需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1和图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,衣物处理设备包括驱动装置1、旋转部2、静止部3、供电模块4和发光灯5,以波轮洗衣机为例,旋转部2为波轮,静止部3为内桶;
参照图2和图4,供电模块4包括壳体41以及设置于壳体41内的第一发电组件42和第二发电组件43,第一发电组件42穿出壳体41并与静止部3固定连接,第二发电组件43固定于壳体41内,壳体41固定于旋转部2;作为一种优选地实施方式,第一发电组件42为磁体421,相应地第二发电组件43为线圈431,发光灯5固定于旋转部2,并且发光灯5与线圈431电连接;
驱动装置1的输出轴11穿过静止部3、壳体41和磁体421后与旋转部2固定连接,并驱动旋转部2旋转,当驱动装置1驱动旋转部2旋转时,旋转部2带动壳体41和线圈431共同旋转,使线圈431相对于磁体421旋转,进而切割磁感线产生电能,为发光灯5供电,由于无需额外的线路接入,也就解决了洗衣机内部接线困难的问题。此外,结合图1和图2可以知晓,本发明的供电模块4安装于供电模块安装位置6处,发光灯5安装于发光灯安装位置7处,对于现有技术的波轮洗衣机改动很小,全部基于现有技术的洗衣机大框架进行的细微改动即可实现照明,这就使得生产这种洗衣机的生产线无需进行大改,将极大地降低生产成本,更加具有实际意义。
下面继续参照图1至图6,对本发明的衣物处理设备进行进一步地描述。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一发电组件42包括塑料筒体(在图4结构的内部,仍然无法看见)和嵌入塑料筒体内的12块永磁体,永磁体为钕铁硼磁铁,并沿塑料筒体的外周均匀分布,第二发电组件43为线圈431,线圈431共9组,9组线圈431沿壳体41内侧的圆周均匀分布,当然,永磁体和线圈431的数量都不是一定的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要灵活调整。
通过设置多组永磁体和多组线圈431,使发电能力更强,电能供给更充足。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,如图2所示,在壳体41与磁体421之间、磁体421与输出轴11之间、输出轴11与壳体41之间,由于存在着相对旋转,为了更好地实现旋转和密封,均可以设置滑动密封圈44或轴承45,当然也可以两者一同设置,单独设置轴承45时可以更优选地为防水轴承。
通过设置滑动密封圈44和轴承45,能够很好地确保供电模块4的内部不进水,从而增加衣物处理设备的安全性,当然,滑动密封圈44和轴承45只是示意性地在图中进行了标注,具体细节本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要灵活调整。
如图2、图3和图6所示,在壳体41的顶部还具有多个凸起圆柱411,相应地在发光灯5的底部设置有内凹圆柱51,凸起圆柱411穿过旋转部2后插入内凹圆柱51内,并在两者之间增加密封圈, 在凸起圆柱411内还设置有电源线,线圈431通过电源线与发光灯5电连接,从而为发光灯5供电。
此种方案更易于穿过波轮与发光灯5连接,并且凸起圆柱411还能起到更好地固定壳体41的作用,以减小供电模块4的窜动。
如图2至图4所示,磁体421和静止部3之间还设置有固定座46,固定座46固定于静止部3上,第一发电组件42固定于固定座46上,在图4中的一种实施方式中,固定座46可以是通过螺钉固定在内桶上,其内部设置有八边形的棱柱孔,相应地磁体421的底部设有八边形的棱柱,直接将棱柱插入孔内,完成配合固定。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅仅用来阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在与限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员能够对上述结构进行调整,以便本发明能够应用于更加具体的应用场景。
例如,在一种可替换的实施方式中,第一发电组件42和第二发电组件43显然还可以是两个相对设置的摩擦块,通过两个摩擦块摩擦生电,再导入发光灯5即可,这些都不偏离本发明的原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
例如,在另一种可替换的实施方式中,第一发电组件42为磁体421,但磁体421显然不仅限于上述描述的塑料筒体与永磁体的结合使用,由于磁体421本身相对于洗衣机不旋转,当然还可以是电磁铁等,塑料筒体也可以有替换的安装结构,只要其能够产生磁场以供线圈431进行切割磁感线即可,这些都不偏离本发明的原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
例如,在另一种可替换的实施方式中,发光灯5可以是LED灯等照明用灯,还可以是紫外线杀菌灯等用作杀菌使用,或者是两者结合,可以进行功能切换使用,或者是其它功能性灯,例如驱蚊灯等,这些都不偏离本发明的原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
最后需要说明的是,尽管本发明是以波轮洗衣机为例进行描述的,但是本发明的衣物处理设备显然还可以是其它设备。例如,还可以是滚筒洗衣机等,相应地旋转部2为内筒,静止部3为外筒,其固定方式也与波轮洗衣机类似,原理相同,不再进行赘述。
需要说明的是,本发明的创新点还在于,本领域技术人员在面对这类问题时,首要条件便是先将线路布置在旋转部2的外周上,然而,只要将线路布置于旋转部2的外周附近,便会有较多的线路通过操作面板传递至旋转部2附近,特别是对滚筒洗衣机而言,这些电线通常会通过卡扣卡在旋转部2外侧的长期静止的壳体或外筒上,这种方法在短期内并没有较大影响。但是,洗衣机属于长期使用的电子产品,且使用年限很长,其电路安全质量问题容不得丝毫马虎,在长期振动工况下,卡扣通常会脱落,这就使得电线再也无法完全贴合外侧,一旦旋转部2将线路卷入一起旋转,将会造成严重的漏电事故甚至火灾,有鉴于此,尽管对于滚筒洗衣机的旋转部2的照明是很有必要的,但出于安全考虑,本领域技术人员尚未有一种安全性能较高的布线办法来解决此问题。鉴于发光灯5本身并不需要多大的电能即可维持光亮,并且在旋转部2外侧布线越多,危险性越高,发明人创造性地提出了上述方案,解决发光灯5的供电问题。发明人经过多次试验,通过线圈431切割磁感线来产生的电能足够维持发光灯5照明使用,这种方法无需在旋转部2的外侧布线,从而解决了较多的布线易被卷入旋转部2的问题,又节约了电能,还避免了转动部与静止的外接电源之间电连接较为困难的问题,为洗衣机内部照明提供了新的解决问题的方向。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括驱动装置、旋转部、静止部、供电模块和发光灯;
    所述供电模块包括壳体以及设置于所述壳体内的第一发电组件和第二发电组件,所述第一发电组件穿出所述壳体并与所述静止部固定连接,所述第二发电组件固定于所述壳体内,所述壳体固定于所述旋转部;
    所述发光灯固定于所述旋转部,并且所述发光灯与所述第二发电组件电连接;
    所述驱动装置的输出轴穿过所述静止部、所述壳体和所述第一发电组件后与所述旋转部固定连接,并驱动所述旋转部旋转;
    当所述驱动装置驱动所述旋转部旋转时,所述旋转部带动所述壳体和所述第二发电组件共同旋转,使所述第二发电组件相对于所述第一发电组件旋转,进而产生电能,为所述发光灯供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一发电组件为磁体,相应地所述第二发电组件为线圈。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一发电组件包括塑料筒体和嵌入所述塑料筒体内的至少一块永磁体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述永磁体为钕铁硼磁铁,所述钕铁硼磁铁的数量为12块,并沿所述塑料筒体的外周均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述线圈为9组,9组所述线圈沿所述壳体内侧的圆周均匀分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述第一发电组件之间、和/或所述第一发电组件与所述输出轴之间、和/或所述输出轴与所述壳体之间还设置有滑动密封圈和/或轴承。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述壳体的顶部还具有多个凸起圆柱,多个所述凸起圆柱穿过所述旋转部后与所述发光灯固定连接,在所述凸起圆柱的内部还设置有电源线,所述第二发电组件通过所述电源线与所述发光灯电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述发光灯的外侧还设置有内凹圆柱,所述凸起圆柱插入所述内凹圆柱内,并且在所述内凹圆柱和所述凸起圆柱之间还设置有密封圈。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述第一发电组件和所述静止部之间还设置有固定座,所述固定座固定于所述静止部上,所述第一发电组件固定于所述固定座上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备为波轮洗衣机,相应地所述旋转部为波轮,所述静止部为内桶;并且/或者
    所述衣物处理设备为滚筒洗衣机,相应地所述旋转部为内筒,所述静止部为外筒。
