Description

标准容器的制造方法、仪器性能的检验方法及标准容器 技术领域
本发明涉及泄露技术领域,特别是涉及一种标准容器的制造方法、仪器性能的检验方法及标准容器。
背景技术
容器的完整性,亦即容器的泄漏性能或者密封性能,是阻隔容器内部与外部之间的微生物、气体及水蒸气的流动的性能。国内国际的标准,规定了对容器泄漏的测试方法。
容器的泄漏检测之前需用具有确定泄漏量的标准容器,来检验泄露量检测仪器的性能。而部分传统的标准容器是在盖体上设置毛细管来形成标准容器所需的孔径。此方式毛细管容易发生堵塞,且毛细管的孔径测量复杂。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种标准容器的制造方法、仪器性能的检验方法及标准容器,有利于精密确定容器的泄漏量,且制备过程更方便,有利于降低成本。
其技术方案如下:
一方面,本申请提供一种标准容器,包括容器本体,容器本体设有存储腔及与存储腔相通的开口;及箔片,箔片设有通孔,箔片盖设于开口处,并与容器本体密封设置,使得存储腔通过通孔与外部相通。
上述标准容器制造时,利用箔片完成通孔的制作,此过程中易于提高制孔精度,且方便进行孔径大小的检测。将完成打孔的箔片盖设于开口处,并且箔 片与容器本体密封设置,完成标准容器制造。由于该标准容器的制孔精度可靠,进而能够通过通孔的孔径大小及通孔数量算出标准容器的实际泄露量。此时,将标准容器放置于检测仪的检测位置,并进行检测,通过检测仪获得检测泄露量;将检测泄露量与标准泄露量大小进行对比,获得检验数据。同时该标准容器可以作为无菌容器阳性对照品进行使用。
下面进一步对技术方案进行说明:
在其中一个实施例中,箔片与容器本体之间设有第一密封层。
在其中一个实施例中,该标准容器还包括密封环,箔片通过密封环盖设于开口处。
在其中一个实施例中,密封环设有安装腔、以及与安装腔相通的缺口,箔片与安装腔的底壁密封设置,且通孔朝向缺口设置,密封环通过安装腔套设于容器本体上,并与容纳本体密封连接。
在其中一个实施例中,安装腔的侧壁与容器本体之间设有第二密封层,或或/和密封环与容器本体螺接密封。
在其中一个实施例中,通孔的孔径为0.01um~20um。
在其中一个实施例中,箔片的气体透过量小于10ml/m 2.day;或容器本体上形成的泄露孔的孔径小于20um。
另一方面,本申请还提供了一种标准容器的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
取出箔片,并按照预设泄露量要求在箔片内进行通孔制作;
完成通孔制作后,对箔片的通孔的孔径进行检测,如满足预设孔径要求则执行下一步骤;如不满足预设孔径要求则返回上一步骤,重新打孔;
将满足预设孔径要求的箔片盖设于容器的开口处,通孔与容器的存储腔相通,箔片与容器本体密封设置。
利用上述制造方法,与传统技术相比有利于提高标准容器的孔径制造精度,且孔径检测精度也更高,实际泄露量的计算更加准确。同时在箔片上制孔,适应性更广,该标准容器的组装也更加便利。进而使得制备过程更方便,有利于降低成本。
下面进一步对技术方案进行说明:
在其中一个实施例中,将满足预设孔径要求的箔片盖设于容器的开口处的过程中,还包括将满足预设孔径要求的箔片安设于密封环上,并利用密封环将箔片盖设于容器的开口处。
另一方面,本申请还提供了一种仪器性能的检验方法,包括如下步骤:
取上述任一实施例中的标准容器,并根据通孔的孔径大小及数量计算出该标准容器的标准泄露量;
将标准容器放置于检测仪的检测位置,并进行检测,通过检测仪获得检测泄露量;
将检测泄露量与标准泄露量大小进行对比,获得检验数据。
利用该仪器性能的检验方法,由于标准泄露量的计算更加准确,有利于提高检验数据的真实性,提高仪器校准的精度,有利于提高仪器性能。

如图1所示,一实施例中,提供一种标准容器,包括容器本体100,容器本体100设有存储腔110及与存储腔110相通的开口120;及箔片200,箔片200设有通孔220,箔片200盖设于开口120处,并与容器本体100密封设置,使得存储腔110通过通孔220与外部相通。
上述标准容器制造时,利用箔片200完成通孔220的制作,此过程中易于提高制孔精度,且方便进行孔径大小的检测。将完成打孔的箔片200盖设于开口120处,并与容器本体100密封设置,完成标准容器制造。由于该标准容器的制孔精度可靠,进而能够通过通孔220的孔径大小及通孔220数量算出标准容器的实际泄露量。此时,将标准容器放置于检测仪的检测位置,并进行检测,通过检测仪获得检测泄露量;将检测泄露量与标准泄露量大小进行对比,获得检验数据。同时该标准容器可以作为无菌容器阳性对照品进行使用。
需要说明的是,箔片200包括但不限于金属箔片200或金属箔膜,抗氧化能力强,无微孔,变形量小。且该箔片200的厚度可以根据实际需要进行选择,但与传统技术相比,泄露孔(通孔220)深度比较浅,不易发生堵塞;由于安装便利,即使发生堵塞可以拆卸下来清洗。
可选地,如图1所示,一实施例中,箔片200设有环状210,通孔220与密封区210错开,并设置于密封区的内。如此,可以通过密封区210与容器本体100开口的边缘密封设置,使得存储腔只能通过通孔与外部相通。
在上述任一实施例中,如图1所示,一实施例中,箔片200与容器本体100之间设有第一密封层230。如此,通过设置第一密封层230,使得箔片200与容器本体100之间密封性能更加可靠。
该第一密封层230包括但不限于密封胶、密封圈。
在上述任一实施例中,如图2所示,一实施例中,该标准容器还包括密封环300,箔片200通过密封环300盖设于开口120处。如此,利用密封环300可以将箔片200平整地安装在容器本体100上,使得按照后的箔片200不会发生褶皱,孔径大小不会发生改变。此外,该密封环300的设置,使得箔片200可以与密封环300密封安装可靠形成盖体,然后再与容器本体100进行安装。
进一步地,如图3、图4或图5所示,一实施例中,密封环300设有安装腔310、以及与安装腔310相通的缺口320,箔片200与安装腔310的底壁密封设置,且通孔220朝向缺口320设置,密封环300通过安装腔310套设于容器本体100上,并与容纳本体密封连接。如此,箔片200可以通过密封区210与密封腔的底壁密封连接,使得箔片200可以密封可靠地设置于密封环300上;此过程中,箔片200与密封腔的底壁之间设有密封环300或密封粘接层。完成箔片200密封安装后,箔片200的通孔220朝向缺口320设置,使得箔片200与密封环300构成具有通孔220的盖体,便于将箔片200可靠地按照到容器本体100上。
可选地,一实施例中,安装腔310的侧壁与容器本体100之间设有第二密封层330。如此,利用第二密封层330实现密封环300与容器本体100的密封安 装,使得箔片200密封可靠地设置于容器本体100上,使得泄露只发生在通孔220处。

取出箔片200,并按照预设泄露量要求在箔片200内进行通孔220制作;
完成通孔220制作后,对箔片200的通孔220的孔径进行检测,如满足预设孔径要求则执行下一步骤;如不满足预设孔径要求则返回上一步骤,重新打孔;
将满足预设孔径要求的箔片200盖设于容器的开口120处,通孔220与容器的存储腔110相通,箔片200与容器本体100密封设置。
利用上述制造方法,与传统技术相比有利于提高标准容器的孔径制造精度,且孔径检测精度也更高,实际泄露量的计算更加准确。同时在箔片200上制孔,适应性更广,该标准容器的组装也更加便利。进而使得制备过程更方便,有利于降低成本。
在上述实施例中,一实施例中,将满足预设孔径要求的箔片200盖设于容器的开口120处的过程中,还包括将满足预设孔径要求的箔片200安设于密封环300上,并利用密封环300将箔片200盖设于容器的开口120处。如此,利用密封环300可以将箔片200平整地安装在容器本体100上,使得按照后的箔片200不会发生褶皱,孔径大小不会发生改变。此外,该密封环300的设置,使得箔片200可以与密封环300密封安装可靠形成盖体,然后再与容器本体100进行安装。

利用该仪器性能的检验方法,由于标准泄露量的计算更加准确,有利于提高检验数据的真实性,提高仪器校准的精度,有利于提高仪器性能。

以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种标准容器,其特征在于,包括:
    容器本体,所述容器本体设有存储腔及与所述存储腔相通的开口;及
    箔片,所述箔片设有通孔,所述箔片盖设于所述开口处,并与所述容器本体密封设置,使得所述存储腔通过所述通孔与外部相通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标准容器,其特征在于,所述箔片与所述容器本体之间设有第一密封层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的标准容器,其特征在于,还包括密封环,所述箔片通过所述密封环盖设于所述开口处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的标准容器,其特征在于,所述密封环设有安装腔、以及与所述安装腔相通的缺口,所述箔片与所述安装腔的底壁密封设置,且所述通孔朝向所述缺口设置,所述密封环通过所述安装腔套设于所述容器本体上,并与所述容纳本体密封连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的标准容器,其特征在于,所述安装腔的侧壁与所述容器本体之间设有第二密封层,或/和所述密封环与所述容器本体螺接密封。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的标准容器,其特征在于,所述通孔的孔径为0.01um~20um。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的标准容器,其特征在于,所述箔片的气体透过量小于10ml/m 2.day;或容器本体上形成的泄露孔的孔径小于20um。
  8. 一种标准容器的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    取出箔片,并按照预设泄露量要求在所述箔片内进行通孔制作;
    完成通孔制作后,对箔片的通孔的孔径进行检测,如满足预设孔径要求则执行下一步骤;如不满足预设孔径要求则返回上一步骤,重新打孔;
    将满足预设孔径要求的所述箔片盖设于容器的开口处,所述通孔与所述容 器的存储腔相通,所述箔片与所述容器本体密封设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的标准容器的制造方法,其特征在于,将满足预设孔径要求的所述箔片盖设于所述容器的开口处的过程中,还包括将满足预设孔径要求的所述箔片安设于密封环上,并利用密封环将所述箔片盖设于所述容器的开口处。
  10. 一种仪器性能的检验方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    取如权利要求1至7任一项所述的标准容器,并根据通孔的孔径大小及数量计算出该标准容器的标准泄露量;
    将标准容器放置于检测仪的检测位置,并进行检测,通过检测仪获得检测泄露量;
    将检测泄露量与标准泄露量大小进行对比,获得检验数据。
