具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述本公开的示例性的实施例,其中相同或相似的标号表示相同或相似的元件。另外,在下面的详细描述中,为便于解释,阐述了许多具体的细节以提供对本公开实施例的全面理解。然而明显地,一个或多个实施例在没有这些具体细节的情况下也可以被实施。在其他情况下,公知的结构和装置以图示的方式体现以简化附图。
为减小运输包装尺寸和所需的存放空间,设计人提出了一种折叠式传输机,该传输机能够相对于安检设备翻转,在运输和存储过程中,能够将伸出于安检设备的主体设备之外的传输机折叠至安检设备的通道内,以减小运输尺寸以及所需的存放空间尺寸。在该折叠式传输机的基础上,设计人发现,该传输机在展开使用时,传输机的侧壁与安检设备的通道的立壁之间有较大的间隙,该间隙造成卡包风险,即放置在传输机的传送带上的物品在行进到该间隙处时容易卡入间隙中,尤其是对于包带,经常卡入其中。另外,在这种安检设备中,位于安检设备入口和出口处的两段传输机对接处为两块钣金,传送带在此运转时,与钣金之间发生滑动摩擦,噪音较大。此外,折叠式传输机展开后,只能水平放置,不能调整角度,高度唯一,不方便与其余附件对接。
基于此,设计人在折叠式传输机的基础上又进行了改进设计。
图1为根据本公开的实施例的折叠式传输机的示意图,如图1所示,折叠式传输机100能够用于安检设备,包括主传输部1和两个可翻转部2,两个可翻转部2分别位于主传输部1的两侧并与主传输部1相连接。在安装于安检设备中时,所述可翻转部2被配置为设置在安检设备50的外轮廓的外侧,所述主传输部1被配置为设置在安检设备50的外轮廓的内侧。通常地,安检设备包括安检通道,扫描设备等设置在安检通道的两侧,用于对通过安检通道的物品进行扫描检测,主传输部1设置在通道内,两个可翻转部2设置在通道外,一个可翻转部2作为入口传输装置,另一个可翻转部2作为出口传输装置,分别用于引导物品进入通道和离开通道。
根据本公开的实施例,所述折叠式传输机100包括基体和可翻转部2,所述可翻转部2被配置为能够相对于基体翻转,使得可翻转部2能够在相对于安检设备收起的收起状态和相对于安检设备展开的展开状态之间移动。基体被构造为支撑座3,所述支撑座3被配置为与安检设备相对固定,因此,可翻转部2可相对于支撑座3翻转,使得可翻转部2可以停在相对于主传输部1大致平行的位置并被固定,该位置为折叠式传输机100的工作位置,在折叠式传输机100处于工作位置时,传送电机可以开启, 传送带运转,当使用者或被检测对象将行李物品放置在传送带上时,行李物品可以被送至安检通道中,直至送至位于另一端的可翻转部2上。
图4、5示出了折叠式传输机100结合在安检设备50上的状态图,安检设备50包括防护帘51。
下面结合图2、图3对可翻转部2的结构进行详细说明。所述可翻转部2包括:框架;电动辊筒5,所述电动辊筒5设置在框架的一端;以及翻转轴组件4,所述翻转轴组件4设置在框架的另一端,其中,所述翻转轴组件4包括同轴设置的旋转轴和辊筒,所述旋转轴与支撑座3连接,所述辊筒被配置为能够绕旋转轴旋转。框架作为构成可翻转部2的基础,其它元件都固定或活动连接在框架上,所述框架可以被构造为方框,也可以由纵向和横向交叉的横梁构成,优选地为金属材料。电动辊筒5为传送带提供动力,传送带绕在电动辊筒5上,随电动辊筒的旋转而移动。翻转轴组件4包括旋转轴和辊筒,如图7所示,旋转轴用于在可翻转部2翻转时相对于支撑座3转动,辊筒能够相对于旋转轴自由转动,不主动旋转,用于在传送带运转时辅助支撑传送带。折叠式传输机100还可以包括一个或多个其它过渡辊,用于辅助支撑传送带。翻转轴组件的设计减小了传送带与折叠处的噪音。
需要说明的是,翻转轴组件4的旋转轴和辊筒以及支撑座或框架之间的相对旋转关系可以不同,翻转轴组件4也可以采用其它形式,这里不作限制,只要能够实现翻转和辅助支撑功能即可。
传送带为柔性的,防止行李物品放置在传送带上导致传送带过度变形。可翻转部2还包括支撑板9,所述支撑板9连接在框架上,如图5所示,用于支撑传送带。传送带包围在电动辊筒5、翻转轴组件4、支撑板、过渡辊等的外周,为减小摩擦阻力,优选采用低摩擦系数材料。
所述可翻转部2包括地脚6,设置在框架的下面,用于在折叠式传输机100处于工作位置时支撑折叠式传输机100。地脚6的数量可以为一个或多个,在附图的实施例中,每个可翻转部2配有两个地脚6,这里,支撑座3也与地面接触,因此,每个可翻转部2连接有两个支撑座3,地脚6位于框架的下面远离支撑座3的一侧,两个支撑座3与两个地脚6共同支撑折叠式传输机100。支撑座3也可以采用螺栓或其它固定手段固定在支撑物上。
所述地脚6包括支撑杆和接地座,接地座用于与地面接触,优选地包括防滑胶垫, 支撑杆位于接地座上端,并且所述地脚6被配置为具有万向结构,使得接地座能够相对于支撑杆万向调节,具体地,在接地座的上端具有旋转碗,支撑杆的下端具有球头,球头设置在旋转碗内,并能够在旋转碗内万向旋转,以此实现万向调节。以这种方式,折叠式传输机100能够适应不平坦的支撑面,例如支撑面倾斜时,可以通过万向结构,调整接地座,使得接地座的底面与支撑面完全接触,保证支撑稳固性。
进一步地,所述支撑杆包括上杆和下杆,所述上杆和下杆中的一个包括螺孔,所述上杆和下杆的另一个包括与螺孔配合的螺杆,使得当螺杆在螺孔内旋转时支撑杆的高度改变。例如,下杆设置有螺杆,上杆设置有螺孔,下杆插入下杆中,通过旋转接地座或支撑杆的下杆,支撑杆的高度能够改变。以这种方式调节传送带平面水平,例如支撑面不平坦时,可以通过调整支撑杆的高度使得多个地脚的接触座都与支撑面稳固接触。通过调整支撑杆的高度,使得折叠式传输机的传送带平面的角度可调,以满足多种角度需要,方便与附件对接。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述可翻转部2包括两个护罩7,所述两个护罩7与折叠式传输机100的传输方向平行,护罩设置于框架的侧面,并固定在框架上,其中,所述框架上设置有多个螺孔,每个护罩7设置有多个调节孔71,所述调节孔71的在一个方向上的尺寸大于框架的螺孔的直径,如图8所示。护罩7通过螺钉固定在框架上,调节孔71为长孔,当取下螺钉时,可以改变护罩7相对于框架的位置,使得两个护罩7可以相对于框架向外扩展或者向内收缩。调节折叠式传输机上的护罩,可使护罩侧面与通道壁贴合,消除折叠式传输机与安检设备的通道壁之间的缝隙,消除此处的卡包风险。
参见图2、8、9,其上示出了可翻转部2的固定销组件8,所述固定销组件8包括:底座83,所述底座83设置在框架上;销体81,设置在底座83上并且能够相对于底座83移动;以及弹簧82,套设在销体81上并被配置为偏压销体81。所述底座83设置在框架的侧面内侧,底座呈U形,包括底壁和两个竖直立壁,竖直立壁上各设置有一个孔,弹簧位于两个立壁之间,销体穿过竖直立壁上的孔和弹簧,并穿过框架和护罩7,在销体81上还具有限位元件。在安检设备的侧壁上设置有固定孔,借助于固定销组件和固定孔,可以将可翻转部2卡在折叠位置。固定销组件8的数量可以为两个,分别设置在框架的两侧,以保证可翻转部2的平衡。
为保证翻转顺畅,所述可翻转部2包括气弹簧10,所述气弹簧10的一端被配置 为与安检设备50连接,所述气弹簧10的另一端与框架连接,气弹簧用于辅助提供翻转力,提高翻转便利性。气弹簧10可以设置在框架背面,数量可以为两个或多个。
下面结合附图介绍折叠式传输机的安装和使用。当设备需要运输时,将折叠式传输机伸出安检设备的部分翻转至通道内,并用固定销组件固定在通道侧壁上,如图6所示,由于折叠式传输机底部设计有气弹簧,翻转操作更轻便。到达安装场地后,将折叠式传输机的可翻转部展开,将折叠式传输机的地脚与地面接触,地脚为万向可调地脚,可以调节地脚的高度和接地座的倾斜角度,从而可以调节入口处的可翻转部的最低传送带平面高度以及伸出的折叠式传输机传送带平面的角度,方便取/放行李以及与不同高度的已有附件对接。调节折叠式传输机上的护罩,使护罩侧面与安检设备的通道壁贴合,消除折叠式传输机与通道壁之间的缝隙,消除此处的卡包风险。
根据本公开的折叠式传输机,能够相对于安检设备折叠,例如将传输机伸出安检设备的部分翻转至通道内,从而减小运输包装尺寸和所需的存放空间;本公开的折叠式传输机的护罩能够沿宽度方向调节,从而能够减小由于翻转而预留的折叠式传输机与安检设备的通道壁之间的间隙,因此不会卡包或者至少减小卡包风险;本公开的折叠式传输机可调节传送带平面与水平面的角度,满足角度多样化需求,方便与附件对接,通过调节传送带平面的角度,可降低出入口处传送带平面的高度,方便取放行李;本公开的折叠式传输机采用气弹簧辅助翻转,翻转顺畅,使用便利,翻转所需力矩小,固定销的设计使得固定非常方便;通过将旋转轴与辊筒一体化的设计,既能满足传输机旋转折叠的要求,又能作为传送带的过渡辊使用,减小了传送带与折叠处的尖角滑动摩擦产生的噪音。
本公开的折叠式传输机具有如下特点:
1、安检设备出/入口的伸出式传输机可翻转至通道内部,并固定;
2、展开的折叠式传输机,传送带平面角度以及最低传送带平面高度可调;
3、具有锁紧机构,调整角度以及最低传送带平面高度后可锁紧;
4、折叠式传输机底部增加气弹簧,提高翻转便利性;
5、增加可伸出式固定销组件,用于运输或存储过程中固定翻转至通道内的折叠式传输机,固定方式不局限于固定销,可是其他固定支架结构;
6、折叠式传输机上设计有护罩,该护罩通过沿通道宽度方向调节,可消除折叠式传输机与通道壁之间的缝隙。
7、通过将旋转轴与辊筒一体化的设计,及将其作为过渡辊使用,减小了传送带与折叠处的噪音。
尽管已经示出和描述了本公开的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本公开的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行变化。本公开的适用范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述折叠式传输机(100)包括基体和可翻转部(2),所述可翻转部(2)被配置为能够相对于基体翻转,使得可翻转部(2)能够在相对于安检设备收起的收起状态和相对于安检设备展开的展开状态之间移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述基体包括支撑座(3),所述支撑座(3)被配置为与安检设备相对固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中,所述可翻转部(2)包括:
    框架;
    电动辊筒(5),所述电动辊筒(5)设置在框架的一端;以及
    翻转轴组件(4),所述翻转轴组件(4)设置在框架的另一端,
    其中,所述翻转轴组件(4)包括同轴设置的旋转轴和辊筒,所述旋转轴与支撑座(3)连接,所述辊筒被配置为能够绕所述旋转轴旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述可翻转部(2)包括地脚(6),所述地脚(6)包括支撑杆和接地座,并且所述地脚(6)被配置为具有万向结构,使得接地座能够相对于支撑杆万向调节。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述支撑杆包括上杆和下杆,所述上杆和下杆中的一个包括螺孔,所述上杆和下杆的另一个包括与螺孔配合的螺杆,使得当螺杆在螺孔内旋转时支撑杆的高度改变,
    所述折叠式传输机(100)的传送带平面的角度可调。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述可翻转部(2)包括两个护罩(7),所述两个护罩(7)与折叠式传输机(100)的传输方向平行,所述护罩设置于框架的侧面,并固定在所述框架上,
    其中,所述框架上设置有多个螺孔,每个护罩(7)设置有多个调节孔(71),所述调节孔(71)的在一个方向上的尺寸大于所述框架的螺孔的直径。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中,所述可翻转部(2)包括固定销组件(8),所述固定销组件(8)包括:
    底座(83),所述底座(83)设置在框架上;
    销体(81),设置在底座(83)上并且能够相对于底座(83)移动;以及
    弹簧(82),套设在销体(81)上并被配置为偏压销体(81)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中,底座(83)设置在框架的侧面内侧,并且销体(81)穿过所述框架和护罩(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求3或4所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述可翻转部(2)包括气弹簧(10),所述气弹簧(10)的一端被配置为与安检设备(50)连接,所述气弹簧(10)的另一端与框架连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述折叠式传输机(100)还包括主传输部(1),所述可翻转部(2)的数量为两个,两个可翻转部(2)分别位于主传输部(1)的两侧并与主传输部(1)相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述可翻转部(2)被配置为设置在安检设备(50)的外轮廓的外侧,所述主传输部(1)被配置为设置在安检设备(50)的外轮廓的内侧。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的用于安检设备的折叠式传输机(100),其中:
    所述可翻转部(2)包括支撑板(9),所述支撑板连接在框架上,用于支撑传送带。
