步骤五:顾客本次采购全部完成后,进入订单中心,全选本次多笔订单,选择配送按钮,选择收货地址收货人,若订单合计达到免邮费数量则直接完成,若不足,则顾客需要支付系统判定的运费金额。
需要说明的是,所述步骤三中,顾客实时提出需求,商户按要求拿菜品进行称重,每称一笔,商户在商户终端添加一笔实时称的商品,手动输入品名单价数量,添加成功一笔,客户终端实时订单栏就同步增加一笔。
本发明的优点是,通过嵌入定制智能电子秤,顾客实时提出需求,商户按要求拿菜品进行称重,保证商品质量的同时更能保证商品数量;商户根据客户的要求实时称重,交易方式灵活,增强客户的购物体验,通过高清摄像头获取菜品信息,消费时能够实现“可见即可得”。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,包括客户终端、交易平台服务器、商户终端、图像获取单元、语音通话单元以及称重和标签打印单元;所述交易平台服务器与所述客户终端、所述商户终端、所述语音通话单元、所述称重和标签打印单元连接;所述客户终端具有显示屏,能够发送请求数据到所述交易平台服务器并且能够接收交易平台服务器反馈的数据流;所述交易平台服务器具有数据交汇以及数据存储功能;所述图像获取单元能够获取并发送流畅的视频数据流;其特征在于,所述客户终端为移动终端,可通过所述图像获取单元所获取的商户挑拣及称重情况,可实时添加菜品及订单确认,所述商户终端与所述客户终端保持同步;所述图像获取单元包括对准商户实体摊位的高清摄像头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述商户终端包括智能电子秤,商户可根据客户提出的要求对菜品进行称重,所述智能电子秤的数据实时传输至客户终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述图像获取单元、所述商户终端和所述客户终端通过互联网与所述交易平台服务器连接,所述图像获取单元向所述交易平台服务器发送数据,所述商户终端、所述客户终端和所述交易平台服务器交互反馈数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述客户终端的数量至少为一个,所述商户终端的数量至少为一个,所述图像获取单元的数量至少为一个,且所述商户终端的数量与所述图像获取单元的数量相互对应。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述客户终端的显示屏左侧3/4是实时交易画面,右侧1/4是订单栏。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述商户终端显示屏左侧3/4是称重界面,右侧1/4是与客户端同步的订单栏。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述商户终端连接有输入装置,可以将智能电子秤的信息输入到商户终端内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述输入装置为商户终端直接连接的鼠标、键盘、语音输入装置、二维码和触控屏。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,其特征在于,所述交易平台服务器包括存储服务器,所述存储服务器将交易过程中的实时数据储存并拷贝一份通过网络发送至客户终端。
  10. 一种新型的实景生鲜交易方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-8所述的任意一种新型的实景生鲜交易系统,包括如下几个步骤:
    步骤一:顾客通过客户终端浏览实体摊位的实时视频,根据需要选择进入实景生鲜交易模式,选择最大化视频界面,同时点击呼叫商户按钮,若商户接通则判定进入实景交易场景,该顾客交易账号跟该商户进行关联;
    步骤二:实景交易场景下,顾客通过摊位上方的高清摄像头接收观看交易视频,实时提出需求,商户按要求拿菜品进行称重;
    步骤三:商户按客户的要求选择菜品后,每称一笔点击确认,商户终端与客户终端订单栏同步增加交易信息,当顾客采购完成后,双方确认订单栏内容无误后,客户直接确认并付款;
    步骤四:该交易完成后,顾客退出去继续去其他店铺采购,重复以上步骤;
    步骤五:顾客本次采购全部完成后,进入订单中心,全选本次多笔订单,选择配送按钮,选择收货地址收货人,若订单合计达到免邮费数量则直接完成,若不足,则顾客需要支付系统判定的运费金额。
