本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
发明人认为:在现有的应用于野外、室外的折叠舱为了便于运输,其折叠方式多样化,但尽管如此,折叠和收放的过程中均较为复杂。需要采用人工展开,不仅速度慢,而且人工大。甚至有的折叠方舱产品在展开时需要利用吊车或吊机,这适用于大规模搭建作业,保障设备配置齐全的场所,在野外无起吊设备时便无法使用。
此外,因野外、室外的环境恶劣,不符合当代人追求精致生活的水准,因此现有的折叠舱并不能满足上述要求。
发明人为解决上述技术问题,提供一种便于运输、展开且功能齐全的折叠舱及其使用方法,箱体1、扩展台2、可折叠顶棚3、水箱4、车轮5、容纳槽6、旋转杆7、放置槽8、底板301、旋转板302、仓顶龙骨303、气囊304、旋转管305、第一限位槽306、第二限位槽307、第一凸台308、第二凸台309、第一齿轮310、第二齿轮311、第三齿轮312、第四齿轮313、内齿轮314、外套筒501、第一套筒502、第二套筒503、第三套筒504、上限位块505、下限位块506。
实施例 1:一种便于移动的折叠舱,包括:箱体1,可折叠顶棚3、扩展台2和移动组件。所述箱体1的内部设置有楼梯,便于使用者爬向箱体1的顶部,充分利用箱体1顶部的空间,增大使用空间。箱体1可用金属、复合材料等多种材料加工,主要用于维持形状以及承载内部装置如卫生间、洗漱间、厨房、储物空间等。
所述可折叠顶棚3安装在所述箱体1的顶部,所述扩展台2铰接在所述箱体1一侧的底部,所述移动组件安装在所述箱体1的底部用于驱动所述箱体1移动。在使用时,为了扩展生活空间,可将扩展台2放平。同时可折叠顶棚3展开,可起到防晒、防雨的功能,如图1所示。
如图2所示,所述可折叠棚包括:底板301,铰接组件、n个仓顶龙骨303和旋转板302。所述底板301固定在所述箱体1的顶部,并与所述箱体1的内部通过楼梯相通,构成二层的结构,增加了活动范围和室内空间。所述旋转板302通过铰接组件与所述底板301相铰接,根据使用规则,所述铰接组件安装在底板301上且与所述扩展台2同侧,保证了所述可折叠顶棚3的展开方向与所述扩展台2的展开方向一致。所述n个仓顶龙骨303设置在所述底板301与所述旋转板302之间并铰接于所述铰接组件。结合图1,底板301与仓顶龙骨303之间、相邻仓顶龙骨303之间和仓顶龙骨303与旋转板302之间均安装有气囊304。
如图6所示,当所述可折叠顶棚3处于折叠状态时,旋转板302挤压在底板301上,相邻之间的气囊304从中间向内折叠,所述可折叠顶棚3的宽度小于所述箱体1的宽度,所述扩展台2与所述箱体1的侧壁紧贴,整个折叠舱为一个箱体1结构,便于搬运。
如图1所示,当所述可折叠顶棚3处于展开状态时,旋转板302经铰接组件被打开至与底板301齐平,相邻之间的气囊304被撑开,所述可折叠顶棚3的宽度大于所述箱体1的宽度,展开的顶棚和展开的气囊304给底板301及旋转板302以下的空间提供遮阴、挡雨的功能。并且此时底板301和旋转板302上可以用于放置床垫等生活用品,提高了对空间的利用。所述拓展台被打开处于水平位置,即拓展台与旋转板302之间构成了半开放的空间,该区域可用于室外休息、做饭、乘凉等用途。
根据上述描述,在旋转板302和仓顶龙骨303依次展开时,相互之间的气囊304也会被拉开。首先要控制旋转板302和仓顶龙骨303相互之间是有序展开的,其次还要控制旋转板302和仓顶龙骨303相互之间展开的角度是一定的才能保证气囊304在拉开的过程中不会被拉扯过剩发生撕裂、变型等问题。
因此,为了解决上述技术问题,所述铰接组件包括:旋转轴、旋转管305和用于控制旋转管305转动的驱动组件。结合图3,所述旋转轴的一端通过轴承安装在所述底板301上,即所述旋转轴的另一端暂且接触其他物体。所述旋转管305的个数为n+2个,图中所示,n=3。所述旋转管305依次为首尾相连的可转动的套接的所述旋转轴上,所述旋转管305包括:第一旋转管305、第二旋转管305、第三旋转管305

此处,n=3,即第一旋转管305与所述底板301固定连接,所述第二旋转管305与所述第一仓顶龙骨303固定连接,所述第三旋转管305与所述第二仓顶龙骨303,第四旋转管305与第三仓顶龙骨303固定连接,所述第五旋转管305与旋转板302固定连接。相互之间的展开角度为45°。展开的角度是固定的,设置气囊304与之弧长一致即可实现对气囊304的有效保护。
如图7所示,所述驱动组件包括:正反转电机、第一齿轮310、第二齿轮311、第三齿轮312、第四齿轮313和内齿轮314。所述内齿轮314的端面与所述第n+2旋转管305的端面固定连接,所述内齿轮314同时与第二齿轮311、第三齿轮312和第四齿轮313相啮合,所述第二齿轮311、第三齿轮312和第四齿轮313还同时与第一齿轮310相啮合,所述第一齿轮310与所述正反转电机的输出轴传动连接,所述正反转电机固定在所述底板301上,且位于所述旋转轴的另一端。
所述可折叠顶棚3的展开过程如下:正常状态下,旋转板302挤压仓顶龙骨303在底板301上,此时的气囊304从中间向内折叠。当需要将可折叠顶棚3展开时,正反电机正转,正反电机上的输出轴控制第一齿轮310同时带动第二齿轮311、第三齿轮312、第四齿轮313反转,因第二齿轮311、第三齿轮312、第四齿轮313与内齿轮314向啮合,故内齿轮314开始正转。内齿轮314与第五旋转管305的一端面固定连接,故第五旋转管305在内齿轮314的带动下开始转动,转动的过程中,第一凸台308从第一滑槽的一端开始滑向另一端,内齿轮314转动了有45°时,第一凸台308到达第一滑槽的另一端并相互挤压。内齿轮314继续转动,第四旋转管305上的第一凸台308与第五旋转管305上的第一滑槽的相互配合,第五旋转管305转动了45°后带动第四旋转管305一起转动;当内齿轮314转动了有90°时,第四旋转管305上的第一凸台308与第三旋转管305上的第一滑槽的相互配合,第四旋转管305在第五旋转管305的基础上转动了45°后带动第三旋转管305一起转动,依次类推,第三旋转管305带动第二旋转管305转动,第二旋转管305带动第一旋转管305转动,从而实现了旋转板302首先开始转动,随后第三仓顶龙骨303、第二仓顶龙骨303、第一仓顶龙骨303依次被展开,同时气囊304的展开。反之,开始折叠。
实现了折叠棚的展开,展开后可在底板301和旋转板302上放置床垫以增大需求。因此对旋转板302的负载较大,而旋转板302仅靠铰接组件支撑着,当受力较大时,容易发生弯曲甚至断裂,存在很大的安全隐患。
因此,所述旋转板302上铰接有至少两个支撑件,当所述旋转板302与底板301压合时,所述支撑件处于压缩状态并与所述旋转板302相贴合,此时的支撑件的长度小于旋转板302的宽度;当旋转板302与底板301齐平时,所述支撑件处于拉伸状态并与扩展台2相互垂直,对旋转板302起到支撑的作用。
如图8所示,所述支撑件包括:铰接座、驱动电机、外套筒501和套筒。所述铰接座固定在所述旋转板302且远离所述铰接组件,所述驱动电机固定安装在所述铰接座上。所述铰接座用于给驱动电机提供180°的换向运动。所述外套筒501传动连接于所述驱动电机的输出轴上。所述套筒包括:第一套筒502、第二套筒503、

所述支撑件的工作过程具体如下:当旋转板302在铰接组件的控制下被展开时,当旋转板302所在的旋转角度超过90°时,铰接座上的驱动电机的套筒处于垂直状态,旋转板302继续转动,铰接座上的驱动电机的套筒因受重力作用始终处于垂直状态,且驱动电机开始正转。驱动电机的输出轴驱动外套筒501转动,在内螺纹与外螺纹的作用下,第一套筒502被顶出,直至第一套筒502上的上限位块与外套筒501上的下限位块相互抵压限位,为了增加上限位块与下限位块之间的摩擦力,在上限位块的底面、下限位块的顶面设置橡胶圈。第一套筒502与外套筒501合二为一,在内螺纹与外螺纹的作用下,第二套筒503被顶出,直至第三套筒上的上限位块与第二套筒503上的下限位块相互抵压限位,依次,第m套筒被顶出与支撑面接触,对旋转板302起到支撑的作用。
当需要收回时驱动电机反转,首先将m个套筒均收藏在外套筒501内,结合铰接组件控制旋转板302收回,旋转板302在收回的过程中,因支撑件的重力作用,故一直处于与地面垂直状态,当旋转板302与地面垂直后,支撑件与旋转板302贴合,并与旋转板302的边缘处一起围绕铰接组件做圆心运动,直至旋转板302被归位至底板301上,支撑件平躺在旋转板302上,不占任何空间。
实施例 2:在实施例1中,已经实现了折叠仓的完美这叠与展开,但是对如何提高生活水平,且实施例1中因箱体1顶部承载的重量大,且存在一定的高度,故在搬运的过程中是很容发生侧翻的,因此发明人基于上述结构做了进一步的改进。
所述箱体1的内部矩阵式分布有多个水箱4,所述水箱4相互之间通过水泵和水管相互连通,即可对不同位置处的水箱4实现盛水量的调节,以实现对重心所在位置的更换。
更具体是,在移动的过程中通过盛有水的水箱4,与箱体1顶部的重量相抵甚至,当水较多是能够将重心控制在箱体1的底部,避免侧翻。
在使用的过程中,白天可以通过水泵和水管将水箱4中的水填充到气囊304中,气囊304中的水在接受阳光的沐浴下可起到加热的效果,可用于饮用、洗漱、降温等,中间部分进行涂装成黑色吸热涂料还可用于晒热水,热水可用于洗澡等。为了更好的吸收太阳能,可充分利用现有技术中的太阳能板9以实现吸收功能,如图9所示。
黑夜时,先将气囊304中的水抽出,然后填充空气,具有隔热、隔音功能。
所述移动组件包括:呈镜像安装在所述箱体1底部两侧的偶数个车轮5,以及设置在所述箱体1前侧的拖车杆7;所述扩展台2在与所述车轮5相对应的位置处开设有容纳槽6,所述箱体1上设置有旋转杆,用于控制拖车杆7贴合在箱体1的侧壁上,便于装运。
实施例 3:一般野外的地面是不平整的,且如果在下雨天,则会有烂泥的现象,不干净。因此发明人在箱体1的一侧铰接有拓展台,该拓展台可受外力的作用与箱体1贴合或者处水平状态供使用者提供用餐、观赏的场所。
因拓展台的体积较大,且为了不影响展开的时间,申请人将拓展台远离箱体1的一端与第m套筒的底部相互铰接,并满足以下条件:所述拓展台远离箱体1的一侧与所述支撑件的底部相铰接,并满足以下条件当旋转板302与底板301支架内的夹角为180°时,在支撑件的调节下,所述拓展台能够围绕箱体1旋转90°;当旋转板302挤压在底板301上时,所述拓展台在支撑件的控制下能够与箱体1的侧壁贴合。
为了提高对空间的利用率,所述旋转板302与支撑件相对应的位置处开设有放置槽8,所述铰接座铰接在放置槽8内,所述套筒收缩后可收藏在所述放置槽8内。
当扩展台2被放开时,因其一端与箱体1铰接,另一端与旋转板302传动连接,并没有支撑的作用,故处于倾斜状态,进一步会影响到旋转板302。因此所述扩展台2靠近地面的一侧还设置有支撑腿,用于支撑扩展台2,使其被放开时处于水平状态,增加舒适度。
拓展台被展开的过程如下:当旋转板302相对底板301为水平时,同时开启旋转电机反转,所述第一套筒502、第二套筒503、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒依次慢慢收缩,第m套筒带动拓展台围绕箱体1的铰接处旋转,当第一套筒502、第二套筒503、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒收缩至最短时,拓展台相对箱体1旋转45°;旋转电机正转,所述第一套筒502、第二套筒503、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒依次慢慢展开,直到当拓展台处于水平状态时;反之,先收缩套筒至拓展台相对箱体1旋转45°,然后收缩旋转台的过程中,同时拉伸套筒,给套筒对拓展台一个向上转动的作用力,直至拓展台与箱体1贴合,套筒停止运动。一种便于移动的折叠舱的使用方法,具体包括以下步骤。
步骤一、该折叠舱在达到目的地之前控制其处于以下的状态:在水箱中等量的充水,以便后期运输时调节重心,同时在达到目的地后满足对水的需求。
通过旋转杆控制拖车杆与扩展台贴合在箱体的侧壁上,使整个折叠舱除了箱体之外不产生多余的体积。
调节铰接组件中的正反转电机反转,使得铰接组件处于闭合状态,即旋转板、第一仓顶龙骨,则从背离底板方向开始分别为第二仓顶龙骨、第三仓顶龙骨…第n仓顶龙骨依次闭合在底板上,相邻之间的气囊从中间向内折叠收缩在内。
整个折叠舱被折叠成可放置在运载车体内的箱体。
步骤二、运载车体将折叠舱运输到指定地址。
步骤三、开始将折叠舱从车体内搬运出来:因为折叠舱内部设有水箱、床垫日常用品,因此重量大;故在搬运的时候,为了便于搬运,根据需求调节水箱中的水分布,即调节重心所在的位置;同时水箱中水分布的调节还可用于降低重心,防止侧翻。
步骤四、旋转杆放下拖车杆,对箱体进行拖走。
步骤五、调节铰接组件中的正反转电机正转,铰接组件处于展开状态,即旋转板、第一仓顶龙骨,则从背离底板方向开始分别为第二仓顶龙骨、第三仓顶龙骨…第n仓顶龙骨依次闭合在底板上,相邻之间的气囊依次展开。
步骤六、当旋转板相对底板为水平时,同时开启旋转电机反转,所述第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒依次慢慢收缩,第m套筒带动拓展台围绕箱体的铰接处旋转,当第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒收缩至最短时,拓展台相对箱体旋转45°;旋转电机正转,所述第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒依次慢慢展开,直到当拓展台处于水平状态时,同时对旋转板起到强有力的支撑作用。
步骤七、拓展台的放置增加了室外的活动空间。
步骤八、白天可将水箱中的水抽到气囊中,并在气囊上放置太阳能板与气囊连接,利用阳光对水进行加热。
步骤九、气囊还可填充空气,起到隔热、隔音的作用。
实施例 4:在本实施例中,与实施例3的不同之处在于旋转板与拓展台的连接关系,如图12所示。所述旋转板的两侧开设有放置槽,所述放置槽远离箱体的一侧铰接有滑杆,所述扩展台的两侧沿其长度方向固定有导轨槽,所述滑杆的底部固定有转接块,所述转接块卡接在所述导轨槽内;所述导轨槽、滑杆、旋转板和拓展台满足以下关系:所述导轨槽、滑杆、旋转板和拓展台满足以下关系:当拓展台与地面平行时,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,此时滑杆与旋转板和拓展台之间为垂直连接;当拓展台与地面的夹角为45°时,所述转接块位于导轨槽的中间位置,此时滑杆与拓展台共线;当拓展台与地面垂直即拓展台与箱体紧贴,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,滑杆位于放置槽内。
该结构的设计相对于实施例3而言更为简单,起到瞬间折叠和展开的作用,不需要多余控件。
在展开的过程中:人为的从拓展台与箱体的连接处施压外力,使拓展台围绕箱体转动,转动的过程如下:当拓展台与地面之间的角度为45-90°时,转接块位于导轨槽的中间位置以上,当展板与地面之间的角度为45°时,转接块位于导轨槽的中间位处,拓展台在重力的作用下继续下移,直至当拓展台与地面平行时,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,此时滑杆与旋转板和拓展台之间为垂直连接;不仅节省了空间,还不需要多余的空间,仅需要开始时施压一个外力即可,其他的都靠重力作用将拓展台展开。
当折叠时,同样通过人为转动拓展台,使其与地面垂直,此时的转接块位于导轨槽的顶端,滑杆位于放置槽内,然后收缩可折叠顶棚。
步骤一、该折叠舱在达到目的地之前控制其处于以下的状态:在水箱中等量的充水,以便后期运输时调节重心,同时在达到目的地后满足对水的需求。

步骤三、开始将折叠舱从车体内搬运出来:因为折叠舱内部设有水箱、床垫日常用品,因此重量大;故在搬运的时候,为了便于搬运,根据需求调节水箱中的水分布,即调节重心所在的位置;同时水箱中水分布的调节还可用于降低重心,防止侧翻。
步骤四、旋转杆放下拖车杆,对箱体进行拖走。
步骤五、调节铰接组件中的正反转电机正转,铰接组件处于展开状态,即旋转板、第一仓顶龙骨,则从背离底板方向开始分别为第二仓顶龙骨、第三仓顶龙骨…第n仓顶龙骨依次闭合在底板上,相邻之间的气囊依次展开。
步骤六、当旋转板铰接的为滑杆时,旋转板与底板之间的角度为90°时,旋转板、滑杆和拓展台位于同一条直线上,旋转板继续旋转,转接块在导轨槽中向远离箱体的一端移动,当旋转板与底板支架内的夹角为135°时,所述转接块位于导轨槽的中间位置,此时滑杆与拓展台共线,继续移动直至当旋转板与底板支架内的夹角为180°时,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,此时滑杆与旋转板和拓展台之间为垂直连接,起到支撑的作用,此时滑杆位于放置槽内。
步骤七、拓展台的放置增加了室外的活动空间。
步骤八、白天可将水箱中的水抽到气囊中,并在气囊上放置太阳能板与气囊连接,利用阳光对水进行加热。
步骤九、气囊还可填充空气,起到隔热、隔音的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,安装在所述箱体的顶部的可折叠顶棚,铰接与所述箱体一侧的底部的扩展台,以及安装在所述箱体的底部用于驱动所述箱体移动的移动组件;
    所述可折叠棚包括:固定在所述箱体顶部的底板,安装在所述底板上且与所述扩展台同侧的铰接组件,传动连接于所述铰接组件的旋转板,设置在所述底板与所述旋转板之间并铰接于所述铰接组件的n个仓顶龙骨,以及安装在底板与仓顶龙骨之间、相邻仓顶龙骨之间和仓顶龙骨与旋转板之间的气囊;所述箱体的内部等距离固定有多个水箱,所述水箱与水箱之间通过水泵和水管相互连通,用于控制不同位置处的水箱中的盛水量,同时用于调节箱体的重心所在位置;
    当所述可折叠顶棚处于折叠状态时,旋转板挤压在底板上,相邻之间的气囊从中间向内折叠,所述可折叠顶棚的宽度小于所述箱体的宽度,所述扩展台与所述箱体的侧壁紧贴;当所述可折叠顶棚处于展开状态时,旋转板经铰接组件被打开至与底板齐平,相邻之间的气囊被撑开,所述可折叠顶棚的宽度大于所述箱体的宽度,所述拓展台被打开处于水平位置;
    所述可折叠顶棚的展开方向与所述扩展台的展开方向一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述铰接组件包括:一端通过轴承安装在所述底板上的旋转轴,活动套接在所述旋转轴上的n+2个旋转管,设置在每个旋转管靠近轴承端面上的第一限位槽和第二限位槽,以及设置在所述每个旋转管背离轴承端面上的第一凸台和第二凸台;
    所述第一限位槽与相邻的第一凸台相配合,所述第二限位槽与相邻的第二凸台相配合;所述第一限位槽的弧长

    ,其中r为旋转管的半径;
    假设旋转轴上靠近所述轴承的旋转管为第一旋转管,则从背离轴承方向开始分别为第二旋转管、第三旋转管第n+2旋转管;
    同时,假设靠近底板的仓顶龙骨为第一仓顶龙骨,则从背离底板方向开始分别为第二仓顶龙骨、第三仓顶龙骨…第n仓顶龙骨;所述第一旋转管与所述底板固定连接,所述第二旋转管与所述第一仓顶龙骨固定连接,所述第三旋转管与所述第二仓顶龙骨…第n+1旋转管与第n仓顶龙骨固定连接,所述第n+2旋转管与旋转板固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,还包括安装在旋转轴的另一端处且传动连接于所述铰接组件的驱动组件;
    所述驱动组件包括:固定在所述底板上的正反转电机,传动连接于所述正反转电机的输出轴上的第一齿轮,同时与所述第一齿轮相啮合的第二齿轮、第三齿轮和第四齿轮,以及与所述第一齿轮同轴且同时啮合于所述第二齿轮、三齿轮和第四齿轮的内齿轮;
    所述内齿轮的端面与所述铰接组件中的第n+2旋转管的端面固定连接;正反电机的转动驱动内齿轮带动第n+2旋转管转动,当第n+2旋转管上的第一限位槽与第n+1旋转管第一凸台相卡紧时,第n+2旋转管带动第n+1旋转管转动,依次类推实现铰接组件的相互展开。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述气囊通过水泵和水管与水箱相通,在水泵的作用下,将水箱中的水填充到气囊中,气囊中的水在接受阳光的沐浴下可起到加热的效果。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述气囊的内部可用于填充空气,起到隔热、隔热的作用。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述旋转板的两侧开设有放置槽,所述放置槽远离箱体的一侧铰接有滑杆,所述扩展台的两侧沿其长度方向固定有导轨槽,所述滑杆的底部固定有转接块,所述转接块卡接在所述导轨槽内;
    所述导轨槽、滑杆、旋转板和拓展台满足以下关系:当拓展台与地面平行时,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,此时滑杆与旋转板和拓展台之间为垂直连接;当拓展台与地面的夹角为45°时,所述转接块位于导轨槽的中间位置,此时滑杆与拓展台共线;当拓展台与地面垂直即拓展台与箱体紧贴,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,滑杆位于放置槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述旋转板上铰接有至少两个支撑件,当所述旋转板与底板压合时,所述支撑件处于压缩状态并与所述旋转板相贴合,此时的支撑件的长度小于旋转板的宽度;当旋转板与底板齐平时,所述支撑件处于拉伸状态并与扩展台相互垂直,对旋转板起到支撑的作用。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括:固定在所述旋转板边缘处的铰接座,牢固安装在所述铰接座上的驱动电机,传动连接于所述驱动电机的输出轴上的外套筒,套接在所述外套筒内的第一套筒,套接在所述第一套筒内的第二套筒,…,以及套接在第m-1套筒内的第m套筒,其中m为套筒的个数;
    所述第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒的外壁均设置有外螺纹,且第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒靠近所述旋转电机的一端均固定有上限位块;
    所述外套筒、第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒的内壁处均设置有内螺纹,且外套筒、第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒上远离所述所述旋转电机的一端均固定有下限位块;
    在内螺纹与外螺纹的作用下,当第一套筒相对于外套筒处于拉伸状态时,第二套筒相对于第一套筒处于拉伸状态,第m套筒相对于第m-1套筒处于拉伸状态时,所述上限位块与所述下限位块相抵。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱,其特征在于,所述移动组件包括:呈镜像安装在所述箱体底部两侧的偶数个车轮,以及设置在所述箱体前侧的拖车杆;
    所述扩展台在与所述车轮相对应的位置处开设有容纳槽,所述箱体上设置有旋转杆,用于控制拖车杆贴合在箱体的侧壁上,便于装运;
    所述拓展台远离箱体的一侧与所述支撑件的底部相铰接,并满足以下条件:当旋转板与底板支架内的夹角为180°时,在支撑件的调节下,所述拓展台能够围绕箱体旋转90°;当旋转板挤压在底板上时,所述拓展台在支撑件的控制下能够与箱体的侧壁贴合;
    支撑件处于拉伸状态,此时拓展台处于水平状态;当支撑件开始压缩时,拓展台围绕箱体向上转动,开始回收。
  10. 权利要求1至9中任一项所述的一种便于移动的折叠舱的使用方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、该折叠舱在达到目的地之前控制其处于以下的状态:在水箱中等量的充水,以便后期运输时调节重心,同时在达到目的地后满足对水的需求;
    通过旋转杆控制拖车杆与扩展台贴合在箱体的侧壁上,使整个折叠舱除了箱体之外不产生多余的体积;
    调节铰接组件中的正反转电机反转,使得铰接组件处于闭合状态,即旋转板、第一仓顶龙骨,则从背离底板方向开始分别为第二仓顶龙骨、第三仓顶龙骨第n仓顶龙骨依次闭合在底板上,相邻之间的气囊从中间向内折叠收缩在内;
    整个折叠舱被折叠成可放置在运载车体内的箱体;
    步骤二、运载车体将折叠舱运输到指定地址;
    步骤三、开始将折叠舱从车体内搬运出来:因为折叠舱内部设有水箱、床垫日常用品,因此重量大;故在搬运的时候,为了便于搬运,根据需求调节水箱中的水分布,即调节重心所在的位置;同时水箱中水分布的调节还可用于降低重心,防止侧翻;
    步骤四、旋转杆放下拖车杆,对箱体进行拖走;
    步骤五、调节铰接组件中的正反转电机正转,铰接组件处于展开状态,即旋转板、第一仓顶龙骨,则从背离底板方向开始分别为第二仓顶龙骨、第三仓顶龙骨…第n仓顶龙骨依次闭合在底板上,相邻之间的气囊依次展开;
    步骤六、当旋转板铰接的为支撑件时,旋转板相对底板为水平时,同时开启旋转电机反转,所述第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒依次慢慢收缩,第m套筒带动拓展台围绕箱体的铰接处旋转,当第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒收缩至最短时,拓展台相对箱体旋转45°;旋转电机正转,所述第一套筒、第二套筒、…、第m-1套筒和第m套筒依次慢慢展开,直到当拓展台处于水平状态时,同时对旋转板起到强有力的支撑作用;
    步骤七、当旋转板铰接的为滑杆时,旋转板相对底板为水平时,人为的从拓展台与箱体的连接处施压外力,使拓展台围绕箱体转动,转动的过程如下:当拓展台与地面之间的角度为45-90°时,转接块位于导轨槽的中间位置以上,当展板与地面之间的角度为45°时,转接块位于导轨槽的中间位处,拓展台在重力的作用下继续下移,直至当拓展台与地面平行时,所述转接块位于导轨槽远离箱体的一端,此时滑杆与旋转板和拓展台之间为垂直连接;
    步骤八、拓展台的放置增加了室外的活动空间;
    步骤九、白天可将水箱中的水抽到气囊中,并在气囊上放置太阳能板与气囊连接,利用阳光对水进行加热;
    步骤十、气囊还可填充空气,起到隔热、隔音的作用。
