背景技术
现有的帐篷大体是底层采用塑料布或充气垫作地铺，并通过绳子和木桩固定，这种帐篷一定程度上满足了人们在户外过夜的需求，然而却有以下不足。例如，地铺与地面接触，因此不适合在有碎石、荆棘或凹凸不平等地面上使用，而沙滩上的螺壳、石块也同样会使塑料布穿孔或气垫漏气，致使地铺失去防水防潮功能，即使不下雨，铺位设在凹凸不平的地面上也会使人感到不适。另外，用绳子和木桩等固定帐篷，打桩系绳比较麻烦，想移动帐篷也很不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种帐篷床架，其能够适应于地况较差的场所，且结构简单，使用方便。
为了达成上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种帐篷床架，包括有：
一折叠床架，该折叠床架包括至少两并排的床纵杆及连接于床纵杆之间可折叠的活动床支脚，床布连接于床纵杆之间；
一帐篷，帐篷连接在折叠床架上，帐篷包括篷布支架及连接在篷布支架上的篷布，篷布支架连接于折叠床架的两端，篷布支架的顶部设有一供篷布挂设的固定座。
所述的帐篷固定连接于折叠床架上，篷布支架固定连接于折叠床架的两端。
所述的帐篷能拆解地连接于折叠床架上，篷布支架可拆解地活动连接于折叠床架的两端。

采用上述结构后，本发明与现有技术相比，由于折叠床架中设有活动的床支脚，帐篷床架在地况较差的场所也可达到较为舒适的使用效果，且折叠床的床纵杆组成的床框体，床支脚以及篷布支架均可折叠，使用携带方便，床架上具有帐篷，且篷布只须通过挂设在篷布支架就可支撑篷布形成帐篷，使用者在床架上也在帐篷内，不但能防潮湿，还可防雨防晒，具有封闭性和独立性。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案，下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
结合图1、2，本发明的帐篷床架包括一折叠床架1及位于折叠床架上方的帐篷2。本实施例中，折叠床架1包括两并排的床纵杆11及连接于两床纵杆之间的三组活动的床支脚3，床布连接于两床纵杆11之间以形成床面（图中未示出），帐篷2连接在折叠床架1上，帐篷包括篷布支架4及连接在篷布支架上的篷布5。
因本发明的帐篷床架主要用于户外，故本发明中的床架使用折叠床架及可收折的帐篷杆架。如图1、2所示，为本发明的一较佳实施例，折叠床架1的三组床支脚3包括两组位于两端的第一床支脚31及位于中部的第二床支脚32，为使床架可实现对折，两床纵杆11均是由两对称的连接杆杆枢接连接而成。为使床支脚31支撑更加稳固，本实施例中，第一床支脚31包括两对称且交叉的支脚架311，各支脚架311包括两枢接于两床纵杆11上的斜撑杆，各斜撑杆的上端通过枢接耳片枢接于两床纵杆11上，下端枢接于一底部支座312，其中的一短斜撑杆313上端是通过连接于其中一床纵杆11两侧边的枢接耳片而枢接于床纵杆11上，端斜撑杆313位于床纵杆的下方，而另一长斜撑杆314是连接于位于另一床纵杆11内侧的枢接片而枢接，长斜撑杆314斜立于两床纵杆11下方，长斜撑杆314与短斜撑杆313连接于一底部支座312上，底部支座312中设有两个不同开口方向的枢接槽口，两斜撑杆连接于底部支座312上形成一支撑架，展开时两对称且交叉设置的两支脚架311形成对两床纵杆11的支撑，而在床架进行收折时，其也可向内收折。

本发明的帐篷2连接在折叠床架1上，帐篷2包括篷布支架4及连接在篷布支架上的篷布5，篷布5的底部固定于折叠床架上，篷布5顶面的两端部的两边角上的设有挂钩51，通过挂钩51钩挂于篷布支架4上，篷布支架4连接于折叠床架1的两端。本实施例中，篷布支架4固定连接于折叠床架1的两端上，篷布支架4为伸缩套杆结构，篷布支架4的底端插立固定于一底座41上，从而使支架立于地面，而篷布支架4的杆体穿设于第一床支脚31的支脚架的一长斜撑杆314上所设有一固定环3140中，使篷布支架4直立并固定。当然，也可令篷布支架4为可拆解连接在折叠床架1上，篷布支架4与折叠床架之间采用活动连接，令折叠床架1单独作为吊床使用。为使篷布支架4的支撑更稳固，篷布支架4与折叠床架1的第一床支脚31支脚之间还可设置两连接辅杆411以加强篷布支架4与床架之间的连接。
如图2A、图3A所示，在搭盖好折叠床架后，支撑篷布时，为使篷布5进行支撑固定，在篷布支架4的顶部设有一固定座42，本实施例中，固定座42为一方形座体，固定座中上设有可活动的环形钩43，固定座42上方的开设有两平行但开口方向相反的长槽421，长槽421中靠内端部处为延伸至固定座底部的通槽，从而以供环形钩43插置，该通槽上方横设有一销轴（图中未示出），环形钩43配合于该销轴中，在帐篷床架展开时，需要固定帐篷篷布5时，将环形钩43从固定座42的通槽中抽出后放置固定于长槽421中，从而可使帐篷篷布5上的挂钩51钩挂于环形钩43中而支撑起篷布（参见图1、图2A）。当需折收帐篷2，将挂钩43收起放置于通槽内，如图3A所示。在帐篷床架整体进行收折时，可将篷布支架4单独拆解出来，亦可将篷布支架收折于折叠床架之中，完成帐篷床架的完全折收。这样的篷布支架4支架，只须在折叠床架1的两端设立两篷布支架4，无须在每个床支脚处设置支撑杆以支撑篷布，使结构更加简单，使用更方便。
如图6，为本发明的另一实施例，本实施例与上一实施例的不同之处在于篷布支架上的固定座结构。本实施例中，位于篷布支架6顶端的固定座62为一柱形座体，固定座62的其中一侧的中上处内凹形成一内嵌槽621，座体的外侧面上开设有一与内嵌槽相通的开口622。相应的，在篷布5顶面的两端部上的两边角之间连接有一提手式的拉带52，拉带52可为软绳，也可为具有支撑力的塑胶绳或钢丝等，拉带52连接于篷布5同一端上的两边角之间，而拉带52穿过开口622后固定在内嵌槽621之中，拉带52固定于内嵌槽621中拉伸起篷布，从而使篷布5吊挂于篷布支架6上。
采用上述结构后，本发明与现有技术相比，由于折叠床架中设有活动的床支脚，床架在地况较差的场所也可达到较为舒适的使用效果，且由于折叠床架的床纵杆形成的床框体、三组床支脚以及篷布支架均可折叠，使用携带方便。帐篷床架的篷布支架在拆卸后，折叠床架1也可单独作为吊床使用，而在装接后，该床架上具有帐篷，且只须通过篷布支架就可支撑篷布形成帐篷，使用者在床架上也在帐篷内，不但能防潮湿，还可防雨防晒，具有封闭性和独立性。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样，任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰，皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

1、一种帐篷床架，其特征在于，包括有：
一折叠床架，该折叠床架包括至少两并排的床纵杆及连接于床纵杆之间可折叠的活动床支脚，床布连接于床纵杆之间；
一帐篷，帐篷连接在折叠床架上，帐篷包括篷布支架及连接在篷布支架上的篷布，篷布支架连接于折叠床架的两端，篷布支架的顶部设有一供篷布挂设的固定座。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的帐篷固定连接于折叠床架上，篷布支架固定连接于折叠床架的两端。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的帐篷能拆解地连接于折叠床架上，篷布支架可拆解地活动连接于折叠床架的两端。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的床纵杆由两对称的连接杆枢接，床支脚包括两组枢接于床纵杆两端的第一床支脚及一组枢接于床纵杆中部的第二床支脚，第一床支脚包括两组对称且交叉的支脚架，各支脚架包括两分别枢接于两相对床纵杆上的斜撑杆，且两斜撑杆的下端枢接于一底部支座上，第二床支脚包括交叉枢接于两纵杆之间的两支脚。
5、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的篷布支架插立固定于其底部的一底座上，且篷布支架杆体穿设于床支脚上设有的固定环中，篷布支架与折叠床架的床支脚之间设两连接辅杆。。
6、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的篷布支架为伸缩套杆结构。
7、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的固定座为一方形座体，方形座体上方开设有开口方向相反的平行的长槽，各长槽中靠内的端部处为延伸至固定座底部的供一环形钩插置的通槽，通槽上方横设有一销轴，环形钩配合于销轴中。
8、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的固定座为一柱形座体，柱形座体其中一侧的中上处内凹形成一内嵌槽，固定座的外侧面上开设有一与内嵌槽相通的开口。
9、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的篷布的顶面的两端部的两边角上设有挂钩。
10、如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种帐篷床架，其特征在于：所述的篷布的顶面的两端部的两边角之间连接有一提手式的拉带。
