Description

一种果蔬清洗机 技术领域
本发明涉及清洗机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种果蔬清洗机。
背景技术
果蔬清洗机是一种厨房小家电,主要对瓜果蔬菜表面进行清洗及消毒。为了确保瓜果蔬菜表面的洁净,现有的果蔬清洗机基本设置有清洗篮、气泵、臭氧发生器等结构。瓜果蔬菜放置于清洗篮内,且有清水没过瓜果蔬菜。
为了实现臭氧发生器产生的臭氧能够充分溶解在清水里对瓜果蔬菜进行作用,现有的果蔬清洗机将气泵、臭氧发生器等结构都布设于清洗篮底部。如中国发明专利《基于多离子清洗的果蔬机》,申请(专利)号:CN201820254281.7,即公开了类似结构的果蔬机。上述结构设置将导致整个果蔬清洗机体积较高,占用空间大。此外,当清水的水位较高时,位于清洗篮底部的气体管路会受到较大的压强,在气泵非工作状态下,容易出现液体倒灌的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种果蔬清洗机,合理排布其内部结构,避免清水倒灌进入气泵。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种果蔬清洗机,包括外壳体、以及设置于外壳体内的清洗槽、气体发生装置、臭氧发生器,所述的气体发生装置设于清洗槽的侧方,且外壳体上部设置有管路连接件,所述的气体发生装置、臭氧发生器分别连接到管路连接件的入气口,所述的管路连接件的出气口连接出气管通到清洗槽底部。
本发明进一步的优选方案:所述的外壳体上端面内凹构成可容纳清洗篮与清水的清洗槽,所述的清洗槽底部设置有通往外壳体外的排水通道、以及用于连接出气管的进气接口。
本发明进一步的优选方案:所述的清洗槽底部架设有分散盘,所述的分散盘的外表面分布有通孔,所述的进气接口位于分散盘内,由进气接口排出的气体通过分散盘排出。

本发明在外壳体内上部设置有管路连接件,气体发生装置、臭氧发生器产生的气体将先通到管路连接器,再由管路连接件连接出气管通往清洗篮底部。本发明通过上述结构设置,解决了清水倒灌进入气泵的问题。本发明通过管路连接件拉高了部分气体管路的位置,即使果蔬清洗机内水位较高,也不会出现清水灌入气泵的问题。

如图1至图4所示为本发明的实施例一:一种果蔬清洗机,包括外壳体1、以及设置于外壳体1内的清洗槽7、气体发生装置3、臭氧发生器4,气体发生装置3设于清洗槽7的侧方,且外壳体1上部设置有管路连接件5,气体发生装置3、臭氧发生器4分别连接到管路连接件5的入气口,管路连接件5的出气口连接出气管通到清洗槽7底部。气体发生装置3、臭氧发生器4产生的气体将在管路连接件5处混合,然后由出气管排到清洗槽7底部。气体发生装置3实现将臭氧排到清洗槽7底部。

为了实现本发明正常工作,外壳体1内还设置有控制电路模块13,用于控制各部件的工作。如图3所示:本发明将气体发生器设置在清洗槽7的侧方,将臭氧发生器4位于清洗槽7的下方,将控制电路模块13设于外壳体1内底面即位于清洗槽7的下方。此为本发明优选结构排布,使得果蔬清洗机的内部结构紧凑,缩小体积。
如图4所示:清洗篮2主要有底板14、侧框15与上板16构成,底板14为布满孔的筛板结构,上板16卡接于侧框15内,瓜果蔬菜放置于底板14、上板16之间。清洗篮2的结构设置是镂空的,即清水能够轻易的通过清洗篮2进入其内。此外筛板结构的底板14将穿过底板14的气体进一步分隔,从而产生大量气泡去作用于瓜果蔬菜表面;也做曝气用,让臭氧能够充分溶解于清水中,对瓜果蔬菜表面消毒。
外壳体1上端面设置有上盖17覆盖在清洗槽7上。在本发明工作状态下,上盖17能够阻隔工作环境与外界。为了保持相对密封环境,上盖17的外周可设置密封圈。
气体发生器为气泵。为本发明的优选结构。
如图5至图6所示,为本发明的实施例二,实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:外壳体1内还设置有超声波驱动器18与超声波换能器19,即方案一中并未设置超声波驱动器18与超声波换能器19。
具体的,超声波驱动器18位于清洗槽7的下方,超声波换能器19设置在清洗槽7内且位于清洗篮2下方。需要说明的是,如图所示,超声波换能器19并未设置在分散盘11内,而是伸出分散盘11结构。
清洗槽7底面开设有安装孔,超声波换能器19可拆卸安装于安装孔,且超声波换能器19的上端面伸出清洗槽7底面。
清洗槽7底面沿安装孔外周凸起构成环状安装座20,超声波换能器19的顶部架设于安装座20且通过螺栓与安装座20连接,超声波换能器19的上端面高出安装座20。
分散盘11设置有开口,且开口处设置有向下弯折的翻边,翻边与清洗槽7底面接 触且位于安装座20外周。
此外,本发明中涉及的气体发生装置3、臭氧发生器4、超声波驱动器18、超声波换能器19,均为现有技术,可以直接通过外购获得。控制电路模块13也为本领域中的常规电路模块设计,而且上述内容的具体结构设计均非解决本发明技术问题的技术特征,因此在此不做具体结构说明。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的外壳体上端面内凹构成可容纳清洗篮与清水的清洗槽,所述的清洗槽底部设置有通往外壳体外的排水通道、以及用于连接出气管的进气接口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的清洗槽底部架设有分散盘,所述的分散盘的外表面分布有通孔,所述的进气接口位于分散盘内,由进气接口排出的气体通过分散盘排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的外壳体内还可设置超声波驱动器与超声波换能器,超声波换能器设置在清洗槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的清洗槽底面开设有安装孔,所述的超声波换能器可拆卸安装于所述的安装孔,且超声波换能器的上端面伸出清洗槽底面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的清洗槽底面沿安装孔外周凸起构成环状安装座,所述的超声波换能器的顶部架设于安装座且通过螺栓与安装座连接,所述的超声波换能器的上端面高出安装座。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的臭氧发生器位于清洗槽的下方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的外壳体内还设置有控制电路模块,所述的控制电路模块设于外壳体内底面即位于清洗槽的下方。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的清洗篮主要有底板、侧框与上板构成,所述的底板为布满孔的筛板结构,所述的上板卡接于侧框内,瓜果蔬菜放置于底板、上板之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬清洗机,其特征在于所述的外壳体上端面设置有上盖覆盖在清洗槽上。
