Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'aide à l'exercice et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif d'aide à l'exercice permettant d'augmenter facilement l'intensité de l'exercice et d'appliquer une charge à un utilisateur uniquement pendant l'exercice, afin d'éliminer les risques de blessure, et permettant d'améliorer efficacement la force musculaire de diverses parties, le dispositif comprenant un corps principal porté sur le corps de l'utilisateur, et des bandes élastiques prenant une forme de sangle présentant de l'élasticité, de sorte qu'une extrémité desdites bandes soit reliée au corps principal et que leurs autres extrémités soient reliées à des objets de support fixes.
