- 一种耐腐型水底电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆包括缆芯单元,所述缆芯单元的外周从内到外依次为绝缘层(1)、金属铠装层(2)、防水层(3)和耐腐层(4);所述绝缘层包覆住所述缆芯单元,所述金属铠装层包覆住所述绝缘层,所述防水层包覆住所述金属铠装层,所述耐腐层包覆住所述防水层;所述缆芯单元包括两个三角形骨架(5)和多个“工”字型骨架(6),其中一个正三角形骨架旋转180°与另一个正三角形骨架上下叠加构成一个截面为正六边形的主骨架和六个截面为正三角形的副骨架,所述主骨架的空腔内设有缆芯(7),所述副骨架的空腔内设有导线芯(8),所述缆芯由四到六根所述导线芯组成;所述“工”字型骨架的一端靠近所述主骨架的一个顶点且另一端靠近所述绝缘层,所述三角形骨架的每个顶点皆靠近或接触所述绝缘层;所述三角形骨架为金属骨架,所述“工”字型骨架为尼龙骨架;所述耐腐层为外表层涂覆有含铬元素涂料的硅胶包带;所述防水层为聚乙烯层。
