如图1~6所示,当有注射器与连接部21连接时,密封结构5自动被压缩,形成联通液体通道32和腔体4的液体转移通道,药液可以经此流入或流出,其中,转移器本体1上的排气腔11和针状体3上的气体通道31也可以平衡在药液转移时内外的气压,透气阻水膜体12阻挡外界污染物进入药液容器。本发明的安全型药液转移器可以使临床配药人员简单、安全地进行配加药工作,包括排气腔11和透气阻水膜体12在内的排气设计可以巧妙地平衡容器内外气压,同时配合密封结构实现密闭式设计可有效防止药液外喷等,避免了药物浪费的同时也保护了配药人员的安全。
作为上述实施例的优选,本体1包括与针状体3连接的安装部13,以及用于实现安装部13的主体结构14,主体结构14的端部设置有向内凹陷的一级台阶面15,台阶面15与连接件下盖2连接,本体1和连接件下盖2可通过粘接或螺旋接头的方式连接在一起。优选方案中提供了一种本体1和连接件下盖2进行连接的方式,因为二者之间需要设置密封结构5,因此此种分体设置的方式可保证密封结构5的安装更加便捷,台阶面15使得二者之间的定位更加精准,从而可确保密封结构5的密封以及密封解除的动作能够更加准确的实现。
其中,主体结构14外围为圆台的环状面,从而提供将转移器与注射器建立连接的施力部分,操作者只需用拇指和食指握持此处的环状面,即可借助环状面的坡度进行施力,从而快速的实现安装。
作为上述实施例的优选,如图7~10所示,密封结构5包括弹性密封垫片51和针刺结构,二者均为旋转体,且与连接部21同轴设置;针刺结构上设置有具有内部贯通通道的刺针52,弹性密封垫片51在注射器的挤压下朝向刺针52运动,刺针52贯穿弹性密封垫片51联通腔体4和注射器,注射器移除时带动弹性密封垫片51远离刺针52;弹性密封垫片51和针刺结构之间设置有集液腔体53。在上述密封结构5使用的过程中,弹性密封垫片51在被刺针52贯穿时,不起到密封阻碍的作用,注射器通过刺针52的内部贯通通道、腔体4和液体通道32实现药液的转移,当注射器的挤压解除时,弹性密封垫片51复位,由于其弹性的特性,被刺针52刺穿的部分会自动的实现封闭而重新建立密封,在其复位的过程中,本优选方案具有 对药液进行收集并将药液封闭在集液腔体53内的功能,具体的,当药液转移完成后,在腔体4和液体通道32内必然残留少量药液,由于排气腔11和透气阻水膜体12的设置,此部分药液会在药液转移器进行后续处理的过程中而流淌出来,从而给相关人来带来安全威胁,然而本发明中,当刺针52与弹性密封垫片51接触后,集液腔体53即实现密封,而在弹性密封垫片51被注射器挤压的过程中,集液腔体53内的压力提高,此种压力的提升会在注射器移除后形成负压而通过刺针52的内部贯通通道对残留在腔体4和液体通道32内的少量药液进行吸取,并将吸取的药液封锁在集液腔体53内而避免泄露。
在实际使用的过程中,由于残留的药液量较小,因此在快速被吸取至集液腔体53内后可快速的对刺针52的端部进行液封。优选刺针52的贯通通道的流通面积与液体通道32的流通面积相等,或者刺针52的贯通通道的流通面积大于液体通道32的流通面积。
在注射器与药液转移器进行连接的过程中,弹性密封垫片51贴合于注射器端部可实现密封,为了进一步的提升密封效果,如图11~13所示,弹性密封垫片51包括具有凹槽的碗状主体51a,以及设置于碗状主体51a槽体底部的凸起51b,凸起51b与碗状主体51a同轴设置,凸起51b在与所述注射器连接的过程中插入所述注射器端部。在注射器与药液转移器连接的过程中,凸起51b插入注射器端部的孔位内实现密封,二者之间密封连接后,可更加有效的进行药液的转移。
如图14所示,作为上述实施例的优选,凸起51b自与碗状主体51a的 连接处逐渐成收缩状延伸,从而可对注射器进行导向,使得注射器与凸起51b更好的对接,注射器嵌入碗状主体51a的槽体内,也更加便于施力,使得弹性密封垫片51快速的被刺针52刺破而实现药液的流通。
通过上述凸起51b的设置,还具有另外一个作用,即在注射器与弹性密封垫片51分离的过程中,可通过与弹性密封垫片51之间的摩擦力将凸起51b自刺针52上有效的移除,避免漏液情况的发生。
作为上述实施例的优选,碗状主体51a的侧壁为曲面结构,在弹性密封垫片51被挤压的过程中,曲面结构的设置使得凸起51b获得更大的移动空间,保证刺针52有效的刺穿凸起51b,同时曲面的结构具有较大的弹性,此种弹性可在注射器自药液转移器移除的过程中保证凸起51b与注射器更好的贴合而自刺针52上移除。
针刺结构包括安装板54和突出于安装板54表面的固定结构55;刺针52安装于安装板54上,固定结构55对弹性密封垫片5边缘上所设置的凸沿51c进行挤压固定。通过安装板54和固定结构55的设置,以及固定结构55对凸沿51c的挤压固定,可使得安装板54、固定结构55和弹性密封垫片51可形成稳定的结构,此种相对整体式的结构在安装的过程中更加方便。当主体结构14的端部设置有向内凹陷的台阶面时,可通过台阶面对安装板54的挤压实现固定。
作为上述实施例的优选,固定结构55为桶状结构,且与连接件下盖2内壁贴合,从而对凸沿51c的全范围进行挤压定位,避免集液腔体53内液体的渗漏。
如图3所示,针状体3外套设有安全护套6,安全护套6端部与安装部13相抵,安全护套采用的橡胶或硅胶材料,安全护套6在使用前后均可以避免医护人员的针刺伤。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,包括:本体(1)和连接件下盖(2),所述本体(1)上设置有针状体(3),所述针状体(3)内分别设置有气体通道(31)和液体通道(32);
    所述本体(1)内部设置有与所述气体通道(31)联通的排气腔(11),所述排气腔(11)通过透气阻水膜体(12)与大气联通;所述本体(1)与所述连接件下盖(2)之间设置有腔体(4),所述腔体(4)与所述液体通道(32)联通,所述连接件下盖(2)具有与注射器连接的连接部(21),所述连接部(21)处设置有密封结构(5),所述密封结构(5)在所述注射器的挤压下形变而联通所述注射器和腔体(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)包括与所述针状体(3)连接的安装部(13),以及用于实现所述安装部(13)的主体结构(14),所述主体结构(14)的端部设置有向内凹陷的一级台阶面(15),所述台阶面(15)与所述连接件下盖(2)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述主体结构(14)外围为圆台的环状面。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述密封结构(5)包括弹性密封垫片(51)和针刺结构,二者均为旋转体,且与所述连接部(21)同轴设置;
    所述针刺结构上设置有具有内部贯通通道的刺针(52),所述弹性密封垫片(51)在所述注射器的挤压下朝向所述刺针(52)运动,所述刺针(52)贯穿所述弹性密封垫片(51)联通所述腔体(4)和注射器,所述注射器移 除时带动所述弹性密封垫片(51)远离所述刺针(52);
    所述弹性密封垫片(51)和针刺结构之间设置有集液腔体(53)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述弹性密封垫片(51)包括具有凹槽的碗状主体(51a),以及设置于所述碗状主体(51a)槽体底部的凸起(51b),所述凸起(51b)与所述碗状主体(51a)同轴设置,所述凸起(51b)在与所述注射器连接的过程中插入所述注射器端部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述凸起(51b)自与所述碗状主体(51a)的连接处逐渐成收缩状延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述碗状主体(51a)的侧壁为曲面结构。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述针刺结构包括安装板(54)和突出于所述安装板(54)表面的固定结构(55);
    所述刺针(52)安装于所述安装板(54)上,所述固定结构(55)对所述弹性密封垫片(51)边缘上所设置的凸沿(51c)进行挤压固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述固定结构(55)为桶状结构,且与所述连接件下盖(2)内壁贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的安全型药液转移器,其特征在于,所述针状体(3)外套设有安全护套(6),所述安全护套(6)端部与所述安装部(13)相抵。
