由于采用上述的技术方案, 本发明具有以下的有益效果: 环保节能、 安全、 使用电力的空间大、 成本较低。 还能通过 PLC电器控制, 当用电器用完电后, 把回路电变压, 切断电瓶电源, 使用电瓶所需要的回路变压电压, 推动小型电 动机, 使电瓶电力成为启动电力; 使用两组电瓶: 当一组电瓶用完时, 使用第 二组电瓶, 再次运动回路变压电对第一组电瓶进行充电, 由于电瓶只用于启动 电力, 耗电量很少, 一组电瓶的用电时间较长, 因此当第二组电瓶电用完时, 第一组已充满电, 可以大大省去电瓶充电时间。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的使电压增大方法的装置, 其特征在于, 包括电 瓶、 电线、 小型电动机、 垫块、 由绝缘材料制成的联轴器、 由导电材料制成的 传动轴、 铁片、 定位磁铁架、 磁铁盖、 磁铁、 定位轴上半部分由导电材料制成 的支架和定位轴下半部分由绝缘材料制成的支架、定位底板、固定螺丝和螺帽、 变压器; 所述电瓶与小型电动机用电线连接, 小型电动机通过联轴器与传动轴 相接, 铁片由螺栓固定安装在传动轴上, 所述的磁铁放置在磁铁架上, 通过磁 铁盖用螺栓固定, 固定在磁铁架上的磁铁分别位于在铁片两边, 铁片与两边的 磁铁间距相等, 所述的定位轴下半部分支架固定在底板上, 用四个螺栓定位, 传动轴由定位轴上半部分支架定位, 所述的电线用螺丝固定在上半部分支架 上, 电通过电线传到变压器。
