一种开关电器,其包括第一壳体和安装在第一壳体一侧用于容纳辅助触头机构的第二壳体,第一壳体包括下壳体,以及设置在下壳体顶侧用于容纳主触头机构的上壳体,辅助触头机构包括与主触头机构连接的联动件,第二壳体的侧壁上设有用于避让联动件的第一通孔,上壳体靠近第二壳体的侧壁上设有与内部主触头机构对应的第二通孔,在第二壳体的底部设有伸到下壳体侧壁侧面的安装脚,在安装脚朝向下壳体的侧面上设有第一卡槽,下壳体的侧壁上设有与第一卡槽相对设置的第二卡槽,安装脚通过连接件与下壳体的侧壁连接,第一卡槽和第二卡槽分别与连接件的两侧限位配合,连接件沿垂直于联动件的方向同时插入到第一卡槽和第二卡槽中固定第二壳体和第一壳体。
优选的,所述第二壳体外侧的侧壁上设有定位凸台,所述第一壳体的外侧侧壁上设有与定位凸台配合的定位凹槽,联动件插入第二通孔时,定位凸台插入定位凹槽限位。
优选的,所述连接件为长条形,其截面成“凹”字形或“工”字形。
优选的,所述连接件成“凹”字形,所述连接件的侧面设有两个间隔设置的限位条,在两个限位条之间形成限位槽,第一卡槽和第二卡槽顶部开口的内径分别小于各自底部的内径,第一卡槽和第二卡槽分别与下壳体和安装脚的底部连通,连接件从开关电器的底部插入到第一卡槽和第二卡槽中时,两个限位条分别沿第一卡槽和第二卡槽的底部滑动,第一卡槽和第二卡槽的顶部开口分别与限位槽限位配合。
优选的,所述两个限位条的横向截面均成三角形,两个限位条在相互靠近的一侧分别设有与限位槽底面倾斜设置的第一推动面,第一卡槽和第二卡槽的 内径分别由底部向顶部开口逐渐收缩,使第一卡槽和第二卡槽的侧壁形成与第一推动面相对设置的第二推动面。
优选的,所述限位槽的底部到连接件另一侧侧面的距离,小于第一卡槽和第二卡槽顶部开口的内径,在限位槽内设有锁紧凸台,锁紧凸台分别与第一卡槽和第二卡槽的顶部开口过盈配合。
优选的,所述限位槽的底部到连接件另一侧侧面的距离,小于第一卡槽和第二卡槽顶部开口的内径,所述的两个限位条上分别设有卡扣结构,在第一卡槽和第二卡槽的内壁上分别设有与两个卡扣结构配合的卡槽。
优选的,所述第二壳体包括成半盒形的基座,基座朝向第一壳体的一侧敞开,且在基座的开口处设有盖板,在盖板上设有第一通孔和定位凸台,辅助触头机构安装在基座内,在基座内设有沿宽度方向设置的连接柱,盖板通过与连接柱固定连接。
优选的,所述安装脚设置在基座底侧侧壁上靠近第一壳体的一端,在安装脚远离第一壳体一端的两侧设有两个分别与基座底侧侧壁连接的成三角形的支撑脚;所述基座底侧侧壁的外侧设有两个平行设置的安装脚,下壳体的侧壁上设有两个分别与两个安装脚上第一卡槽相对设置的第二卡槽,两个安装脚分别通过连接件与对应的第二卡槽连接。
优选的,所述辅助触头机构包括可移动的触头支持和安装在触头支持上的动触桥,以及两个分别设置在触头支持两侧的接触板,两个接触板的一端分别与动触桥的两端相对,两个接触板的另一端分别设有用于固定导线的接线机构,动触桥远离接触板的一侧通过超程弹簧与触头支持连接,触头支持的一端通过复位弹簧与第二壳体连接,触头支持的侧面与联动件连接,联动件310沿宽度方向插入第一壳体100与主触头机构连接后使第一卡槽211与对齐第二卡槽111。
本发明创造的开关电器,装配用于容纳辅助触头机构的第二壳体时,联动件沿宽度方向插入第二通孔与主触头机构连接后能够使第一卡槽211与对齐第二卡槽111,再将连接件沿垂直于联动件的方向同时插入到第一卡槽和第二卡槽中限位,联动件和连接件的装配方向垂直设置,使各自在装配时不会出现干涉,具有装配方便和结构简单的特点。

以下结合附图1至9给出的实施例,进一步说明本发明创造的开关电器的具体实施方式。本发明创造的开关电器不限于以下实施例的描述。
如图1-5所示,本发明创造的开关电器包括第一壳体100和安装在第一壳体100一侧用于容纳辅助触头机构的第二壳体200,第一壳体100包括用于容纳电磁系统的下壳体110,以及设置在下壳体110顶侧用于容纳主触头机构的上壳体120,第二壳体200对应设置在上壳体120的一侧,辅助触头机构包括与主触头机构连接的联动件310,且联动件310平行于第二壳体200的宽度方向设置,第二壳体200的侧壁上设有用于避让联动件310的第一通孔311,上壳体120靠近第二壳体200的侧壁上设有与内部主触头机构对应的第二通孔121,在第二壳体200的底部设有伸到下壳体110侧壁侧面的安装脚210,即连接件400与联动件310垂直设置,在安装脚210朝向下壳体110的侧面上设有第一卡槽211,下壳体110的侧壁上设有与第一卡槽211相对设置的第二卡槽111,安装脚210通过与高度方向平行设置的连接件400与下壳体110的侧壁连接,第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111分别与连接件400的两侧限位配合,联动件310沿宽度方向插入第一壳体100的第二通孔121与主触头机构连接后使第一卡槽211与对齐第二卡槽111,再将连接件400沿高度方向即垂直于联动件310的方向同时插入到第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111固定第二壳体200和第一壳体100。
本发明创造的开关电器,装配用于容纳辅助触头机构的第二壳体200时,联动件310沿宽度方向插入第二通孔121与主触头机构连接后,再将连接件400沿垂直于联动件310的方向同时插入到第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111中限位,联动件310和连接件400的装配方向垂直设置,使各自在装配时不会出现干涉,具有装配方便和结构简单的特点。
进一步,所述第二壳体200外侧的侧壁上设有定位凸台220,所述第一壳体100的外侧侧壁上设有与定位凸台220配合的定位凹槽130,联动件310插入第二通孔121时,定位凸台220插入定位凹槽130限位,将连接件400插入到第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111中的过程中,防止第二壳体200移动,不仅能够进一步降低装配的难度,而且还能够在第二壳体200与主客体100之间起到限位的作用。
如图2-3示出连接件400的优选实施例,本发明创造的开关电器为接触器,其包括第一壳体100和安装在第一壳体100一侧用于容纳辅助触头机构的第二壳体200,第一壳体100包括用于容纳电磁系统的下壳体110,以及设置在下壳体110顶侧用于容纳主触头机构的上壳体120,第二壳体200对应设置在上壳体120的一侧,在第二壳体200的底部设有伸到下壳体110侧壁侧面的安装脚210,在安装脚210朝向下壳体110的侧面上设有第一卡槽211,下壳体110的侧壁上设有与第一卡槽211相对设置的第二卡槽111,安装脚210通 过连接件400与下壳体110的侧壁连接。
本实施例的连接件400成长条形,其截面成“凹”字形,所述连接件400的侧面设有两个间隔设置的限位条410,在两个限位条410之间形成限位槽420,第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111顶部开口的内径分别小于各自底部的内径,第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111分别与下壳体110和安装脚210的底部连通,连接件400从开关电器的底部插入到第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111中时,两个限位条410分别沿第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111的底部滑动,第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111的顶部开口分别与限位槽420限位配合。当然,也可以在连接件400两个侧面分别设置两个限位条410,即连接件400截面也可以成“工”字形。此外,连接件400也可以成其它多边形结构,都属于本发明创造的保护范围。
进一步,所述两个限位条410的横向截面均成三角形,两个限位条410在相互靠近的一侧分别设有与限位槽420底面倾斜设置的第一推动面411,第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111的内径分别由底部向顶部开口逐渐收缩,使第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111的侧壁形成与第一推动面411相对设置的第二推动面412。
通过倾斜设置的第一推动面411,以及与第一推动面411相对设置的第二推动面412配合,使连接件400的两个限位条410不仅能够驱动安装脚210与下壳体110相互靠近,还能够防止安装脚410横向移动,将第二壳体200更可靠的安装固定在第一壳体100上。当然,限位条410的横向截面也可以成梯形,或其它多边形形状,具有倾斜设置的第一推动面411即可。
进一步,所述限位槽420底部的厚度,即限位槽420的底部到连接件400另一侧侧面的距离,小于第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111顶部开口的内径,在限位槽420内设有锁紧凸台430,锁紧凸台430分别与第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111的顶部开口过盈配合。
只需要在限位槽420上设置一个锁紧凸台430,就能够同时与下壳体110和安装脚210限位过盈配合,不仅结构简单、成本低,而且插入连接件400的过程中能够避免限位槽420的底部第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111顶部开口摩擦力过大,不会出现连接件400难以插入的问题。当然,也可以不设置锁紧凸台430,直接由限位槽420的底部分别与第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111顶部开口过盈配合,都属于本发明创造的保护范围。
作为连接件400的另一种实施例,也可以在连接件400上设置卡扣结构(图中未示出),使连接件400插入到位后,通过卡扣结构分别与第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111固定。具体的,所述限位槽420的底部到连接件400另一侧侧面的距离,小于第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111顶部开口的内径,所述的两个限位条410上分别设有卡扣结构,在第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111的内壁上分别设有与两个卡扣结构配合的卡槽,连接件400插入到位后,两个卡扣结构分别卡入第一卡槽211和第二卡槽111内的卡槽,都属于本发明创造的保护范围。
参阅图5-8示出的辅助触头机构的实施例一,本实施例开关电器为小型接 触器,且辅助触头机构为常开触点结构。辅助触头机构包括可移动的触头支持320和安装在触头支持320上的动触桥330,以及两个分别设置在触头支持320两侧的接触板,本实施例的接触板为常开接触板340,两个接触板的一端分别与动触桥330的两端相对,两个接触板的另一端分别设有用于固定导线的接线机构350,动触桥330远离接触板的一侧通过超程弹簧370与触头支持320连接,触头支持320的一端通过复位弹簧360与第二壳体200连接,触头支持320的侧面与联动件310连接,接线机构350包括接线螺钉和压线板,旋拧接线螺钉推动压线板将导线压紧在接触板上。
主触头机构动作时,通过联动件310带动触头支持320移动,使触头支持320带动动触桥330的两端分别与两个接触板接触或分开,在主触头机构动作后,由复位弹簧360驱动触头支持320带动动触桥330复位,动触桥330的两端分别与两个接触板接触时,在两个接触板之间形成通路。
由于本实施例的辅助触头机构为常开触点结构,因此复位弹簧360驱动动触桥330远离两个接触板,使常规状态下动触桥330与两个接触板分开,主触头机构动作时通过联动件310驱动动触桥330的两端分别与两个接触板接触。主触头机构的工作原理与辅助触头相似,但是主触头机构由电磁系统驱动驱动主触头机构的动触桥移动。
参阅图9示出的辅助触头机构的实施例二,本实施例的辅助触头机构为常闭触点结构,区别在于,实施例一中,复位弹簧360和超程弹簧370分别位于动触桥330的上下两侧,两个接触板位于动触桥330的下方;
本实施例中,复位弹簧360和超程弹簧370均位于动触桥330的下方,,本实施例的接触板为常闭接触板380两个接触板位于动触桥330的上方,复位弹簧360驱动动触桥330与两个接触板接触,主触头机构动作时通过联动件310驱动动触桥330的两端分别与两个接触板分开,其它工作原理与实施例一相同。
如图6-7示出第二壳体200的优选实施例,所述第二壳体200包括成半盒形的基座230,基座230朝向第一壳体100的一侧敞开,且在基座230的开口处设有盖板240,在盖板240上设有第一通孔311和定位凸台220,辅助触头机构安装在基座230内,在基座230内设有沿宽度方向设置的连接柱241,盖板240通过与连接柱241固定连接,在基座230底侧侧壁的外侧设有两个平行设置的安装脚210,下壳体110的侧壁上设有两个分别与两个安装脚210上第一卡槽211相对设置的第二卡槽111,两个安装脚210分别通过连接件400与对应的第二卡槽111连接。当然,安装脚210的数量可以是一个,也可以是三个以上,下壳体110的侧壁上的第二卡槽111的数量和位置与安装脚210对应即可。此外,也可以在一个安装脚210上设置多个第一卡槽211,在下壳体110的侧壁上设置与第一卡槽211数量对应的第二卡槽111,都属于本发明创造的保护范围。
如图2所示,所述安装脚210设置在基座230底侧侧壁上靠近第一壳体100的一端,在安装脚210远离第一壳体100一端的两侧设有两个分别与基座 230底侧侧壁连接的成三角形的支撑脚212。通过支撑脚212可以提高安装脚210的结构强度,当然支撑脚212也可以成其它形状,都属于本发明创造的保护范围。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明创造所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明创造的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明创造所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明创造的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种开关电器,其特征在于:包括第一壳体(100)和安装在第一壳体(100)一侧用于容纳辅助触头机构的第二壳体(200),第一壳体(100)包括下壳体(110),以及设置在下壳体(110)顶侧用于容纳主触头机构的上壳体(120),辅助触头机构包括与主触头机构连接的联动件(310),第二壳体(200)的侧壁上设有用于避让联动件(310)的第一通孔(311),上壳体(120)靠近第二壳体(200)的侧壁上设有与内部主触头机构对应的第二通孔(121),在第二壳体(200)的底部设有伸到下壳体(110)侧壁侧面的安装脚(210),在安装脚(210)朝向下壳体(110)的侧面上设有第一卡槽(211),下壳体(110)的侧壁上设有与第一卡槽(211)相对设置的第二卡槽(111),安装脚(210)通过连接件(400)与下壳体(110)的侧壁连接,第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)分别与连接件(400)的两侧限位配合,连接件(400)沿垂直于联动件(310)的方向同时插入到第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)中固定第二壳体(200)和第一壳体(100)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述第二壳体(200)外侧的侧壁上设有定位凸台(220),所述第一壳体(100)的外侧侧壁上设有与定位凸台(220)配合的定位凹槽(130),联动件(310)插入第二通孔(121)时,定位凸台(220)插入定位凹槽(130)限位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述连接件(400)为长条形,其截面成“凹”字形或“工”字形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述连接件(400)成“凹”字形,所述连接件(400)的侧面设有两个间隔设置的限位条(410),在两个限位条(410)之间形成限位槽(420),第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)顶部开口的内径分别小于各自底部的内径,第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)分别与下壳体(110)和安装脚(210)的底部连通,连接件(400)从开关电器的底部插入到第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)中时,两个限位条(410)分别沿第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)的底部滑动,第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)的顶部开口分别与限位槽(420)限位配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述两个限位条(410)的横向截面均成三角形,两个限位条(410)在相互靠近的一侧分别设有与限位槽(420)底面倾斜设置的第一推动面(411),第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)的内径分别由底部向顶部开口逐渐收缩,使第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)的侧壁形成与第一推动面(411)相对设置的第二推动面(412)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述限位槽(420)的底部到连接件(400)另一侧侧面的距离,小于第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽 (111)顶部开口的内径,在限位槽(420)内设有锁紧凸台(430),锁紧凸台(430)分别与第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)的顶部开口过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述限位槽(420)的底部到连接件(400)另一侧侧面的距离,小于第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)顶部开口的内径,所述的两个限位条(410)上分别设有卡扣结构,在第一卡槽(211)和第二卡槽(111)的内壁上分别设有与两个卡扣结构配合的卡槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述第二壳体(200)包括成半盒形的基座(230),基座(230)朝向第一壳体(100)的一侧敞开,且在基座(230)的开口处设有盖板(240),在盖板(240)上设有第一通孔(311)和定位凸台(220),辅助触头机构安装在基座(230)内,在基座(230)内设有沿宽度方向设置的连接柱(241),盖板(240)通过与连接柱(241)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述安装脚(210)设置在基座(230)底侧侧壁上靠近第一壳体(100)的一端,在安装脚(210)远离第一壳体(100)一端的两侧设有两个分别与基座(230)底侧侧壁连接的成三角形的支撑脚(212);所述基座(230)底侧侧壁的外侧设有两个平行设置的安装脚(210),下壳体(110)的侧壁上设有两个分别与两个安装脚(210)上第一卡槽(211)相对设置的第二卡槽(111),两个安装脚(210)分别通过连接件(400)与对应的第二卡槽(111)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的开关电器,其特征在于:所述辅助触头机构包括可移动的触头支持(320)和安装在触头支持(320)上的动触桥(330),以及两个分别设置在触头支持(320)两侧的接触板,两个接触板的一端分别与动触桥(330)的两端相对,两个接触板的另一端分别设有用于固定导线的接线机构(350),动触桥(330)远离接触板的一侧通过超程弹簧(370)与触头支持(320)连接,触头支持(320)的一端通过复位弹簧(360)与第二壳体(200)连接,触头支持(320)的侧面与联动件(310)连接,联动件(310)沿宽度方向插入第一壳体(100)与主触头机构连接后使第一卡槽(211)与对齐第二卡槽(111)。
