本发明提供的折叠车架及折叠车,前梁与后梁之间为竖向折叠,在骑行过程中不会自行发生旋转而折叠,具有较好的可靠性;支撑柱通过插接机构插接于前梁、并支撑在前梁的下方,横梁、立柱及支撑柱呈三角形状,可以保证整个车架的稳定性;插接机构的扳动件、连杆及插接模块形成曲柄滑块机构,对扳动件施加作用力即可使得插接模块滑动实现与前梁的插接,操作简单,方便使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。以下实施例中所描述的方位,如前、后、左、右、上、下、顶、底等,均是指折叠车在正常使用时相对使用者的方位。
本发明优选实施例提供了一种折叠车,该折叠车可以为折叠自行车,也可以为折叠电动车。折叠车包括折叠车架100、前轮及后轮(图中未示出),前轮及后轮分别安装于折叠车架100的前端及后端,利用折叠车架100,可以将 前轮向下且偏向折叠车的一侧翻转,使得前轮移动至与后轮大致重叠位置处,以节省空间,便于存放。
参见图1至图5,为本发明中优选实施例提供的一种折叠车架100,包括横梁1、立柱2及支撑柱3。横梁1包括前梁11和后梁12,前梁11的后端底部与后梁12的前端底部转动连接以使二者能够竖向折叠;立柱2与后梁12固定连接;支撑柱3的一端与立柱转动连接,支撑柱3的另一端通过插接机构4与前梁11可拆卸式连接。
如图1及图2所示,在折叠车架展开状态下,前梁11的后端与后梁12的前端抵接,横梁1整体处理展开状态,支撑柱3与前梁11通过插接结构相连接,支撑柱3支撑在前梁11的下方,横梁1、立柱2及支撑柱3三者可以连接形成稳固的三角形。需要将折叠车架进行折叠时,如图3所示,先将支撑柱3与前梁11拆分并向下转动支撑柱3,再将前梁11向下翻转,即可将车架进行折叠。
前梁11的转动轴线与后梁12的中心轴线之间的夹角为锐角。由于前梁11与后梁12之间的转动轴线并非垂直或平行于后梁12的中心轴线,而是形成锐角,前梁11相对后梁12旋转后,前梁11与后梁12二者的中心轴线为异面直线,如图4至图5所示,可以使得前梁11向下且偏向后梁12的一侧翻转,从而使得前轮与后轮重叠设置,实现整个车的折叠。由于前梁11与后梁12之间为竖向折叠,在骑行过程中不会自行发生旋转而折叠,具有较好的可靠性。
如图1至图3,图6及图7所示,支撑柱3与前梁11之间的可拆卸式连接通过设置在支撑柱3上的插接机构4实现。
插接机构4包括扳动件41、连杆42及插接模块43。扳动件41与支撑柱3转动连接,连杆42的两端分别与扳动件41及插接模块43转动连接,插接模块43沿支撑柱3的轴向滑动连接于支撑柱3,扳动件41、连杆42及插接模块43形成曲柄滑块机构。使用者对扳动件41施力使得扳动件41在第一位置与第二位置之间转动,扳动件41带动连杆42转动,连杆42进一步带动插接模块43沿支撑柱3的轴向滑动,插接模块43靠近前梁11滑动可以与前梁11 插接配合,插接模块43远离前梁11滑动可以与前梁11分离。
当支撑柱3与前梁11相连时,支撑柱3的前端抵接于前梁11、并支撑在前梁11的下方,前梁11的后端与后梁12的前端抵接,插接模块43靠近前梁11滑动,插接模块43可以与前梁11插接配合,实现支撑柱3与前梁11的固定连接,横梁1、立柱及支撑柱3呈三角形状,扳动件41位于第一位置处;当扳动件41相对支撑柱3转动至第二位置处时,插接模块43朝远离前梁11的方向滑动并与前梁11分离,支撑柱3向下转动可以与前梁11分离,前梁11失去支撑柱3的支撑,此时前梁11可以向下翻转,整个折叠车架可以实现折叠。
支撑柱3为中空结构,插接模块43滑动设置于支撑柱3的内腔中,以便于插接模块43的设置。支撑柱3上开设有扳动孔30,扳动件41位于扳动孔30处,以便使得扳动件41的两端分别位于支撑柱3的内外两侧,方便使用者操作。
如图6及图7所示,扳动件41包括扳杆411及转柄412,转柄412的两端分别与支撑柱3及连杆42转动连接,扳杆411的一端与转柄412固定连接,扳杆411位于支撑柱3的外侧;当扳动件41位于第一位置处时,连杆42及转柄412均位于支撑柱3的内腔中,可以使得转柄412、连杆42及插接模组的运动在支撑柱3的内腔中进行,避免外部物体的干扰。
插接模块43包括滑块431及插接杆432,滑块431与连杆42转动连接,插接杆432的一端与滑块431固定连接、另一端用于与前梁11插接配合。当扳动件41位于第一位置处时,插接杆432的另一端伸出至支撑柱3外并能够与前梁11插接;当扳动件41位于第二位置处时,插接杆432的另一端位于支撑柱3内。利用插接模块43的插接杆432的伸缩移动可以实现与前梁11的插接配合。
本实施例中,插接杆432插接于前梁11的底面上,从而为前梁11提供更加温稳固的支撑力。当然,在其他实施方式中,插接杆432也可以插接至前梁11的侧面上,或前梁11的其他部位上。
为了方便插接杆432与前梁11之间的插接配合,前梁11上设置有定位管111,插接杆432插接至定位管111中。当折叠车架处于展开状态下时,插接杆432插接至定位管111中且二者同轴设置,定位管111与支撑柱3相抵接,支撑柱3便可向前梁11提供支撑力。
插接杆432上套设有弹簧44,弹簧44用于向所述插接杆432施加朝向支撑柱3内移动的作用力,以使得插接杆432的另一端能自动保持在支撑柱3内。当弹簧44处于自然状态下,扳动件41位于第二位置处,插接杆432处于缩回状态。当扳动件41转动至第二位置处时,插接杆432的端部伸出支撑柱3,发生形变向插接杆432施加向支撑柱3内移动的作用力,以便于使用者的拆卸操作。
在本实施例中,支撑柱3内固定有导向环31,导向环31与滑块431间隔设置,插接杆432穿设导向环31。利用导向环31可以对支撑柱3起到导向作用,以进一步保证插接杆432滑动的稳定性。
插接杆432的另一端设置有连接帽4320,连接帽4320的外径大于插接杆432的外径,连接帽4320的外径小于支撑柱3的内径,以便于连接帽4320缩回至支撑柱3内。利用连接帽4320可以实现插接杆432与前梁11之间的插接。弹簧44包括第一节弹簧441和第二节弹簧442,第一节弹簧441的两端分别连接于连接帽4320与导向环31,第二节弹簧442的两端分别连接于导向环31和滑块431。当插接杆432的连接帽4320处于伸出状态时,第一节弹簧441拉伸形变,第二节弹簧442压缩形变,以向插接杆432提供缩回的作用力。此处,在其他实施方式中,弹簧44可以仅包括第一节弹簧441或者仅包括第二节弹簧442。
弹簧44的第一节弹簧441和第二节弹簧442可以为一个整体弹簧44,当插接杆432处于缩回状态时,将第一节弹簧441和第二节弹簧442的连接处于导向环31进行固定即可。导向环31包括两个导向片和导向管(图中未示出),导向片为环状,导向片固定于导向管的两端内壁处。利用两个导向片可以方便与弹簧44之间的连接,利用导向管可以通过螺栓与插接柱进行固定连接。
在上述实施方式中,弹簧44能够向所述插接杆432施加朝向支撑柱3内移动的作用力,在其他实施方式,弹簧44还可以用于向插接杆432施加朝向支撑柱3外移动的作用力,以使插接杆432的另一端可以自动伸出,插接杆432的连接帽4320处于缩回状态时,第一节弹簧441压缩形变,第二节弹簧442拉伸形变,以向插接杆432提供伸出的作用力。
连杆42与插接模块43之间形成第一转动轴线X,扳动件41与支撑柱3之间形成第二转动轴线Y,连杆42与扳动件41之间形成第三转动轴线Z;第一转动轴线X与第二转动轴线Y共面形成一机架面XZ。当扳动件41位于第一位置处时,第三转动轴线Z与扳动件41分别位于机架面XZ的两侧;当扳动件41转动至第二位置处时,第三转动轴线Z穿越机架面XZ并与扳动件41位于机架面XZ的同一侧。
在插接柱与前梁11处于插接状态下,扳动件41位于第一位置,由于第三转动轴线Z与扳动件41分别位于机架面XZ的两侧,插接柱自动缩回移动时,可以使得第三转轴线向远离扳动件41方向移动,使得扳动件41不会自动向第二位置处移动,保证插接状态下连接的可靠性。
扳杆411的另一端设置有把环4110,利用把环4110可以方便使用者对扳动件41施加作用力,且把环4110上可以插入水杯,以便于使用者骑行时携带水杯。
支撑柱3上设置有勾挂部32,扳动件41上设置有用于将扳动件41定位在第一位置处的定位机构5。本实施例中,定位机构设置在扳动件41的扳杆上。定位机构5包括定位件51及扭簧52,当扳动件41位于第一位置处时,定位件51的中部与扳动件41转动连接,定位件51的一端设置有卡勾511,定位件51的另一端设置有把手部512,扭簧52连接在定位件51与扳动件41之间,用于提供弹力使得卡勾511抵接于勾挂部32,当扳动件41位于第一位置处时,卡勾511能够勾挂于勾挂部32。
展开折叠车架时,将支撑柱3对准定位管111,将扳动件41从第二位置向第一位置转动,当扳动件41转动至第一位置处时,卡勾511勾挂于勾挂部 32,使得扳动件41定位在第一位置处,扭簧52的弹力能够使得卡勾511与勾挂部32始终保持在勾挂状态,避免二者脱离。需要将折叠车架进行折叠时,转动把手部512,使得定位件51转动,卡勾511移动并与勾挂部32相分离,扳动件41即可转动从第一位置移动至第二位置。
本实施例中,扳动孔30的边缘处形成勾挂部32,结构简单,便于实施。此处,在其他实施方式中,也可以是利用其他能够与卡勾511相配的结构形成勾挂部32。扳动孔30位于支撑柱3朝下的表面上,以避免从扳动孔30处进入异物,影响机构的运动。
支撑柱3与立柱之间的转轴同时垂直于后梁12的中心轴线及立柱2的中心轴线。支撑柱3与立柱之间的转动轴向均为左右方向,与前轮、后轮的转动轴向相互平行。此处,在其他实施方式中,撑柱与立柱之间的转动轴向可以平行于竖直面,支撑柱3可以朝向折叠车的左右方向进行转动。
立柱2上固定有连接件21,连接件21上设置有两个夹持件22,后柱32转动连接在两个夹持件22之间;折叠车架100还包括后轮支架4,后轮支架4包括两个横杆41,两个横杆41分别固定在立柱2的两侧,且均与连接件21固定连接。
通过连接件21,可以方便地将支撑柱3、立柱2及横杆41连接在一起,增强连接结构强度,保证整个车架的稳固性。
折叠车架的后端设置有后轮车架,后轮可以安装在后轮支架的两个横杆的后端之间。后轮支架还可以包括两个斜杠,两个斜杠的后端分别与两个横杆的后端固定连接,两个斜杠的前端可分别与立柱的上端固定连接,以保证后轮支架结构的稳固性。
在上述实施方式中,插接模块43包括滑块431及插接杆432,在其他实施方式中,插接模块43还可以仅包括插接杆432,插接杆432的一端直接与连杆42转动连接、另一端与前梁11插接配合;或者插接模块43包括滑块431与插接管,前梁11的底面设置有插接柱,折叠车架处于展开状态下时,插接柱插接至插接管中,以实现插接模块43与前梁11之间的插接配合;或者插接 模块43仅包括上述的插接管。
在上述实施方式中,定位机构5包括定位件51及扭簧52,利用定位件51的卡勾与支撑柱配合实现定位。此处,在其他实施方式中,定位机构5还可以是紧固螺钉,紧固螺钉穿设于扳动件并与支撑柱上的一螺纹孔螺纹连接,转动紧固螺钉使其旋进支撑柱上的螺纹孔便可将扳动件定位,转动紧固螺钉使其从支撑柱上的螺纹孔旋转出,即可解除对扳动件的定位。作为另一种实施方式,定位机构5还可以为套筒,套筒支撑柱上,且能够相对支撑柱相对滑动,当扳动件位于第一位置处时,滑动套筒使得扳动件及支撑柱均套设在套筒内即可使得扳动件定位在第一位置处。能够将扳动件定位在第一位置的定位机构5有多种,此处不再一一列举。本实施例中的定位件51及扭簧52的结构,最为简洁,便于加工制备,且操作方便快捷。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠车架,其特征在于,包括横梁、立柱及支撑柱;
    所述横梁包括前梁和后梁,所述前梁的后端底部与所述后梁的前端底部转动连接以使二者能够竖向折叠;所述立柱与所述后梁固定连接;
    所述支撑柱的一端与所述立柱转动连接,所述支撑柱的另一端通过插接机构与所述前梁可拆卸式连接;所述插接机构包括扳动件、连杆及插接模块,所述扳动件与所述支撑柱转动连接,所述连杆的两端分别与所述扳动件及插接模块转动连接,所述插接模块沿所述支撑柱的轴向滑动连接于所述支撑柱,所述扳动件、所述连杆及所述插接模块形成曲柄滑块机构;
    当所述支撑柱与所述前梁相连时,所述支撑柱的前端抵接于所述前梁、并支撑在所述前梁的下方,所述前梁的后端与所述后梁的前端抵接,所述横梁、所述立柱及所述支撑柱呈三角形状;所述扳动件位于第一位置处,所述插接模块与所述前梁插接配合;
    当所述扳动件相对所述支撑柱转动至第二位置处时,所述插接模块朝远离所述前梁的方向滑动并与所述前梁分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述支撑柱为中空结构,所述支撑柱上开设有扳动孔;所述插接模块滑动设置于所述支撑柱的内腔中;所述扳动件位于扳动孔处,所述扳动件包括扳杆及转柄,所述转柄的两端分别与所述支撑柱及所述连杆转动连接,所述扳杆的一端与所述转柄固定连接,所述扳杆位于所述支撑柱的外侧;当所述扳动件位于第一位置处时,所述连杆及所述转柄均位于所述支撑柱的内腔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述插接模块包括滑块及插接杆,所述插接杆的一端与所述滑块固定连接;
    当所述扳动件位于第一位置处时,所述插接杆的另一端伸出至所述支撑柱外并能够与所述前梁插接;
    当所述扳动件位于第二位置处时,所述插接杆的另一端位于所述支撑柱内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述插接杆上套设有 弹簧,所述弹簧用于向所述插接杆施加朝向所述支撑柱内移动的作用力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述支撑柱内固定有导向环,所述导向环与所述滑块间隔设置,所述插接杆穿设所述导向环;
    所述插接杆的另一端设置有连接帽,所述连接帽的外径大于所述插接杆的外径,所述连接帽的外径小于所述支撑柱的内径;
    所述弹簧包括第一节弹簧和/或第二节弹簧;所述第一节弹簧的两端分别连接于所述连接帽与所述导向环,所述第二节弹簧的两端分别连接于所述导向环和所述滑块;当所述插接杆的连接帽处于伸出状态时,所述第一节弹簧拉伸形变,所述第二节弹簧压缩形变。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述扳杆的另一端设置有把环。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述连杆与所述插接模块之间形成第一转动轴线,所述扳动件与所述支撑柱之间形成第二转动轴线,所述连杆与所述扳动件之间形成第三转动轴线;所述第一转动轴线与所述第二转动轴线共面形成一机架面;
    当所述扳动件位于第一位置处时,所述第三转动轴线与所述扳动件分别位于所述机架面的两侧;
    当所述扳动件转动至第二位置处时,所述第三转动轴线穿越所述机架面后与所述扳动件位于所述机架面的同一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述扳动件上设置有用于将所述扳动件定位在第一位置处的定位机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠车架,其特征在于,所述支撑柱上设置有勾挂部,所述定位机构包括定位件及扭簧,当所述扳动件位于第一位置处时,所述定位件的中部与所述扳动件转动连接,所述定位件的一端设置有卡勾,所述定位件的另一端设置有把手部,所述扭簧连接在所述定位件与所述扳动件之间,用于提供弹力使得卡勾抵接于所述勾挂部,当所述扳动件位于第一位置处时,所述卡勾能够勾挂于所述勾挂部。
  10. 一种折叠车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的折叠车架。
