- the server 20 may receive the digital data of the pulse wave signal from the user terminal and calculate the heart rate variability, the autonomic nerve activity, and the pulse wave stress index.
- the pulse wave signal extraction module 15 includes a flash control unit, a light quantity signal acquisition unit, a pixel processing unit, a time series light quantity change generation unit, and a pulse wave data utilization unit. may include
- the light amount signal acquisition unit is a part that acquires the light amount signal from the image sensor in chronological order, where the change in the light amount of the pixel of the image sensor is detected for the specified pixel area set by the pixel selection unit at the time interval specified by the sampling frequency setting unit. .
- the horizontal i-th and vertical j-th light amounts of the image sensor are defined as Intensity(i,j), and the pixels of the image sensor are defined as the processor ( In 11), by securing the light intensity signal, temporally discrete sampling is performed.
- time index n and expressing Intensity(i, j, n) on the time axis time series data can be obtained.
- the intensity (i, j, n) is a result of discretely detecting a direct pulse wave signal
- a change in the amount of light may occur for each pixel according to the arrangement of a finger, a flash, and an image sensor. That is, at the horizontal 1 and vertical 2 points, the change in the light amount may be large, and at the 50 horizontal and 30 points, the change in the light amount width may be small. Also, a discriminative signal change may not be observed in some pixels.
- the pixel processing unit selects a pixel having a high signal strength from among a plurality of pixels.
- the pixel processing unit may more efficiently detect the pulse wave signal.
- a method of selecting a pixel having the largest change in the amount of light among several pixels is possible. That is, it is a method of selecting the pixel that outputs the largest change by comparing the width of the signal change between the pixels. For example, if a pixel at a point of 100 horizontal and 20 vertical has the largest change in the amount of light, discrete time series data of Intensity (100, 20, n) can be used as a pulse wave signal. Alternatively, it is also possible to use all pixels in which the amount of light has changed due to light irradiation and changes in blood flow. An average of changes in light amount of all pixels is used, and the discrete time series data thereof can be utilized as a pulse wave signal.
- the time series light quantity change generation unit may generate time series data for the intensity of the pixel having the largest light quantity change width or generate time series data for the average light quantity change of all pixels.
- the pulse wave data utilization unit may define the generated time series data as a pulse wave signal and transmit it to the server 20,
- the user terminal may receive the stress index and corresponding recommended content from the server, and execute the recommended content in the application.
- the in-mind server 20 may include a processor 21 , a DB 22 , a communication unit 23 , a pulse wave stress index extraction module 24 , a psychological index extraction module 25 and an emotional index extraction module 26 .

- the processor 21 may process the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 to calculate heart rate variability, autonomic nerve activity, and pulse wave stress index.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 may calculate heart rate per minute (BPM), heart rate variability, and sympathetic nerve activity based on time series data of the pulse wave signal received from the user terminal.
- Heart rate variability refers to the interval between the peaks of an electrocardiogram or pulse wave waveform, and refers to a graph of changes in the heart rate interval during the measured time.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 may analyze the starting point, the highest point, and the overlapping pulse point through the interval of heartbeat variation and the capillary blood flow change, and calculate the heart rate variability through the degree of change.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 calculates a frequency domain parameter including LF activity indicating sympathetic nerve activity through frequency analysis from heart rate variability data.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module may analyze the frequency domain from the heart rate variability data by using a fast Fourier transform.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 may extract a power value of a low frequency band of 0.04 to 0.15 Hz, and calculate the LF activity as a log value of the extracted power value of the low frequency band.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 may extract a power value of a high frequency band of 0.15 to 0.4 Hz and calculate the HF activity as a log value of the extracted power value of the high frequency band.
- the calculated LF activity reflects the sympathetic nerve activity
- the HF activity reflects the parasympathetic nerve activity.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 may calculate a total power value representing the values of LF activity and HF activity.
- the total power is an exponent by the sum of the low frequency band to the high frequency band according to the fast Fourier transform. Therefore, the stress index can be calculated using the LF activity and the total power value.
- the pulse wave stress index extraction module 25 may determine the pulse wave stress index as follows based on the sympathetic nervous system activity (minimum/maximum range of 0 to 100 (average 50, standard deviation 10).
- stage 1 stress is very low
- stage 2 low

Description

상기 DB(22)는 심리검사 DB(221), 감정일기 DB(222), 치유소리 DB(223), 명상 및 호흡 DB(224), 사용자 정보 DB(225)를 포함할 수 있다.
