Description

一种帐篷顶部挑杆 技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷,更具体的说涉及一种帐篷顶部挑杆。
背景技术
帐篷作为一种户外用品,成为时下许多爱好旅游、露营、感受大自然等户外休闲活动人士的必备。帐篷主要由帐篷布及用于支撑帐篷布的帐篷架组成,帐篷展开后内部空间有限,而且帐篷布布料密实,透气性差,使得帐篷内通风不畅,空气质量差,因此一些帐篷在顶部设有网格布形成的通风口。为令通风口具有通风功能,同时具备遮阳避雨之功效,且不用人工对通风口上方的遮盖篷布进行打开或盖起,如图1所示,帐篷的各组支撑杆1'的顶部通过一枢接座2'枢接在一起;篷布3'连接在各支撑杆1'上,在帐篷布3'的顶部设有网格通风口31',而在该帐篷支架顶部的枢接座2'上还枢接有至少一个挑杆4',挑杆4位于网格通风口31'的上方,挑杆4'连接在通风口上方形成的房檐篷布32',房檐篷布32'的两侧是连接在网格通风口两侧的帐篷布上。
对于上述的帐篷结构,其在收折时,一般是将帐篷的各支撑杆1'向上收折,展开时在向下展开,各支撑杆1'之间张开角度后立起,挑杆4'伴随着支撑杆的收折和展开,因房檐篷布32'连接在挑杆4'上且绷平支撑,在收折或是展开过程中,挑杆4'两侧的房檐篷布32'配合上收或者向下活动至展开时,房檐篷布32'经常会收到拉扯,房檐篷布连接在篷布上呈绷平状态,受到拉扯时就容易扯坏篷布,连接在挑杆和两支撑杆之间的房檐篷布长期受到拉伸,就会造成房檐篷布松垮而影响美观,在收折和展开帐篷过程中,房檐篷布连同篷布也易受到拉扯而撕裂开,影响篷布的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其位于帐篷顶端支撑起帐篷的房檐篷布,并可令帐篷展开收折过程中篷布不受拉伸损坏。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种帐篷顶部挑杆,帐篷各支撑杆的顶部连接在一顶部连接座上,至少一挑杆连接在顶部连接座上且位于两相邻的支撑杆之间,至少一组两相邻支撑杆之间形成位于帐篷顶部的房檐篷布,房檐篷布外缘套设在挑杆上而支撑展开,挑杆为弹性伸缩杆。
所述的挑杆上配合有弹性体以形成弹性伸缩杆。
所述弹性体为在挑杆的前端顶持一弹簧,弹簧外套设有一弹簧套筒,弹簧套筒的长度大于弹簧的自由长度,弹簧套筒外侧端部上还设有一弹簧固定座。
所述的弹簧套筒连同挑杆套设在一设置在房檐篷布外缘的布套中,布套的长度长于弹簧套筒的长度。
所述的弹性体为在挑杆的前端顶持一弹簧,挑杆及弹簧套设在一连接在房檐篷布外缘的布套中。
所述的布套车缝在房檐篷布上,且中部设有一长度大于弹簧展开长度的套筒,弹簧及挑杆套设在该套筒中。
所述挑杆是由两节内外套管并配合弹簧形成弹性伸缩杆,其中之一套管的一端是配合于房檐篷布外缘。
采用上述结构后,本发明的挑杆,令挑杆可进行一定的弹性伸缩调节,故当要收折起帐篷时,挑杆上的房檐篷布在配合两侧的支撑杆进行收折或展开时,因挑杆可自动伸缩从而进行适当活动调节,从而可避免绷紧的房檐篷布连同篷布直接受拉扯而损坏,当挑杆支撑展开起房檐篷布时,位于挑杆中的弹性体也可令房檐篷布绷平而不下榻。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图2所示,并参照图1所示,本发明的帐篷顶部的挑杆3是连接在两相邻的支撑杆1之间,各支撑杆1的顶部连接在一顶部连接座2上,挑杆3连接在帐篷的顶部连接座2中,位于两帐篷支撑杆1之间形成支撑帐篷房檐篷布的挑杆,挑杆3可为多根,其支撑房檐篷布展开后遮挡位于帐篷顶部设有的通风口,房檐篷布的顶面通过套接在挑杆上(图中未示出),而两侧则连接在帐篷布上展开形成位于帐篷顶部上的房檐支撑面。
本发明的帐篷顶部挑杆的主要改进之处在于,挑杆3为弹性伸缩杆,挑杆3可自动伸缩从而进行适当调节。可在挑杆3上配合有弹性体以形成弹性伸缩杆,从而挑杆中形成一可弹性变化长短的伸缩区间,令挑杆3的整体长度在一定范围能变化调节,令套接其上的房檐篷布在配合帐篷架杆收折时,连接在挑杆上的篷布有拉伸空间,挑杆支撑其房檐篷布时,弹性体向前回弹顶出,令房檐篷布绷平不下垂下榻。为实现上述目的,以下列举两实施例对本发明的帐篷顶部挑杆结构进行说明。
如图3所示,本发明的帐篷顶部挑杆3中,弹性体为在挑杆3的前端顶持一弹簧4,本实施例中将弹性体设置在挑杆的前端,该弹簧4的外径小于挑杆杆件外径,以令弹簧2是位于挑杆3的前方而不会套设在挑杆3上,弹簧4外套设有一弹簧套筒5,挑杆3的前部也位于弹簧套筒5内,弹簧套筒5的长度大于弹簧4的自由长度,并且在弹簧套筒5外侧端部上还设有一弹簧固定座51,从而,弹簧4就位于弹簧套筒5内,同时顶持在挑杆3的前方。最后,房檐篷布外缘上对应挑杆3设有布套用以套设挑杆,该布套的长度长于弹簧套筒5的长度,从而以将房檐篷布连接在挑杆上,将套设有弹簧4的弹簧套筒5套进房檐篷布的布套中,从而挑杆3支撑起房檐篷布。
如图4,为本实施例的另一实施例,本实施例中,弹性体为直接在挑杆3的前方顶持有一弹簧4,但是不需要设置弹簧套筒,而是直接在弹簧4设置在一连接在房檐篷布上方的布套6内,布套6中部设置有一套筒61用以套置弹簧4和挑杆3,该套筒61的长度长于弹簧4的展开长度,布套6套置在弹簧4外,也套置在挑杆3的前部,弹簧4顶持在挑杆3的前端而固定,同时布套6是连接固定在房檐篷布上,布套6的两侧边直接车缝在房檐篷布中部的并配合套设在挑杆3外,挑杆3连同弹簧4套入布套6的套筒61中,从而房檐篷布通过挑杆3而支撑展开。
当然,本发明中挑杆的弹性体也可设置在挑杆的中部,将挑杆设置为由两节内外套管并配合弹簧形成弹性伸缩杆,其中之一套管的一端是配合于房檐篷布外缘,房檐篷布连接在挑杆上,而挑杆也可实现自动弹性伸缩。
本发明的挑杆为弹性伸缩杆,可进行一定的弹性伸缩调节,可在挑杆上配合有弹性体以形成弹性伸缩杆,或是将挑杆设置为由两节内外套管并配合弹簧形成弹性伸缩杆,当要收折起帐篷时,挑杆上的房檐篷布在配合两侧的支撑杆进行收折或展开时,因在挑杆可进行适当活动调节,从而可避免绷紧的房檐篷布连同篷布直接受拉扯而损坏,当挑杆支撑展开起房檐篷布时,挑杆也可令房檐篷布绷平而不下榻。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (7)

1、一种帐篷顶部挑杆,帐篷各支撑杆的顶部连接在一顶部连接座上,至少一挑杆连接在顶部连接座上且位于两相邻的支撑杆之间,至少一组两相邻支撑杆之间形成位于帐篷顶部的房檐篷布,房檐篷布外缘套设在挑杆上而支撑展开,其特征在于:挑杆为弹性伸缩杆。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其特征在于:挑杆上配合有弹性体以形成弹性伸缩杆。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其特征在于:所述弹性体为在挑杆的前端顶持一弹簧,弹簧外套设有一弹簧套筒,弹簧套筒的长度大于弹簧的自由长度,弹簧套筒外侧端部上还设有一弹簧固定座。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其特征在于:弹簧套筒连同挑杆套设在一设置在房檐篷布外缘的布套中,布套的长度长于弹簧套筒的长度。
5、如权利要求2所述的一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其特征在于:弹性体为在挑杆的前端顶持一弹簧,挑杆及弹簧套设在一连接在房檐篷布外缘的布套中。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其特征在于:布套车缝在房檐篷布上,且中部设有一长度大于弹簧展开长度的套筒,弹簧及挑杆套设在该套筒中。
7、如权利要求1所述的一种帐篷顶部挑杆,其特征在于:所述挑杆是由两节内外套管并配合弹簧形成弹性伸缩杆,其中之一套管的一端是配合于房檐篷布外缘。
