Abstract
本公开提供了一种冰箱,其包括低温储藏间室、位于低温储藏间室内的低压储藏单元、真空泵及防漏气单元,防漏气单元包括一端与低压储藏单元相连通且另一端与所述真空泵相连通的防漏气管,防漏气管包括多个依次连接并相连通的管段; 相邻两个所述管段对接处设有其上设有装配孔及通气孔的隔板; 装配孔内安装有能够沿装配孔的中心轴移动的浮动柱;浮动柱的一端设有位于隔板靠近真空泵一侧的挡垫,其中,隔板上的通气孔位于挡垫与隔板重叠的区域内。

本公开属于冰箱的技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
冰箱作为居家生活中不可或缺的电器产品,占据着市场的重要份额。随着消费者对生鲜食品品质要求的提高,随之对冰箱的要求也越来越高,要求冰箱具有更高的配置和更强大的功能,尤其是希望所储藏的生鲜食品能够具有更长的储藏期,从而保证食材的新鲜度,防止营养成分的流失。
为了将食物更好的存储,现已发展出在冰箱内设置真空室,通过抽真空装置对真空室进行抽真空处理。抽真空的主要作用是对真空室内进行除氧,以防止食品变质。当真空室处于负压状态时,气体通过真空泵的排气口倒吸入进气口,将气体排入到真空室内,导致真空室漏气。
发明内容
本公开的一些实施例提供了一种冰箱,包括:
低温储藏间室,所述低温储藏间室由内胆围成;
低压储藏单元,位于所述低温储藏间室内,其内可被抽空气形成低于所述冰箱外部大气压的气压以利于食物的保鲜;
真空泵,与所述低压储藏单元相连通,用于将所述低压储藏单元内的空气抽出;
防漏气单元,其包括:
防漏气管,其包括多个依次连接并相连通的管段;所述防漏气管一端与低压储藏单元相连通,另一端与所述真空泵相连通;
隔板,设于相邻两个所述管段对接处;所述隔板上设有装配孔及通气孔;
浮动柱,安装于所述装配孔内,并能够沿所述装配孔的中心轴移动;
挡垫,其设于所述浮动柱的一端,并位于所述隔板靠近所述真空泵的一侧;所述挡垫与所述隔板配合,以打开或关闭所述通气孔;
所述低压储藏单元抽气时,受到气压作用,所述挡垫带动所述浮动柱向靠近所述真空泵的方向移动,所述挡垫与所述隔板相分离,所述通气孔打开;所述低压储藏单元的空气依次通过多个所述通气孔进入所述真空泵;
所述低压储藏单元停止抽气时,受到气压作用,所述挡垫与所述隔板密封配合,所述 通气孔关闭。

图1为本公开一些实施例提供的冰箱的整体结构示意图;图2为本公开一些实施例提供的冰箱的部分结构示意图。参照图1-图2,一种冰箱1,冰箱1包括隔热的箱体2,箱体2包括外壳2a、内胆2b以及位于二者之间的热绝缘层(未图示)。箱体2限定多个隔热的低温储藏间室以储藏食物等物品。在本实施例中,这些低温储藏间室分别是位于上部的冷藏室10、位于底部的冷冻室。低温储藏间室可由各自对应的箱门关闭。本公开中冷藏室10设置冷藏对开门,冷冻室设置冷冻对开门。
应当理解,本公开不应当局限于冰箱1的储藏隔间的具体分布形式,本公开也可以应用其他形式的冰箱1,例如具有抽屉式门的冰箱1等。
冰箱1具有形成闭环的蒸发式制冷系统。制冷系统至少包括压缩机(未图示)、冷凝器(未图示)、节流装置(未图示)以及蒸发器(未图示)。鉴于这样的制冷系统在现有技术中为公知技术,因此省略对其进一步的描述。当然,冰箱1也可以使用其它形式的制冷系统(如吸收式制冷系统、热电制冷系统)也是可以的。
冰箱1设有具有可保持在低压状态的低压储藏单元12以及用以将气体从低压储藏单元12内抽离的真空泵组件。真空泵组件可以包括真空泵3以及连接在真空泵3和低压储藏单元12之间的管路。
在本公开一些实施例中,低压储藏单元12设置在冷藏室10内。应当理解,在其他的实施例中,低压储藏单元12也可以设置在其他低温储藏间室内,例如温度范围可在冷藏温区和冷冻温区之间切换的变温室。
低压储藏单元12位于冷藏室10的底部,被支撑在冷藏室10的底壁52a上。低压储藏单元12的相邻位置可设有一个湿度较高、适于保存蔬菜等食品的保鲜容器11;低压储藏单元12与保鲜容器11并列设置于冷藏室10的底部。
低压储藏单元12可独立于箱体2地构造后组装在箱体2内。请参照图2,在本实施例中,低压储藏单元12具有大致为扁平的长方体状,低压储藏单元12的宽度与保鲜容器11的宽度之和稍小于冷藏室10的宽度,从而有效分配冷藏室10的底部空间,使得保鲜容器11和低压储藏单元12均可插入冷藏室10内或从冷藏室10内拉出。
低压储藏单元12包括固定在冷藏室10内的壳体4以及连接于壳体4并可推入或退出冷藏室10的门体5。
参照图2,壳体4具有箱形结构,它限定具有食物取放口的扁平低压储藏室。本实施例中,取放口位于面向使用者的壳体4的前端。壳体4的箱壁外侧设有网格状的加强筋,以增加壳体4的箱壁强度,避免壳体4于抽真空后因内外气压差所引起变形。
门体5可设置环形的密封元件,以使门体5处于关闭位置时壳体4与门体5之间形成气密性接合,防止气体从壳体4和门体5之间的接合处进入低压储藏室。密封元件也可以设置在壳体4的前端。
当低压储藏室被门体5关闭且真空泵组件启动时,位于低压储藏室内的气体被抽离,低压储藏室处于低压状态。根据本公开一个优选的实施例,在抽空程序结束时,低压储藏室内的压强介于一个标准大气压和绝对真空之间。由于低压储藏室内的气压低于标准大气压,本领域技术人员也俗称其“真空室”。
门体5为抽屉式门,门体5可被推向壳体4以关闭低压储藏室的取放口,或者拉出以打开低压储藏室。门体5的后侧连接托盘状的置物容器用以放置物品。用户通过将置物容器推入或拉出低压储藏室来获得位于低压储藏单元12内的物品或将物品存放在低压储藏单元12内。门体5和置物容器一起构成了可推入和拉出壳体4内的抽屉单元。

如图3-图6所示,冰箱1具有用于排出冰箱1内部冷凝水的排水管13。真空泵组件一端与低压储藏单元12相连通,另一端与冰箱1的排水管13相连通。真空泵组件运作,将低压储藏单元12内的空气抽出并输送至排水管13,最终由排水管13排出冰箱1。以避免将由低压储藏单元12内抽出的气体直接排入冰箱1内部而使冷藏室10内其它区域的食物互相串味,影响食品的保鲜效果。
真空泵组件包括真空泵3、连接真空泵3与低压储藏单元12的第一管路14、连接真空泵3与排水管13的第二管路15,其中第二管路15上设有消音器24。
真空泵组件设于冷藏室10的内胆2b上,且靠近低压储藏单元12的底部。冷藏室10的内胆2b的后壁上部分向后凹陷形成容置腔22,以容纳真空泵组件;内胆2b靠近容置腔22的区域设有安装孔21,用于固定真空泵组件。在本公开一些实施例中,真空泵组件位于容置腔22内,且与容置腔22的腔壁之间形成有分离空间23,以减少真空泵组件与内胆2b的直接接触,减少振动的传递,有效降噪。
真空泵组件包括真空泵3、泵壳6及套设于真空泵3与泵壳6之间的弹性体7。真空泵3上设有与第一管路14相连通的抽气管16及与第二管路15相连通的排气管17。抽气管16与排气管17并列设置,且位于真空泵3的同一端。真空泵工作时,低压储藏单元12内的空气依次经过第一管路14、抽气管16、真空泵3、排气管17、第二管路15及设于第二管路15上的消音器24最终输送至排水管13,最终由排水管13排出箱体2。本实施例 中,真空泵外侧套设有弹性体,弹性体能够吸收真空泵上的振动,以减少真空泵工作时所产生的噪音;另外,在第二管路上设有消音器24,以进一步吸收噪音,以优化冰箱的整体性能,提高用户体验。

如图7-图15所示,冰箱1具有设置于低压储藏单元12与真空泵3之间的防漏气单元40,防漏气单元40能够避免抽真空后低压储藏单元12内形成负压而导致的漏气。在现有结构中,抽真空后,低压储藏单元12处于负压状态时,气体通过真空泵3的排气管17倒吸入抽气管16,并通过抽气管16将气体排入到低压储藏单元12内,导致低压储藏单元12漏气,降低抽真空的效率。本公开一些实施例中的防漏气单元40能够有效避免倒吸所引起的漏气现象发生,从而确保低压储藏单元12的真空度,确保食物的保鲜效果。
防漏气单元40包括防漏气管,防漏气管包括多个管段,多个管段依次连接并相连通;相邻两个管段对接处设有隔板60,隔板60上安装有防漏气的浮动件50;管段包括位于其两端部的第一端管段71和第二端管段70,其中第一端管段71与低压储藏单元12相连通,第二端管段70与真空泵3相连通。
隔板60上设有用于安装浮动件50的装配孔60a;环绕装配孔60a设有多个通气孔60b。
浮动件50包括用于与隔板60相配合的挡垫50b及垂直于挡垫50b并安装于隔板60的装配孔60a内的浮动柱50a;浮动柱50a上部分区域沿其径向突出形成卡柱50c,卡柱50c与挡垫50b之间形成容纳隔板60的环状的容纳槽51。
其中,多个通气孔60b设于挡垫50b与隔板60重叠的区域内,以确保挡垫50b能够完全遮挡多个通气孔60b。挡垫50b与隔板60配合,以打开或关闭通气孔60b。浮动件50的挡垫50b位于隔板60远离第一端管段71的一侧,即浮动件50的挡垫50b位于隔板60远离低压储藏单元12的一侧。多个浮动件50保持方位一致安装于多个管段之间。
浮动件50设置为弹性材料件,以在浮动件50受外力作用与隔板60贴合作用时密封配合,从而确保浮动件50与隔板60密闭接触;同时确保浮动件50与隔板60分离后恢复原状。在本公开一些实施例中,浮动件50为橡胶件。
在一些实施例中,设置两个及以上的浮动件,其中防漏气管内浮动件的数量越多越有利于提升防漏气的稳定性。
抽气装置抽气时,外部压力小于低压储藏单元12的内部压力,浮动件50在内外压力差的作用下向靠近真空泵3的方向移动,挡垫50b与隔板60相分离,通气孔60b打开, 相邻两管段相连通,低压储藏单元12内的空气进入第一端管段71,并通过通气孔60b向第二端管段70方向传递,最终由第二端管段70进入第一管路14,尔后依次经过抽气管16、真空泵3、排气管17、第二管路15、排水管13排出。
抽气结束后,外部压力大于低压储藏单元12的内部压力,在压力作用下,浮动件50向低压储藏单元12内部移动,浮动件50上的挡垫50b与隔板60密封配合,通气孔60b关闭,相邻两管段之间被隔断,有效避免气体通过真空泵3的排气管17、抽气管16而进入低压储藏单元12,导致低压储藏单元12漏气。
浮动件50处于自然状态下(不受外力作用)时的容纳槽51的槽宽不小于隔板60的厚度,以确保在内外压差作用下,浮动件50沿隔板60的法线方向有移动空间,从而能够使挡垫50b与隔板60之间有密封配合和分离的状态,即确保抽气时通气孔60b处于打开状态,抽气结束时通气孔60b处于关闭状态。
在浮动件50处于自然状态(不受外力作用)下时的容纳槽51的槽宽小于隔板60的厚度时,需要确保浮动件50安装于隔板60的装配孔60a内时且不受其它外力作用时的变形量小于浮动件50的容纳槽51的最大变形量;以确保在内外压差作用下,浮动件50沿隔板60法线方向向靠近真空泵3的方向移动时,挡垫50b与隔板60之间存在分离状态,即确保抽气时通气孔60b处于打开状态。具体地,采用浮动柱50a不受外力作用时所述容纳槽51的槽宽大于所述隔板60的厚度的设置。
以上所述隔板60、防漏气管均为ABS塑料,通过热熔工艺焊接连接为一体,有效防止漏气。
以上设置的防漏气单元40在低压储藏单元12的作用下于抽气时打开通气孔60b,并于抽气结束后关闭通气孔60b;以上防漏气单元40能够有效避免倒吸所引起的漏气现象,确保低压储藏单元12的真空度,确保食物的保鲜效果。

参见图16-图23,在本公开一些实施例中,泵壳6包括第一壳体6a和第二壳体6b,第一壳体6a与第二壳体6b相卡接以安装于弹性体7外侧。以上泵壳6分体式的设置,方便拆装。
泵壳6上设有与内胆2b固定的连接板61;连接板61远离泵壳6中心轴的端部设有安装缺口61a。沿远离泵壳6中心轴的方向,安装缺口61a靠近连接板61边沿的区域呈收缩状,以上设置能够确保安装缺口61a具有足够的容纳空间,并能够有效固定其内所安装部件,避免脱落。在一些实施例中,安装缺口61a于连接板61上的投影形状呈优弧状。在一 些实施例中,连接板61设于第一壳体6a的外周上;其中,第一壳体6a与第二壳体6b相对接的两个边沿处均设有连接板61。
冰箱包括相互配合的第一固定件8和第二固定件9;其中,第一固定件8与泵壳6的连接板61固定连接,且第一固定件8安装于内胆2b的内壁;第二固定件9安装于内胆2b的外侧,并穿过安装孔21后与第一固定件8配合,以将真空泵组件固定于内胆2b上。
第一固定件8包括固定柱、设置于固定柱两端部的固定板81a、贯穿固定柱及固定板81a的固定通孔81c;设置于固定柱两端部的固定板81a之间形成环状的安装槽82。第一固定件8的固定柱安装于泵壳6上的安装缺口61a内,泵壳6上的连接板61安装于第一固定件8的安装槽82内。其中,固定板81a的尺寸大于内胆2b上安装孔21的尺寸。本实施例中,固定板81a远离固定柱的端面上设有凸起83,用于减小固定板81a与内胆2b的接触面积,提高接触稳定性。
第二固定件9包括止挡部91a,止挡部91a一侧设有多个分离排布的固定卡勾91b。固定卡勾91b相互之间由隔离空间92分隔开,以为固定卡勾91b提供足够的弹性变形空间。多个固定卡勾91b的排布路径与第一固定件8上固定通孔81c的形状相一致,以使固定卡勾91b穿过固定通孔81c。在一些实施例中,固定通孔81c为圆形,止挡部91a上设置有两个相背设置的卡勾。其中,止挡部91a的尺寸大于内胆2b上安装孔21的尺寸,以将止挡部91a止挡于内胆2b的外侧。
安装时,第一固定件8位于内胆2b内侧,固定柱安装于泵壳6上连接板61的安装缺口61a内;第二固定件9的止挡部91a位于内胆2b的外侧,固定卡勾91b依次穿过内胆2b上的安装孔21、位于内胆2b内侧的第一固定件8上的固定通孔81c,然后与第一固定件8上远离内胆2b的固定板81a相卡接,以实现第二固定件9与第一固定件8的固定,即完成真空泵组件与内胆2b的固定。
在一些实施例中,第一固定件8的止挡部91a与内胆2b之间安装有弹性垫片18,以有效吸收振动,减少振动的传递。第二固定件9可设为弹性件,或内部为刚性材质,外部为弹性材料,以保持连接刚度的同时,有效减振降噪。应当理解的是,第二固定件9的固定柱或固定板81a至少外部设置为弹性材料时,能够实现减振降噪。
以上通过第二固定件9的弹性的固定卡勾91b与第一固定件8的卡接,及第一固定件8的固定柱与真空泵组件上安装缺口61a的配合实现了对真空泵组件与内胆的固定,以上固定结构的设置一方面简化了真空泵组件的安装;另一方面,通过以上设置使真空泵组件与内胆非直接接触,能够有效避免真空泵工作时所产生噪音的传递,优化冰箱的整体性能,提高用户体验。

Claims (10)
- 冰箱,其特征在于:包括:低温储藏间室,所述低温储藏间室由内胆围成;低压储藏单元,位于所述低温储藏间室内,其内可被抽空气形成低于所述冰箱外部大气压的气压以利于食物的保鲜;真空泵,与所述低压储藏单元相连通,用于将所述低压储藏单元内的空气抽出;防漏气单元,其包括:防漏气管,其包括多个依次连接并相连通的管段;所述防漏气管一端与低压储藏单元相连通,另一端与所述真空泵相连通;隔板,设于相邻两个所述管段对接处;所述隔板上设有装配孔及通气孔;浮动柱,安装于所述装配孔内,并能够沿所述装配孔的中心轴移动;挡垫,其设于所述浮动柱的一端,并位于所述隔板靠近所述真空泵的一侧;所述挡垫与所述隔板配合,以打开或关闭所述通气孔;所述低压储藏单元抽气时,受到气压作用,所述挡垫带动所述浮动柱向靠近所述真空泵的方向移动,所述挡垫与所述隔板相分离,所述通气孔打开;所述低压储藏单元的空气依次通过多个所述通气孔进入所述真空泵;所述低压储藏单元停止抽气时,受到气压作用,所述挡垫与所述隔板密封配合,所述通气孔关闭。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述浮动柱上部分区域沿其径向突出形成卡柱,所述卡柱与所述挡垫之间形成容纳所述隔板的容纳槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述浮动柱不受外力作用状态下,所述容纳槽的槽宽大于所述隔板的厚度。
- 根据权利要求1-3其中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述防漏气管内设有两个浮动件。
- 根据权利要求1-3其中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述通气孔环绕所述装配孔分布。
- 根据权利要求1-3其中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述浮动件为橡胶材料。
- 根据权利要求1-3其中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述隔板及所述防漏气管均为ABS塑料。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述隔板及所述防漏气管均通过热熔工艺焊接连接为一体。
- 根据权利要求1-3其中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述真空泵外套设有泵壳,所述泵壳通过分别位于所述内胆内外两侧的第一固定件与第二固定件固定连接于所述内胆上;其中,所述内胆上设有安装孔;所述第一固定件收容于所述内胆的一侧,并与所述泵壳固定;所述第一固定件上设有固定通孔;所述第二固定件收容于所述内胆的另一侧,其包括相连接的止挡部和固定卡勾;其中,所述止挡部被所述内胆止挡;所述固定卡勾穿过所述内胆上的安装孔、所述第一固定件上的固定通孔,并与所述第一固定件相卡接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述泵壳上设有连接板,所述连接板远离所述泵壳中心轴的端部设有安装缺口;所述第一固定件包括安装于所述泵壳上安装缺口内的固定柱、设于所述固定柱两端部的固定板;其中,设于所述固定柱两端部的固定板之间形成容纳所述泵壳上连接板的安装槽。
