本发明的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其包括箱体,所述箱体内形成低温储藏空间,箱体包括设于所述低温储藏空间内的悬挂层架,请参见附图1和附图2,所述悬挂层架包括置物板10、左支承20、右支承30、固定板40和粘接胶条50,所述置物板10用于放置需储藏的物品,在本实施例中,固定板40固定于冰箱的箱体上,左支承20和右支承30固定于固定板40上,左支承20和右支承30支撑于所述置物板10的左右两侧的下方,粘接胶条50粘接于所述左支承20与所述置物板10之间、以及所述右支承30与所述置物板10之间,粘接胶条50具有粘性,使得置物板10与所述左支承20、右支承30固定连接。
基于上述技术特征的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其包括设于低温储藏空间内的悬挂层架,该悬挂层架包括置物板10、左支承20、右支承30、固定板40及粘接胶条50,其中,置物板10用于放置需储藏的物品,左支承20和右支承30分别支撑于置物板10的两侧,左支承20、右支承30与置物板10之间分别通过粘接胶条50固定连接,固定板40用于固定安装左支承20和右支承30,在将左、右支承30与置物板10通过粘接胶条50粘贴后,完成层架组件的组装,再一起安装到固定板40上,实现悬挂层架配置,本发明的左支承20、右支承30与置物板10通过粘接胶条50进行连接的方式,除了粘接胶条50本身的粘性力之外,置物板10自身重力及置物板10上放置物品的重力压在胶粘胶条正上方,使得置物板10与粘接胶条50、粘接胶条50与左支承20和右支承30的连接更加牢固可靠,通过这种连接方式替代传统置物板10侧边设置的塑料包边部件,可降低用户清洁冰箱的难度,同时使产品看起来简洁、大方,提升了产品外观品质,而且这种粘接的连接方式通用性强,适用于不同宽度及深度的置物板10,可减少新产品开发过程中塑料包边的模具投入,降低了产品开发成本。
具体地,所述左支承20和所述右支承30为对称结构,所述左支承20和右支承30均包括悬挂部21和连接于所述悬挂部21的支撑部22,所述悬挂部21固定安装于所述固定板40上,所述粘接胶条50贴附于所述支撑部22与所述置物板10之间。更具体地,所述支撑部22水平设置,水平设置的支撑部22 使得其支撑的置物板10保持水平,同时使得所述支撑部22与粘接胶条50、所述粘接胶条50与置物板10之间更容易贴合,确保连接的紧固性。所述悬挂部21和所述支撑部22垂直设置,更方便所述悬挂部21与竖直设置的固定板40连接。
本发明一些实施例中,所述悬挂部21的里端设有挂钩部211,所述固定板40竖直方向上设有多个固定孔位41,所述挂钩部211可插接于所述固定孔位41中,通过插接配合的方式进行连接固定,不仅易于安装,同时便于将悬挂层架整体拆下来进行清洁,有利于卫生维护,还可以适于灵活调整悬挂层架的安装高度,从而改变置物板10上下两层空间的高度,满足多种使用场景。
本发明一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,所述支撑部22的里端延伸设有朝向所述置物板10的加长支承部221,所述粘接胶条50的形状与所述支撑部22的形状一致,左支承20和右支承30的加长支承部221分别从两侧向中间延伸,增大了对置物板10长度方向上的支承面积,在安装、搬运和放置悬挂层架的过程中,将悬挂支架侧放放置时,悬挂层架的底部会受到侧向压力,侧向压力等于置物板10和位于上方的左/右支承30的重力,加长支承部221提供了侧向的作用力,有利于加大底部支承的力臂,避免侧向压力全部作用于粘接胶条50与置物板10底端的连接处导致脱胶,使得受力更加均衡,提高悬挂层架的整体连接强度。
如图2、图5、图6和图7所示,所述置物板10的前后侧边均设有装饰卡条70,以避免置物板10的边缘过于锋利,提高使用安全性,同时,还可提升悬挂层架的整体美观。所述装饰卡条70的底部朝向所述置物板10延伸有抵压结构71,抵压结构71沿装饰卡条70的长度方向设置,所述抵压结构71抵接于所述加长支承部221的底部,装饰卡条70自身具有向内夹紧的弹性力,抵压结构71对加长支承部221和置物板10施加压力,使得加长支承部221通过粘接胶条50和置物板10连接更加紧固,当左支承20、右支承30受到向两侧的作用力时,抵压结构71提供的压力使得加长支承部221不易和粘接胶条50脱开,起到加强悬挂层架整体结构的作用。
本发明一些实施例中,如图2和图4所示,所述悬挂层架还包括加强衬板60,加强衬板60的数量为两个,两个加强衬板60分别连接于所述左支承20和所述右支承30的侧面,加强衬板60可以提高左支承20和右支承30的强度,同时还可以对置物板10进行定位,提高其粘贴定位的准确性。所述加强 衬板60的上表面超出所述支撑部22的上表面,加强衬板60的上侧抵接于所述置物板10的两侧端部,在安装、搬运和放置悬挂层架的过程中,对悬挂支架进行侧提悬空等操作时,悬挂支架的顶部会受到侧向拉力,侧向拉力等于置物板10和位于下方的左/右支承30的重力,如未设置有加强衬板60,侧向拉力将全部由粘接胶条50承受,粘接胶条50受到竖直方向上的作用力过大,容易导致脱胶。加强衬板60的设置使得其与所述置物板10抵接的部分承受部分作用力,使支承力臂的长度加长了d,减小了粘接胶条50受到的分离力,提高悬挂层架的整体连接强度。
本发明一些实施例中,所述加强衬板60还有一种改进结构,如图8和图9所示,所述加强衬板60的上边缘设有翻边结构61,所述翻边结构61的底部抵接于所述置物板10的上表面,加之加强衬板60抵接于所述置物板的侧面,翻边结构61和加强衬板60配合,从上方和左右两侧将置物板10的位置限制住,当置物板10受到斜向作用力时,翻边结构61能提供反向作用力,以避免置物板10脱胶,进一步提高悬挂层架的整体连接强度。
本发明一些实施例中,如图9所示,两个所述加强衬板60分别通过铆钉62铆接于所述左支承20和所述右支承30的侧面,安装时先将置物板10通过粘接胶条50和左支承20、右支承30固定连接,再将加强衬板60铆接到左支承20和所述右支承30的侧面。
本发明一些实施例中,两个所述加强衬板60分别焊接于所述左支承20和所述右支承30的侧面,通过焊接的方式进行固定可以使两者连接更加稳固。进一步优选地,所述左支承20和所述右支承30的侧面分别设有若干定位凸点23,便于加强衬板60与左支承20、右支承30焊接时快速定位。
本发明一些实施例中,所述固定板40竖直设置,所述左支承20和右支承30分别固定连接于一个所述固定板40上,所述置物板10采用玻璃板。
还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
综上所述,本发明提供的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其包括设于低温储藏空间 内的悬挂层架,该悬挂层架包括置物板、左支承、右支承、固定板及粘接胶条,在将左、右支承与置物板通过粘接胶条粘贴后,完成层架组件的组装,再一起安装到固定板上,实现悬挂层架配置,左支承、右支承与置物板通过粘接胶条进行连接的方式,除了粘接胶条本身的粘性力之外,置物板自身重力及置物板上放置物品的重力压在胶粘胶条正上方,使得置物板与粘接胶条、粘接胶条与左支承和右支承的连接更加牢固可靠,通过这种连接方式替代传统置物板侧边设置的塑料包边部件,可降低用户清洁冰箱的难度,提升了产品外观品质,而适用于不同宽度及深度的置物板,可减少新产品开发过程中塑料包边的模具投入,降低了产品开发成本,因此具有较高的应用推广价值。
本发明未详尽描述的方法和装置均为现有技术,不再赘述。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有悬挂层架的冰箱,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内形成低温储藏空间,其特征在于,还包括设于所述低温储藏空间内的悬挂层架,所述悬挂层架包括:
    置物板,所述置物板用于放置需储藏的物品;
    左支承、右支承,所述左支承和右支承分别支撑于所述置物板的两侧;
    固定板,所述固定板用于固定安装所述左支承和右支承;
    粘接胶条,粘接于所述左支承与所述置物板之间、以及所述右支承与所述置物板之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述左支承和所述右支承为对称结构,所述左支承和右支承均包括悬挂部和连接于所述悬挂部的支撑部,所述悬挂部固定安装于所述固定板上,所述粘接胶条贴附于所述支撑部与所述置物板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述悬挂部的里端设有挂钩部,所述固定板竖直方向上设有多个固定孔位,所述挂钩部可插接于所述固定孔位中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述支撑部的里端延伸设有朝向所述置物板的加长支承部,所述粘接胶条的形状与所述支撑部的形状一致。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述置物板的前后侧边均设有装饰卡条,所述装饰卡条的底部朝向所述置物板延伸有抵压结构,所述抵压结构抵接于所述加长支承部的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述悬挂层架还包括加强衬板,所述左支承和所述右支承的侧面分别连接有一个所述加强衬板,所述加强衬板的上表面超出所述支撑部的上表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述加强衬板的上边缘设有翻边结构,所述翻边结构的底部抵接于所述置物板的上表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,两个所述加强衬板分别通过铆钉铆接于所述左支承和所述右支承的侧面。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,两个所述加强衬板分别焊接于所述左支承和所述右支承的侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的具有悬挂层架的冰箱,其特征在于,所述置物板采用玻璃板。
