또한, 본 발명은 의자 본체가 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성함으로써, 모기장 및 차양막이 펼쳐진 상태에서 의자 및 침대의 기능을 동시에 제공할 수 있는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 의자 본체의 전방으로 모기장이 펼쳐지도록 구성되며, 펼쳐진 모기장이 차양막이 고정된 커버 프레임과 지퍼와 같은 결합수단을 구성하여 모기장과 차양막의 설치 및 회수가 간편하게 이루어지도록 함은 물론, 모기장과 차양막 간의 간섭이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 모기장의 전방으로 돌출 소매부 및 음식물의 섭취가 가능하도록 관통홀을 더 구성하여 모기장과 차양막의 내부로 낚시 이용자의 손이 수용되도록 함으로써, 모기장 및 차양막이 설치된 상태에서도 낚시를 이용함과 동시에 해충의 유입을 차단하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와 같은 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 받침부재; 의자, 또는 침대로 이용이 가능하도록 상기 받침부재의 상부에 결합되는 제1착석수단과, 상기 제1착석수단과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2착석수단과, 상기 제2착석수단과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제3착석수단으로 구성되고, 상기 제2 및 제3착석수단에 구성되며 침대로 이용시 상기 제2 및 제3착석수단으로부터 인출되는 회전다리를 포함하는 의자 본체; 상기 받침부재에 결합되는 제1연결 프레임과, 상기 제1연결 프레임의 외측에 구비되며, 상기 받침부재과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임과, 전방이 상기 제1연결 프레임에 결합되고, 후방이 상기 제5연결 프레임에 결합되며, 하부면이 상기 제2 내지 제4연결 프레임과 접착되는 차양막을 포함하는 커버 프레임; 및 상기 제1연결 프레임의 전방부에 결합되고, 상기 제1착석수단의 전방으로 펼쳐지면서 후방측 끝단부가 상기 제1연결 프레임에 결합되며, 내부 공간을 밀폐시키는 모기장 연결장치;포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 받침부재에는, 상기 제1연결 프레임이 고정되게 결합되고, 상기 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임이 회전 가능하게 결합되는 지지 브라켓과, 상기 의자 본체가 침대로 이용되는 경우, 상기 받침부재의 후방부에 연결되면서 상기 회전다리가 안착되는 안착패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제1착석부재는 상기 받침부재에 연결되는 지지다리와, 상기 제2착석부재가 결합되는 제1회전 플랜지와, 상기 제2착석부재의 회전 범위를 제한하는 고정돌기가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제2착석부재는 상기 제1회전 플랜지와 회전 지지부재에 의해 결합되는 제2회전 플랜지와, 회전 작동시 일정 범위 내에서 상기 고정돌기와 접하도록 구성되는 스토퍼와, 침대로 이용하는 경우 상기 제2착석부재의 전방부로 인출되는 연장패널과, 상기 제3착석부재가 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 지지하는 제1회전 지지 브라켓이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 모기장 연결장치는, 상기 제1연결 프레임의 상부에 고정 결합되는 가이드 본체와, 상기 가이드 본체의 하부에 구성되며, 사용 여부에 따라 상기 가이드 본체에 권취되거나, 상기 제1착석수단의 전방으로 펼쳐지도록 구성되는 모기장을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제1연결 프레임에는 외측으로 상기 모기장의 후방측 끝단부가 결합되는 결합수단이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 모기장에는, 낚시 이용자의 손 및 팔을 감싸 해충으로부터 보호하는 돌출 소매부; 및 상기 돌출 소매부를 상기 모기장에 연결하는 고정수단;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 모기장에는 상기 고정수단의 상부에 위치하며, 상기 낚시 이용자가 음식물을 섭취할 수 있도록 관통 형성되는 관통홀과, 상기 관통홀을 개폐시키는 개폐수단과, 상기 관통홀의 상부 및 하부에 구성되고, 상기 개폐수단이 탈부착되는 부착수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 의자 본체의 상부 및 둘레면으로 모기장 및 차양막이 펼쳐지거나 접히도록 구성하고, 해충 및 햇빛으로부터 낚시 이용자를 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 의자 본체가 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성함으로써, 모기장 및 차양막이 펼쳐진 상태에서 의자 및 침대의 기능을 동시에 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 의자 본체의 전방으로 모기장이 펼쳐지도록 구성되며, 펼쳐진 모기장이 차양막이 고정된 커버 프레임과 지퍼와 같은 결합수단을 구성하여 모기장과 차양막의 설치 및 회수가 간편함에 따라 사용에 대한 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 커버 프레임의 전방으로 모기장을 구성하고, 커버 프레임의 후방으로 차양막 간의 간섭이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있어 모기장, 또는 차양막을 사용자의 선택에 따라 다양하게 사용할 수 있어 낚시 환경에 대한 대응력을 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 모기장의 전방으로 돌출 소매부 및 음식물의 섭취가 가능하도록 관통홀을 더 구성하여 모기장과 차양막의 내부로 낚시 이용자의 손이 수용되도록 함으로써, 모기장 및 차양막이 설치된 상태에서도 낚시를 이용함과 동시에 해충의 유입을 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

의자, 또는 침대로 이용이 가능하도록 제1 내지 제3착석수단으로 구성되고, 침대로 이용시 상기 제2 및 제3착석수단으로부터 인출되는 회전다리를 포함하는 의자 본체;
상기 받침부재에 결합되는 제1 내지 제5연결 프레임으로 구성되며, 상기 제1 및 제5연결 프레임에 결합되는 차양막을 포함하는 커버 프레임; 및

도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자는 낚시, 캠핑 등 야외에서 여가생활을 즐기기 위해 이용되는 의자를 낚시터 바닥 등과 같은 지면에 안착시키며, 의자의 작동을 지지하는 받침부재(100)와, 받침부재(100)의 상부에 결합되며, 여가생활 이용자가 착석하거나, 또는 침대로서의 이용이 가능하도록 구성되는 의자 본체(200)와, 받침부재(100)와 결합되고, 차양막(360)이 구성되며, 이 차양막(260)의 의자 본체(200)의 상부 및 후방으로 펼치거나 접히도록 작동하는 커버 프레임(300) 및 의자 본체(200)의 전방측 상부에 구성되며, 상부에서 하부로 펼쳐지면서 커버 프레임(300)과 결합되어 의자 본체(200)의 전방을 밀폐시키는 모기장 연결장치(400)를 포함하여 구성된다.
받침부재(100)는 사각 패널의 형태로 이루어지며, 상부 각 모서리 부분으로 의자 본체(200)의 제1착석수단(210)이 연결되는 다리 고정구(110)가 형성된다.
다리 고정구(110)는 제1착석수단(210)의 하부에 구성되는 지지다리(212)가 연결되도록 구성되며, 바람직하게는 상부로 지지다리(212)의 하부가 삽입되도록 구성되고 고정볼트 등을 통해 삽입된 지지다리(212)가 고정되도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 받침부재(100)는 상부 양측으로 커버 프레임(300)의 하단부가 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 지지하는 지지 브라켓(120)이 더 구성된다. 이때, 지지 브라켓(120)에는 커버 프레임(300)의 제1 내지 제5연결 프레임(310, 320, 330, 340, 350)이 일정 각도 만큼 회전 작동을 지지하는 회전축이 구성됨이 바람직하다.
즉, 지지 브라켓(120)은 제1 내지 제5연결 프레임(310 내지 350)이 회전축의 축중심을 기준으로 의자 본체(200)의 후방으로 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성되는 것이고, 90°~120°의 범위로 회전이 이루어지도록 지지하는 것이다.
아울러, 받침부재(100)에는 의자 본체(200)의 제1 내지 제3착석수단(210, 220, 230)이 회전 작동에 의해 침대 기능을 제공하는 경우, 제2 및 제3착석수단(220, 230)에 구성되는 회전다리(260)의 하단부가 안착되도록 구성되는 안착패널(130)을 더 구성할 수 있으며, 이 안착패널(130)은 받침부재(100)의 후방측에 경첩 등에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 끼움 결합 방식에 의하여 분리 가능하게 결합이 이루어지도록 구성될 수도 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 받침부재(100)에는 지지 브라켓(120)의 일측으로 의자 본체(200)에 착석한 낚시 이용자의 팔꿈치 등을 지지하는 팔 받침대(140)가 분리 가능하게 더 구성될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
의자 본체(200)는 받침부재(100)의 상부에 소정 간격 이격되게 구성되며, 절첩되는 방식으로 의자, 또는 침대의 기능을 제공하는 것으로, 받침부재(100)의 다리 고정구(110)에 연결되도록 하부에 지지다리(212)가 구성되는 제1착석부재(210)와, 이 제1착석부재(210)의 후방에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2착석부재(220)와, 이 제2착석부재(220)의 후방에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제3착석부재(230)를 포함하여 구성된다.
제1착석부재(210)는 의자로서의 기능을 수행하는 경우, 낚시 이용자가 착석하도록 구성되는 것으로, 후방부로 제2착석부재(220)와 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 제1회전 플랜지(216)가 구성된다.
또한, 제1회전 플랜지(216)희 하단부로 후술할 제2착석부재(220)에 구성되는 스토퍼(224)가 가 접촉되면, 제2착석부재(220)의 회전 범위를 제한하는 고정돌기(214)를 더 구성할 수 있다.
이때, 고정돌기(214) 및 스토퍼(224)는 제2착석부재(220)가 상향 회전시 의자의 등받이로서의 기능을 수행하고, 하향 회전시 침대로서의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 최대 90°의 범위로 회전이 이루어지도록 제한함이 바람직하다.
제2착석부재(220)는 제1착석부재(210)의 후방부에 위치하며, 의자 또는 침대로서의 기능을 수행하기 위해 제1착석부재(210)와 회전 가능하게 결합되는 것으로, 전방으로 제1회전 플랜지(216)와 회전 지지부재(240)에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2회전 플랜지(226)와, 제2회전 플랜지(226)의 전방측에 일체로 구성되며, 제1착석부재(210)의 고정돌기(214)와 접하도록 구성되는 스토퍼(224)가 구성된다.
또한, 제2착석부재(220)의 전방측 상부로는 침대로서의 이용시 제1 및 제2회전 플랜지(216, 226) 사이의 공간이 의자 본체(200)의 상부로 노출되는 것을 차단하여 사용자가 제1 및 제2착석부재(210, 220)가 서로 연결되는 부분에 형성되는 공간에 의한 불편함을 최소화하도록 하는 연장패널(222)이 더 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 제2착석부재(220)의 후방부 하측 끝단부에는 회전 지지부재(240)가 관통하면서 제2 및 제3착석부재(220, 230)의 결합 및 회전 작동을 지지하는 제1회전 지지 브라켓(270)이 구성된다.
아울러, 제2착석부재(220)의 하부에는 서로 대향하는 위치에 제2착석부재(220)와 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전다리(260)가 구성된다.
회전다리(260)는 제2착석부재(220)가 의자의 등받이로 기능을 수행하는 경우, 제2착석부재(220)의 하부면에 수용되도록 구성되며, 침대로의 기능을 수행하는 경우에만 회전 작동에 의해 제2착석부재(220)로부터 인출되어 지면, 또는 받침부재(100)에 구성되는 안착패널(130)에 안착되도록 구성된다.
제3착석부재(230)는 의자 본체(200)가 침대로 기능을 수행하는 경우, 침대의 머리, 또는 다리를 지지하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 제2착석부재(220)와 회전 가능하게 결합된다.
이러한 제3착석부재(230)는 제2착석부재(220)의 제1회전 지지 브라켓(270)과 회전 지지부재(240)에 의해 회전 결합이 이루어지는 제2회전 지지 브라켓(280)이 구성되고, 하부에는 서로 대향하는 위치에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전다리(260)가 구성된다.
이때, 제2 및 제3착석부재(220, 230) 역시 고정돌기(214) 및 스토퍼(224)가 각각 구성됨이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 구성된 제1 내지 제3착석부재(210 내지 230)는 제1 및 제2착석부재(210, 220)와 제2 및 제3착석부재(220, 230)가 각각 회전 작동이 이루어지는 구조가 제1 및 제2회전 플랜지(216, 226)와 제1 및 제2회전 지지 브라켓(270, 280)으로 이루어지는 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 제1 및 제2착석부재(210, 220) 역시 제1 및 제2회전 지지 브라켓(270, 280)에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합되거나, 또는 제2 및 제3착석부재(220, 230)가 제1 및 제2회전 플랜지(216, 226)에 의한 회전 결합이 이루어지도록 구성될 수도 있을 것이다.
이러한 제1 내지 제3착석부재(210 내지 230)에는 그 상부로 소정의 쿠션부재가 구비됨이 바람직하나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
커버 프레임(300)은 다수개의 아치형 프레임으로 이루어지며, 받침부재(100)의 지지 브라켓(120)과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 것으로, 다수개의 프레임의 회전 작동 여부에 따라 차양막(260)의 펼쳐짐 작동, 또는 접힘 작동이 이루어지도록 가이드 하며, 펼쳐진 상태의 차양막(260)을 지지하는 역할을 한다.
이러한 커버 프레임(300)은 지지 브라켓(120)에 결합되며, 후방부로 차양막(360)의 전방측 단부가 고정되는 제1연결 프레임(310)과, 제1연결 프레임(310)의 외측에 구비되며, 지지 브라켓(120)의 회전축의 원주면을 따라 일정 각도 만큼 회전 작동이 이루어지는 제2연결 프레임(320)과, 제2연결 프레임(330)의 외측에 구비되며, 일정 각도 만큼 회전 작동이 이루어지는 제3연결 프레임(330)과, 제3연결 프레임(330)의 외측에 구비되며, 일정 각도 만큼 회전 작동이 이루어지는 제4연결 프레임(340)과, 제4연결 프레임(340)의 외측에 구비되고 일정 각도 만큼 회전 작동이 이루어지며, 차양막(360)의 후방측 단부가 고정되는 제5연결 프레임(350)으로 구성된다.
이때, 차양막(360)은 하부면이 제2 내지 제4연결 프레임(320 내지 340)의 상부면과 접합에 의해 고정이 이루어지도록 구성되고, 이에 따라 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임(320 내지 350)의 회전 작동에 의해 접힘, 또는 펼쳐짐 작동이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이러한 커버 프레임(300)은 제5연결 프레임(350)을 의자 본체(200)의 후방부로 회전 작동시키는 경우, 제2 내지 제4연결 프레임(320 내지 340)이 동시에 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이때, 제1연결 프레임(310)은 상부로 모기장 연결장치(400)가 고정 결합되며, 지지 브라켓(120)에 분리 가능하게 결합되되, 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임(320 내지 350)의 회전 작동이 이루어진다 하더라도 지지 브라켓(120)에 결합된 위치, 즉 받침부재(100)로부터 수직한 위치를 유지하도록 구성된다.
다시말해, 본 발명의 커버 프레임(300)은 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임(320 내지 350)만 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성되는 것이다.
또한, 제1연결 프레임(310)에는 후술할 모기장 연결장치(400)에 구비된 모기장(410)이 하측으로 펼쳐지면서 의자 본체(200)의 전방측에 위치하게 되는 경우 이 모기장(410)의 끝단부가 결합되면서 차양막(360)과의 연결이 이루어지도록 하고, 의자 본체(200)가 위치하는 모기장(410) 및 차양막(360)의 내부 공간의 밀폐가 이루어지도록 함으로써, 외부의 해충 등이 유입되는 것을 차단하도록 구성된다.
이때, 제1연결 프레임(310)에는 모기장(410)의 끝단부가 결합되는 결합수단(370)이 더 구성될 수 있으며, 결합수단(370)으로는 통상의 벨크로 테이프, 지퍼 등으로 구성될 수 있고, 결합수단(370)은 모기장(410) 및 제1연결 프레임(310) 모두에 구성됨이 바람직할 것이다.
모기장 연결장치(400)는 커버 프레임(300)의 제1연결 프레임(310)에 구성되며, 차양막(360)과 함께 의자 본체(200)가 외부로 노출되는 것을 차단하여 모기와 같은 해충의 유입을 차단하는 구성요소이다.
이러한 모기장 연결장치(400)는 제1연결 프레임(310)의 전방측 상단부에 고정 결합되며, 사용 여부에 따라 길이 조절이 가능하도록 구성되는 가이드 본체(402)와, 가이드 본체(402)의 전방측 하부에 구성되는 모기장(410)을 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 가이드 본체(402)는 신축성을 가지는 자바라 타입으로 구성될 수 있으며, 내부에 모기장(410)의 사용 여부에 따라 가이드 본체(402)의 신축 작동을 지지하는 한편, 모기장 연결장치(400)에 소정의 강성을 제공하는 길이 조절축(404)이 더 구성될 수 있다.
아울러, 가이드 본체(402)는 하부 일면으로 모기장(410)의 상부면이 부착되어 모기장의 내부 공간, 즉 의자 본체(200)가 위치하는 공간에 대한 밀폐력을 향상시키기 위해 벨크로 테이프 등과 같은 접착수단(406)을 더 구성할 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
또한, 가이드 본체(402)에는 모기장(410)이 권취되는 권취롤러를 더 구성하여 모기장(410)이 의자 본체(200)의 전방으로 풀림 작동에 의해 밀폐가 이루어지도록 구성된다.
모기장(410)은 가이드 본체(402)에 권취되어 사용시에만 하측으로 풀리도록 구성되고, 후방면이 제1연결 프레임(310)에 구성된 결합수단(370)과 결합되면서 의자 본체(200)의 개방된 전방부를 밀폐시키는 구성요소이다.
이러한 모기장(410)은 그물망 형태를 이루도록 구성됨이 바람직하나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며 투명한 비닐소재로 이루어질 수도 있다.
또한, 모기장(410)은 결합수단(370)에 의해 결합된 상태에서도 낚시 이용자가 낚시를 이용할 수 있도록 낚시 이용자의 손이 모기장(410)을 관통하여 모기장(410)의 외부에서 낚시대를 파지 가능하게 구성된다.
이때, 모기장(410)에는 낚시 이용자의 손 및 팔을 감싸 해충으로부터 보호하는 돌출 소매부(440)가 더 구성되고, 이 돌출 소매부(440)를 모기장(410)에 연결하고, 낚시 이용자의 손 및 팔이 관통한 모기장(410)의 관통된 부분으로 해충의 침입을 방지하는 고정수단(430)이 더 구성된다.
이에, 낚시 이용자는 주간에는 차양막(360) 만을 펼친 상태에서 햇빛으로부터 보호를 받으면서 낚시를 즐길 수 있으며, 야간에는 모기장(410) 및 차양막(360)을 동시에 펼쳐 제1연결 프레임(310)을 기준으로 서로 연결하여 내부를 밀폐시켜 해충의 침입을 방지할 수 있어 야간 낚시에도 최상의 환경에서 낚시를 즐길 수 있게 될 것이다.
또한, 모기장(410)에는 차양막(360) 및 모기장(410)을 펼친 상태에서 음식물의 섭취가 가능하도록 낚시 이용자의 안면부가 위치하는 부분을 관통하는 관통홀(412)을 더 구성하고, 이 관통홀(412)을 개폐시키는 개폐수단(420)이 더 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 모기장(410)에는 개폐수단(420)이 탈부착 가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 관통홀(412)의 상부 및 하부에 각각 부착수단(422)을 더 구성함이 바람직하나 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
의자 본체의 상부 및 둘레면으로 모기장 및 차양막이 펼쳐지거나 접히도록 구성하고, 해충 및 햇빛으로부터 낚시 이용자를 보호할 수 있으며, 의자 본체가 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성함으로써, 의자 및 침대의 기능을 동시에 제공할 수 있어 낚시에 대한 편의성을 극대화할 수 있는 것이다.

    의자, 또는 침대로 이용이 가능하도록 상기 받침부재의 상부에 결합되는 제1착석수단과, 상기 제1착석수단과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2착석수단과, 상기 제2착석수단과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제3착석수단으로 구성되고, 상기 제2 및 제3착석수단에 구성되며 침대로 이용시 상기 제2 및 제3착석수단으로부터 인출되는 회전다리를 포함하는 의자 본체;
    상기 받침부재에 결합되는 제1연결 프레임과, 상기 제1연결 프레임의 외측에 구비되며, 상기 받침부재과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임과, 전방이 상기 제1연결 프레임에 결합되고, 후방이 상기 제5연결 프레임에 결합되며, 하부면이 상기 제2 내지 제4연결 프레임과 접착되는 차양막을 포함하는 커버 프레임; 및
    상기 제1연결 프레임의 전방부에 결합되고, 상기 제1착석수단의 전방으로 펼쳐지면서 후방측 끝단부가 상기 제1연결 프레임에 결합되며, 내부 공간을 밀폐시키는 모기장 연결장치;
    포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 받침부재에는,
    상기 제1연결 프레임이 고정되게 결합되고, 상기 제2 내지 제5연결 프레임이 회전 가능하게 결합되는 지지 브라켓과,
    상기 의자 본체가 침대로 이용되는 경우, 상기 받침부재의 후방부에 연결되면서 상기 회전다리가 안착되는 안착패널
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1착석부재는
    상기 받침부재에 연결되는 지지다리와,
    상기 제2착석부재가 결합되는 제1회전 플랜지와,
    상기 제2착석부재의 회전 범위를 제한하는 고정돌기
    가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제2착석부재는
    상기 제1회전 플랜지와 회전 지지부재에 의해 결합되는 제2회전 플랜지와,
    회전 작동시 일정 범위 내에서 상기 고정돌기와 접하도록 구성되는 스토퍼와,
    침대로 이용하는 경우 상기 제2착석부재의 전방부로 인출되는 연장패널과,
    상기 제3착석부재가 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 지지하는 제1회전 지지 브라켓
    이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모기장 연결장치는,
    상기 제1연결 프레임의 상부에 고정 결합되는 가이드 본체와,
    상기 가이드 본체의 하부에 구성되며, 사용 여부에 따라 상기 가이드 본체에 권취되거나, 상기 제1착석수단의 전방으로 펼쳐지도록 구성되는 모기장
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 제1연결 프레임에는 외측으로 상기 모기장의 후방측 끝단부가 결합되는 결합수단이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 모기장에는,
    낚시 이용자의 손 및 팔을 감싸 해충으로부터 보호하는 돌출 소매부; 및
    상기 돌출 소매부를 상기 모기장에 연결하는 고정수단;
    을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 모기장에는
    상기 고정수단의 상부에 위치하며, 상기 낚시 이용자가 음식물을 섭취할 수 있도록 관통 형성되는 관통홀과,
    상기 관통홀을 개폐시키는 개폐수단과,
    상기 관통홀의 상부 및 하부에 구성되고, 상기 개폐수단이 탈부착되는 부착수단
    을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 및 햇빛 보호장치가 구비된 의자.
