本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明实施例公开的充电盒中,移动部可通过壳体的开口在伸出位置和缩回位置之间移动,在伸出位置,移动部至少部分位于壳体之外,在缩回位置,移动部位于壳体之内。用户在使用过程中,仅需手动按压该按压部,按压部能够驱动第一限位部与第二限位部分离,然后移动部朝向伸出位置移动,从而使得移动部至少部分位于壳体之外,此时,用户可拿取位于移动部的无线耳机,或者,用户将无线耳机放回至移动部,最后移动部朝向缩回位置移动,以使移动部位于壳体之内,此时第一限位部与第二限位部限位配合,从而使得移动部能够保持在壳体之内,防止在用户不使用无线耳机时,移动部 朝向伸出位置移动,导致无线耳机丢失,从而提高该充电盒对无线耳机的收纳可靠性。同时,当移动部位于壳体之内时,充电盒可为无线耳机充电。此种情况下,充电盒为抽拉式结构,移动部与壳体能够相对滑动,从而使得充电盒的装配误差较小,且此种充电盒的结构灵活性较好,进而使得充电盒较难出现错位的问题。
与此同时,抽拉式结构的充电盒区别于目前常规设计的翻盖结构,从而使得充电盒的样式多样化,进而能够降低充电盒的同质化程度,最终解决充电盒样式单调以及同质化的问题。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
请参考图1至图11,本发明实施例公开一种充电盒,充电盒可收纳无线耳机100,具体地,所公开的充电盒包括壳体200、移动部300和按压部500。
其中,壳体200开设有开口210,壳体200设置有第一限位部220。壳体200为充电盒的基础构件,壳体200可以为充电盒的其他部件提供安装基础。在本发明实施例中,壳体200具有容纳空间,该容纳空间通过开口210与外部连通。
无线耳机100可收纳于移动部300,且移动部300设置有可为无线耳机100充电的充电模块,移动部300设置有第二限位部310,移动部300与壳体200相连接,且移动部300可通过开口210在伸出位置和缩回位置之间移动,在缩回位置,移动部300位于壳体200之内,且在移动部300的移动方向上,第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合;在伸出位置,移动部300至少部分位于壳体200之外,第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离。
具体地,在无线耳机100收纳于移动部300,且移动部300位于缩回位置的情况下,无线耳机100与移动部300上的充电模块电连接,从而实现为无线耳机100充电的效果。需要说明的是,充电模块可以包括电池和与无线耳机100电连接的电连接部。进一步地,该电连接部可以为充电触点或者pogo pin,本发明实施例中对电连接部的种类不做限制。
第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合的方式可以有多种,例如,第一限位部220与第二限位部310通过磁吸限位,可选地,第一限位部220可以包括第一卡钩221,第二限位部310可以包括第二卡钩311,在缩回位置,第一卡钩221与第二卡钩311卡接配合,以使第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合,本发明实施例中对第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合的方式不做限制。
在发明实施例中,移动部300能够相对壳体200伸缩移动,此移动过程可以通过用户手动驱动,也可以在壳体200上设置驱动机构400实现,本发明实施例中对此不做限制。
按压部500设置于壳体200,且按压部500可驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离。具体地,按压部500活动设置于壳体200,以使用户按压该按压部500时,按压部500能够相对壳体具有位移或变形,从而使得按压部500能够通过位移或变形驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离。
本发明实施例公开的充电盒中,移动部300可通过壳体200的开口210在伸出位置和缩回位置之间移动,在伸出位置,移动部300至少部分位于壳体200之外,在缩回位置,移动部300位于壳体200之内。用户在使用过程中,仅需手动按压该按压部500,按压部500能够驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离,然后移动部300朝向伸出位置移动,从而使得移动部300至少部分位于壳体200之外,此时,用户可拿取位于移动部300的无线耳机100,或者,用户将无线耳机100放回至移动部300,最后移动部300朝向缩回位置移动,以使移动部300位于壳体200之内,此时第一限位部220与第 二限位部310限位配合,从而使得移动部300能够保持在壳体200之内,防止在用户不使用无线耳机100时,移动部300朝向伸出位置移动,导致无线耳机100丢失,从而提高该充电盒对无线耳机100的收纳可靠性。同时,当移动部300位于壳体200之内时,充电盒可为无线耳机100充电。此种情况下,充电盒为抽拉式结构,移动部300与壳体200能够相对滑动,从而使得充电盒的装配误差较小,且此种充电盒的结构灵活性较好,进而使得充电盒较难出现错位的问题。
与此同时,抽拉式结构的充电盒区别于目前常规设计的翻盖结构,从而使得充电盒的样式多样化,防止充电盒的样式均为翻盖式,进而能够降低充电盒的同质化程度,最终解决充电盒样式单调以及同质化的问题。
如上文所述,第一限位部220可以包括第一卡钩221,第二限位部310可以包括第二卡钩311,在缩回位置,第一卡钩221与第二卡钩311卡接配合,以使第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合,且按压部500能够驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离。具体地,按压部500可以包括主体部510以及设置于主体部510的凸起部520,凸起部520避让第二卡钩311,在按压部500驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离的情况下,凸起部520与第一卡钩221接触。用户在使用过程中,手动按压主体部510,从而使得凸起部520与第一卡钩221接触,且推动第一卡钩221运动,以使第一卡钩221与第二卡钩311分离,在此过程中,凸起部520能够避让第二卡钩311,防止在凸起部520推动第一卡钩221运动的过程中也推动第二卡钩311运动,导致第一卡钩221与第二卡钩311具有相同方向的运动,从而防止按压部500无法或较难驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离,以使用户能过较为方便地控制第一限位部220与第二限位部310之间的配合,进而使得该充电盒的可控性较高。
进一步地,凸起部520的数量可以为多个,多个凸起部520间隔设置于主体部510,在按压部500驱动第一限位部220与第二限位部310分离的情 况下,第二卡钩311至少部分位于任意相邻的两个凸起部520之间。多个凸起部520同时推动第一卡钩221运动,以使第一卡钩221与第二卡钩311分离,无疑能够进一步提高按压部500解除第一限位部220与第二限位部310之间配合的效率,从而提高用户对充电盒的可操控性,进而方便用户进行操作。
在本发明实施例中,移动部300位于壳体200之内时,第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合,第一限位部220与第二限位部310的限位配合可以由用户手动完成,例如,在移动部300移动至壳体200内之后,用户可以手动控制第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合,具体地,第一限位部220和第二限位部310中,一者可以为活动限位件,另一者为固定限位件,该固定限位件固定设置于移动部300或壳体200上,在移动部300移动至壳体200内之后,用户手动驱动活动限位件与固定限位件限位配合。但是,此种方式除了需要用户手动驱动移动部300朝向缩回位置移动之外,还需要用户手动控制第一限位部220与第二限位部310限位配合,导致此种方式需要额外增加用户的操作步骤,致使该充电盒不方便用户操作使用。
当然,也可以在移动部300朝向缩回位置移动时,第一限位部220与第二限位部310首先相接触,然后移动部300继续朝向缩回位置移动,第一限位部220与第二限位部310弹性变形,当移动部300移动至缩回位置时,第一限位部220与第二限位部310恢复至变形前的状态,从而使得第一限位部220与第二限位部310自动实现限位配合,第一限位部220与第二限位部310在移动部300朝向缩回位置移动的过程中实现限位配合,从而能够防止额外增加用户的操作步骤,方便用户操作。但是,此种方式在第一限位部220与第二限位部310接触时以及第一限位部220与第二限位部310弹性变形时,需要用户施加较大的力来推动移动部300。
基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,第一卡钩221和第二卡钩311均可以设有导向斜面,在移动部300自伸出位置向缩回位置移动的情况下,第一卡 钩221的导向斜面与第二卡钩311的导向斜面导向配合。导向斜面能够在第一限位部220与第二限位部310自接触到限位配合时起到导向作用,用户仅需施加较小的力便可以推动移动部300继续朝向缩回位置移动,从而使得用户可以较为轻松方便地控制充电盒。
在一种可选的实施例中,壳体200可以开设有安装孔240,按压部500设置于安装孔240,且按压部500的第一表面可以与壳体200外表面平齐,第一表面为按压部500上背离移动部300的表面,以使该充电盒的外观一体性较好,防止充电盒的外形上出现凹凸不平的问题,从而提高充电盒的美观性,进而提高充电盒的用户体验。
如上文所述,移动部300相对壳体200伸缩移动可以通过用户手动驱动,本发明实施例中对此不做限制。可选地,充电盒还可以包括驱动机构400,驱动机构400设置于移动部300,且驱动机构400可驱动移动部300朝向伸出位置移动,从而使得移动部300能够自动弹出,无需用户手动进行驱动,从而提高该充电盒的自动化程度,进而提高用户体验。
具体地,驱动机构400的种类可以有多种,例如,液压伸缩杆和直线电机等,但是,液压伸缩杆和直线电机的结构较为复杂,且成本较高。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,驱动机构400可以包括弹性件,弹性件设置于移动部300,且弹性件的一端与壳体200驱动相连;在缩回位置,弹性件处于压缩状态,在伸出位置,弹性件处于自然状态。此种情况下,当用户通过按压该按压部500解除第一限位部220与第二限位部310之间的限位配合后,弹性件便可以向移动部300施加弹出力,以使移动部300移动至伸出位置。弹性件的结构简单,方便设置,且弹性件的成本较低,从而能够降低充电盒的成本。
进一步地,驱动机构400还可以为弹性阻尼机构,移动部300和壳体200在弹性阻尼机构的推力下相对移动,进一步地,该弹性阻尼机构的阻尼值可以调节,从而能够通过调节弹性阻尼机构的阻尼值实现移动部300与壳体200 相对移动速度的调节,进而使得该充电盒能够满足不同用户对移动部300与壳体200相对移动速度的要求。
具体地,弹性阻尼机构可以包括前文所述的弹性件和伸缩组件,弹性件能够驱动伸缩组件运动。弹性阻尼机构的结构以及原理均为已知技术,为了文本简洁,在此不再赘述。可选地,弹性件可以为弹簧。
在一种可选的实施例中,移动部300上相背的两面分别可以为第二表面340和第三表面,第二表面340和第三表面中,至少一者可以开设有安装槽320,且安装槽320沿着移动部300的移动方向延伸;弹性件设置于安装槽320,防止弹性件凸出于第二表面340或第三表面,导致移动部300在伸缩移动的过程中出现卡顿的情况,从而提高移动部300相对壳体200伸缩移动时的稳定性。
与此同时,此方案能够防止弹性件直接设置于第二表面340或第三表面,而导致弹性件凸出于第二表面340或第三表面,从而能够减小驱动机构400与移动部300叠加后的空间,以使壳体200的尺寸较小,进而使得充电盒能够方便用户携带。
进一步地,移动部300可以设置有覆盖部330,覆盖部330可以覆盖安装槽320,且覆盖部330背离安装槽320的表面可以与移动部300的第二表面340或第三表面平齐。覆盖部330能够使得移动部300的外形较为平整,防止移动部300出现凹槽,当移动部300移动至伸出位置时,移动部300呈现给用户的外观一体性较好,从而使得用户的使用体验较好。当然,此方案也能够防止覆盖部330凸出于第二表面340或第三表面,从而减小覆盖部330额外占用的空间,从而能够使壳体200的尺寸较小,进而使得充电盒能够方便用户携带。与此同时,当覆盖部330背离安装槽320的表面与第二表面340或第三表面平齐时,开口210与移动部300之间的间隙可以较小,防止因开口210与移动部300之间的间隙较大而导致杂质(例如灰尘和水汽等)进入至壳体200内,影响充电盒的可靠性与稳定性。
为了使驱动机构400能够较快、且较稳定地驱动移动部300伸出,在一种可选的实施例中,弹性件的数量可以为多个,第二表面340和第三表面均开设有安装槽320,每个安装槽320中可以设置有至少一个弹性件,也就是说,移动部300上相背的两面均可以设有弹性件。多个弹性件无疑能够较快地驱动移动部300伸出。同时,移动部300上相背的两面均有弹性件,以使弹性件在驱动移动部300时,施加在移动部300上的驱动力分布较为平衡,防止移动部300单侧受力而导致移动部300倾斜伸出,或者,因移动部300倾斜而造成移动部300卡死,进而导致移动部300无法伸出,最终使得驱动机构400能够稳定地驱动移动部300伸出,以提高充电盒的可靠性。
为了使移动部300能够更加稳定地伸缩移动,在一种可选的实施例中,移动部300和壳体200中,一者可以开设有导轨槽,另一者可以设有导轨,导轨槽与导轨在移动部300的移动方向上导向配合。导轨槽与导轨的导向配合能够使得移动部300较为稳定地移动,且对移动部300起到导向作用,防止移动部300倾斜而出现卡顿的情况,进而使得充电盒的稳定性较高。
具体地,导轨槽可以位于壳体200,导轨可以位于移动部300,但是,由于壳体200较薄,因此在壳体200上开设导轨槽会导致壳体200的强度下降,从而导致壳体200容易变形或损坏。基于此,可选地,导轨槽350可以位于移动部300,导轨230可以位于壳体200,防止在较薄的壳体200上开设导轨槽而导致壳体200的强度下降,从而能够使得壳体200的强度不受影响,避免壳体200容易变形或损坏,进而提高充电盒的可靠性。
基于本发明实施例公开的充电盒,本发明实施例还公开一种耳机组件,所公开的耳机组件包括无线耳机100和上文任意实施例所述的充电盒,其中,无线耳机100可收纳于充电盒,且无线耳机100可与移动部300电连接。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)、电子游戏机等设备,本发明实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种充电盒,所述充电盒可收纳无线耳机,其中,所述充电盒包括:
    壳体,所述壳体开设有开口,所述壳体设置有第一限位部;
    移动部,所述无线耳机可收纳于所述移动部,且所述移动部设置有可为所述无线耳机充电的充电模块,所述移动部设置有第二限位部,所述移动部与所述壳体相连接,且所述移动部可通过所述开口在伸出位置和缩回位置之间移动,在所述缩回位置,所述移动部位于所述壳体之内,且在所述移动部的移动方向上,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部限位配合;在所述伸出位置,所述移动部至少部分位于所述壳体之外,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部分离;
    按压部,所述按压部设置于所述壳体,且所述按压部可驱动所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,所述第一限位部包括第一卡钩,所述第二限位部包括第二卡钩,在所述缩回位置,所述第一卡钩与第二卡钩卡接配合;
    所述按压部包括主体部以及设置于所述主体部的凸起部,所述凸起部避让所述第二卡钩,在所述按压部驱动所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部分离的情况下,所述凸起部与所述第一卡钩接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电盒,其中,所述凸起部的数量为多个,多个所述凸起部间隔设置于所述主体部,在所述按压部驱动所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部分离的情况下,所述第二卡钩至少部分位于任意相邻的两个所述凸起部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的充电盒,其中,所述第一卡钩和所述第二卡钩均设有导向斜面,在所述移动部自所述伸出位置向所述缩回位置移动的情况下,所述第一卡钩的导向斜面与所述第二卡钩的导向斜面导向配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,所述壳体开设有安装孔,所述 按压部设置于所述安装孔,且所述按压部的第一表面与所述壳体外表面平齐,所述第一表面为所述按压部上背离所述移动部的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,所述充电盒还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构设置于所述移动部,且所述驱动机构可驱动所述移动部朝向所述伸出位置移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的充电盒,其中,所述驱动机构包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置于所述移动部,且所述弹性件的一端与所述壳体驱动相连;
    在所述缩回位置,所述弹性件处于压缩状态,在所述伸出位置,所述弹性件处于自然状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充电盒,其中,所述移动部上相背的两面分别为第二表面和第三表面,所述第二表面和所述第三表面中,至少一者开设有安装槽,且所述安装槽沿着所述移动部的移动方向延伸;
    所述弹性件设置于所述安装槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的充电盒,其中,所述移动部设置有覆盖部,所述覆盖部覆盖所述安装槽,且所述覆盖部背离所述安装槽的表面与所述移动部的所述第二表面或所述第三表面平齐。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的充电盒,其中,所述弹性件的数量为多个,所述第二表面和所述第三表面均开设有所述安装槽,每个所述安装槽均设置有至少一个所述弹性件。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒,其中,所述移动部和所述壳体中,一者开设有导轨槽,另一者设有导轨,所述导轨槽与所述导轨在所述移动部的移动方向上导向配合。
  12. 一种耳机组件,其中,包括无线耳机和权利要求1至11中任一项所述的充电盒,所述无线耳机可收纳于所述充电盒,且所述无线耳机可与所述移动部电连接。
