在本实施例中,上盖7和下盖8外侧均设有凸耳,凸耳上设有安装孔,上盖7和下盖8的凸耳对齐,并锁上螺钉,以使上盖7和下盖8紧密装配。
输入轴6贯穿下盖8,输出轴1贯穿上盖7。输入轴6和贯穿下盖8之间的 部位设有轴承。上盖7和下盖8内分别设有不同高度的弧段,以使上盖7和下盖8组合后、二者内形成波浪槽。
中心轮5部分外表面设有用于和行星齿轮组3啮合的齿。中心轮5的花键位于其内表面。
输出轴支架2呈凸台状结构,上盖7顶部设有通孔,输出轴支架2一端贯穿该通孔。输出轴1外表面设有轴承,该轴承位于输出轴支架2和输出轴1之间的装配部位中。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种搅拌机,包括上壳体(9)、下壳体(13)、位于下壳体(13)内的马达(11),上壳体(9)和下壳体(13)之间设有变速箱组件,上壳体(9)内设有搅拌腔(9.1),变速箱组件包括箱体、轴向旋转在箱体内输出轴(1)和输入轴(6),输出轴(1)和输入轴(6)连接并贯穿箱体,输出轴(1)一端贯穿搅拌腔(9.1)并和搅拌刀(10)固定连接,输入轴(6)和马达(11)的转动轴(12)配合连接;箱体内设有行星齿轮组(3),其特征在于:箱体内还设有中心轮(5),中心轮(5)套设在输入轴(6)和输出轴(1)的外表面上,中心轮(5)的外齿和行星齿轮组(3)啮合传动;其中,输入轴(6)通过中心轮(5)带动输出轴(1)以相同速度旋转;或者,输入轴(6)通过中心轮(5)、行星齿轮组(3)带动输出轴(1),输出较低的转速,箱体内还设有输出轴支架(2),输出轴(1)插入输出轴支架(2)内、且二者配合连接,输出轴支架(2)和行星齿轮组(3)啮合传动,使输出轴支架(2)通过滑轮组件和箱体形成相对旋转运动,箱体内还设有内齿圈(4),马达(11)的转动轴(12)带动输入轴(6)转动,输入轴(6)通过行星齿轮组(3)、内齿圈(4)、输出轴支架(2)带动输出轴(1)轴向往复旋转运动在箱体内,进而使输出轴(1)带动搅拌刀(10)上下移动在搅拌腔(9.1)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌机,其特征在于:滑轮组件包括起伏式设置在箱体内的波浪槽,以及设置在输出轴支架(2)外表面上的凸起(2.1),输入轴(6)通过行星齿轮组(3)、内齿圈(4)带动输出轴支架(2)转动,且输出轴支架(2)的凸起(2.1)滑动在箱体内的波浪槽中,形成输出轴支架(2)的轴向往返输出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述搅拌机,其特征在于:内齿圈(4)和箱体之间设有凹凸配合组件,内齿圈(4)位于输出轴支架(2)的下方,输出轴支架(2)上设有沟槽(2.2),内齿圈(4)对应沟槽(2.2)设有卡扣(4.1),卡扣(4.1)嵌入沟槽(2.2)内,以使内齿圈(4)和输出轴支架(2)形成轴向固定,且输出轴支架(2)和内齿圈(4)相对旋转转动,内齿圈(4)通过凹凸配合组件限位跟随输出轴支架(2)轴向于箱体内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述搅拌机,其特征在于:输出轴支架(2)和内齿圈(4)内分别设有用于和行星齿轮组(3)啮合的内齿。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述搅拌机,其特征在于:输出轴支架(2)、内齿圈(4)的内齿分别呈圆周式设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述搅拌机,其特征在于:凹凸配合组件包括设置在内齿 圈(4)上的凸筋(4.2)或凹陷,以及设置在下盖(8)内的凸筋或凹陷(8.1),凸筋(4.2)嵌入凹陷(8.1)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌机,其特征在于:箱体包括上盖(7)和下盖(8),下盖(8)内设有用于形成凹凸配合组件的凸筋或凹陷(8.1),下盖(8)和上盖(7)内还分别设有用于形成滑轮组件起伏的波浪槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌机,其特征在于:中心轮(5)内表面设有用于和输出轴(1)、输入轴(6)啮合的花键。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌机,其特征在于:输出轴(1)和中心轮(5)或行星齿轮组(3)之间用螺钉轴向固定;或者,输出轴(1)和中心轮(5)或行星齿轮组(3)以内外螺纹形式紧固。
