作为上述显示终端的天线固定结构的一种可选实施例,所述卡接件包括抵接部以及连接部,所述连接部与所述安装部和所述抵接部相连,所述抵接部抵接于所述边框的内侧,所述连接部卡接于所述卡接槽。该结构的卡接件能够通过抵接部伸入到边框内部,连接部卡接于卡接槽内,结构较为简单,而且连接稳定。
作为上述显示终端的天线固定结构的一种可选实施例,所述卡接槽包括第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽相连通,所述第二卡槽的宽度小于所述第一卡槽的宽度,所述连接部卡接于所述第二卡槽。该结构的卡接槽通过第一卡槽便于将抵接部伸入到边框的内部,通过第二卡槽能够与连接部卡接,安装方便。
作为上述显示终端的天线固定结构的一种可选实施例,所述容置部的背离 所述显示终端的显示模组一侧设置有容置槽,所述容置槽被配置为容置所述天线组件,所述容置槽的槽口处盖设有盖板;所述容置槽的底部开设有若干个走线孔。通过走线孔实现天线组件与显示终端的主板电连接的线路的穿设,盖板盖设在容置槽的槽口,便于对天线组件进行隐藏,外观美观。
作为上述显示终端的天线固定结构的一种可选实施例,所述安装支架由塑胶材料制成。塑胶材料制成的安装支架,质量较轻,成本较低。
本申请实施例还提供一种显示终端,包括上述的显示终端的天线固定结构及天线组件,所述天线组件安装在所述天线固定结构上。
该显示终端,组装方便,便于拆卸,使用寿命长。
本申请实施例提出的显示终端的天线固定结构,通过安装支架的相对设置的第一端和第二端均与显示终端的边框相卡接,限位结构和边框之间形成卡槽,安装支架的第一端和第二端之间的侧边卡接在卡槽内,从而将安装支架全方位固定及限位,而且无需螺钉的固定,安装方便,生产效率高;而且对安装支架的变形起到管控作用,防止安装支架因热胀冷缩变形拱起,进而避免造成不良影响。
本申请实施例提出的显示终端,组装方便,便于拆卸,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在一些显示终端上,如电视机、会议机等,为了提高信号接收的效果,一般都会配置天线。传统的天线组件一般通过天线支架安装于显示终端的边框的边缘上,通常是天线支架的两端设置有安装孔,对应的在显示终端的边框上设置螺纹孔,螺丝穿过安装孔与螺纹孔螺纹连接。该连接方式当显示终端温度升高时,天线支架发生变形,中部发生弯曲,影响外观,造成不良影响;天线支架通过固定件固定,组装不便,而且需要在显示终端上进行打孔,增加生产工艺,降低了生产效率。
为了解决上述问题,如图1-6所示,本申请实施例提供一种显示终端的天线固定结构,包括安装支架100以及设置于显示终端的后盖200的边缘的限位结构201。安装支架100被配置为能够安装天线组件300,安装支架100的相对设置的第一端和第二端均与显示终端的边框400相卡接,限位结构201和边框400之间形成卡槽,安装支架100的第一端和第二端之间的侧边插入到此卡槽内 并被卡紧。安装支架100与边框400通过卡接的方式固定,省去了螺钉,安装方便,生产效率高;设置在后盖200的边缘的限位结构201则可与边框400形成卡槽,以利用此卡槽固定住安装支架100的第一端和第二端之间的侧边,这个侧边因卡接于限位结构201与边框400之间的卡槽内,因此在显示终端和/或天线组件300发热后受到限位结构201的限位作用,进而不容易发生变形,卡槽的设置可以完全杜绝安装支架100的第一端和第二端之间的侧边发生变形,进而防止整个安装支架100因变形而拱起。
另外,由于显示终端的边框400通常位于后盖200的边缘,边框400和后盖200通常是通过螺钉进行固定,因此后盖200在与边框400连接的位置会贴紧边框400,而将限位结构201设置在后盖200的边缘,正好可以利用这个贴紧力将安装支架100的第一端和第二端之间的侧边抵紧在边框400上,无需额外在边框400上开设卡槽,在一定程度上也降低了制造成本。本实施例中边框400为显示终端的面框。如图2所示,显示终端包括显示模组500,显示模组500的背侧设置此后盖200,显示模组500的背侧具体是指显示模组500不显示图片、视频的一侧面,显示模组500的周部设置有边框400,安装支架100安装在边框400背离显示模组500的一侧面,即安装支架100安装在显示终端外,此设计可以有效防止金属的后盖200和显示模组500的金属背板对天线组件300的信号进行遮挡屏蔽。进一步,该安装支架100设置于显示终端的边框400中下边框,所述下边框为显示终端在正常可使用的放置状态时,位于下方的边框。该安装支架100设置在显示终端的下边框且靠近后盖200的边缘处,在用户正常观看显示终端的显示面时,一般不会观察到安装支架100,起到了对安装支架100的隐藏,使得显示终端的外观效果较好;而且在安装和使用过程中,将安装支架100设置于该位置使得安装支架100不易被磕碰到,起到了保护安装支架100的作用。
在一个实施例中,如图3-图5所示,安装支架100包括容置部11和安装部12,安装部12的相对设置的第一端和第二端均与边框400相卡接,安装部12的长度方向的侧边卡接在限位结构201和边框400之间形成的卡槽内,容置部11设置在安装部12的背离边框400的一侧,容置部11被配置为容置天线组件300。
在一个实施例中,容置部11的背离显示终端的显示模组500的一侧面凹设有容置槽112,天线组件300整体安装于容置槽112内,容置槽112的底部开设 有若干个走线孔113,天线组件300与显示终端的主板电连接的线路穿设在走线孔113内。通过走线孔113可实现天线组件300与显示终端的主板电连接的线路的穿设;通过将容置槽112的开口朝向显示终端的外侧,可以便于天线组件300的拆卸和维修。
在一个实施例中,天线组件300包括PCB板以及与PCB板电连接的天线,PCB板通过线路与显示终端的主板电连接,从而将接收到的信号反馈给主板,天线组件300整体安装于容置部11的容置槽112内,天线平行设置在PCB板上,方便将天线组件300安装至安装支架100的容置槽112内部。
在一个实施例中,为了便于天线组件300与显示终端的主板之间的线路的穿设,显示终端的边框400上设置有安装槽402,便于线路的穿设。
在一个实施例中,PCB板的背面通过粘胶与容置槽112的底部粘合在一起,如此通过粘胶可以一次性将天线组件300安装至容置槽112的内部,安装方便,成本低。粘胶可选为双面胶,双面胶具有较高的稳定性,不会影响PCB板上的电子元器件的使用。
在一个实施例中,容置槽112的槽口处盖设绝缘的盖板111,不仅能够对天线组件300起到保护作用,使天线不外露,美化外观,而且还不对天线组件300的信号接收产生影响。可选地,盖板111由麦拉片制作而成。麦拉片具有结构稳定性以及良好的抗撕拉强度,将麦拉片制成的盖板111通过不干胶粘贴在容置槽112的槽口处,可以方便地揭开检查天线组件300。
在一个实施例中,安装部12和容置部11一体成型,容置部11位于安装部12的背离显示终端的边框400一侧,通过安装支架100将天线组件300安装在显示终端的边框400的边缘处,从而将天线组件300布置在显示终端的外侧并使天线组件300凸出于显示终端的边框400,由此可以避免墙和显示终端上其他金属器件等干扰或屏蔽信号而直接接收信号,从而获得良好的信号效果。当然安装部12和容置部11还可以为分体设置,可以通过卡接、焊接、固定件连接等方式进行连接。
在一个实施例中,显示终端的后盖200的边缘一体弯折成型有折边结构,此折边结构为限位结构201,折边结构与边框400远离显示终端的显示模组500的一侧面间隔以形成卡槽,安装部12的侧边卡接在卡槽内,能够对安装支架100的侧边进行卡接,避免安装支架100变形。显示终端的后盖200的边缘通过一体成型有折边结构,在制作时通过在显示终端的后盖200的边缘预留折边结 构,只需要将其折弯就可以形成限位结构201,制作工序简便,而且结构简单。
在一个实施例中,折边结构与显示终端的后盖200垂直设置。该结构的设置容易形成卡槽,能够对安装部12的侧边进行容纳,而且通过折边结构与安装部12相贴合,增强限位的效果。
在一个实施例中,为了增强折边结构的限位效果,边框400内侧设置有连接部件403,后盖200与连接部件403相连,连接部件403沿显示终端的厚度方向拉动后盖200与边框400贴紧,进而使限位结构201抵接于安装支架100,连接部件403的设置能够便于将后盖200与边框400相连,使得限位结构201抵紧于安装支架100上,以将安装支架100进行固定。具体地,后盖200上设置有安装孔202,连接部件403上设置有螺纹孔,固定件穿过安装孔202与螺纹孔螺纹连接,此时,后盖200与边框400相连,并能够将连接部件403进行遮蔽隐藏,外形美观;限位结构201抵紧于安装支架100的容置部11上,给予安装支架100向下的作用力,以将安装支架100固定,而且还能够防止安装支架100变形。可选地,连接部件403与边框400一体成型,该结构简单,容易制备。具体的连接部件403的结构在此不作具体限定,只要能够将后盖200与边框400相连即可开。
为了实现安装部12与显示终端的边框400相卡接,安装部12上设置有卡接件13,卡接件13与显示终端的边框400上的卡接槽401相卡接。通过卡接件13和卡接槽401的配合实现安装部12与边框400的卡接,结构简单,容易制作。两个卡接槽401分别设置在安装槽402的两侧。
具体地,如图5和图6所示,卡接件13包括相连的抵接部131以及连接部132,连接部132与安装部12和抵接部131相连,抵接部131抵持于边框400的内侧,连接部132卡接于卡接槽401,该结构的卡接件13能够通过抵接部131伸入到边框400内部并抵持于边框400的内侧,连接部132卡接于卡接槽401内,结构较为简单,而且连接稳定。
卡接槽401包括第一卡槽4011和第二卡槽4012,第一卡槽4011和第二卡槽4012相连通,第二卡槽4012的宽度小于第一卡槽4011的宽度,连接部132卡接于第二卡槽4012内。该结构的卡接槽401通过宽度较大的第一卡槽4011便于将抵接部131伸入到边框400的内部,通过第二卡槽4012能够与连接部132卡接,安装方便。具体地,手握持安装支架100并靠近边框400,将安装支架 100的两个卡接件13分别对准边框400上的两个卡接槽401,然后使卡接件13的抵接部131插入到卡接槽401位于上方的第一卡槽4011内,然后竖直向下拉动整个安装支架100移动,卡接件13的连接部132会移动到卡接槽401位于下方的第二卡槽4012内,由于第二卡槽4012的尺寸大于连接部132的尺寸但小于抵接部131的尺寸,因此抵接部131抵在边框400位于第二卡槽4012的内壁上,实现固定,这种结构不仅安装方便,还可以降低制造成本,简单的开槽和类似于L型的卡接件13就能实现。
当然,在其他实施例中,还可以将卡接槽401和卡接件13的位置进行互换,即卡接件13设置在边框400上,而卡接槽401上设置在安装支架100上。
又或者,还可以在边框400上设置第一卡扣,在安装支架100上设置第二卡扣,第一卡扣可与第二卡扣卡接实现固定。
一个实施例中,安装支架100由塑胶材料制成。塑胶材料制成的安装支架100,质量较轻,成本较低;而且塑料材料制成的安装支架100不会屏蔽或干扰天线组件300接收信号。
本申请还提供一种显示终端,如图1和图2所示,包括上述的显示终端的天线固定结构及天线组件300,天线组件300安装在天线固定结构上。该显示终端,组装方便,便于拆卸,使用寿命长。
于本文的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“右”等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一实施例”、“示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚器件,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种显示终端的天线固定结构,包括安装支架(100)以及设置于所述显示终端的后盖(200)的边缘的限位结构(201),所述安装支架(100)被配置为能够安装天线组件(300),所述安装支架(100)相对设置的第一端和第二端均与所述显示终端的边框(400)相卡接,所述限位结构(201)和所述边框(400)之间形成卡槽,所述安装支架(100)的第一端与第二端之间的侧边卡接在所述卡槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述安装支架(100)的长度方向的侧边卡接在所述卡槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述边框(400)上设置有连接部件(403),所述后盖(200)与所述连接部件(403)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述后盖(200)的边缘折弯成型有折边结构,所述折边结构为所述限位结构(201)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述安装支架(100)包括相连的容置部(11)和安装部(12),所述安装部(12)相对设置的第一端和第二端均与所述边框(400)相卡接,所述安装部(12)的第一端和第二端之间的侧边卡接在所述卡槽内,所述容置部(11)设置在所述安装部(12)的背离所述边框(400)的一侧,所述容置部(11)被配置为容置所述天线组件(300)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述安装部(12)上设置有卡接件(13),所述卡接件(13)与所述边框(400)上的卡接槽(401)相卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述卡接件(13)包括抵接部(131)以及连接部(132),所述连接部(132)与所述安装部(12)和所述抵接部(131)相连,所述抵接部(131)抵于所述边框(400)的内侧,所述连接部(132)卡接于所述卡接槽(401)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述卡接槽(401)包括第一卡槽(4011)和第二卡槽(4012),所述第一卡槽(4011)和所述第二卡槽(4012)相连通,所述第二卡槽(4012)的宽度小于所述第一卡槽(4011)的宽度,所述连接部(132)卡接于所述第二卡槽(4012)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述容置部(11)的背离所述显示终端的显示模组(500)的一侧设置有容置槽(112), 所述容置槽(112)被配置为容置所述天线组件(300),所述容置槽(112)的槽口处盖设有盖板(111);所述容置槽(112)的底部开设有若干个走线孔(113)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的显示终端的天线固定结构,其中,所述安装支架(100)由塑胶材料制成。
  11. 一种显示终端,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的显示终端的天线固定结构及天线组件(300),所述天线组件(300)安装在所述天线固定结构上。
