본 발명은 다기능 차양모자에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 차양모자의 외곽테두리내부에 형태복원용 절곡심재를 일체로 삽입설치하여 보관 및 휴대시에는 차양모자를 최소부피로 접어서 보관 및 휴대 할 수 있도록 하고 사용시에는 펼쳐서 원래형태로 복원하여 사용할 수 있도록 함은 물론,
차양모자저면에 외곽테두리를 따라 자외선차단과 해충방지 및 바람침입차단용 커버체를 형성하되 측면과 후방을 커버하는 측후방커버체를 형성하고 이의 전방에 썬글라스가 착탈가능한 개방창이 구비되는 전방커버체를 개폐가능하도록 형성하여 얼굴 전체의 커버가 가능하도록 하고 눈부심을 방지하여 주며 필요시 전방커버체만을 개방하여 차양모자를 착용한 상태에서도 기호식품이나 음용식품을 섭취할 수 있도록 한 다기능 차양모자에 관한 것이다.
근무환경 및 형태의 변화로 여가시간이 확대되면서 여가시간을 활용하여 스포츠 관람, 다양한 행사 및 레저 스포츠를 즐기는 야외활동 인구가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다.
이러한 야외활동에는 주로 태양광을 차단하기 위한 챙이 구비된 차양모자를 착용하는 경우가 대부분이다.
그런데, 종래의 챙이 있는 차양모자들은 모두가 접은 상태에서 놓으면 곧바로 잘 펴지기 때문에 보관 및 휴대하기가 불편하고 일단 접어 보관된 상태의 차양모자를 사용하고자 꺼내면 쭈굴쭈굴하므로 원래 형태로 복원하여야 하는데 원래형태로 복원시키고자 아무리 잘 펼치려고 해도 복원이 안되기때문에 외관미가 크게 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
그러는 한편, 종래의 차양모자들은 모두 그 사용목적과 기능이 너무 단순하였다.

그런데 이러한 종래의 기능성 차양모자들 또한 기존 차양모자들과 마찬가지로 접은 상태에서 놓으면 곧바로 잘 펴지기 때문에 보관 및 휴대하기가 불편하고 일단 접어 보관된 상태의 차양모자를 사용하고자 꺼내면 쭈굴쭈굴하므로 원래 형태로 복원하여야 하는데 원래형태로 복원시키고자 아무리 잘 펼치려고 해도 복원이 안되기때문에 외관미가 크게 떨어지는 문제점은 그대로 가지고 있는 것은 물론,

그러는 한편, 종래의 기능성 차양모자들에 형성된 태양광 차단과 해충방지 및 찬바람 침입차단용 커버체는 대부분 차양모자저면에 외곽테두리를 따라 원통형으로 형성되어 얼굴 전체를 빙 둘러가며 커버토록 구성되어 지거나 또는 얼굴전방을 제외한 측면과 후방을 커버토록 구성되어지는 것이어서,

그리고, 후자의 경우에는 전방이 개방되어 있어서 태양광 차단과 해충방지 및 찬바람 침입차단 기능 및 효과를 온전히 달성하기 어려웠다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 제반문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 차양모자의 외곽테두리내부에 형태복원용 절곡심재를 일체로 삽입설치함으로써 보관 및 휴대시에는 차양모자를 최소부피로 접어서 보관 및 휴대 할 수 있도록 하고 사용시에는 펼쳐서 원래형태로 복원하여 사용할 수 있도록 함은 물론,
차양모자저면에 외곽테두리를 따라 자외선차단과 해충방지 및 바람침입차단용 커버체를 형성하되 측면과 후방을 커버하는 측후방커버체를 형성하고 이의 전방에 썬글라스가 착탈가능한 개방창이 구비되는 전방커버체를 개폐가능하도록 형성하여 얼굴 전체의 커버가 가능하도록 하고 눈부심을 방지하여 주며 필요시 전방커버체만을 개방하여 차양모자를 착용한 상태에서도 기호식품이나 음용식품을 섭취할 수 있도록 한 고품격 고품질의 다기능 차양모자를 제공함으로써 사용자가 어떠한 상황에도 구애됨이 없이 안심하고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적을 둔 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적은 기본적으로 야외활동시 태양광을 차단하여 주도록 제조되는 다양한 형태의 차양모자(100)에 있어서,
상기 차양모자(100)의 외곽테두리(110) 내부에 절곡된 형태를 그대로 유지하는 형태복원용 절곡심재(200)를 일체로 삽입 설치하여 최소부피로 접는 것과 원래형태로 복원하는 것이 가능하도록 구성하며,
차양모자(100) 저면에 외곽테두리(110)를 따라 자외선차단과 해충방지 및 바람침입차단용 커버체()를 형성하되 측면과 후방을 커버토록 형성한 측후방커버체(310)의 전방에 썬글라스(400)에 의해 밀폐되는 개방창(321)이 구비된 전방커버체(320)를 지퍼(500)를 이용하여 개폐가능하도록 형성하여서 얼굴 전체의 커버가 가능하고 썬글라스(400)에 의해 눈부심이 방지되며 필요시 전방커버체(320)만을 개방하여 기호식품이나 음용식품을 섭취할 수 있도록 구성하여 이루어지는 다기능 차양모자에 달성된다.

본 발명의 다기능 차양모자는 첨부도면 도1 내지 도4에 도시된 바와같이 차양모자(100)의 외곽테두리(110) 내부에 형태복원용 절곡심재(200)가 일체로 삽입설치하여 보관 및 휴대시에는 차양모자(100)를 최소부피로 접어서 보관 및 휴대 할 수 있으며 사용시에는 펼쳐서 원래형태로 복원하여 사용할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 절곡심재(200)는 연철과 같이 한번 절곡되어지면 변형된 형태를 그대로 유지하는 재질로 제조되어 지는 것으로 와이어타입이나 밴드타입으로 형성되어 질 수 있으며, 외면은 연질수지로 코팅(피복)처리되어 쉽게 부식되지 않도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명의 다기능 차양모자는 차양모자(100) 저면에 외곽테두리(110)를 따라 자외선차단과 해충방지 및 바람침입차단용 커버체(300)가 박음질 처리되어져 일체형으로 형성되어지거나 또는 똑닥이단추,벨크로테이프,지퍼 등의 결합수단에 의해 탈부착이 가능하게 형성되어 있는데,

상기 썬글라스(400)는 개방창(321) 전방면에서 부착될 수 도 있는 것은 물론 개방창(321) 내측면에서 부착할 수 도 있다.
또한, 상기 전방커버체(320)의 양측단은 상기 측후방커버체(310)의 선단에 각각 지퍼(500)로 결합되어져 개폐가능하게 구성되어 있다.

상기 개방창(321)의 외곽테두리 외면에 암벨크로테이프(미도시)를 일체로 고정설치하고 상기 썬글라스(400)의 외곽테두리(110)에는 수벨크로테이프(미도시)를 고정설치하여 개방창(321)에 썬글라스(400)가 부착되도록 구성할 수 있다.
여기서, 차양모자(100)의 전방에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 상기 썬글라스(400)는 차양모자(100) 전방에 고정설치한 똑딱이단추(130)를 이용하여 결합 또는 분리 할 수 있도록 구성하거나, 또는 차양모자(100)의 전방에 형성된 벨크로테이프(미도시)를 이용하여 결합 또는 분리 할 수 있도록 할 수 도 있는 것은 물론, 썬글라스(400)에 형성된 클립(미도시)을 이용하여 결합 또는 분리 할 수 있도록 할 수 도 있다.
그러는 한편, 본 발명은 상기 측후방커버체(310)의 전방 하측단에는 각각 똑딱이단추(311) 또는 벨크로테이프(미도시)를 형성하여 이들의 결합시 측후방커버체(310)의 하측이 조여지도록 구성할 수 도 있다.
상기 미설명 부호 (140)는 차양모자(100)가 바람에 벗어나지 못하도록 고정하여 주는 조임끈이다.
본 발명은 상기한 일 실시예에 의해 결코 한정 되는 것이 아니다.
즉, 차양모자(100), 절곡심재(200), 커버체(300), 개방창(321), 썬글라스(400) 등의 형태는 물론이고 그 재질 또한 다양하게 구성할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 다기능성 차양모자의 사용상태를 설명한다.
먼저 보관 및 휴대시에는 차양모자(100)를 최소부피로 접는다.
이와같이 차양모자(100)를 접으면 차양모자(100)의 외곽테두리(110) 내부에 형태복원용 절곡심재(200)가 일체로 삽입설치되어 있기때문에 이 절곡심재(200)가 절곡된 상태를 그대로 유지하므로 차양모자(100) 또한 접혀진 상태를 그대로 유지한다.
따라서, 보관 및 휴대가 매우 용이하게 된다.
그러다가 사용시에는 접혀 있던 차양모자(100)를 펼친다.
그러면 이번에는 차양모자(100)의 외곽테두리(110) 내부에 삽입설치된 형태복원용 절곡심재(200)가 펼쳐지므로 차양모자(100)를 원형형태 그대로 복원할 수 있다.
따라서, 사용시 차양모자(100)가 쭈글쭈글하지 않고 원형상태 그대로의 미려한 외관을 유지할 수 있다.
이와같이 차양모자(100)의 외관을 원형형태대로 복원시킨 후에는 커버체(300) 하측 개방부를 통해 머리를 집어 넣어 차양모자(100)를 착용한다.
그러면 첨부도면 도3과 같이 측후방커버체(310)에 의해 얼굴의 측면과 후방이 커버됨과 동시에 본 발명의 다기능 차양모자의 경우에는 측후방커버체(310) 전방에 지퍼(500)를 이용하여 전방커버체(320)가 더 결합설치되어 있으므로 전방커버체(320)에 의해 얼굴의 전방까지도 모두 커버해 준다.
따라서, 태양광의 차단과 해충방지 및 바람차단에 대한 효과가 향상된다.
그러는 한편, 이와 더불어 본 발명의 다기능 차양모자는 상기 전방커버체(320)의 상측에 개방창(321)이 형성되어 있는데 이 개방창(321)의 외곽테두리 내부에는 고무자석(321a)이 삽입설치되어 있고, 차양모자(100)의 전방에 형성된 똑딱이단추(130)에 대응되는 똑딱이단추(420)로 착탈가능하게 결합되는 썬글라스(400)는 외연에 얇은 금속편(410)이 고정설치되어 있으므로 고무자석(321a)의 자력에 의해 금속편(410)이 붙으면서 썬글라스(400)가 개방창(321)을 완벽하게 밀폐시켜 준다.
따라서, 해충방지 효과가 더욱 더 극대화 됨은 물론 자외선차단 효과가 극대화됨과 동시에 썬글라스(400)에 의해 착용자의 눈부심 방지효과가 극대화된다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 다기능 차양모자를 착용하고 편안한 상태에서 야외 활동을 하다가 기호식품이나 음용식품을 섭취하고자 할 경우에는 첨부도면 도4에 도시된 바와같이 먼저 지퍼(500)를 올려서 전방커버체(320)를 측후방커버체(310)로부터 분리 시킨후 전방커버체(320) 하단을 차양모자(100) 윗쪽으로 들어 올린다음 하측단에 형성되어 있는 똑딱이단추(322)를 차양모자(100) 몸체상면에 형성되어 있는 똑딱이단추(120)에 결합한다.
그러면 이들이 결합되면서 전방커버체(320)가 개방된 상태로 유지된다.
상기 전방커버체(320)의 개방시 썬글라스(400)는 개방창(321)에 부착된 상태에서 힌지(400a)를 중심으로 상측으로 들어 올려지므로 전방커버체(320)의 개방에 전혀 지장이 없다.
따라서, 이와같이 전방커버체(320)가 개방된 상태로 유지되면 차양모자(100)를 벗지 않고 착용한 상태에서도 편리하게 기호식품이나 음용식품을 섭취할 수 있다.
이는 썬글라스(400)를 개방창(321) 내측면에서 부착한 경우에도 마찬가지인데 다만, 이와같은 경우에는 첨부도면 도5에 도시된 바와같이 썬글라스(400)을 개방창(400)에서 분리시켜 계속적으로 사용할 수 있어서 편리하다.
그러는 한편, 본 발명은 상기 측후방커버체(310)의 전방 하측단에는 각각 똑딱이단추(311)가 형성되어 있으므로 선택적으로 이들을 결합하여 측후방커버체(310)의 하측을 조인 상태에서 사용할 수 있다.
따라서,해충이 커버체(300) 하측으로 들어 오는 것이 최대한 방지된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 야외활동시 태양광을 차단하여 주도록 제조되는 다양한 형태의 차양모자(100)에 있어서,
    상기 차양모자(100)의 외곽테두리(110) 내부에 절곡된 형태를 그대로 유지하는 형태복원용 절곡심재(200)를 일체로 삽입 설치하여 최소부피로 접는 것과 원래형태로 복원하는 것이 가능하도록 구성하며,
    차양모자(100) 저면에 외곽테두리(110)를 따라 자외선차단과 해충방지 및 바람침입차단용 커버체(300)를 일체형 또는 탈부착가능하게 형성하되 측면과 후방을 커버토록 형성한 측후방커버체(310)의 전방에 썬글라스(400)에 의해 밀폐되는 개방창(321)이 구비된 전방커버체(320)를 지퍼(500)를 이용하여 개폐가능하도록 형성하여서 얼굴 전체의 커버가 가능하고 썬글라스(400)에 의해 눈부심이 방지되며 필요시 전방커버체(320)만을 개방하여 기호식품이나 음용식품을 섭취할 수 있도록 구성하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다기능 차양모자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전방커버체(320)의 하측단에는 똑딱이단추(322) 또는 벨크로테이프를 형성하고,
    상기 차양모자(100) 상면에는 이와 대응되는 똑딱이단추(120) 또는 벨크로테이프를 형성하여 전방커버체(320)의 개방시 이들을 결합하여 개방된 상태가 유지될 수 있도록 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 다기능 차양모자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전방커버체(320) 상측에 형성된 개방창(321)의 외곽테두리내부에 고무자석(321a)을 일체로 삽입설치하고,
    상기 썬글라스(400)의 외곽테두리(110)에는 얇은 금속편(410)을 고정설치하여 자력에 의해 개방창(321)에 썬글라스(400)가 부착되도록 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 다기능 차양모자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전방커버체(320) 상측에 형성된 개방창(321)의 외곽테두리(110) 외면에 벨크로테이프를 일체로 고정설치하고,
    상기 썬글라스(400)의 외곽테두리(110)에는 이와 대응되는 벨크로테이프를 고정설치하여 개방창(321)에 썬글라스(400)가 부착되도록 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 다기능 차양모자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 썬글라스(400)는 차양모자(100)와 썬글라스(400)에 형성된 각각의 똑딱이단추(130)(420)나 벨크로테이프 또는 썬글라스(400)에 형성된 고정클립을 이용하여 차양모자(100)에 착탈가능하게 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 다기능 차양모자.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 측후방커버체(310)의 전방 하측단에는 각각 똑딱이단추(311) 또는 벨크로테이프를 형성하여 이들의 결합시 측후방커버체(310)의 하측이 조여지도록 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 다기능 차양모자.
