本实用新型涉及一种发电机组,由其是一种绿色环保的发电机组
背景技术
众所周知,非然料发电机较之燃料发电机的发电机绿色环保,因此如何提高甚至放大非燃料电能的有效利用率是本次技术改进关注的核心,消除燃料发电机产生的环境和能源问题,有必要发展非燃料发电机,以减少能源消耗和环境污染,提高电能的高效利用率,绿色环保。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提高非燃料电能的有效利用率,消除燃料发电机的能源和环境问题,实现电力发电机的高效实用,提供一种绿色环保的电力发电机组。
解决上述问题的技术方案:
一种绿色环保的电力发电机组,包括至少一级电力发电机组装置:安装在发电机主轴上的至少一个电机、主轴、增速齿轮箱、发电机、如果是直流电机在没有其他电源时的至少一个蓄电池和开关装置、保护蓄电池的反向控制器、反馈自动供电的配电控制箱和开关装置、给充电器自动供电的控制器、充电器、充电端口、箱体等,所述电力发电机组由电机带动发电机主轴旋转发电,如果用齿轮箱增速,所述电机带动齿轮箱、发电机轴旋转发电,发电输出端有至少一个电力输出分别与反馈自动供电的配电控制箱、给充电器自动供电的控制器连接并供电,其他电能输出给负载供电。
进一步地,所述安装在发电机主轴上的电机的轴与主轴连接,位于齿轮箱之前,齿轮箱的输入轴与主轴连接,齿轮箱的高速输出轴与发电机轴连接。所述电机如果是直流电机,在没有其他电源时,由至少一个蓄电池通过开关装置和保护蓄电池的反向控制器连接并供电,所述反向控制器的正向导通端与蓄电池的开关装置连接,截止端与直流电机的用电端连接,防止反馈电流损害蓄电池。
进一步地,所述控制器整理部分电能给充电器自动供电,与充电器的用电端连接,充电器的输出端与蓄电池的充电端口连接并自动充电,充电端口的另一端与蓄电池连接。
进一步地,所述反馈供电的配电控制箱内整理部分电能通过开关与直流电机的用电端连接并供电,反馈供电后,蓄电池开关关闭。
进一步地,所述反馈供电后,直流电机继续带动齿轮箱轴和发电机轴旋转发电。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有益的技术效果在于:
利用本电力发电机组发电,绿色环保。
通过在发电机主轴上安装电机,用电机带动发电机主轴旋转发电,如果用齿轮箱增速也可以增加电能,提高供电量,同时降低电机运行时电机轴承产生的热量,如果在发电机主轴上安装的是直流电机,在没有其他电源时,由至少一个蓄电池通过开关和反向控制器供电,并设置了反馈供电装置和充电装置,确保电力发电机组正常使用,绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,结和图2对本实用新型作进一步详细说明
实施例一
一种绿色环保的电力发电机组,如图2所示,包括至少一级电力发电机组装置:主轴5、安装在发电机主轴5上的至少一个电机4、增速齿轮箱6、发电机7、在没有其他电源时给直流电机供电的至少一个蓄电池1和开关2、保护蓄电池的反向控制器3、反馈自动供电的配电控制箱8和开关9、给充电器自动供电的控制器10、充电器11、充电端口12、箱体13等,直流电机4的轴与主轴5连接,增速齿轮箱6的输入轴在直流电机4之后与主轴5连接,增速齿轮箱6的高速输出轴与发电机7的轴连接,蓄电池1通过开关2和反向控制器3给直流电机4供电,与直流电机4的用电端连接,反向控制器3的导通端与开关2连接,截止端与直流电机4的用电端连接。蓄电池1供电后,直流电机4的轴带动主轴5、增速齿轮箱6的输入轴、增速齿轮箱6的输出轴、发电机7的轴旋转发电,发电机7的发电输出端有至少一个电力输出分别与配电控制箱8和控制器10连接,其他电能输出给负载供电。控制器10整理部分电能给充电器11自动供电,充电器11的输出端与蓄电池1的充电端口12连接并自动充电。配电控制箱8整理部分电能通过开关9给直流电机4反馈供电,关闭蓄电池开关2,由反馈电路供电,发电机组继续发电,将发电机组固定在箱体13内。
需要说明的是,以上内容是结合具体实施方式对本实用新型所做的进一步详细说明,不能认定本实用新型的具体实施只限于这些说明,比如,如果有交流电源,也可以用交流电机带动发电机主轴旋转发电,所述发电机组可以二级、三级等发电,提高供电量。所述发电机组可以不用齿轮箱增速,所述开关装置可以是手动开关,也可以是摇控开关等。对于本实用新型所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种绿色环保的电力发电机组,包括至少一级电力发电装置:安装在发电机主轴上的至少一个电机、主轴、增速齿轮箱、发电机、在没有其他电源时给直流电机供电的至少一个蓄电池和开关装置、保护蓄电池的反向控制器、反馈自动供电的配电控制箱和开关装置、给充电器自动供电的控制器、充电器、充电端口、箱体等,其特征在于:在发电机主轴上安装至少一个电机,由电机带动发电机主轴旋转发电,在没有其他电源时,由至少一个蓄电池通过开关装置和反向控制器与直流电机的用电端连接并供电,供电后,直流电机带动主轴、增速齿轮箱、发电机轴旋转发电,发电输出端有至少一个电力输出分别与反馈自动供电的配电控制箱和给充电器自动供电的控制器连接并供电,其他电能输出给负载供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保的电力发电机组,其特征在于:所述直流电机在没有其他电源时,可以由至少一个蓄电池通过开关给直流电机供电,所述电力发电机组中的增速齿轮箱输入轴与主轴连接,增速齿轮箱的高速输出轴与发电机轴连接,所述反馈自动供电的配电控制箱整理部分电能通过开关给直流电机反馈供电与电机的用电端连接,所述给充电器供电的控制器整理部分电能与充电器输入端连接并给充电器自动供电,充电器的输出端与充电端口连接并自动充电,所述充电端口另一端与蓄电池连接,所述反向控制器的正向导通端与蓄电池的开关连接,截止端与直流电机的用电端连接,防止反馈电流损害蓄电池。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绿色环保的电力发电机组,其特征在于:所述发电机组装置中设置了反馈自动供电装置、自动充电装置、保护蓄电池的反向控制器,反馈电路供电后,蓄电池开关关闭,将发电机组安装在箱体内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的绿色环保的电力发电机组,其特征在于:所述发电机组固定在箱体内。
