发明内容

  1. 一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,包括壳体(1)和丝杠(8),壳体(1)的左侧设有与其配合的摩擦端盖(2),壳体(1)的右侧设有与其配合的轴承端盖(16),其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)内壁上设有将壳体(1)内腔分为左侧内腔和右侧内腔的凸起(18),壳体(1)的右侧内腔壁上对称开设有长滑槽(19),凸起(18)朝向左侧内腔的内壁上对称开设有短滑槽(20),
    壳体(1)内穿设有丝杠(8),位于左侧腔室的丝杠(8)上套设有单向轴承组件(4),摩擦端盖(2)的右侧面上固装有摩擦片(5),单向轴承组件(4)的左侧面上固装有磨耗板(15),摩擦片(5)与磨耗板(15)之间具有间距,摩擦端盖(2)与单向轴承组件(4)之间的丝杠(8)上套设有副压簧(7),
    位于右侧腔室的丝杠(8)上设有与其螺纹配合的螺母(10),单向轴承组件(4)与螺母(10)之间的丝杠(8)上套设有主压簧(6),螺母(10)上设有与长滑槽(19)配合并在长滑槽(19)内移动的凸块(29)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,其特征在于:所述的单向轴承组件(4)包括滑轴套(12)、挡圈(11)以及单向轴承套(14),所述滑轴套(12)与单向轴承套(14)之间设有单向轴承(13),滑轴套(12)的右端头部套设有挡圈(11),挡圈(11)上设有与短滑槽(20)相配合的限制凸块(28),单向轴承套(14)的左侧面上固定安装有磨耗板(15)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,其特征在于:所述的滑轴套(12)的内腔中对称设有凸键(21),滑轴套(12)的外表面上从左往右依次设有第一挡圈环槽(24)、键槽(22)和台阶凸台(23),挡圈环槽(24)内开设有轴用弹性挡圈(25),单向轴承(13)通过键和键槽(22)固定安装在滑轴套(12)上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,其特征在于: 所述的壳体(1)的内腔壁上设有一体化设置的凸起(18),凸起(18)为横向截面形状呈“L”型的台阶套,台阶套的内壁上开设有对称设置的长滑槽(19),台阶套朝向左侧内腔的内壁上开设有短滑槽(20),长滑槽(19)与短滑槽(20)之间为垂直设置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,其特征在于:所述的摩擦端盖(2)、轴承端盖(16)与丝杠(8)之间设有轴承(9),摩擦端盖(2)、轴承端盖(16)的侧边上均固定安装有轴承小端盖(17)。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,其特征在于:靠近挡圈(11)的单向轴承套(14)内壁上开设有第二挡圈环槽(26),第二挡圈环槽(26)内卡设有孔用弹性挡圈(27)。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的一种单向可调大扭矩旋转变阻尼器,其特征在于:所述的滑轴套(12)与挡圈(11)之间设有隔套(30)。
