下面参考附图描述本申请实施例的电子门锁的解锁处理方法、装置、衣物处理装置及介质。
图1为本申请实施例所提供的一种电子门锁的解锁处理方法的流程示意图。
本申请实施例中的电子门锁的解锁处理方法,应用于衣物处理装置中,其中,衣物处理装置可以为滚筒洗衣机、波轮洗衣机、洗干一体机,或者,还可以为其他类型的衣物处理装置,对此不作限制。
本申请实施例中,衣物处理装置包括电子门锁,用于在洗涤过程中对衣物处理装置的门进行锁闭。
如图1所示,该电子门锁的解锁处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101,在电子门锁执行解锁指令之前,对电子门锁获取第一门锁信号。
本申请实施例中,门锁信号,用于指示衣物处理装置的电子门锁的开关状态,其优选为电平信号。其中,第一门锁信号,是指衣物处理装置的电子门锁在执行解锁指令之前的门锁信号。例如,电子门锁在执行解锁指令之前的门锁信号可以为高低电平信号。
需要说明的是,此处将电子门锁执行解锁指令之前的门锁信号称为第一门锁信号,是为了区别于电子门锁在执行解锁指令后产生的门锁信号。
在本申请实施例中,所述第一门锁信号优选采用解锁前5秒时间段内的门锁信号,在其他实施例中,亦可以采用解锁前其他时长的门锁信号。
步骤102,在电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长,对电子门锁获取第二门锁信号。
本申请实施例中,解锁指令,可以是用户通过触发解锁按键生成的,也可以是衣物处理装置的程序内置的,在此不做限制。例如,在衣物处理装置的洗涤或脱水过程结束后,衣物处理装置向电子门锁发送解锁指令,以控制电子门锁解锁。
本申请实施例中,在衣物处理装置的电子门锁执行解锁指令后,延迟设定时长,例如500ms,检测电子门锁的门锁信号,以获取得到第二门锁信号。
在电子门锁处于开启状态时,电子门锁上还有虚电信号,这种情况下,获取到的第二门锁信号中还存在低电平信号。其中,虚电信号并非实际的门锁信号,而为虚假的门锁信号。
在本申请实施例中,所述第二门锁信号优选为延长特定时长后5秒时间段内的门锁信号,在其他实施例中,亦可以采用延长特点时长后其他时长的门锁信号。
步骤103,根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长,确定电子门锁是否已解锁。
本申请实施例中,在获取到衣物处理装置的电子门锁执行解锁指令之前的第一门锁信号,以及获取到电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长后的第二门锁信号之后,可以根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长,确定电子门锁是否已解锁。
作为一种可能的情况,确定第二门锁信号的低电平时长为零时,也就是第二门锁信号为持续高电平信号时,确定电子门锁已经完全解锁。
作为另一种可能的情况,确定第二门锁信号的低电平时长不为零时,第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于等于第一门锁信号的低电平时长时,这种情况下,电子门锁上存在虚电信号导致第二门锁信号存在低电平信号,此时确定电子门锁已经完全解锁。
由此,在第二门锁信号上存在虚电信号时,通过将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与第一门锁信号的低电平时长进行比较,过滤掉第二门锁信号上的虚电信号,以确定电子门锁已经解锁,从而避免了电子门锁解锁成功后还出现误报警的技术问题。
本申请实施例的电子门锁的解锁处理方法,通过在电子门锁执行解锁指令之前,对电子门锁获取第一门锁信号;在电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长,对电子门锁获取第二门锁信号;根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长,确定电子门锁是否已解锁。该方法根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长,确定电子门锁是否已解锁成功,通过对第二门锁信号中的虚电信号进行过滤,从而避免了电子门锁解锁成功后还出现误报警的现象。
作为一种可能的实现方式,在上述步骤103中,根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长,确定电子门锁是否已解锁时,还可以首先根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长,再将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与阈值时长进行比较,以确定电子门锁是否已解锁。下面结合图2对上述过程进行详细介绍,图2为本申请实施例所提供的另一种电子门锁的解锁处理方法的流程示意图。
如图2所示,该电子门锁的解锁处理方法还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201,在电子门锁执行解锁指令之前,对电子门锁获取第一门锁信号。
步骤202,在电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长,对电子门锁获取第二门锁信号。
本申请实施例中,步骤201和步骤202的实现过程,参见上述实施例中步骤101和步骤102的实现过程,在此不再赘述。
步骤203,根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长。
其中,阈值时长,是用于过滤电子门锁处于解锁状态时,电子门锁的信号中存在的虚电信号,以避免电子门锁解锁成功后还出现误报警的现象。
本申请实施例中,在获取到衣物处理装置的电子门锁执行解锁指令之前的第一门锁信号,以及获取到电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长后的第二门锁信号之后,可以根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长。
在一种可能的场景下,获取到第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号之后,确定第一门锁信号的低电平时长大于或等于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,且第二门锁信号的低电平时长不为零,则确定阈值时长为低电平时长上限,低电平时长上限代表该场景下低电平持续时间的最大值,优选范围为60-70ms。
在另一种可能的场景下,获取到第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号之后,确定第一门锁信号的低电平时长大于或等于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,且第二门锁信号的低电平时长为零,则确定阈值时长为低电平时长中值,优选范围为40-55ms。
在又一种可能的场景下,获取到第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号之后,确定第一门锁信号的低电平时长小于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,则确定阈值时长为低电平时长下限,低电平时长下限代表该场景下低电平持续时间的最小值,优选范围为10-20ms。
需要说明的是,低电平时长上限大于低电平时长下限。其中,低电平时长上限和低电平时长下限为衣物处理装置的内置程序设定的时长上限和时长下限。
步骤204,将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与阈值时长比较。
本申请实施例中,根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长后,将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与对应的阈值时长进行比较,以判断第二门锁信号的低电平时长与对应的阈值时长的大小关系。
在一种可能的情况下,确定第一门锁信号的低电平时长大于或等于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,并且,第二门锁信号的低电平时长不为零,则将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长上限进行比较。
在另一种可能的情况下,确定第一门锁信号的低电平时长大于或等于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,并且,第二门锁信号的低电平时长为零时,则将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长中值进行比较。
在又一种可能的情况下,确定第一门锁信号的低电平时长小于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,则第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长下限进行比较。
步骤205,第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于阈值时长,则确定电子门锁已解锁。
本申请实施例中,根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长后,将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与阈值时长进行比较,当第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于阈值时长,可以确定电子门锁已解锁。
在一种可能的情况下,在电子门锁获取到解锁指令后延迟设定时长,对电子门锁获取第二门锁信号,在第二门锁信号的低电平时长为零时,第二门锁信号的低电平时长与对应的阈值时长进行比较,其中,阈值时长为低电平时长中值,确定第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于阈值时长,则确定电子门锁已解锁。
可以理解为,第一门锁信号的低电平时长大于或等于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,且第二门锁信号的低电平时长为零,这种情况下,电子门锁执行解锁指令后处于解锁状态,并且电子门锁上无虚电信号。可以将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长中值进行比较,由于第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于低电平时长中值,则确定电子门锁已解锁。
在另一种可能的情况下,在电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长,对电子门锁获取第二门锁信号,在第二门锁信号的低电平时长不为零时,第二门锁信号的低电平时长与对应的阈值时长进行比较,其中,阈值时长为低电平时长上限,确定第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于阈值时长,则确定电子门锁已解锁。
可以理解为,第一门锁信号的低电平时长大于或等于第二门锁信号的低电平时长,且第二门锁信号的低电平时长不为零时,这种情况下,电子门锁执行解锁指令后已经处于解锁状态,但是,电子门锁上存在有虚电信号。可以第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长上限进行比较,以过滤掉电子门锁上的虚电信号,从而在电子门锁上有虚电信号时,还能准确的确定电子门锁已经解锁。
在又一种可能的情况下,第一门锁信号的低电平时长小于第二门锁信号的低电平时长时,将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长下限进行比较,确定第二门锁信号的低电平时长必然大于低电平时长下限,则重新对电子门锁进行解锁。
可以理解为,第一门锁信号的低电平时长小于第二门锁信号的低电平时长时,此时执行解锁指令之前,电子门锁处于解锁状态,而执行解锁指令之后,电子门锁处于锁闭状态,这种情况可以是人员在电子门锁解锁过程中的误操作导致的或者其他原因导致的,这种情况下,将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与低电平时长下限进行比较,此时第二门锁的低电平时长必然大于低电平时长下限,然后对电子门锁重新进行解锁操作。
由此,通过确定不同的阈值时长,并将第二门锁信号与对应的阈值时长进行比较,能够过滤掉电子门锁的虚电信号,避免了电子门锁解锁后出现误报警的现象,减少了用户的投诉率,提升了用户的使用体验。
本申请实施例的电子门锁的解锁处理方法,通过在电子门锁执行解锁指令之前,对电子门锁获取第一门锁信号,在电子门锁执行解锁指令后延迟设定时长,对电子门锁获取第二门锁信号,根据第一门锁信号和第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长,将第二门锁信号的低电平时长与阈值时长比较,第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于阈值时长,则确定电子门锁已解锁。由此,通过将第二门锁信号与对应的阈值时长进行比较,能够过滤掉电子门锁的虚电信号,避免了电子门锁解锁后出现误报警的现象,减少了用户的投诉率,提升了用户的使用体验。

    根据所述第一门锁信号和所述第二门锁信号的低电平时长,确定所述电子门锁是否已解锁。

    根据所述第一门锁信号和所述第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长;
    将所述第二门锁信号的低电平时长与所述阈值时长比较,确定所述电子门锁是否已解锁。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的解锁处理装置,其中,所述确定模块,包括:
    赋值单元,用于根据所述第一门锁信号和所述第二门锁信号的低电平时长大小关系,确定阈值时长;
    比较单元,用于将所述第二门锁信号的低电平时长与所述阈值时长比较;
    确定单元,用于所述第二门锁信号的低电平时长小于所述阈值时长,则确定所述电子门锁已解锁。
  8. 一种衣物处理装置,其中,所述衣物处理装置包括电子门锁和与所述电子门锁相连的控制单元;其中,所述控制单元包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的解锁处理方法。
  9. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的解锁处理方法。
