インマインドサーバーからインマインドアプリケーションをダウンロードして実行して、カメラセンサー及び内蔵フラッシュで脈波信号を検出して前記サーバーに送って、前記サーバーからストレス指数及びこれによる推薦コンテンツを受信し、前記アプリケーションで前記推薦コンテンツを実行する使用者端末と、
前記使用者端末で脈波信号のデジタルデータの受信を受けて心拍変異度、自律神経活性度及び脈波ストレス指数を算出し、前記脈波ストレス指数とこれに対応される推薦コンテンツを前記使用者端末に提供する前記インマインドサーバーを含むストレス管理システムとして、
前記サーバーは前記脈波ストレス指数をストレス指数で判断し、
前記推薦コンテンツは治癒音、冥想法、呼吸法及び感情日記を含んで、

前記使用者端末から脈波信号のデジタルデータの受信を受けて心拍変異度、自律神経活性度及び脈波ストレス指数を算出する脈波ストレス指数抽出モジュール及び受信を受けた使用者の感情状態から感情指数を算定する感情指数抽出モジュールを具備し、前記脈波ストレス指数と前記感情指数からストレス指数を算出し、前記ストレス指数に対応される推薦コンテンツを前記使用者端末に提供するインマインドサーバーを含むストレス管理システムとして、
前記使用者端末はストレス指数及びこれによる推薦コンテンツを受信し、前記アプリケーションで前記推薦コンテンツを実行し、
前記推薦コンテンツは治癒音、冥想法及び呼吸法を含んで、
前記使用者端末は前記感情日記コンテンツのうちで三行日記アイテムを実行して今日の感情状態を複数個の感情項目のうちで一つ以上選択した後これを記録し、

前記使用者端末から脈波信号のデジタルデータの受信を受けて心拍変異度、自律神経活性度及び脈波ストレス指数を算出する脈波ストレス指数抽出モジュール及び受信を受けた使用者の感情状態から感情指数を算定する感情指数抽出モジュールを具備し、前記脈波ストレス指数と前記感情指数からストレス指数を算出し、前記ストレス指数に対応される推薦コンテンツを前記使用者端末に提供するインマインドサーバーを含むストレス管理システムとして、
前記使用者端末はストレス指数及びこれによる推薦コンテンツを受信し、前記アプリケーションで前記推薦コンテンツを実行し、
前記推薦コンテンツは治癒音、冥想法及び呼吸法を含んで、
前記使用者端末は前記感情日記コンテンツのうちで三行日記アイテムを実行して今日の感情状態を複数個の感情項目のうちで一つ以上選択した後これを記録し、
前記使用者端末は前記感情日記コンテンツのうちで考え直しアイテムを下記のように実行して使用者の感情状態が入力されて保存され、
前記考え直しアイテムは使用者をいじめるようにする状況が入力される画面ローディング、前記状況を表現することができる感情が入力される画面ローディング、前記状況によって発生される否定的考えとその考えの強度が入力される画面ローディング、否定的考えが発生した理由を入力する画面ローディング、前記否定的考えに対して使用者が第3者の立場で助言を入力することができる二度考え画面ローディング及び前記二度考え画面ローディング後否定的考えの強度を再入力する画面ローディングを含んで、
前記感情指数抽出モジュールは三行日記アイテムで入力された感情、考え直しアイテムで入力された感情と否定的考えの強さ及び二度考えで入力された否定的考えの強さを考慮して感情指数を算定し、
前記インマインドサーバーは前記使用者端末で選択されて記録された感情状態の結果をDBに保存してモニタリングすることを特徴とするストレス管理システム。 - 前記使用者端末は心理検査を実行し、前記サーバーは前記使用者端末に入力された心理検査データを通じて使用者の心理検査指数を算定し、
前記サーバーは前記脈波ストレス指数、前記感情指数及び前記心理検査指数からストレス指数を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストレス管理システム。 - 前記サーバーは前記ストレス指数があらかじめ決まった上限値を所定期間以上超過する場合あらかじめ登録された管理者端末や保護者端末に前記ストレス指数を送ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストレス管理システム。
