本发明涉及一种真空容器。
【背景技术】
对于牙膏、药膏等液态、胶体、膏体等类似物,一般采用软质袋包装,使用时通过挤压软质袋以将软质袋内的盛装物挤出,采用软质袋在使用的时候容易使空气回灌入软质袋内,降低软质袋内盛装物的使用期限。
本发明即是针对现有技术的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种真空容器,包括上端开口的容器本体,所述的容器本体内设有用于容纳盛装物的容纳腔,所述容器本体的上部设有密封座,所述的密封座上设有连通外界和容纳腔的出物口,所述的密封座上设有用于将出物口密封的密封件,所述的密封件能从密封座上撕下,所述的容纳腔内设有用于将容纳腔内的盛装物从出物口挤出的活塞,所述活塞密封且滑动地连接在容纳腔内,所述活塞的上端面和容纳腔的上端面相吻合,使得当活塞移动至上极限位置时,容纳腔内的盛装物完全被挤出,所述的密封座上设有用于驱动活塞向上移动的驱动组件。
如上所述的一种真空容器,所述的驱动组件包含设置在密封座上的打气腔,所述的打气腔的下端连接有贯穿活塞的导气管,所述的活塞与导气管的外侧壁密封且滑动连接,所述的打气腔上设有打气塞,所述打气腔内设有与打气塞配合使用的密封片,通过驱动打气塞上下运动,能往活塞的底部打气进而驱动活塞上移。
如上所述的一种真空容器,所述的密封座和打气塞之间设有用于驱动打气塞向上复位的弹性件。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明通过驱动组件来驱动活塞向上移动,进而将容纳腔内的盛装物从出物口挤出,外部的空气及杂质不会进入容纳腔内,便于提高盛装物的保质期;同时活塞的上端面和容纳腔的上端面相吻合,能将容纳腔内的盛装物完全挤出,避免浪费。

实施例一:
如图1至图5所示,本实施例的一种真空容器,包括上端开口的容器本体1,所述的容器本体1内设有用于容纳盛装物的容纳腔100,所述容器本体1的上部设有密封座2,所述的密封座2上设有连通外界和容纳腔100的出物口201,所述的密封座2上设有用于将出物口201密封的密封件21,所述的密封件21能从密封座2上撕下,所述的容纳腔100内设有用于将容纳腔100内的盛装物从出物口201挤出的活塞3,所述活塞3密封且滑动地连接在容纳腔100内,所述活塞3的上端面和容纳腔100的上端面相吻合,使得当活塞3移动至上极限位置时,容纳腔100内的盛装物完全被挤出,所述的密封座2上设有用于驱动活塞3向上移动的驱动组件。本发明通过驱动组件来驱动活塞向上移动,进而将容纳腔内的盛装物从出物口挤出,外部的空气及杂质不会进入容纳腔内,便于提高盛装物的保质期;同时活塞的上端面和容纳腔的上端面相吻合,能将容纳腔内的盛装物完全挤出,避免浪费。
本实施例中,驱动组件包含设置在密封座2上的打气腔401,所述的打气腔401的下端连接有贯穿活塞3的导气管41,所述的活塞3与导气管41的外侧壁密封且滑动连接,所述的打气腔401上设有打气塞42,所述打气腔401内设有与打气塞42配合使用的密封片43,通过驱动打气塞42上下运动,能往活塞3的底部打气进而驱动活塞3上移。本实施例中通过向活塞的底部施加高压气体,进而驱动活塞上移。
本实施例中,在密封座2和打气塞42之间设有用于驱动打气塞42向上复位的弹性件44。本实施例中,弹性件44为设置在打气塞42上的弹片A。
为了确保卫生,在密封座2上连接有外盖5。
实施例二:
如图6和图7所示,本实施例和实施例一的区别在于:实施例一中,弹性件44为设置在打气塞42上的弹片A;而本实施例中,弹性件44为设置在打气塞42上的弹簧。
实施例三:
如图8和图9所示,本实施例和实施例一的区别在于:实施例一中,在密封座2和打气塞42之间设有用于驱动打气塞42向上复位的弹性件44;而本实施例中,没有设置弹性件,即需要通过外界的力来使打气塞向上复位,这样能简化结构。
实施例四:
如图10至图14所示,本实施例和实施例一的区别在于:驱动组件不同。本实施例中,驱动组件包含设置在滑动连接在密封座2上的驱动杆45,所述的驱动杆45贯穿活塞3,所述的活塞3与驱动杆45的外侧壁密封连接,所述的驱动杆45上设有连通外界和活塞3下端的补气通道450,所述驱动杆45的外侧壁沿轴向设有用于驱动活塞3逐步上移的驱动齿A451,所述的活塞3上设有与驱动齿A451配合的驱动齿B452,所述的密封座2还设有用于驱动驱动杆45上下动作进而使活塞3上移的动力组件46。本实施例通过向活塞的底部施加机械力,进而驱动活塞上移。
动力组件46包含翘块461,所述翘块461的中部活动连接在密封座2上,所述翘块461的一端与驱动杆45连接,通过按压翘块461的另一端能使驱动杆45上移,所述的密封座2上还设有驱动翘块461复位的弹片B462;通过按压翘块来使活塞上移。
