第一实施例,如图1至图5所示,一种斜舌助滑装置,包括锁盒10,斜舌机构20和滚动件;所述斜舌机构20包括斜舌21,所述锁盒10的侧板贯穿有供斜舌21穿过的斜舌孔,斜舌21与斜舌孔适配,所述滚动件与斜舌机构20转动连接且与锁盒10滚动配合,所述斜舌21沿斜舌孔来回移动时,滚动件与锁盒滚动连接。
如图1至图5所示,当斜舌21往锁盒10内收缩时,滚动件与锁盒10滚动配合,减少了斜舌21与锁盒10之间的摩擦,方便解锁;当斜舌21往锁盒10外伸出时,滚动件与锁盒10滚动配合,减少了斜舌21与锁盒10之间的摩擦,方便上锁。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,所述滚动件包括第一滚轮31,所述第一滚轮31与斜舌21转动连接且与斜舌孔滚动配合,斜舌21沿斜舌孔来回移动时,第一滚轮31沿斜舌孔滚动。当斜舌21往锁盒10内收缩时,第一滚轮31与斜舌孔滚动配合,减少了斜舌21与斜舌孔之间的摩擦,方便解锁;当斜舌21往锁盒10外伸出时,第一滚轮31与斜舌孔滚动配合,减少了斜舌21与斜舌孔之间的摩擦,方便上锁。
优选的,如图1至图5所示,第一滚轮31的数量可以根据需要设置,可以设置一个,两个或者多个。
如图1至图5所示,斜舌21的两侧设有转轴211,所述第一滚轮31与转轴211转动连接;当斜舌21沿着斜舌孔来回移动时,所述第一滚轮31与斜舌孔的孔壁滚动配合;所述斜舌21的两侧设有关于斜舌21轴线对称的凹槽212,转轴211位于凹槽212内,第一滚轮31通过转轴与斜舌21转动连接。当斜舌21往锁盒10内收缩时,第一滚轮31沿着斜舌孔的孔壁滚动,减少了斜舌21与斜舌孔之间的摩擦,方便解锁;当斜舌21往锁盒10外伸出时,第一滚轮31沿着斜舌孔的孔壁滚动,减少了斜舌21与斜舌孔之间的摩擦,方便上锁。同时,滚动件与锁盒10滚动配合,对于全自动锁体来说,锁舌21移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。

如图1至图5所示,当斜舌21往锁盒10内收缩时,第一滚轮31与斜舌孔滚动配合,减少了斜舌21与斜舌孔之间的摩擦,方便解锁;当斜舌21在复位弹簧24的作用下往锁盒10外伸出时,第一滚轮31与斜舌孔滚动配合,减少了斜舌21与斜舌孔之间的摩擦,方便上锁。同时,滚动件与锁盒10滚动配合,对于全自动锁体来说,锁舌21移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。
第六实施例,如图6至图11所示,一种斜舌滑动装置,包括斜舌机构10和滚动件20;斜舌机构10包括斜舌11和斜舌杆12,所述斜舌杆12的一端与斜舌11连接,另一端与滚动件20转动连接。斜舌机构10来回移动过程中,滚动件20与斜舌杆12转动,减少了斜舌机构10与外部支撑部件间的摩擦力,方便斜舌11开锁和上锁,对于全自动锁体来说,锁舌移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。
如图6至图11所示,所述斜舌滑动装置包括滑块30,所述斜舌杆12的另一端与滑块30固定连接,所述滚动件20与滑块30转动连接。滑块30随同斜舌机构10来回移动过程中,滚动件20与滑块30转动,减少了斜舌机构10与外部支撑部件间的摩擦力,方便斜舌11开锁和上锁,对于全自动锁体来说,锁舌移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。
如图6至图11所示,所述滚动件20至少包括一滚轮21,所述滚轮21与滑块30转动连接。
如图6至图11所示,所述滚轮21设置在滑块30的侧壁且与滑块30侧壁通过设有的转轴32形成转动连接。所述滚轮21为1至4个。滚轮21的数量可以根据需要设置,可以在滑块30的两侧壁分别设置一个滚轮21,也可以在滑块30的两侧壁分别设置两个滚轮21。
第七实施例,如图6,图12和图13所示,本实施例与第一实施例的区别是:所述斜舌滑动装置还包括锁盒,所述锁盒的侧板41贯穿有供斜舌11穿过的斜舌孔,所述斜舌杆12和滚动件20位于锁盒内,所述滚动件20的下侧边缘与锁盒的底板42滚动连接,所述滚动件20的上侧边缘与锁盒的顶板滚动连接,斜舌11沿斜舌孔来回移动时,滚动件20与锁盒滚动连接。斜舌机构10来回移动过程中,滚动件20与斜舌杆12转动,滚动件20分别与锁盒的底板42和顶板滚动,减少了斜舌机构10与锁盒间的摩擦力,方便斜舌11开锁和上锁,对于全自动锁体来说,锁舌移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。
第八实施例,如图9,图14和图15所示,本实施例与第二实施例的区别是:所述锁盒的底板42设有一对支撑台43,一对支撑台43之间形成滑槽44,所述滚动件20的下侧边缘与支撑台43滚动连接,所述滑块30向滑槽44方向延伸有滑动凸台31,滚动件20的下侧边缘沿着支撑台43滚动时,滑动凸台31于滑槽44内滑动。
如图9,图14和图15所示,所述斜舌机构10还包括导向片13和复位弹簧14,所述斜舌11位于斜舌孔内且固定在斜舌杆12的一端,所述导向片13固定在锁盒内,导向片13开设通槽,斜舌杆12的另一端依次穿过复位弹簧14及通槽后与滚动件20转动连接,滚动件20能随斜舌杆12来回直线移动。当斜舌11往锁盒内收缩时,滚动件与锁盒10滚动配合,对于全自动锁体来说,斜舌11移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。当斜舌11往锁盒外伸出时,滚动件与锁盒10滚动配合,对于全自动锁体来说,斜舌11移动摩擦力减少,从而减少电流功耗。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,包括锁盒,斜舌机构和滚动件;斜舌机构包括斜舌,所述锁盒的侧板贯穿有供斜舌穿过的斜舌孔,所述滚动件与斜舌机构转动连接且与锁盒滚动配合,所述斜舌沿斜舌孔来回移动时,滚动件与锁盒滚动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述滚动件包括第一滚轮,所述第一滚轮与斜舌转动连接且与斜舌孔滚动配合,斜舌沿斜舌孔来回移动时,第一滚轮沿斜舌孔滚动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述斜舌的两侧设有转轴,所述第一滚轮与转轴转动连接;当斜舌沿着斜舌孔来回移动时,所述第一滚轮与斜舌孔的孔壁滚动配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述斜舌机构还包括斜舌杆和滑块,所述滑块位于锁盒内且与锁盒滑动连接,所述斜舌杆的一端与斜舌连接,另一端与滑块连接;所述滚动件还包括第二滚轮,所述第二滚轮与滑块转动连接,滑块随斜舌杆来回直线移动时,第二滚轮于锁盒内滚动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述斜舌机构还包括导向片和复位弹簧,所述斜舌位于斜舌孔内且固定在斜舌杆的一端,所述导向片固定在锁盒内,导向片开设通槽,斜舌杆的另一端依次穿过复位弹簧及通槽后与上述滑块相连,滑块滑动设置在锁盒内,滑块能随斜舌杆来回直线移动。
  6. 一种斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,包括斜舌机构和滚动件;斜舌机构包括斜舌和斜舌杆,所述斜舌杆的一端与斜舌连接,另一端与滚动件转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述斜舌助滑装置包括滑块,所述斜舌杆的另一端与滑块固定连接,所述滚动件与滑块转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述滚动件至少包括一滚轮,所述滚轮与滑块转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮设置在滑块的侧壁且与滑块侧壁通过设有的转轴形成转动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮的数量为1~4个。
  11. 根据权利要求6至10任意一项所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述斜舌助滑装置还包括锁盒,所述锁盒的侧板贯穿有供斜舌穿过的斜舌孔,所述斜舌杆和滚动件位于锁盒内,所述滚动件的下侧边缘与锁盒的底板滚动连接,所述滚动件的上侧边缘与锁盒的顶板滚动连接,斜舌沿斜舌孔来回移动时,滚动件与锁盒滚动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述锁盒的底板设有一对支撑台,一对支撑台之间形成滑槽,所述滚动件的下侧边缘与支撑台滚动连接,所述滑块向滑槽方向延伸有滑动凸台,滚动件的下侧边缘沿着支撑台滚动时,滑动凸台于滑槽内滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的斜舌助滑装置,其特征在于,所述斜舌机构还包括导向片和复位弹簧,所述斜舌位于斜舌孔内且固定在斜舌杆的一端,所述导向片固定在锁盒内,导向片开设通槽,斜舌杆的另一端依次穿过复位弹簧及通槽后与滚动件转动连接,滚动件能随斜舌杆来回直线移动。
