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱本体还包括沿第三方向分布于箱本体两侧的第一边框和第二边框;所述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的宽度方向;或者,所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的长度方向。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述第一边框和第二边框至少之一内部具有空腔,所述空腔内设有加强板,所述加强板将所述空腔分隔成多个子腔。
  18. 如权利要求16或17所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述第一边框和所述第二边框上设有所述安装部。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述极芯组包括用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件和第二电极引出部件,所述第一电极引出部件和所述第二电极引出部件沿第二方向分布于所述极芯组的相对两侧,相邻两个所述极芯组中的一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件电连接。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,同一个所述容纳腔内设有多个所述极芯串,多个所述极芯串沿所述极芯组的厚度方向依次排布且电连接,所述极芯组的厚度方向与第三方向平行,所述第二方向为所述箱体的长度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的宽 度方向;或者,所述第二方向为所述箱体的宽度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体的长度方向。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的电池包,其特征在于,同一所述容纳腔内的多个所述极芯串串联连接;相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组与另一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组电连接,相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件位于同一侧;
    或者,相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组与另一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组电连接,相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件与另一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件位于同一侧。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的电池包,其特征在于,同一所述容纳腔内的多个所述极芯串并联连接;
    相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组与另一所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组电连接,且相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组与另一所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组电连接;
    相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的所述第一极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一个所述极芯串的所述第一极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件位于同一侧,且相邻两个所述极芯串中的一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件与另一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件位于同一侧。
  23. 如权利要求20-22中任一项所述的电池包,其特征在于,相邻两个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串串联连接;
    相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组电连接,相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件位于同一侧,或者,相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组电连接,相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件位于同一侧。
  24. 如权利要求20-22中任一项所述的电池包,其特征在于,相邻两个所述容纳腔内 的所述极芯串并联连接;
    相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组电连接,且相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组电连接;
    相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的所述第一极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的所述第一极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件位于同一侧,且相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件与另一个所述容纳腔内的其中一个所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件位于同一侧。
  25. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述容纳腔内设有一个所述极芯串;相邻两个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串串联连接或并联连接;
    当相邻两个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串串联连接时,相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组电连接,或者,相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组电连接;
    当相邻两个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯组并联连接时,相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的第一个所述极芯组电连接,且相邻两个所述容纳腔中的一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组与另一个所述容纳腔内的所述极芯串的最后一个所述极芯组电连接。
  26. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述极芯组包括极芯组主体和用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件及第二电极引出部件,所述第一电极引出部件和第二电极引出部件沿第二方向分布于所述极芯组主体的相对两侧,相邻两个所述极芯组中的其中一个极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件和另一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件之间通过所述第一导电件电连接;
    相邻两个所述极芯组的所述极芯组主体之间设有固定隔圈,所述第一导电件固定于所述固定隔圈内;相邻两个所述极芯组的所述极芯组主体与所述固定隔圈之间填充有结构胶;
    所述固定隔圈包括沿第三方向相对设置的第一隔圈和第二隔圈,所述第一导电件位于所述第一隔圈和所述第二隔圈之间,所述第一隔圈与所述第二隔圈连接以夹持固定所述第一导电件,所述第三方向与所述第一方向、所述第二方向不同。
  27. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,组成极芯串的所述多个极芯组封装于一个封装膜内;所述极芯组包括极芯组主体以及用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件和第二 电极引出部件,串联连接的两个所述极芯组中的其中一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件和另外一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件的连接处位于所述封装膜内;所述封装膜与所述第一电极引出部件和/或所述第二电极引出部件相对位置形成有封装部以将相邻两所述极芯组主体隔离。
  28. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,每个极芯组分别封装于一个封装膜内以形成极芯组件,所述极芯组件间串联。
  29. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述结构梁内设有散热通道;所述极芯组的长度沿所述第二方向延伸,所述极芯组的厚度沿所述第三方向延伸;所述极芯组沿所述第三方向的表面朝向所述结构梁,所述散热通道的延伸方向与所述第二方向相同,所述第二方向与所述第三方向不同。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述结构梁包括沿所述第二方向间隔设置的第一侧板和第二侧板,所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述顶板以及所述底板共同围成所述散热通道。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述结构梁还包括与所述第一侧板及所述第二侧板连接的隔板,所述隔板将所述散热通道分隔成多个子通道。
  32. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有连通所述容纳腔的注胶孔,每个所述容纳腔至少对应一个注胶孔,所述注胶孔用于向对应的所述容纳腔内填充胶,以将所述极芯组以及箱体固定连接。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的电池包,其特征在于,组成所述极芯串的相邻两个所述极芯组通过第一导电件电连接,所述注胶孔与所述第一导电件对应设置。
  34. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括采样组件,所述采样组件用于采集所述极芯组的信息。
  35. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述容纳腔沿第二方向的端部设有第二开口,相邻两个所述容纳腔内的位于同一侧且邻近所述第二开口处的两所述极芯组通过第二导电件电连接;所述第二开口处设有绝缘固定件,所述第二导电件固定于所述绝缘固定件上。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述第二导电件设于所述绝缘固定件远离所述极芯组的一侧,所述极芯组包括用于引出电流的第一电极引出部件和第二电极引出部件,所述第一电极引出部件和所述第二电极引出部件沿第二方向分布于所述极芯组的相对两侧,相邻两个所述容纳腔内的位于同一侧且邻近所述第二开口处的两所述极芯组中一个极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件贯穿所述绝缘固定件并通过所述第二导电件电连接;或者,
    相邻两个所述容纳腔内的位于同一侧且邻近所述第二开口处的两所述极芯组中一个所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件与另一所述极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件贯穿所述绝缘固定件并通过所述第二导电件电连接;或者,
    相邻两个所述容纳腔内的位于同一侧且邻近所述第二开口处的两所述极芯组中一个所述极芯组的所述第一电极引出部件与另一极芯组的所述第二电极引出部件贯穿所述绝缘固定件并通过所述第二导电件电连接。
  37. 如权利要求36所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述绝缘固定件沿所述第一方向的两侧设有卡接部,所述绝缘固定件通过所述卡接部与所述结构梁卡合固定。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述结构梁的端部设有沿所述第一方向相对设置的延伸部,所述结构梁与所述延伸部围成凹部,所述绝缘固定件通过所述卡接部与所述延伸部卡合以固定在所述凹部中。
  39. 如权利要求38所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述延伸部内设有凹槽,所述卡接部为卡块;或者,所述卡接部上设有凹槽,所述延伸部为卡块,所述卡块卡接于所述凹槽内。
  40. 如权利要求35-39中任一项所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括保护盖,所述保护盖设置于所述绝缘固定件远离所述极芯组的一侧。
  41. 如权利要求40所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述保护盖沿所述第一方向的两侧设有朝向所述容纳腔延伸的翻边部,所述绝缘固定件远离所述容纳腔的一侧设有连接部,所述连接部沿所述第一方向分布于所述第二导电件的相对两侧,所述翻边部与所述连接部卡接配合以固定连接所述保护盖与所述绝缘固定件。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述连接部远离所述第二导电件的一侧设有卡钩,所述翻边部上设有卡槽;或者,所述连接部上设有卡槽,所述翻边部靠近所述容纳腔的一侧设有卡钩;所述卡钩卡接于所述卡槽内。
  43. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括用于引出电流的第一总电极和第二总电极,所述第一总电极和第二总电极位于所述箱体沿所述第二方向的同一侧;
    所述箱本体还包括沿第三方向分布于箱本体两侧的第一边框和第二边框;
    所述结构梁设有多个,多个所述结构梁沿第三方向间隔分布,所述结构梁的长度沿第二方向延伸,多个所述结构梁连接于所述顶板和所述底板;所述箱本体与所述结构梁一体成型;
    所述箱本体沿所述第二方向的两端均设有第一开口,所述箱体还包括第三边框和第四边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框与所述箱本体密封连接以封闭对应的所述第一开口。
  44. 一种电动车,其特征在于,所述电动车包括车体和如权利要求1-43任一项所述的 电池包,所述电池包通过所述安装部固定于所述车体。
