连接层30的一端形成上接触面,当连接层30的一端平铺且固定上安设槽时,上接触面与上安设面呈平齐布置;连接层30的另一端形成下接触面,当连接层30的一端平铺且固定下安设槽时,下接触面与下安设面呈平齐布置;这样,当手机置于手机壳内时,上接触面与上安设面以及下接触面与下安设面分别抵触手机的背面,形成一个平面,对手机的背面进行防护,实现同步抵触手机的背面,增强手机的放置稳定性。
上壳体10与下壳体20组合形成放置腔,放置腔用于放置手机;上接触面形成有多个上抵触条,上抵触条沿长度延伸布置,各个上抵触条沿宽度方向呈依序间隔布置,上抵触条的顶部与上安设面呈平齐布置,下接触面形成有多个下抵触条,下抵触条沿长度延伸布置,各个下抵触条沿宽度方向呈依序间隔布置,下抵触条的顶部与下安设面呈平齐布置;当手机置于放置腔时,手机的底面抵触各个上抵触条的顶部以及抵触各个下抵触条的顶部。
这样,在各个上抵触条以及下抵触条的作用下,实现提高手机置于放置腔的内部的空间整体高度,便于手机的散热,同时,当出现跌落时,对底部保护减震作用。
下壳体20包括下底板28,下底板28具有下安设面,下底板28形成有抬高台27,抬高台27处于下安设面的下方;实现下底板28的抬高处理,对底部起到减震作用。
实施例一,上壳体10与下壳体20呈左右对应布置:
上壳体10包括具有上安设腔的上侧边条11,上安设腔沿上侧边条11的长度方向延伸布置且贯通上侧边条11的两端,上壳体10设有上侧减震条,上侧减震条覆盖上安设腔;在上侧减震条的作用下,对上侧边条11起到减震作用,当上侧边条11朝下掉落时,有效起到减震作用。
沿背离上侧边条11方向,上侧减震条形成有多个减震柱70,各个减震柱70沿上侧边条11的长度方向呈依序排列布置,减震柱70处于上安设腔;减震柱70的外端形成减震面,当手机放置折叠式手机壳内时,减震面抵触手机的外表面;减震柱70具备足够的缓冲效果,有效增强对手机的防护,且在减震面的作用下,增大与手机的抵触面积,便于分散撞击力。
下壳体20包括具有下安设腔的下侧边条21,下安设腔沿下侧边条21的长度方向延伸布置且贯通下侧边条21的两端,下壳体20设有下侧减震条,下侧减震条覆盖下安设腔;在下侧减震条的作用下,对下侧边条21起到减震作用,当下侧边条21朝下掉落时,有效起到减震作用。
沿背离下侧边条21方向,下侧减震条形成有多个减震柱70,各个减震柱70沿下侧边条21的长度方向呈依序排列布置,减震柱70处于下安设腔;减震柱70的外端形成减震面,当手机放置折叠式手机壳内时,减震面抵触手机的外表面;减震柱70具备足够的缓冲效果,有效增强对手机的防护,且在减震面的作用下,增大与手机的抵触面积,便于分散撞击力。
上壳体10包括具有上顶腔的上顶边条12,下壳体20包括具有下顶腔的下顶边条22,当手机壳呈展开布置时,上顶腔与下顶腔呈连通布置;折叠式手机壳包括顶减震条,顶减震条呈受力呈伸长或收缩布置,顶减震条分别覆盖上顶腔与下顶腔;这样,在顶减震条的作用下,沿长度方向,对连接层30的上端起到遮挡作用,避免连接层30外露;同时,顶减震条有效分担施加在连接层30上的拉张力,通过顶减震条与连接层30配合,便于手机壳的展开以及折叠之间的切换。
上壳体10包括具有上底腔的上底边条13,下壳体20包括具有下底腔的下底边条23,当手机壳呈展开布置时,上底腔与下底腔呈连通布置;折叠式手机壳包括底减震条,底减震条呈受力呈伸长或收缩布置,底减震条分别覆盖上底腔与下底腔;这样,在底减震条的作用下,沿长度方向,对连接层30的下端起到遮挡作用,避免连接层30外露;同时,底减震条有效分担施加在连接层30上的拉张力,通过底减震条与连接层30配合,便于手机壳的展开以及折叠之间的切换。
上壳体10包括上弧形部14,上弧形部14朝外呈拱起弧形布置,上弧形部14具有上弧形腔,上弧形部14的两端分别对接上顶边条12以及上侧边条11,上弧形腔设有弧减震条,弧减震条形成有减震柱70;减震柱70的内端固定弧减震条,减震柱70的外端沿背离上弧形部14方向呈垂直延伸布置;上弧形部14是常见的掉落区域,在弧减震条以及减震柱70的作用下,有效对上弧形部14起到防护。
下壳体20包括下弧形部,下弧形部朝外呈拱起弧形布置,下弧形部具有下弧形腔,下弧形部的两端分别对接下顶边条22以及下侧边条21,下弧形腔设有弧减震条,弧减震条形成有减震柱70;减震柱70的内端固定弧减震条,减震柱70的外端沿背离下弧形部方向呈垂直延伸布置;下弧形部是常见的掉落区域,在弧减震条以及减震柱70的作用下,有效对下弧形部起到防护。
实施例二,上壳体10与下壳体20呈上下对应布置:
上壳体10包括具有左上安设腔的左上侧边条15,左上安设腔沿左上侧边条15的长度方向延伸布置且贯通左上侧边条15的两端,左上壳体10设有左上侧减震条,左上侧减震条覆盖左上安设腔;在左上侧减震条的作用下,对左上侧边条15起到减震作用,当左上侧边条15朝下掉落时,有效起到减震作用。
下壳体20包括具有左下安设腔的左下侧边条25,左下安设腔沿左下侧边条25的长度方向延伸布置且贯通左下侧边条25的两端,左下壳体20设有左下侧减震条,左下侧减震条覆盖左下安设腔;在左下侧减震条的作用左下,对左下侧边条25起到减震作用,当左下侧边条25朝左下掉落时,有效起到减震作用。
左上侧减震条与左下侧减震条呈一体成型对接布置,当手机壳呈展开布置时,左上安设腔与左安设腔呈连通布置,这样,在左上侧减震条与左下侧减震条的配合作用下,沿宽度方向,对连接层30的左上端起到遮挡作用,避免连接层30外露;同时,左上侧减震条与左下侧减震条有效分担施加在连接层30左上的拉张力,通过左上侧减震条与左下侧减震条与连接层30配合,便于手机壳的展开以及折叠之间的切换。
上壳体10包括具有右上安设腔的右上侧边条16,右上安设腔沿右上侧边条16的长度方向延伸布置且贯通右上侧边条16的两端,右上壳体10设有右上侧减震条,右上侧减震条覆盖右上安设腔;在右上侧减震条的作用下,对右上侧边条16起到减震作用,当右上侧边条16朝下掉落时,有效起到减震作用。
下壳体20包括具有右下安设腔的右下侧边条26,右下安设腔沿右下侧边条26的长度方向延伸布置且贯通右下侧边条26的两端,右下壳体20设有右下侧减震条,右下侧减震条覆盖右下安设腔;在右下侧减震条的作用右下,对右下侧边条26起到减震作用,当右下侧边条26朝右下掉落时,有效起到减震作用。
右上侧减震条与右下侧减震条呈一体成型对接布置,当手机壳呈展开布置时,右上安设腔与右安设腔呈连通布置,这样,在右上侧减震条与右下侧减震条的配合作用下,沿宽度方向,对连接层30的右上端起到遮挡作用,避免连接层30外露;同时,右上侧减震条与右下侧减震条有效分担施加在连接层30右上的拉张力,通过右上侧减震条与右下侧减震条与连接层30配合,便于手机壳的展开以及折叠之间的切换。

下壳体20包括两个下弧形部,两个下弧形部沿宽度方向对应布置,下弧形部朝外呈拱起弧形布置,下弧形部具有下弧形腔,下弧形部的两端分别对接下顶边条22以及右侧边条,下弧形腔设有弧减震条,弧减震条形成有减震柱70;减震柱70的内端固定弧减震条,减震柱70的外端沿背离下弧形部方向呈垂直延伸布置;下弧形部是常见的掉落区域,在弧减震条以及减震柱70的作用下,有效对下弧形部起到防护。
也就是说,左上侧边条15、上弧形部14、上顶边条12、上弧形部14、右上侧边条16、右下侧边条26、下弧形部、下顶边条22、下弧形部以及左下侧边条25呈依序围合布置,形成放置腔。
实施例三,减震柱70的实施例:
相邻减震柱70通过连接条呈依序对接布置;使各个减震柱70形成整体,有效增强缓冲效果。
沿多个减震柱70的排列方向,各个连接条呈错位布置;这样,各个连接条配合,起到分散撞击力,从而增强壳体结构的减震效果,有效防止手机的摔坏。
多个减震柱70,可为并列一排、二排、三排、四排、五排等,呈多队列排序。
或者,多排布置,一排为圆柱型,第二排为竖条型,第三排为方条型等交叉混合组合布置。
或者,上侧边条11和下侧边条21分别设置的减震柱70呈一一对应布置,从而使电子产品放置更加平稳。
上侧边条11形成有凹槽17,下侧减震的内端或者减震柱70的内端形成有凸起部,凸起部嵌入凹槽17呈卡合固定布置;这样,凸起部与凹槽17呈榫卯连接;保证减震柱70的固定效果。
或者,下侧减震和上侧减震可以通过注塑、热压减震料、超声波焊接,一种或多种结合的方式进行安设在下壳体20和上壳体10上。
减震柱70呈圆柱状布置,使减震柱70均匀受力,提高减震效果。
减震柱70呈方柱状布置,使减震柱70均匀受力,提高减震效果。
减震柱70呈椭圆柱状布置,使减震柱70均匀受力,提高减震效果。
减震柱70呈针尖状布置,便于减震柱70逐渐弱化撞击力,提高减震效果。
减震柱70的切面可为四边形、五边形、六边形、七边形、八边形、九边形等的多边形;便于减震柱70的安设,以及便于减震柱70与电子设备的配合。
实施例四,榫卯连接的实施例:
凹槽17呈上窄下宽梯形状布置,凸起部呈上宽下窄梯形状布置;有效增强固定效果。
或者,凹槽17呈大角度斜面的斜L字形状,具有斜面槽口,斜面槽口可单独左边或右边,或左右边都有;有效增强固定效果。
或者,凹槽17呈上宽下部略窄,上部横向一字型或横向箭头一字型,中部设有竖立柱,底部为长方形或正方形或三角形状布置的空腔设计,注塑时,减震料将流入底部空腔及中部竖立柱等部位,起到进一步强加拉力定位固定作用。
实施例五,材质的实施例:
减震柱70以及减震条采用PP、PC、TPU、TPR、TPV等中的一种或者几种的混合物复合高分子材料,以注塑成型或热压成型的方式,安设在上壳体10和下壳体20上。
连接层30采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等中的一种或者几种的混合形成的软质布置。
上壳体10和下壳体20采用非金属类材质制成,从而避免对手机造成信号干扰。
上壳体10和下壳体20为PP、PC、TPU、TPR、TPV、硅胶等中的一种或者几种的混合物复合高分子材料注塑成型或热压成型。
上壳体10和下壳体20加入玻纤或碳纤维进行增强改性成为复合材料,提高机械强度。
实施例六,连接件50与指环件60的实施例:
下底板28设有至少一个卡合口29,连接件50安设在卡合口29中,指环件60穿设卡合口29,且活动卡合在连接件50上。
指环件60,具有供手指穿过的手指孔。
或者,指环件60呈条状布置,连接件50呈条状布置,且连接件50具有移动槽,指环件60的一端呈固定布置,指环件60的另一端活动安设移动槽;这样,使用时,驱动指环件60的另一端沿移动槽进行移动,使指环件60呈拱起布置,便于手指穿过。
或者,指环件60呈脖绳状布置,两端分别对接连接件50,形成围合布置;使用时,指环件60佩戴在脖子上,便于手机的携带。
连接件,安设在抬高台上,连接件50用于安设指环件60,指环件60与连接件50呈卡合或分离布置。
上述的连接件,通过指环件60,有效增强手机的携带便利性和使用舒适性;同时,指环件60与连接件50卡合布置,保障具备足够的固定力,保证指环件60的安设稳固性。
下壳体20形成卡合口,卡合口的内端延伸至抬高台,卡合口的外端贯通下壳体连通外部;连接件50具有连接部,连接部延伸至卡合口,指环件通过卡合口对接或脱离连接部;实现指环件60与连接件50卡合布置或分离布置,实现指环件60的安装和拆卸。
另外,由于下底板28设有抬高台27,便于连接件50的设置,提高连接件50的设置稳固性,保证指环件60的安设稳固性。
或者,卡合口也可以形成在上壳体10上,实现连接件50安设在上壳体10上。
连接件50为塑胶材料制成,造价低。
连接件50为金属材料制成,这样,通过外部件,外部件如支架、固定壳等,外部件设有磁性件,连接件50受磁性件的磁力影响,吸附在外部件上。
外部件呈竖立型,具有竖立面,连接件50受磁性件的磁力影响,吸附在外部件的竖立面上。
外部件呈三角状,具有三角斜面,连接件50受磁性件的磁力影响,吸附在外部件的三角斜面上。
连接件50为磁性材料制成,这样,下壳体20通过连接件50,与外部吸附呈悬空布置。
当指环件60与连接件50呈分离布置时,通过连接件50直接与外部接触,实现下壳体20或上壳体10与外部吸附呈悬空布置。

Claims (15)

  1. 折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,包括具有上安设面的上壳体、具有下安设面的下壳体以及受力呈伸长或收缩布置的连接层,当手机壳呈展开布置时,所述上安设面与所述下安设面呈水平对应布置;所述上安设面形成有朝下凹陷的上安设槽,所述下安设面形成有朝下凹陷的下安设槽,所述连接层的两端分别平铺且固定所述上安设槽和所述下安设槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述折叠式手机壳包括多个穿梭条,所述穿梭条呈长条状布置,沿宽度方向,各个所述穿梭条呈依序排列布置;所述穿梭条的一端对接固定所述下壳体,所述上壳体具有穿梭孔,所述穿梭条的另一端贯穿所述穿梭孔,当手机壳逐渐呈展开布置时,所述穿梭条的另一端逐渐沿背离所述上壳体方向穿梭移动,且所述连接层与各个所述穿梭条呈上下对应布置;当手机壳呈折叠布置时,所述穿梭条的另一端沿朝向所述上壳体方向穿梭移动且不脱离所述穿梭孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述上壳体进行薄化处理形成上薄化区,所述下壳体进行薄化处理形成下薄化区,所述穿梭条的一端对接固定所述下薄化区,所述上薄化区设有穿梭件,所述穿梭件形成所述穿梭孔,所述穿梭条的另一端贯穿所述穿梭件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述折叠式手机壳包括遮挡罩,所述遮挡罩受力拉伸布置或撤力收缩布置,所述上壳体具有上连接面,所述下壳体具有下连接面,所述遮挡罩的两端分别对接所述上连接面以及所述下连接面;当手机壳呈展开布置时,所述连接层与所述遮挡罩呈上下对应布置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述遮挡罩包括多个罩片,各个所述罩片呈首尾依次对接布置;当手机壳逐渐呈展开时,各个所述罩片逐渐呈叠合收缩布置,当手机壳逐渐呈折叠时,各个所述罩片逐渐呈波浪状展开布置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述连接层具有朝向所述遮挡罩的外端面,所述连接层的外端面设有缓冲条,所述缓冲条沿长度方向延伸布置,所述缓冲条的底部固定所述连接层的外端面;当手机壳呈折叠布置时,所述缓冲条的顶部抵触所述遮挡罩。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述连接层的一端形成上接触面,当所述连接层的一端平铺且固定所述上安设槽时,所述上接触面与所述上安设面呈平齐布置;所述连接层的另一端形成下接触面,当所述连接层的一端平铺且固定所述下安设槽时,所述下接触面与所述下安设面呈平齐布置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述上壳体与所述下壳体组合形成放置腔,所述放置腔用于放置手机;所述上接触面形成有多个上抵触条,所述上抵触条沿长度延伸布置,各个所述上抵触条沿宽度方向呈依序间隔布置,所述上抵触条的顶部与所述上安设面呈平齐布置,所述下接触面形成有多个下抵触条,所述下抵触条沿长度延伸布置,各个所述下抵触条沿宽度方向呈依序间隔布置,所述下抵触条的顶部与所述下安设面呈平齐布置;当手机置于所述放置腔时,手机的底面抵触各个所述上抵触条的顶部以及抵触各个所述下抵触条的顶部。
  9. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述下壳体包括下底板,所述下底板具有所述下安设面,所述下底板形成有抬高台,所述抬高台处于所述下安设面的下方。
  10. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述上壳体包括具有上安设腔的上侧边条,所述上安设腔沿所述上侧边条的长度方向延伸布置且贯通所述上侧边条的两端,所述上壳体设有上侧减震条,所述上侧减震条覆盖所述上安设腔。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,沿背离所述上侧边条方向,所述上侧减震条形成有多个减震柱,各个所述减震柱沿上侧边条的长度方向呈依序排列布置,所述减震柱处于所述上安设腔;所述减震柱的外端形成减震面,当手机放置所述折叠式手机壳内时,所述减震面抵触手机的外表面。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述上壳体包括具有上顶腔的上顶边条,所述下壳体包括具有下顶腔的下顶边条,当手机壳呈展开布置时,所述上顶腔与所述下顶腔呈连通布置;所述折叠式手机壳包括顶减震条,所述顶减震条呈受力呈伸长或收缩布置,所述顶减震条分别覆盖所述上顶腔与所述下顶腔。
  13. 连接件,如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的折叠式手机壳,其特征在于,所述连接件安设所述抬高台,所述连接件用于安设指环件,所述指环件与所述连接件呈卡合或分离布置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述下壳体形成卡合口,所述卡合口的内端延伸至所述抬高台,所述卡合口的外端贯通所述下壳体连通外部;所述连接件具有连接部,所述连接部延伸至所述卡合口,所述指环件通过所述卡合口对接或脱离所述连接部。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的连接件,其特征在于,当所述指环件脱离所述连接件时,所述连接件直接与外部接触,实现下壳体或上壳体与外部抵触呈吸附布置。
