Description

一种鞋用立体片材的生产工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及片材加工技术领域,特别涉及一种鞋用立体片材的生产工艺。
背景技术
传统制鞋过程中,由若干种片材组合而成的鞋面,其上进行印刷花纹的操作,通常是先在各种片材上单独印刷各个部分的花纹图案,然后再将各种片材进行整体对位拼贴,其上的花纹就能够共同形成一个整体的鞋面花纹图案。
传统的丝网印刷不能满足消费者的需求(图案缺少立体感,外观单一)。近年来,一些厂家通过市场调研设计出不同花纹的凹凸图案作为表面装饰新亮点,但是这种凹凸图案的印刷在丝网印刷中是很难实现的。在经过反复试验和研制过程中,经常会出现气泡、裂纹等外观缺陷。并且该传统工艺加工所需时间长、油性油墨不易干,价格相对较高、上色烤干后再用铜模高周电压凹凸立体成型容易对成品整体色彩造成损坏,残次品率相对较高。因此,需要对此进行改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种鞋用立体片材的生产工艺,实现图案的快速打印、提高加工效率的目的。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种鞋用立体片材的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:A、选材,选取一块合适的鞋面材料;
B、模压,将步骤A中的鞋面材料通过模压凹凸立体位成型,生成具有凹凸构造的单色鞋片材;
C、修剪,将经步骤B处理后的鞋片材的多余部分修剪掉;
D、排版,将需要喷墨印刷的花纹图案数据预设于打印机的计算机处理器 中;
E、定位,将经步骤B处理后的鞋片材贴在打印机的打印工位上,通过打印机的图像定位装置和数据处理对鞋片材进行位置定位;
F、设置打印参数;
G、打印,油墨喷头根据步骤F中的打印参数在鞋片材上进行图案印刷。
本发明的进一步设置,所述打印机采用水性油墨。
本发明的进一步设置,所述打印机为UV打印机。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:在本发明中,通过采用模压凹凸立体成型工艺制作出单色鞋片材,再采用全自动机器自动调色,由水性油墨进行打印,再通过打印机上的UV照射,从而实现成品的快速一体上色,相较于传统工艺节省了人工调色、45度8小时烤箱干固的步骤,节省了鞋面片材的加工时间,有效提高了加工效率,同时使得成品上色效果更好,降低残次品率。

C、修剪,将经步骤B处理后的鞋片材的多余部分修剪掉;
D、排版,将需要喷墨印刷的花纹图案数据预设于打印机的计算机处理器 中;
E、定位,将经步骤B处理后的鞋片材贴在打印机的打印工位上,通过打印机的图像定位装置和数据处理对鞋片材进行位置定位;
F、设置打印参数;
G、打印,油墨喷头根据步骤F中的打印参数在鞋片材上进行图案印刷。
在本发明中,打印机采用水性油墨,相较于油性油墨而言,更易干,成本相对较低,打印机为UV打印机,从而能够在打印时同步进行UV光照,提高油墨干固速度。
在本实施例中,步骤B中模压和步骤C中修剪一批次成品共计所需时间2天,每批次成品在步骤E定位、步骤F设置打印参数以及步骤G打印共计所需时间4H,从而缩短一半的生产周期,有效提高加工效率。
具体工作过程以及原理:在本发明中,通过采用模压凹凸立体成型工艺制作出单色鞋片材,再采用全自动机器自动调色,由水性油墨进行打印,再通过打印机上的UV照射,从而实现成品的快速一体上色,相较于传统工艺节省了人工调色、45度8小时烤箱干固的步骤,节省了鞋面片材的加工时间,有效提高了加工效率,同时使得成品上色效果更好,降低残次品率。

  1. 一种鞋用立体片材的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:A、选材,选取一块合适的鞋面材料;
    B、模压,将步骤A中的鞋面材料通过模压凹凸立体位成型,生成具有凹凸构造的单色鞋片材;
    C、修剪,将经步骤B处理后的鞋片材的多余部分修剪掉;
    D、排版,将需要喷墨印刷的花纹图案数据预设于打印机的计算机处理器中;
    E、定位,将经步骤B处理后的鞋片材贴在打印机的打印工位上,通过打印机的图像定位装置和数据处理对鞋片材进行位置定位;
    F、设置打印参数;
    G、打印,油墨喷头根据步骤F中的打印参数在鞋片材上进行图案印刷。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋用立体片材的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述打印机采用水性油墨。
