本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,首先获取用于表示个人账户的第一账户与用于表示集团账户的第二账户之间针对电子设备的账户协议信息,然后基于该账户协议信息,确定区块链的智能合约,最后基于该智能合约,确定与电子设备的运营状态信息中与第一账户相关的第一信息、以及与第二账户相关的第二信息,由此,通过区块链的节点间信息同步技术,可以使得参与电子设备运营的合作各方都能够实时的获取到电子设备的运营状态信息,通过区块链中的智能合约,可以实现获取到的电子设备的运营状态信息的真实性和有效性,在电子设备为快递机器人的情况下,还可以保障参与快递机器人投资的合作双方的权益,进而推进快递机器人研发、生产和运行的推广。

本发明提供的信息处理方法,涉及信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、系统、设备以及计算机可读存储介质。
随着在线购物量的不断增长,各种包裹快件投递业务量也不断增多。实际上,绝大多数的包裹快件都是通过快递人员进行揽收和派发,人力成本较高。一些电商平台为了节约人力成本,开发出了快递机器人来处理包裹快件的揽收和派发。
快递机器人一旦研发成功并投入使用,不但可以降低快递揽收和派发的成本,而且还能够在一些特殊的条件下持续工作,其中,上述特殊条件可以包括恶劣天气、传染病爆发、社会突发事件等。
基于此,快递机器人在包裹快件处理中受到了越来越多的关注,然而,目前,快递机器人的研发、生产和运行维护主要是依靠电商平台单方面的力量来完成的,而快递机器人的研发成本较高、生产条件要求严格,运行维护过程相对繁琐,同时,电商平台单方面的人力、财力和物力都是有限的,因此,依靠电商平台单方面的人力、财力和物力,无法实现快递机器人的高效研发、快速生产、稳定运行以及广泛推广。
为了缓解电商平台的人力、财力和物力在快递机器人方面的压力,在相关技术中,电商平台倾向于寻求合作方来共同完成快递机器人的研发、生产和运行维护工作。然而,在相关技术中,电商平台通常与合作方之间签订纸质的或者电子合同,并按照合同的约定投入快递机器人的前期所需资金,但合作双方均无法快速及时的获取与机器人处于快递揽收和派送的相关的真实运营状态信息,因此,也就无法保证双方的收益和成本的有效性和真实性。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,通过该信息处理方法,能够确保 参与运行快递机器人的多方平台,能够实时的获取到真实有效的快递机器人的运营状态信息,从而为快递机器人的快速广泛推广提供了保障。
需要说明的是,该信息处理方法可以通过信息处理设备的处理器来实现,上述处理器可以为特定用途集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、数字信号处理装置(Digital Signal Processing Device,DSPD)、可编程逻辑装置(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)、现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器中的至少一种。
图1为本申请实施例提供的第一种信息处理方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该信息处理方法可以通过步骤101至步骤103来实现:

本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,首先获取用于表示个人账户的第一账户与用于表示集团账户的第二账户之间针对电子设备的账户协议信息,然后基于该账户协议信息,确定区块链的智能合约,最后基于该智能合约,确定与电子设备的运营状态信息中与第一账户相关的第一信息、以及与第二账户相关的第二信息,由此,借助于区块链的节点间信息同步技术,参与电子设备运营的合作各方能够实时的获取到电子设备的运营状态信息;通过区块链中的智能合约,使得合作各方获取到的电子设备的运营状态信息的真实性和有效性,在电子设备为快递机器人的情况下,还可以保障了参与快递机器人投资的合作双方的权益,也可以推进快递机器人研发、生产和运行的推广。
基于前述实施例,本申请实施例还提供了第二种信息处理方法,图2为本申请实施例提供的第二种信息处理方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该信息处理方法可以通过步骤201至步骤206来实现:

图3b为本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法中账户协议信息的摘要信息示意图。如图3b所示,第一账户与第二账户之间的账户协议信息的摘要信息,还可以以直观的形式进行体现。在图3b中,“委托书”用于表示账户协议信息的名称,右上角的条形码,携带有账户协议信息的编号信息;“XXX投入资金XXX,认领X台机器人,双方约定投入与分成的比例为:xx%”为账户协议信息的摘要信息;在图3b下方的“签字”一栏中,注明了第一账户与第二账户以及智能合约确认时区块链的签字时间、第一账户和第二账户(其中,第一账户对应“用户”,第二账户对应“平台”)以及区块链的基于生成智能合约时的确认签签字;另外,在图3b中还包括监管方,即事务处理节点的签字和签字时间的信息。
在智能合约生成之后,得到的如图3b所示的账户协议信息的摘要信息,以直观的形式展示给参与电子设备运营的各个合作方,并且,事务处理节点的加入,使得各个合作方在出现争端时,权威机构可以随时介入,并且直接从事务处理节点中获取到电子设备运营过程中各个时间点或时间段内的信息,因此,事务处理节点的加入,可以快速的获取真实有效的机器人运营状态历史信息,以及与第一账户和第二账户对应的第一信息和第二信息,从而实现了争端事务的快速有效解决,更大程度上的保证了合作各方的权益。
在一种实施方式中,第一账户和第二账户,是通过第一数字证书和第二数字证书在 区块链中注册来实现的。
示例性地,本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,在以上各个步骤之外,还需要第一账户和第二账户在区块链中注册电子钱包,示例性地,与电子设备的研发、生产、测试、运行维护相关的资金的流动,都可以通过电子钱包来实现。并且,与电子设备运营状态相关的收益,也可以通过向电子钱包中转账的方式来实现。
具体的,当第一账户和第二账户在区块链中注册电子钱包之后,可以得到与第一账户对应的第一电子钱包,以及与第二账户对应的第二电子钱包,还可以将第一电子钱包和第二电子钱包加入到用户协议信息中,由此,智能合约中也包含了第一电子钱包和第二电子钱包的相关数据信息,从而实现了第一电子钱包和第二电子钱包的安全监控和管理。
图4a为本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法实现的第一种结构示意图。
在图4a中,第一账户和第二账户向区块链注册时,需要使用CA为其颁发的第一数字证书和第二数字证书,在第一账户和第二账户向区块链注册完成之后,还需要通过第一数字证书和第二数字证书,向区块链申请第一电子钱包和第二电子钱包,从而实现了双方账户资金托管至可信的区块链。
当第一账户与第二账户基于初始账户协议得到账户协议信息之后,第一账户与第二账户还能够基于该账户协议信息得到智能合约。示例性地,智能合约可以根据双方账户的合作协议生成快递机器人的第一标识信息,并同步从第一电子钱包和第二电子钱包中获取电子设备研发、生产、测试相关的资金,进一步地,智能合约还可以基于第一标识信息中携带的快递机器人的相关参数配置信息、以及资金信息,委托机器人制造商进行电子设备或快递机器人的研发、生产和测试工作。
当快递机器人生产完成之后,快递机器人的状态可以切换至运营就绪状态,此时,区块链和智能合约可以实时的获取到快递机器人的运营状态信息,并根据该运营状态信息获取与第一账户相关的第一信息,以及与第二账户相关的第二信息,进而根据第一信息和第二信息确定第一账户和第二账户的收益信息,并将各个账户的资金收益转入对应的电子钱包中。
图4b为本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法实现的第二种结构示意图。
在图4b中,第一用户可以通过第一终端,在区块链中注册第一账户,第一账户注册成功之后,第一用户可以通过第一账户向区块链申请第一电子钱包。类似的,第二用户可以通过第二终端向区块链注册第二账户,第二账户注册成功之后,第二用户还可以通过第二账户向区块链申请第二电子钱包。示例性地,第一终端和第二终端,可以为计算机终端,也可以为智能手机终端;第一终端与第二终端,可以为不同类型的终端,比如,第一终端为计算机终端、第二终端为智能手机终端。第一用户与第二用户,可以为个人用户,集体组织用户等。
在图4b中,电商平台以及机器人制造商,可以通过与前述实施例相同的方式,在区块链中注册第三账户以及第四账户,还可以通过与前述实施例相同的方式,向区块链申请第三电子钱包以及第四电子钱包。
通过以上操作,第一用户的第一账户以及第一电子钱包、第二用户的第二账户以及第二电子钱包、电商平台的第三账户以及第三电子钱包、机器人制造商的第四账户以及第四电子钱包统一纳入了区块链的管理。
在图4b中,机器人制造商的机器人制造过程,可以通过以下方式实现:
电商平台根据运营投递需求,通过第三账户在区块链平台发布第一机器人生产协议;第一用户以及第二用户,可以通过第一账户以及第二账户实时获取第一机器人生产协议;第一用户和第二用户可以根据预期的投资收益比等参数,从第一机器人生产协议中选择全部或部分协议,并通过第一账户以及第二账户签订第一机器人生产协议,同时将与第 一机器人生产协议对应的资金注入第一电子钱包以及第二电子钱包;此时,区块链可以根据第一机器人生产协议生成智能合约,智能合约可以从第一电子钱包以及第二电子钱包获取与智能合约对应的资金,并按照区块链智能合约的约束,在指定时间内将上述资金发送至机器人制造商的第四电子钱包。
机器人制造商获取第四电子钱包中的资金之后,可以启动机器人生产过程;机器人制造商还需要按照智能合约的规定,将机器人的生产状态、进度等发布至智能合约,以供第一用户和第二用户实时获知;在机器人制造商的生产行为结束之后,示例性地,比如生产了第一机器人以及第二机器人,第一机器人以及第二机器人的参数信息,也可以通过智能合约同步至区块链;在第一机器人以及第二机器人运营的过程中,运营区域、运营路线、运营范围、运营收益、运营成本等参数,也可以按照智能合约的要求同步至区块链;并且,在智能合约规定的运营周期结束之后,运营收益,也可以按照智能合约的要求同步至第一电子钱包以及第二电子钱包。
在图4b中,机器人制造商的机器人制造过程,还可以通过以下方式实现:
第一用户通过第一账户发布其预期的第一投资收益信息至区块链;第二用户通过第二账户发布其预期的第二投资收益信息至区块链;电商平台/机器人制造商可以从区块链中获取第一投资收益信息以及第二投资收益信息;电商平台/机器人制造商可以根据第一投资收益信息、第二投资收益信息、以及自身的运营需求/预期生产规模,确定智能合约,并同步至区块链,在第一用户以及第二用户确认该智能合约之后,智能合约生效。后续的机器人生产、运营、收益分配过程与前述实施例相似,此处不再赘述。
在图4b中,机器人制造商的机器人制造过程,还可以通过以下方式实现:
机器人可以制造商根据自己的生产能力、市场对机器人的预期需求,通过第四账户在区块链中发布第二机器人生产协议,电商平台、第一用户以及第三用户中的至少一个用户可以根据自身资金情况,从第二机器人生产协议中选择全部或部分条款,并在第二机器人生产协议中签名;签名后的第二机器人生产协议同步至区块链之后,智能合约生成;此时,机器人制造商可以根据智能合约从对应的电子钱包中获取资金,并启动机器人的生产过程;机器人生产状态、运营状态以及收益分配的过程,与前述实施例相似,此处不再赘述。
由以上可知,本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,首先获取初始账户协议,基于初始账户协议通过却快连确定账户协议信息,然后基于账户协议信息确定区块链的智能合约,并通过智能合约确定第一账户和第二账户与电子设备相关的运营状态信息。由此,本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,在电子设备为快递机器人的情况下,可以使得参与电子设备运营的各个账户实时的获取到快递机器人的运营状态信息,从而实现了合作各方获取信息的准确性和有效性,进而保障了合作各方的合法权益,也推动了快递机器人的发展和普及。

本申请实施例公开了一种信息处理方法、系统、设备、存储介质及程序,所述方法包括:获取账户协议信息;其中,账户协议信息,用于表示与第一账户和第二账户之间针对电子设备的协议;第一账户,用于表示区块链上的个人账户;第二账户,用于表示区块链的集团账户;基于账户协议信息,确定区块链的智能合约;通过智能合约,确定第一信息和第二信息;其中,第一信息,用于表示第三信息中与第一账户对应的信息;第二信息,用于表示第三信息中第二账户对应的信息;第三信息,用于表示电子设备的运营状态信息。本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,使得运营电子设备的合作方能够实时的获取到真实有效的快递机器人的运营状态信息。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    获取账户协议信息;其中,所述账户协议信息,用于表示第一账户和第二账户之间针对电子设备的协议;所述第一账户,用于表示区块链上的个人账户;所述第二账户,用于表示所述区块链的集团账户;
    基于所述账户协议信息,确定区块链的智能合约;
    通过所述智能合约,确定第一信息和第二信息;其中,所述第一信息,用于表示第三信息中与所述第一账户对应的信息;所述第二信息,用于表示所述第三信息中所述第二账户对应的信息;所述第三信息,用于表示所述电子设备的运营状态信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述智能合约,基于所述第一信息和所述第二信息,确定所述第一账户和所述第二账户的收益信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过所述智能合约,确定所述第一信息和所述第二信息,包括:
    获取第一标识信息;其中,所述第一标识信息,用于表示所述电子设备在所述区块链中的标识;
    基于所述第一标识信息,通过所述智能合约,获取所述第三信息;
    基于所述第三信息,通过所述智能合约,确定所述第一信息和所述第二信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述第一标识信息,通过所述智能合约,获取所述第三信息,包括:
    当所述电子设备的状态满足预设条件时,基于所述第一标识信息,通过所述智能合约,获取所述第三信息;其中,所述预设条件,用于表示所述电子设备处于运营就绪状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取账户协议信息,包括:
    获取初始账户协议;其中,所述初始账户协议,用于表示所述第二账户针对所述电子设备设立的协议;
    基于所述初始账户协议,通过所述区块链,确定所述账户协议信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述初始账户协议,通过所述区块链,确定所述账户协议信息,包括:
    获取第二标识信息和第三标识信息;其中,所述第二标识信息,用于表示所述第一账户在所述区块链中的标识;所述第三标识信息,用于表示所述第二账户在所述区块链中的标识;
    基于所述第二标识信息、所述第三标识信息以及所述初始账户协议,确定所述账户协议信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述第二标识信息、所述第三标识信息以及所述初始账户协议,确定账户协议信息,包括:
    基于所述第二标识信息,对所述第一账户获取到的所述初始账户协议进行确认,得到第一确认结果;
    基于所述第三标识信息、所述初始账户协议以及所述第一确认结果,得到第二确认结果;
    基于所述第一确认结果和所述第二确认结果,确定所述账户协议信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    创建所述区块链;
    将所述第一账户和所述第二账户以及事务处理节点添加至所述区块链;其中,所述事务处理节点,用于表示能够对所述智能合约执行过程的异常事务进行处理的节点。
  9. 一种信息处理系统,所述系统包括:处理器、存储器和通信总线;其中,所述通信总线配置为:实现所述处理器和所述存储器之间的通信连接;
    所述处理器配置为:执行存储器中的信息处理方法的程序,以实现如权利要求1至8任一所述的信息处理方法。
  10. 一种信息处理设备,所述设备包括:获取模块和确定模块;其中:
    所述获取模块配置为:获取账户协议信息;其中,所述账户协议信息,用于表示第一账户和第二账户之间针对电子设备的协议;所述第一账户,用于表示区块链上的个人账户;所述第二账户,用于表示所述区块链的集团账户;
    所述确定模块配置为:基于所述账户协议信息,确定区块链的智能合约;
    所述确定模块配置为:通过所述智能合约,确定第一信息和第二信息;其中,所述第一信息,用于表示所述第三信息中与所述第一账户对应的信息;所述第二信息,用于表示所述第三信息中所述第二账户对应的信息;所述第三信息,用于表示所述电子设备的运营状态信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,所述确定模块配置为:通过所述智能合约,基于所述第一信息和所述第二信息,确定所述第一账户和所述第二账户的收益信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,所述确定模块配置为:获取第一标识信息;基于所述第一标识信息,通过所述智能合约,获取所述第三信息;基于所述第三信息,通过所述智能合约,确定所述第一信息和所述第二信息;其中,所述第一标识信息,用于表示所述电子设备在所述区块链中的标识。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述获取模块配置为:当所述电子设备的状态满足预设条件时,基于所述第一标识信息,通过所述智能合约,获取所述第三信息;其中,所述预设条件,用于表示所述电子设备处于运营就绪状态。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,
    所述获取模块配置为:获取初始账户协议;其中,所述初始账户协议,用于表示所述第二账户针对所述电子设备设立的协议;
    所述确定模块配置为:基于所述初始账户协议,通过所述区块链,确定所述账户协议信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,
    所述获取模块配置为:获取第二标识信息和第三标识信息;其中,所述第二标识信息,用于表示所述第一账户在所述区块链中的标识;所述第三标识信息,用于表示所述第二账户在所述区块链中的标识;
    所述确定模块配置为:基于所述第二标识信息、所述第三标识信息以及所述初始账户协议,确定所述账户协议信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中:
    所述确定模块配置为:基于所述第二标识信息,对所述第一账户获取到的所述初始账户协议进行确认,得到第一确认结果;基于所述第三标识信息、所述初始账户协议以及所述第一确认结果,得到第二确认结果;基于所述第一确认结果和所述第二确认结果,确定所述账户协议信息。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,
    所述确定设备配置为:创建所述区块链;
    所述确定设备还配置为:将所述第一账户和所述第二账户以及事务处理节点添加至所述区块链;其中,所述事务处理节点,用于表示能够对所述智能合约执行过程的异常 事务进行处理的节点。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  19. 一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括计算机可读代码,在所述计算机可读代码在信息处理设备中运行的情况下,所述信息处理设备的处理器执行用于实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的信息处理方法。
