背光模组及显示设备
本申请要求2018年12月28日申请的,申请号201811631377.1,名称为“背光模组及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及显示装置技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及应用该背光模组的显示设备。
背景技术
目前,现有的液晶显示装置的模组架构归纳为两种,第一种架构为(从外到里)包括前框、胶框、膜片、导光板、反射片、及背板,导光板和反射片安装于背板,胶框安装于背板的周缘并与导光板连接,胶片和屏幕安装于胶框上,前框套设于胶框和屏幕周缘,致使模组架构结构件多,模组组装复杂,且成本高;
第二种架构为(从外到里)包括中框、膜片、导光板、反射片、及背板,中框安装于背板周缘,反光片、导光板、及膜片按顺序安装于背板上,屏幕安装于中框上,模组组装复杂,且无处设置装饰件,外观单一。
技术解决方案
本申请的主要目的是提供一种背光模组及显示设备,旨在提供一种模组组装简易,成本低,且可多变外观处理的背光模组。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种背光模组,包括:
背板,包括底板、设于所述底板四周的侧板、及由所述侧板弯折形成的弯折部,所述底板、所述侧板、及所述弯折部围合形成安装空间,所述弯折部背向所述底板的一侧设有限位台阶,所述弯折部包括连接于所述限位台阶的上台阶面和下台阶面;
反射片,容纳于所述安装空间内并设于所述底板上;
导光板,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述反射片背向所述底板的一侧;
膜片,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述导光板背向所述反射片的一侧。
可选地,所述上台阶面邻近所述下台阶面凹设有收容槽,所述收容槽内设有挂耳,所述挂耳邻近所述限位台阶设置,所述膜片邻近所述下台阶面的一侧设有定位部,所述定位部开设定位孔,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳。
可选地,所述定位部包括与所述膜片呈垂直设置的定位板、和与所述定位板呈夹角设置的定位台阶,所述定位孔设于所述定位台阶,所述膜片和所述定位部为一体成型结构。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括可拆卸地设于所述收容槽内的支撑板,所述支撑板邻近所述限位台阶凸设有所述挂耳,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳时,所述定位部与所述支撑板抵接。
可选地,所述支撑板的两端设有通孔,所述收容槽的底壁对应两个通孔设有匹配孔,两个螺栓分别穿过一通孔和一匹配孔螺纹连接,将所述支撑板可拆卸地固定于所述收容槽内。
可选地,所述收容槽的底壁设有两个锁紧件,两个所述锁紧件位于支撑板的两端,每一锁紧件和所述收容槽的底壁配合形成卡槽,所述支撑板的两端分别插设于所述卡槽内。
可选地,每一锁紧件包括连接板和与所述连接板呈夹角设置的挡板,所述连接板容纳于所述收容槽内,所述挡板远离所述连接板的一端与所述下台阶面抵接,所述连接板、所述挡板、及所述收容槽的底壁配合形成所述卡槽。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括定位件,所述定位块容纳于所述安装空间并夹持于所述侧板和所述导光板之间。
可选地,相邻的两个所述侧板之间通过焊接连接;且/或,相邻的两个所述弯折部之间通过焊接连接。
可选地,所述底板、所述侧板、及所述弯折部为一体折弯成型。
可选地,相邻的两个所述侧板及两个所述弯折部配合形成倒角。
本申请还提供一种显示设备,包括上述的背光模组及显示面板,所述背光模组包括:
背板,包括底板、设于所述底板四周的侧板、以及由所述侧板弯折形成的弯折部,所述底板、所述侧板、以及所述弯折部围合形成安装空间,所述弯折部背向所述底板的一侧设有限位台阶,所述弯折部包括连接于所述限位台阶的上台阶面和下台阶面;
反射片,容纳于所述安装空间内并设于所述底板上;
导光板,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述反射片背向所述底板的一侧;
膜片,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述导光板背向所述反射片的一侧;以及
所述显示面板,盖合于所述安装空间的开口,并连接于所述下台阶面上。
可选地,所述上台阶面邻近所述下台阶面凹设有收容槽,所述收容槽内设有挂耳,所述挂耳邻近所述限位台阶设置,所述膜片邻近所述下台阶面的一侧设有定位部,所述定位部开设定位孔,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳。
可选地,所述定位部包括与所述膜片呈垂直设置的定位板、和与所述定位板呈夹角设置的定位台阶,所述定位孔设于所述定位台阶,所述膜片和所述定位部为一体成型结构。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括可拆卸地设于所述收容槽内的支撑板,所述支撑板邻近所述限位台阶凸设有所述挂耳,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳时,所述定位部与所述支撑板抵接。
可选地,所述支撑板的两端设有通孔,所述收容槽的底壁对应两个通孔设有匹配孔,两个螺栓分别穿过一通孔和一匹配孔螺纹连接,将所述支撑板可拆卸地固定于所述收容槽内。
可选地,所述收容槽的底壁设有两个锁紧件,两个所述锁紧件位于支撑板的两端,每一锁紧件和所述收容槽的底壁配合形成卡槽,所述支撑板的两端分别插设于所述卡槽内。
可选地,每一锁紧件包括连接板和与所述连接板呈夹角设置的挡板,所述连接板容纳于所述收容槽内,所述挡板远离所述连接板的一端与所述下台阶面抵接,所述连接板、所述挡板、以及所述收容槽的底壁配合形成所述卡槽。
可选地,所述显示面板和所述下台阶面之间设有胶层,所述显示面板通过胶层与所述下台阶面连接。
可选地,所述弯折部为所述侧板远离所述底板的一端朝向所述安装空间弯折的折板,所述弯折部与所述显示面板平行设置。
本申请技术方案中,背板的底板、侧板、及弯折部围合形成安装空间,反射片容纳于安装空间内并设于底板上,导光板容纳于安装空间并设于反射片背向底板的一侧,膜片容纳于安装空间并设于导光板背向反射片的一侧。当光源进入导光板时,导光板将光线向四周散射,其中,反射片有效将光线反射回导光板,提高光线利用率,位于导光板上的膜片有效起到均匀光线,并且汇聚大角度光供正面观察的作用。
本申请通过将背板的侧板弯折形成弯折部,在弯折部上设置限位台阶,以使弯折部形成有连接于限位台阶的上台阶面和下台阶面,可通过在上台阶面上设置装饰件,从而实现多变外观效果;通过利用背板的底板、侧板、及弯折部,完成背光模组各部件的组装,使得背光模组的结构简单;进一步地,通过将显示面板盖合于安装空间的开口,并连接于下台阶面上,有效实现背光模组的无边框,降低背光模组的厚度,且结构件少,模组组装简易,成本低。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

本申请提出一种背光模组及显示设备。
请参阅图1至图2,本申请一实施例中,显示设备包括背光模组和显示面板,该背光模组包括:
背板10,包括底板11、设于底板11四周的侧板12、及由侧板12弯折形成的弯折部13,底板11、侧板12、及弯折部13围合形成安装空间14,弯折部13背向底板11的一侧设有限位台阶133,弯折部13包括连接于限位台阶133的上台阶面131和下台阶面132;
反射片20,容纳于安装空间14内并设于底板11上;
导光板30,容纳于安装空间14并设于反射片背向底板11的一侧;
膜片40,容纳于安装空间14并设于导光板背向反射片的一侧;及
所述显示面板50,盖合于安装空间14的开口,并连接于下台阶面132上。
本实施例中,弯折部13为侧板12远离底板11的一端朝向安装空间14弯折的折板,折板与显示面板50平行设置,当然,折板也可略倾斜于显示面板50。
本实施例中,底板11、侧板12、及弯折部13为一体折弯成型,而在折弯过程中包含对背板10进行冲压等折弯过程,故成型过程中的加工作用力使得背板10的结构强度增强,从而导致背板10的厚度减小,使得显示设备实现极致超薄。
本实施例中,相邻的两个侧板12之间通过焊接连接;相邻的两个弯折部13之间通过焊接连接。
可以理解的,为避免出现缝隙,通过焊接方式想出相邻的两个侧板12及相邻的两个弯折部13之间的间隙,进而提高背板10的整体性、封闭性及结构强度,粉尘等细小杂质不会进入液晶显示装置内部,进而不会。
在一实施例中,相邻的两个侧板12及两个弯折部13配合形成倒角,使得两个弯折部13的焊接处呈现为倾斜45°的一字型,避免针对背板10边角进行二次倒角处理。
本实施例中,底板11、设于底板11四周的侧板12、及由侧板12远离底板11的一端弯折的折板围合形成具有开口的安装空间,反射片20、导光板30、膜片40、定位件、及其他电子元器件均通过开口放入安装空间内,其中,反射片20设于底板11上,导光板30设于反射片20背向底板11的一侧,膜片40设于导光板30背向反射片20的一侧,当光源进入导光板30时,导光板30将光线向四周散射,其中,反射片20有效将光线反射回导光板30,提高光线利用率,位于导光板30上的膜片40有效起到均匀光线,并且汇聚大角度光供正面观察的作用。
本申请通过将背板10的侧板12弯折形成弯折部13,在弯折部13上设置限位台阶133,以使弯折部13形成有连接于限位台阶133的上台阶面131和下台阶面132,可通过在上台阶面131上设置装饰件,从而实现多变外观效果;通过利用背板10的底板11、侧板12、及弯折部13,完成背光模组各部件的组装,使得背光模组的结构简单;进一步地,通过将显示面板50盖合与安装空间14的开口,并连接于下台阶面132上,有效实现背光模组的无边框,降低背光模组的厚度,且结构件少,模组组装简易,成本低。
在一实施例中,上台阶面131邻近下台阶面132凹设有收容槽1311,收容槽1311内设有挂耳621,挂耳621邻近限位台阶133设置,膜片40邻近下台阶面132的一侧设有定位部41,定位部41开设定位孔4121,定位孔4121套设于挂耳621。
挂耳621位于收容槽1311内,一方面有效隐藏挂耳621,另一方面有效减少空间占用,本实施例中,定位部41包括与膜片40呈垂直设置的定位板411、和与定位板411呈夹角设置的定位台阶412,定位孔4121设于定位台阶412,膜片40和定位部41为一体成型结构,有利于生产;
在膜片40通过定位孔4121套设于挂耳621时,定位部41的一部分容纳于收容槽1311内,定位部41的另一部分位于下台阶面132和显示面板50之间,一方面有效将述膜片40挂设的方式固定于背板10上,另一方面有效实现隐藏。
本实施例中,显示面板50和下台阶面132之间设有胶层,显示面板50通过胶层与下台阶面132连接。
胶层可为EVA胶层、胶水、或者双面胶,胶层的厚度尺寸大于定位部41的定位台阶412厚度尺寸,有效避免定位部41和显示面板50相互影响,实现显示面板50固定安装,以便显示面板50日后便于拆装维修。
在一实施例中,背光模组还包括可拆卸地设于收容槽1311内的支撑板62,支撑板62邻近限位台阶133凸设有挂耳621,定位孔4121套设于挂耳621时,定位部41与支撑板62抵接。
本实施例中,支撑板62的两端设有通孔622,收容槽1311的底壁对应两个通孔622设有匹配孔1312,两个螺栓70分别穿过一通孔622和一匹配孔1312螺纹连接,将支撑板62可拆卸地固定于收容槽1311内,当挂耳621损坏时,用户卸下支撑板62进行更换,有利于维修。
在一实施例中,收容槽1311的底壁设有两个锁紧件61,两个锁紧件61位于支撑板62的两端,每一锁紧件61和收容槽1311的底壁配合形成卡槽,支撑板62的两端分别插设于卡槽内。
每一锁紧件61设有对应一通孔622的对应孔611,两个螺栓70穿过一对应孔611及一通孔622和一匹配孔1312螺纹连接,使得锁紧件61固定于收容槽1311内,针对支撑板62进行二次固定;当支撑板62的通孔622与螺栓70之间产生松动,支撑板62的两端限位于锁紧件61和收容槽1311的底壁配合形成的卡槽内,有效避免支撑板62与螺栓70之间产生松动,也便于拆卸,有利于维修。
具体地,每一锁紧件61包括连接板和与连接板呈夹角设置的挡板,连接板容纳于收容槽1311内,挡板远离连接板的一端与下台阶面132抵接,连接板、挡板、及收容槽1311的底壁配合形成卡槽。
连接板和挡板可在锁紧件61一体冲压成型过程中与锁紧件61一体成型,有利于生产;本实施例中,连接板远离挡板的一端抵接于限位台阶133与下台阶面132的连接处,支撑板62的端部限制于挡板与收容槽1311的底壁之间,通过连接板支撑着支撑板62的重量,实现二次固定;
当支撑板62与螺栓70之间松动,螺栓70与锁紧件61稍微松动时,使得收容槽1311的底壁与锁紧件61之间产生缝隙,而连接板远离挡板的一端依旧位于限位台阶133与下台阶面132的连接处,有效避免支撑板62通过收容槽1311的底壁与锁紧件61之间产生缝隙偏移。
可选地,本实施例背光模组还包括定位件,定位块容纳于安装空间14并夹持于侧板12和导光板30之间。
可以理解的,导光板30的宽度或者长度尺寸与安装空间14的开口两侧壁之间的尺寸匹配设置,而定位块夹持于侧板12和导光板30之间,有效将导光板30固定于安装空间14内,同时,使得导光板30与安装空间14的开口对应设置。
本实施例中,定位件包括三个,三个定位件的一端分别抵接于安装空间14的内左、右侧壁和顶壁,三个定位件的另一端分别抵接于导光板30的左、右侧壁和顶壁,有效实现固定,拆装简单,并且成本低。
本申请还提供一种显示设备,包括上述的背光模组,背光模组的结构可参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。理所应当地,由于本实施例的显示设备采用了上述背光模组的技术方案,因此该显示设备具有上述背光模组所有的功能。

    背板,包括底板、设于所述底板四周的侧板、及由所述侧板弯折形成的弯折部,所述底板、所述侧板、及所述弯折部围合形成安装空间,所述弯折部背向所述底板的一侧设有限位台阶,所述弯折部包括连接于所述限位台阶的上台阶面和下台阶面;
    反射片,容纳于所述安装空间内并设于所述底板上;
    导光板,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述反射片背向所述底板的一侧;
    膜片,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述导光板背向所述反射片的一侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述上台阶面邻近所述下台阶面凹设有收容槽,所述收容槽内设有挂耳,所述挂耳邻近所述限位台阶设置,所述膜片邻近所述下台阶面的一侧设有定位部,所述定位部开设定位孔,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述定位部包括与所述膜片呈垂直设置的定位板、和与所述定位板呈夹角设置的定位台阶,所述定位孔设于所述定位台阶,所述膜片和所述定位部为一体成型结构。

    反射片,容纳于所述安装空间内并设于所述底板上;
    导光板,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述反射片背向所述底板的一侧;
    膜片,容纳于所述安装空间并设于所述导光板背向所述反射片的一侧;以及
    所述显示面板,盖合于所述安装空间的开口,并连接于所述下台阶面上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的显示设备,其中,所述上台阶面邻近所述下台阶面凹设有收容槽,所述收容槽内设有挂耳,所述挂耳邻近所述限位台阶设置,所述膜片邻近所述下台阶面的一侧设有定位部,所述定位部开设定位孔,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的显示设备,其中,所述定位部包括与所述膜片呈垂直设置的定位板、和与所述定位板呈夹角设置的定位台阶,所述定位孔设于所述定位台阶,所述膜片和所述定位部为一体成型结构。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示设备,其中,所述背光模组还包括可拆卸地设于所述收容槽内的支撑板,所述支撑板邻近所述限位台阶凸设有所述挂耳,所述定位孔套设于所述挂耳时,所述定位部与所述支撑板抵接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的显示设备,其中,所述支撑板的两端设有通孔,所述收容槽的底壁对应两个通孔设有匹配孔,两个螺栓分别穿过一通孔和一匹配孔螺纹连接,将所述支撑板可拆卸地固定于所述收容槽内。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的显示设备,其中,所述收容槽的底壁设有两个锁紧件,两个所述锁紧件位于支撑板的两端,每一锁紧件和所述收容槽的底壁配合形成卡槽,所述支撑板的两端分别插设于所述卡槽内。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的显示设备,其中,每一锁紧件包括连接板和与所述连接板呈夹角设置的挡板,所述连接板容纳于所述收容槽内,所述挡板远离所述连接板的一端与所述下台阶面抵接,所述连接板、所述挡板、以及所述收容槽的底壁配合形成所述卡槽。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的显示设备,其中,所述显示面板和所述下台阶面之间设有胶层,所述显示面板通过胶层与所述下台阶面连接。
