在图5中:第一牵引辊组件43包括牵引辊431,牵引辊431的内侧的后端转动连接转动轴432,转动轴432的后端固定连接有定位盘433,定位盘433的后端固定连接有螺纹杆435,螺纹杆435的外侧啮合连接有第二螺母434,通过第一牵引辊组件43可以使得收放的电缆线保持一定的张力,便于电缆的敷设。
在图4和图5中:螺纹杆435贯穿第一条形槽42的内侧,定位盘433位于第一条形槽42的前端,第二螺母434位于第一条形槽42的后端,螺纹杆435通过第二螺母434和定位盘433固定在第一条形槽42的内侧,通过逆时针转动第一牵引辊组件43的第二螺母434,然后,把螺纹杆435在张力调节机构4的第一条形槽42内滑动,调节到合适的位置后,再顺时针转动第二螺母434,便可以把第一牵引辊组件43固定在第一条形槽42内的不同位置,进行便可以调节电缆线的张力。
本发明的工作原理:当需要对电缆卷进行释放敷设时,首先,逆时针转动电缆架37的螺母373,从螺纹头372上拿下螺母373和压片374,然后,把电缆卷套在套杆371上,再把压片374和螺母373固定在螺纹头372上,从而使得电缆卷牢靠地固定在电缆架37和限位轮36上,接着,把电缆的一端依次从第一牵引辊组件43的牵引辊431下端、固定牵引辊组件46的上端和第二牵引辊组件45的下端穿过,接着,用手握住把手33,转到手轮34,手轮34带动连接轴35以轴承座32为圆心进行转动,由于限位轮36和电缆架37与连接轴35固定连接,从而使得限位轮36电缆架37和电缆卷一起转动,进而使得电缆卷上的电缆得以释放,同时,对电缆的另一端进行牵引,从而便可以对电缆进行敷设,当需要调节电缆的张力时,逆时针转动第一牵引辊组件43的第二螺母434,然后,把螺纹杆435在张力调节机构4的第一条形槽42内滑动,调节到合适的位置后,再顺时针转动第二螺母434,便可以把第一牵引辊组件43固定在第一条形槽42内的不同位置,同理,可以调节第二牵引辊组件45在第二条形槽44内的位置,从而便可以调节电缆线的张力。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,包括板车(1),其特征在于,所述板车(1)的顶端的一侧固定连接有把手(2),且板车(1)的顶端靠近把手(2)的一侧安装有收放卷机构(3),所述板车(1)的顶端靠近收放卷机构(3)的一侧安装有张力调节机构(4),所述收放卷机构(3)包括收放卷门架(31),所述收放卷门架(31)的顶端固定安装有含有轴承的轴承座(32),所述轴承座(32)的内侧贯穿设置有连接轴(35),所述连接轴(35)的前端固定连接有限位轮(36),且连接轴(35)的后端固定连接有手轮(34),所述手轮(34)的后端的一侧固定连接有把手(33),所述限位轮(36)的前端固定连接有电缆架(37)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,其特征在于,所述电缆架(37)包括套杆(371),所述套杆(371)的前端设置有螺纹头(372),且套杆(371)的后端固定连接法兰盘(375),所述法兰盘(375)的前端靠近套杆(371)的外侧开设有若干个沉孔(376),所述螺纹头(372)的外侧啮合连接有螺母(373),且螺纹头(372)的外侧靠近螺母(373)的后端套接有压片(374)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,其特征在于,所述收放卷门架(31)的底端固定在板车(1)的顶端,所述法兰盘(375)通过螺钉贯穿沉孔(376)的内侧固定在限位轮(36)的前端的中部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,其特征在于,所述张力调节机构(4)包括张力调节门架(41),所述张力调节门架(41)的前端的一侧开设有第一条形槽(42),且张力调节门架(41)的前端的另一侧开设有第二条形槽(44),所述张力调节门架(41)的前端的上侧固定安装有固定牵引辊组件(46),所述第一条形槽(42)的内侧的下端固定安装有第一牵引辊组件(43),且第二条形槽(44)的内侧的上端固定安装有第二牵引辊组件(45)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,其特征在于,所述第一牵引辊组件(43)、第二牵引辊组件(45)和固定牵引辊组件(46)的结构均相同,所述张力调节门架(41)的底端固定在板车(1)的顶端的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,其特征在于,所述第一牵引辊组件(43)包括牵引辊(431),所述牵引辊(431)的内侧的后端转动连接转动轴(432),所述转动轴(432)的后端固定连接有定位盘(433),所述定位盘(433)的后端固定连接有螺纹杆(435),所述螺纹杆(435)的外侧啮合连接有第二螺母(434)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于电力施工用的便于调节线缆张力的牵引装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆(435)贯穿第一条形槽(42)的内侧,所述定位盘(433)位于第一条形槽(42)的前端,所述第二螺母(434)位于第一条形槽(42)的后端,所述螺纹杆(435)通过第二螺母(434)和定位盘(433)固定在第一条形槽(42)的内侧。
