Claims (4)

  1. 一种宋锦纺织服装生产加工用面料除皱装置,其特征在于,包括第一输送辊(1)、面料(2)、箱体(3)、螺栓(44)、滑板(5)、加热水箱(6)、第二除皱板(7)、第二输送辊(9)和干燥机构(10);
    面料(2)经过第一输送辊(1)后穿过箱体(3)左右两侧开设的面料过孔(31)再经过第二输送辊(9)进入干燥机构(10);箱体(3)内设有水平的第一除皱板(4);第一除皱板(4)与箱体(3)前后侧内壁连接,第一除皱板(4)设有条形槽(41),第一除皱板(4)设有多组竖直的第一通孔(42);条形槽(41)在第一除皱板(4)上端面形成开口,条形槽(41)前侧槽壁和箱体(3)前侧开设有相对的螺纹孔(43);螺栓(44)从箱体(3)外穿过螺纹孔(43)伸入条形槽(41)内并与滑板(5)连接;滑板(5)与条形槽(41)槽底滑动连接,滑动方向垂直于面料(2)的移动方向,滑板(5)上设有多组竖直的第二通孔(51),滑板(5)靠近箱体(3)前侧内壁时,第一通孔(42)和第二通孔(51)相对,滑板(5)靠近箱体(3)后侧内壁时,第一通孔(42)和第二通孔(51)相互错开;
    加热水箱(6)设置在第一除皱板(4)上,加热水箱(6)一侧设有多组出气孔(64),加热水箱(6)另一侧设有送气管(62),加热水箱(6)箱底设有加热管(61);多组出气孔(64)与多组第一通孔(42)一一对应,且出气孔(64)与第一通孔(42)之间通过连接管(63)连接;加热水箱(6)底部设有水管(65);水管(65)穿过箱体(3)侧壁伸出箱体(3)外侧,位于箱体(3)外侧的水管(65)上设有阀门(66);
    第二除皱板(7)位于第一除皱板(4)下方且与第一除皱板(4)相对,第二除皱板(7)与箱体(3)前后内壁滑动连接,滑动方向为上下方向,第二除 皱板(7)下方设有使其上下移动的升降组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宋锦纺织服装生产加工用面料除皱装置,其特征在于,升降组件包括盒体(81)、第一齿轮(83)、第一转动杆(84)、第一齿条(85)、第二齿轮(86)、第二转动杆(87)和第二齿条(88);
    盒体(81)设置在箱体(3)底部内侧,盒体(81)位于第二除皱板(7)下方,盒体(81)顶部设有两组竖直的第三通孔(82);第一转动杆(84)一端与箱体(3)后侧内壁转动连接,第一转动杆(84)另一端穿过箱体(3)前侧开设的过孔伸出箱体(3)外,第一转动杆(84)另一端设有旋钮(841),第一转动杆(84)垂直于面料(2)的移动方向;第一齿轮(83)位于箱体(3)内,第一齿轮(83)与第一转动杆(84)键连接;第二转动杆(87)与箱体(3)前后侧内壁转动连接;第二齿轮(86)与第二转动杆(87)键连接,第二齿轮(86)与第一齿轮啮合;第一齿条(85)与箱体(3)前后侧内壁滑动连接,第一齿条(85)位于第一齿轮(83)右侧,第一齿条(85)与第一齿轮(83)啮合;第二齿条(88)与箱体(3)前后侧内壁滑动连接,第二齿条(88)位于第二齿轮(86)左侧,第二齿条(88)与第二齿轮(86)啮合;第一齿条(85)与第二齿条(88)相互平行,第一齿条(85)与第二齿条(88)顶部穿过第三通孔(82)并与第二除皱板(7)底部连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宋锦纺织服装生产加工用面料除皱装置,其特征在于,加热管(61)螺旋设置在加热水箱(6)底部内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的宋锦纺织服装生产加工用面料除皱装置,其特征在于,旋钮(841)外周设有防滑硅胶层。
